There is an impossible to reach phone response. The automated answerer mostly informs you the other ways to get info/response instead of giving clue or facilitating the business of your call.On the other hand, I WAS VISITING YOUR FACILITY ON 03/14/2019 EARLY IN THE MORNING, AND LUCKILY ENOUGH BRENDA WAS ON DUTY WHO MADE AN EXTRA MILE FOR ME, OBTAINED MY ORDERS FROM FLORIDA AND TOOK MY BLOOD SAMPLE. GREAT EMPLOYEE! DESERVES A RAISE AND MAKING HER A GOO EXAMPLE!!! Ike Boka,MD
Drove over an hour to get here on a Saturday morning and the hours on the website and Google are wrong they are only open every other Saturday

2022-03-23Forgot to leave this review a month ago...Parking was easy, no wait time even though I arrived without an appointment! Brenda saw me right away, she was friendly, quick and efficient.

2022-06-14Very clean, efficient, easy check-in, taken in immediately or wait time less than 5 minutes. The staff are friendly, courteous and discreet.

2022-04-25Booked an appointment online at 12:45PM. Received confirmation and when I got to the office there is a sign on the door that says CLOSED AT 11:30AM DAILY. Just unprofessional. No one can run a business anymore.

2022-04-13Easy to get in and out. Only downside is you have to call them to follow up and make sure they fax your labs to your doctor otherwise it doesn’t happen.

2021-01-05Easy parking, quick check in, and no wait time. Real star of the show was Brenda for dealing with my doctors office because they had failed to properly fill out the form and without it, no testing could be done. After close to a dozen calls Brenda finally got through and worked out the issue. Thank you for the 5 start effort and not giving up!

2020-06-15If I could give 0 stars I would. Impossible to get ahold of anyone in the billing department. They keep on billing the wrong insurance company. I keep updating my insurance online and it’s never changed. When I call and speak to a person, I get forwarded to billing which is useless because it’s automated and only informs you on ways to pay with a credit card or check. Horrible horrible customer service. Been dealing with issue since December 2019. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

2019-05-09I have never waited more than 5 to 10 mins before being seen. My recent visit was w the phlebotomist Brenda. She was amazing! Friendly , w/ ZERO pain!
