If you want help dont come here. I had to make an appointment for a physical and decided to change my pcp to this place and it was the biggest mistake of my life. I thought it was ran by the same doctors I used to see 10 years ago but boy has it changed.The people at this office do not have your best interest at heart. In my case I went for my second visit to this office because I was sick. After 3 days of being sick and knowing my boyfriend had the flu because the doctor he went to was gracious enough to give him a proper diagnoses and treatment. I did not receive the same kind of help at this office. Even after they took my temperature and noted it was slightly above average at 99° decided to chalk it up to a common cold, which a quick Google look up can tell you a fever is not a symptom of a common cold unless youre an infant, which I am not. After 3 days of being sick I was still displaying a feverish temperature and they still didnt want to give me a test for the flu, only after I told them my boyfriend was diagnosed with having the flu did they run a test and at that point she didnt even run it correctly!!!!! She broke the end of the test before the Swab and barely even inserted the cotton end of the test in my nostrils at all.Not to mention, everyone here lies through their teeth about what they can and cannot do for you. They will lie to get you out the door they will lie to get you to believe everything and anything they say. Please be advised if you have any other choice go elsewhere this was once a thriving medical office that seated many patients and saw to all of them up until now.Now this place is a shadow of its former self, no one comes in anymore hardly any patients are seated waiting to be seen, and for good reason! Most people know better than to come here anymore. If I could give it no stars I would.
Dr Dicanio at quest medical center has beeb my primary care doctor for about a year now. I have nothing but good things to say about him, his staff, his PA Dr grey, the podiatrist in the office there is wonderful, everyone there does a fantastic job and gets things done for you. Although it’s a small looking office, they offer primary care, a podiatrist, suboxone therapy for opiate addiction, and probably more. I will stay with dr dicanio until he retires most likely. This is by far the worst Doctors office I have ever been too. I dont suggest that anyone go here for anything. My dog gets better treatment at the Vet than Ive gotten here! Not only have they documented incorrect medical information in my chart before, they have also sent off the wrong urine and then tried to acuse me of doing drugs. It took them over a month to get a prior authorization for one of my meds and they never address anything when you call. I always have to phisically go up there for people to do theyre jobs. This office is disgraceful.
Dr Gray is a very knowledgeable and down to earth doctor, the staff is friendly and u dont see why they have so many bad reviews. Ive had nothing but good experiences when I took my daughter and myself there for care.Editing my review... the doctors are a**holes and they mixed up UA’s which caused a huge hassle... NOT COOL!!!
Health care is a complex issue but it gets even more uncomfortable when you have to deal with an office that is full of incompetent uncaring staff. This is not the first time I have problems with this office but what they did to me today was the point of no return . I did spoke to the office manager about a very uncomfortable and disappointing problem with a PA call rob I was clear and straight to the point I chose to follow all my visits with a nother PA he is good now I just had a visit last week and he suggested an echocardiogram ok no problem so I wanted to go and get it done in zwanger as I’m waiting for the receptionist this other staff member comes and said oh we do it here lets schedule her I said ok now the receptionist goes we !only ! do it an Thursday ok I said but it needs to be in the morning ok the appointment was set for 9 AM the receptionist calls me an 4/5/19 to ask me to confirm my appointment and to also remind me of my appointment an 4/11/19 @ 9 AM I get there by 8:40 ask for the signing sheet for the echo so good I’m there waiting then they call me like around 9:10 and I follow the girl and than she said oh you need to talk to this other receptionist that apparently handles the Echo schedule she goes Did you speak to Maria (me) she’s like oh no we’ll problem is we are not doing the echocardiogram an Thursday any more and they call you to reschedule and left a message I say no I have the message and play it for her it was to remind me of the appointment and the hour she is like oh I see but she put in the computer reschedule ok genius I just played the message for you which clearly says that it was to remind me of my appointment and the hour so I was straight and I said this is an error that the office made not me now the entire time I’m speaking to this person she is replying in a horrible Spanish I mean clearly you speak English because because the way she was expressing her self was confusing and miss pronunciation I in the other hand spoke to her the entire time in English why because I want my point to get across and have no language barriers but she continued to talk to me in her low grade Spanish so I kind of had an epiphany and realized that an office that has so much staff and they still can even relate a message to my doctor regarding a medication that is causing edima and I need some advice because I was just there is a place that deserves to be investigated by the department of health because yeas they will not call you back if you have a question regarding your health is a mediocre place with really bad staff if you have a chronic illness and you want to die go there. Also let’s not forget what the other receptionist put in the computer is a legal document and so is the message that she left me this people are accustomed to treating their patients like they are nothing because most of them don’t complain so please speak up this office dynamics have to change ASAP patients should be treated with respect urgency and priority.

My son went to this office for a renewal of his blood pressure medication. After waiting 20 minutes, they called him up and told him they didnt take his insurance anymore. They refused to even talk to him stating he no longer takes insurance. They turned him away after he offered to pay for the visit and for the doctor to renew his medication that is dangerous to stop all at once. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THIS DOCTOR IS IN FOR A RUDE AWAKENING FROM THE DOH.
By far THE most incompetent front desk staff, if I could rate it negatively I would. Scary that someones health depends on these buffoons, and even more alarming that they hire such personnel. Save yourself/family from going to this place, they do have good doctors but the front desk staff makes your visit not worth it and ultimately youll be wasting your time.
If I could give them no stars I would. The whole practice is unorganized, they have terrible service, they have too many patients, staff leaves you on hold for ten minutes or more, unapologetic, they send wrong prescriptions, the automated answering service is broken and does not say the office is closed, just transfers to extensions, my prescriptions weren’t filled for two weeks and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone for days, avoid at all cost
Trying to call in to get anything done is completely useless. ever since the third time i tried calling about the same issue that was supposed to be taken care of days ago my calls were being screened and immediately rejected either back to the menu or just hung up on as early as 6 on a weekday. the hours on the google page are wrong, too, the door says closes at 7pm NOT 8pm on weekdays. i am actually being denied access to my healthcare by this secretary or whomever is in charge of answering the phone because i am incapable of making it out there for a second time this month to make an in-person visit to wait hours for something that can EASILY BE HANDLED OVER THE PHONE IN MINUTES. my only other choice is leaving a message on one of the menu options that lead nowhere but an answering machine which clearly never gets listened to. perhaps im too meek over the phone? that wont be a problem anymore clearly since ALL MY CALLS GET SCREENED BY SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY JUST TO BLATANTLY IGNORE THE PATIENTS OF THE DOCTORS THEY WORK FORmy doctor is more knowledgeable than any PC Ive had so far, and is the sole reason this isnt a 1 star review...

2022-01-12The all staff was very rude, including doctors. First time there and last time. My brother went to their clinic because an abscess got infected. They charged him $150.00 and the doctor did want to even touch him, she didnt even sympathize that my brother had a fever and his BP was low. 2021-05-13Dr. Dicannio and his staff at quest medical have consistently exceeded my expectations. He is very attentive to my needs and goes above and beyond to take care of me. Ive had nothing but a positive experience at quest medical since I switched over and started using Dr Dicannio as my primary care physician. Anytime I ever come across someone in need of a primary I always try to steer them towards Quest.

2021-02-25This place is messed up. The doctors are terrible. They dont know how to open up portals to get patients records. The doctor by the name Dr Michelle is terrible. She has an attitude. Doesnt know anything about pain or people with severe issues . She claims she knows what pain is and shes lying to you. Shes very rude and makes the patient feel like there a drug addict when all they need is help and then tells u that all u want are pills. She gives u an attitude telling u that its not her problem. I will be informing my insurance company not to pay for this visit. DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS A WAIST OF UR TIME!

2020-02-18I wish I could rate the Doctor separate of the front desk staff I would give my doctor 5 Stars and the front desk staff 2 stars. I cant so I am giving 4 stars as my doctor Aaron Glatzer is the best! He listens, educates and communicates effectively. He is compassionate, understanding and non judgmental and has excellent bedside manner. He is the best doctor I ever had. Unfortunately there are one or two female staff who answer phones who are so rude and unprofessional I dont see how they work there.

2020-10-02I always get an appointment when I need one. The staff is kind, friendly, very professional. I feel safe knowing they are looking after me! Dr. Gray is a great physician, I totally trust his care!

2019-03-29Dr Dicanio is a great doctor. He actually takes the time to talk to you and find out what’s wrong with you and will go beyond the scope of a doctors responsibility for me. I can’t speak for other patients but with me he gave me a weird vibe at first but I later understood that he was only trying to read me and a good doctor can see through the BS which is what I assume he was doing. My 2nd visit he was way more talkative and friendly. The staff at the front especially Mrs Maribel is so awesome. Like I said don’t judge him on just one visit because I think he is just trying to see if your BS’ing him or not. Which is what a good doctor should do. I switched and made him my primary doctor for a reason. That is because of the time he spent with me and the home feeling the staff at front made me feel. Thank you to all doctor Dicanio’s staff and to the doctor thank you as well. They are all great. It’s a little long wait but totally worth it. I would recommend this office to anyone that has a problem and wants solutions. ThanksOh and I don’t work there either which is what some of the other doctors reviews are. You can tell most other reviews for other doctors are from the people who actually work there. Not cool.

2020-10-09I can honestly say this is the first Drs office I have been too where the atmosphere is very pleasant and the waiting time between patients isnt long at all, the staff is very wonderful and helpful along with the doctors and medical staff! I admire my doctors concerns and advice everytime I see him and I dont think Ill ever be as comfortable anywhere else as I am when I go here! Thank you quest medical center for being such an excellent Team!

2019-05-05Great team here, Front Desk employees are Always very helpful and accommodating. The Drs and Nurses are genuinely concerned with your health. When something arises they always listen to any relevant information and value your input on which course of treatment to proceed with.
