The doctors at this clinic were highly knowledgable and courtious. The facility was very large, clean and had comfortable exam rooms. The wait time at this clinic was fairly short; I was in and out pretty quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for doctors who actually create a caring relationship with their patients.
Yeserday was a tramatic day for me as I was experiencing my asthma symptoms and the staff here was very polite, speedy and concerned. While experiencing great service, I was treated and also examined for other possible issues in which gave me peace of mind. The clinic is CLEAN, very spacious, and they are quick with response to their patients. I would recommend this place a thousand times!
It was quick and easy to see the doctor. It is also reasonably priced if you dont have insurance. I ended up using the insurance I had at the time and when there was an issue with the copay the front desk was helpful and it was resolved quickly. Recommend this place.
I have been to Quick Solve Medical Urgent Care multiple times! Its my go to, when Im feeling sick or my son is sick! The staff is super friendly and welcoming!! Theyre all such sweethearts! They care about their patients, and making sure they get the care they deserve! Dr. Pedro Del Toro is an amazing doctor! He takes his time examining his patients before making a diagnosis! He cares about his patients, unlike other doctors who just rush their patients out of the office. Hes caught on to things other doctors havent!! I would recommend Quick Solve to everyone!!!!!
Came here for a physical and was taken back by how nice it was. The staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. The waiin lobby is very spacious and has a wide screen TV just in case if you get bored. The rooms all are also very spacious and the equipment the doctors used here all up to date and state of the art. My physical was done by Dr. Torro and he was also very friendly. The physical was done thoroughly and Dr. Torro answered all questions I had and gave me sound advice about how to remain in good health. Overall, great place and would reccomend to a friend,
I caught strep twice in one month and both times I came in everyone was super kind, there was almost no wait, and the front desk staff even helped me pick a pharmacy that took my insurance within walking distance. Great place, Im glad to have them in the neighborhood.
This is the third time Ive been here. I wont be coming back. The guys at the desk are nice and make signing in really easy. The doctor is where this review goes the other way. Everytime I have seen her she has been rude, dismissive of my symptoms, and doing a bad job of hiding how lazy she is. If you need a doctors note sure, go there and get what you need, but if its anything even remotely important go somewhere else. The only place worse than Quicksolve is the ER at Elmhurst hospital.
Went in for a Covid test on a Wednesday at around 4pm and was surprised to see no line. I was out of there by 4:30pm. Great staff and very clean location. Would definitely recommend!

If you are feeling sick... the last place you want to go is this place! Dont take your children here. I STRONGLY suggest you take them to see their pediatrician instead. I took my daughter here because she was having chills, and fevers. A Dr. Shahanaz saw her. This doctor looked at her ears, her nose listened to her lungs and immediately prescribed antibiotics (AMOXICILLIN). My child took said antibiotics for 8 days. On the 8th day she produced a full body rash. from head to toe. I panicked and rushed to see her pediatrician. The pediatrician herself told me she was wrongfully given antibiotics. My daughter was NEVER checked for an infection. My child had a virus. NOT an infection. Therefore instead of actually doing anything good the antibiotics do the opposite. On the 9th day the rash began to get worse, so I rushed to Long Island Jewish Pediatric Care in Long Island, the too said she NEVER needed antibiotics.Not just this but there are 2 other children in the household, whom also went in to see this Dr. Shahanaz on separate occasions, and they too were given antibiotics. NO ONE in the house needed antibiotics. Is this the only medicine this doctor knows how to prescribe?? I will never set foot in this facility again!
In this place they never have a result, possibly it is the laboratory they use but they never give you positive or negative results happened to me several times
I came to this urgent care and it was empty like a ghost town, the doctor step out and left us in the waiting room while he went to do something for 30mins, if i knew he was going to step out and leave us waiting u would took my co payment somewhere else. Bad customer service.
They don’t listen to patient carefully especially doctor’s assistant. There was this lady who send my prescriptions to wrong pharmacy. They are very slow and took so so so long
I had an excellent visit, you should keep Dr Blackwood she is a great doctor and she made me feel a lot better and at home.
My experice at this place was phenomenal. Very fast,clean, professional and private. Doctor Shahanaz answered all my questions and concerns. This is going to be my go to place from now on. Thank you All.
Very disorganize. The workers have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They’ll tell you one thing and when you get there they’ll lie about it. Please don’t go to them. Even the doctors don’t know anything!

They lied, stating they were in network when they were not, then tried to bill me hundreds of dollars for what is a $10.00 co-pay. I wouldnt trust them. You are warned. Visit at your own risk.

I loved the place and the super fast service !!! Nicole and Dr. Pedro were very kind. I prefer this place a thousand times than going to the hospital or waiting for an appointment from my primary doctor.
He is always ready to assist you until Sundays and the nurses speak Spanish and the economic prices and if it is something serious they refer you to specialists

2021-01-28The staff is accommodating, professional and friendly. I visited this urgent care several times for myself and my family, and we received excellent care every time. We received our COVID test results back within 24-48 hours. The doctor I saw was very detail-oriented and made me feel like she was my primary care doctor, and she genuinely cared for my health. The reception area and patient rooms were immaculate. I want to thank the staff for their excellent service to my family.

2017-03-05Service is super slow. Took an hour to be seen I was told 15mins and then asked how long was it going to take to see the doctor they advised it was another 20mins. So far its been 3 hours in a wait.Not urgent care.Better of going to the ER EMERGENCY ROOM.Note to owner of this place:PLEASE ADD MORE DOCTORSStaff is amazing here.Things need to be more organized.A little messy in the both rooms I was taken in.Hmm, I actually came here because of the reviews.Lets see

2021-01-26The staff is very informative and genuine. My family and I took their covid tests and received the results within days. We tested positive and the doctor stayed in contact with us and watched our progress through the difficult two weeks. Their instructions for at home care were very helpful and were flexible in understanding everyones situation. Overall, it provides an excellent and authentic service.

2020-06-30The environment is very professional and efficient. The doctors are so lovely, definitely the nicest I’ve encountered. All the procedures and check ups are very affordable if you have no insurance. Results for tests are given quickly and most importantly, the clinic is kept very clean at all times.

2016-07-24Very impressive place. As the saying goes...first impression lasts. It was my first visit and I didnt expect to see such a neat place, cozy, immaculately clean and modern medical equipments. Receptionist was very courteous, nurse was so friendly you would feel comfortable and feel at home in this place. Unlike going to the emergency room in hospitals that you have to wait forever, I was attended to right away here. The lady doctor, Dr. Begum, was great, thorough and very congenial. She prescribed some pills that really worked on my pain. I would surely recommend this clinic to my friends and to whoever needs urgent care. Kudos to everyone at Quick Solve Medical Urgent Care! Keep it up!

2020-06-30Some staff members do not wear masks while wearing one is mandatory to go inside, that does not make any sense. Did not wait long in the waiting area but waited almost an hour to have results read to me, ended up just leaving because no one was paying attention even though I walked around the hallway to try and find someone to help me or give me approximate time frame. Add more doctors and better your customer service.

2015-12-14My 10 yr.old daughter and I came in together and the staff was so accommodating. The facility is immaculate. The nurse was a sweetheart. The Dr.was not only extremely pleasant but very thorough. I never felt rushed. She explained everything, made sure we understood and answered any questions completely. I would highly recommend this office to anyone young or old.

2015-11-01I have brought my kids here twice and had a great experience with Dr. Del Toro. He was wonderful with my kids and they loved him! Never had such a quick and easy experience at a doctors office. The rest of the staff was very nice and friendly. Will definitely be going back to this clinic!
