Best base housing we have been in. Has its downfalls, but not deal breakers for the price and location. Only 3 bedroom homes have central AC but window units can keep the house cool on those few days its unbearable outside. Most work orders can be fixed with in a day.-Holly Blakely
We have only lived here for a little over a month but have had nothing but good experience with the house, the community and the staff (both maintenance and housing) and are very happy to be here! The staff is fast and efficient, not to mention kind and friendly and the houses are lovely, especially the ones with the fenced in yards. :)
We have lived here twice in my husbands navy career. Nothing but good things. We love the community and people. Plenty of storage in homes. Parks are literally in your backyard.
I have lived in the area since August and it is the best military housing we have lived in. The unit is spacious, they take great care of the facilities and the staff is easy to deal with and very friendly. I would highly recommend these homes.
I love living here, the staff is friendly and if you have any issues, they resolve it very quickly. The playgrounds are amazing, and the events that they do for the kids is worth living here!
We have had nothing but great experiences with this company! We feel like we truly matter when I call wth an issue. They do great things for the kids and community! Small events to keep us involved and know they care!
Absolutely love the staff here, they are all super nice and take care of everything in a timely fashion, I definitely recommend housing to everyone I k ow that has to come up here because you wont find nicer homes with more storage than these homes!
Most Balfour personnel are very nice. I wish they had a system over the weekends to check out yard tools.
I moved in about 2 weeks ago but so far everything has been amazing & Kellsey has been extremely helpful and accommodating!! 😊
Wonderful management, quality and clean housing. We would live there again given the opportunity.

2021-03-29The management and maintenance dept at Quiet Harbour have been great.I moved back to Saratoga after having been gone for 17 years and couldnt have asked for a better place to live. The office staff is very helpful, maintenance is very responsive and courteous whenever you have an issue. The location is close to so many things in the area. Saratoga schools provide a great education. They also provide Covid friendly events for the children for the holidays.I think the biggest misconception is that it is only for military families which is not true. Many of us are not military.I highly recommend this place.

2021-04-18Quite Harbors apartments in Saratoga Springs New York is a awesome place to live. The work needed orders are always done the same day as called in or early the next day, even with all of covid going on. The office always returns calls within the hour and takes care of everything. I have never been a apartment that takes care of their families like Quite Harbor does. They hand out craft projects for holiday and events to all families to do with the children. This is so nice to have a craft project prepared for the kids and adults to do. Quite nice and appreciate. I really have zero complaints at all.Thank you Quite HarborRosy

2017-06-30The housing office staff have been FANTASTIC. They put us on the list when we had soft orders, reassigned us to a unit with hard floors in the dining area at my request, and they have been very kind and generally helpful. After we moved in we discovered the dishwasher was broken, they replaced it within a few days. Just now I had an emergency and needed something faxed, and they faxed it for me, no problem! There is a wonderful playground for the kids in the center of housing, and the events put on by the staff are great.

2017-11-09This is just a temporary place for us while we are in the process of buying a house, but I truly appreciate how flexible Kelsey/The Balfour Beatty team has been with us during our time here. Its not easy to move to a new place from across the country, and we felt very lucky to have base housing accessible to us. Its true that the units (we live in the 2bedroom apartments) are not very up to date and fairly basic, but they worked for our current needs and you really cant beat the price for the location to downtown Saratoga Springs. The neighborhood is very, very quiet and we have had zero issues with neighbors. Houses just a block over are in the 500,000k range so these units are very affordable for what you get.

2017-11-10The housing office/staff is great at responding to your needs and maintenance is very quick at responding (shout-out to Joe for being the kindest and best maintenance guy around). We love our little fenced in yard for our pup and the ease of borrowing lawn care equipment from housing. Its been a great place for us to live the past 7 months.

2017-11-09The Playgrounds are WONDERFUL, My daughter enjoys hours of enjoyment at them. The Overall Communtiy is Clean & Safe. We did have some issues upon arrival BUT they were all taken care of to my complete satisfaction. The Staff has been very helpful and does respond to you in a timely manner. This has been our first housing experience. I love that they are a Pet Friendly Community as well.

2017-11-10The housing team holds the best little events for the kids. It’s nice not having to worry about being away from family during the holidays when the kids get to experience fun events like Easter egg hunts, pumpkin patch, and tree lighting! Best part is these events are hosted right across the street in our playgrounds!

2019-10-10They were fairly reasonable, but the move out cleanliness checklist and charges were nuts.$50 per set of blinds that arent dusted, for example. There are 6 sets of blinds in a 2-bedroom apartment. The blinds probably cost less than that to replace!If you add up all the possible bathroom charges, you could pay over $150 for a single bathroom. Thats more than the cost of cleaning the entire apartment by the local cleaning services.Until this company, I had never been charged from my deposit before, in over 10 rentals Ive lived in over the years. I only lived here 4 months, left it cleaner than it was when I moved in, yet was charged $50 (a discount according to them) from my deposit.

2017-11-10We have spent the past two and a half years living in NSA Saratoga homes and love it ! We never have to worry about anything . Anytime we need something Sharon and her team are such a wounderful help. So far this was our favorite Balfour Beatty community homes development to live in. Everyone is so friendly and they always have community events to bring everyone together !!

2019-07-01Havent moved in yet thats y im only giving 4 stars. Moving in next month. Just felt I had to do a review based on our experience so far. I have had nothing but a great experience with Kellsey from beginning to now. She is so hands on, open, and very understanding. Coming from a previous dreadful renting situation, Kellsey surely gave me a piece a mind especially in taking all of our requests. Cant wait to move in and then I will def do another review! Place is beautiful and its a great bang for ur buck!
