Great company from start to finish. they was very informative and friendly. Such great communication. they did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets and dealing with some pet stains. They were on time, professional, and skilled. I will use them again and recommend that you give them a try.
I wanted my carpet cleaned so I looked online for carpet cleaning. R & Z Syosset Carpet Cleaning seems to be the best out there. So I called them and ask them to clean my carpet. The tech arrived on time and started cleaning immediately. Im in love with what they did, so Im planning to use them again since Ive heard that they also have very great sofa cleaning services.
This is the second time this guy has clean my carpets. I havent had the carpet cleaned for 1 year. He did a fantastic job then and he did a fantastic job now. He is very professional & is full of tips on how to keep the carpet clean. He is very thorough and precise. Job well done!

Love these guys! Thank you for taking care of my carpet and tile, while being courteous of my furr baby and home. He was so nice not to scare my cat and place bumpers around corners so I dont have to do paint touch-ups like with last companies. Definitely using again and you should to. The services offered by R & Z Syosset Carpet Cleaning were very helpful. The workers are very passionate of their works and the when I tried the carpet cleaning, my carpet is not only clean, it smells nice too!
The cleaning took about an hour and everything now looks and smells so fresh! Saved me a lot of money buying a new carpet to my apartment. Will use them again and will recommend to others.
The tech was honest about what I could expect after so many spills and years of wear and tear, but said he would try his best. The results exceeded my expectations! Now, only I know how utterly revolting the carpet looked.

2019-10-26Absolutely excellent service! R & Z Syosset Carpet Cleaning cleaned our carpet. Actually, we never realized how dirty it was, until we saw it when they were done. We could hardly recognize it. They did an amazing work and the carpet looks brand new now. The whole look o our living room became much brighter. We paid a fair price. We highly recommend this company and well have them when next cleaning is due.

2019-11-04I had a great experience with R & Z Syosset Carpet Cleaning! My cat had stained a new expensive rug in several spots. I called to get a quote and decided to go ahead and have them clean the rug to try and save it. They arranged to pick up that same day and did a really thorough job cleaning it.

2021-09-122 wasted weekend days!...Poor customer service and no show!I usually do not write negative reviews, unless it is warranted. I booked for deep carpet cleaning for 9/12 between 9-11am. This was a reschedule since the technician did not show for the 1st appointment. Around 10:30am, I was notified by a scheduler that the technician is trying to reach me. The technician had informed me that he cannot show for the scheduled time, and would come between 1-2pm. So I cleared my afternoon waiting for the technicians arrival. Past 2:25pm, got in touch with the office and the technician directly who tells me hes working at another customers home. Scheduler nor the technician called me to notify that this was the case. Now, I lost 2 weekend days due to your poor customer service and no shows. I am very disappointed with this business!!!
