This is the third time weve used R Broad Concrete for our patio needs over the years and Bob and his team did not disappoint. It took a bit to get to our job because it was a challenging summer with rain and number of jobs in front of us. It was well worth the wait since R Broad did a wonderful job on our new stamped concrete patio. The patio is beautiful and properly finished. Thanks!

The crew at Broad Concrete did a great job replacing my driveway, front walkway and back walkway, as well as adding an additional section of back walkway. They were pleasant to deal with, on time, accurate with their estimate, competitive with other estimates, and completed the work on time. They were helpful in explaining how to maintain a long lasting driveway. The office staff was responsive and helpful. R. Broad Concrete were highly recommended by three of my neighbors. R. Our large job was completed in a timely fashion without a trace of even knowing the crew was there the same day. Bob also came back to personally stain our concrete for that one of a kind look. I originally was working with a competitor who wanted 50% payment, 5 months in advance and the other 50% when they arrived on site, prior to starting. I thought this was crazy so I started looking for other alternatives. R Broad came recommended to me by a friend so I had them out to the house. When asked what their payment terms were, I was told to pay them when they were done which sounded much more reasonable. Al Broad came out to take a look. We went over the project and talked about some of the coordination that would be needed. I was having a builder build a covered patio where he would be setting 6 posts in the ground and attaching a roof to my house. I had to make sure that we would have the correct layout for R Broad to add in a 450 sq ft stamped patio and stairs after the structure was built. Al left me with a quote within an hour. They were not the lowest cost but were competitively priced. They ended up coming 2-3 weeks later than I was originally promised but in the end, it was worth the wait. A crew of 5 guys showed up at 7:00 and were gone by 3:00. They were respectful of me and my property. They covered the lawn with a removable runway to allow equipment in/out without damaging the lawn. These guys were a well-oiled machine. Bob Broad was on site running the job. He asked detailed questions on how I wanted my stairs (#, width, length, square vs. angled, etc.), he relocated my downspout to be easier to access for my builder, he made suggestions on width of border, he helped eliminate a step to my garage and made the walkway look better. He ended up stamping my walkway even though it wasnt included in quote. In short, Bob worked with me every step of the way to get me a final result Id be thrilled with. Structurally, they isolated the stairs from the rest of the pad and tied them right to the house, they put expansion joints at the stairs, at the walkway, at the existing pool concrete and double expansion joint at all of the posts. They put in extra items to ensure the concrete wont crack (in an unwanted location) in the future. Bob and his crews attention to detail did no go unnoticed. If you want someone who is going to look out for you, the homeowner, and whats best for your job, R Broad are your guys. We are thrilled with the result and would highly recommend them for your next project.

We had a very large parking area in front of our house that we decided to do in concrete. It was a big investment so we were nervous about finding the right company to do the work. Bob came out to meet with us more than once to confirm all the details. He even called me on his vacation because I had emailed him about some questions. The R Broad crew showed up on time and worked as long as was necessary to get the job done in the time allotted. It looks great and we are very happy with how it turned out!

We recently hired R. Broad Concrete to design and create a large two level stamped concrete patio. The patio is absolutely beautiful! Bob, Al and all the guys who work for R. Broad are very professional, hardworking and dedicated to the job. If you have any concrete work to be done R. Broad Concrete is the company to hire! We are extremely happy with the design and color of our patio.

Bob and crew are top notch professionals! Bob supervised the whole job, and works his ass off too. This is the second job Ive had them do. The first was 8 years ago. A wrap around the house herringbone stamped walkway leading to a deck which widens into a small patio. This job is a 400 sq pad put next to my driveway for my 5 ton camper van. Do not hesitate to hire these guys!

Have never worked with such a professional and bespoke company. Their approach allowed me to completely customize my projects. The driveway and patio ended up being a work of art and much better than I had envisioned. Bob took the time to ask the necessary questions, understand my vision and took exceptional measures to ensure the finished product exceeded all expectations. Whats the difference between a good contractor and a great contractor? When the owner and designer is personally onsite for the duration of the job and engaged in every aspect of the work. The scope of our project included a complete tear-out and replacement of the driveway, garage pad, front entrance and back patio. Our home is nearly 90 years old and the property presented a number of complexities and unanticipated challenges, including steep grade issues and a crumbling cornerstone. Fortunately, they were able to address everything within our budget and timeline. In short, they were wonderful to work with. From their one-of-a-kind design patterns (go with the Italian Slate Granite - you wont regret it) to their expertise in executing it, Bob Broad and his team were worth the investment.

We recently had a stamped patio put in out backyard. I cannot say enough of the people that we worked with from doing the quote to actually having the patio put in. Karen and Bob were very helpful and professional when deciding the stamp and colors. Bob and his crew arrived at the time scheduled, were al very polite, they were organizied through the process which incredible to watch how they installed the patio. Upon completion you would not even know they were there. They kept the area clean while working, made the street safe for others passing through in the neighborhood and cleaned everything up before they left. I would highly recommend them for any project anyone may want to be done. They are priced well, high quality on product used and very professional.
