This agency is a total embarrassment. They say they’re going to do one thing but do another. They don’t keep their word with anything & their management is completely unprofessional & ignorant. I would rather never take a vacation in my life before I dare to come here. They’re in the process of getting sued for identity theft & extortion. Stay far away from this zoo, you’re better off with Groupon!

2019-04-12What I truly appreciated about my experience with this agency was their ability to make me feel as though I was their only client. I have always wanted to organize a family trip to Europe and my agent Jane gave me a peace of mind, knowing that I would be receiving the best possible rates and fares. It also turned out that the agency has pretty sound relationships with so many different hotels & resorts around the world and they took such great care of my family & I.I will also say, my agent in particular knew what she was selling as she has personally visited these hotels and traveled to a multitude of destinations, I was in shock. She also offered excursions, restaurants, and activities customized to the interests of my family. I put off this trip for so long because of the nerve racking process of organizing everything, so thank you RA travel for going above and beyond.

2019-04-19I recently had the good fortune of working with Jane and Simone at R. A. Travel. They were highly recommended to me by a friend. Jane and Simone were extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient. Having never been to Europe before I was a excited but also a little overwhelmed. Jane and Simone made all of the arrangements and take care of everything for me. I was able to sit back and enjoy the flight to Barcelona, subsequent cruise on the Celebrity Constellation, and the day tours they had booked of Italy, and Greece. My excursion was thrilling and I have memories to last a lifetime. I owe it all to Jane, Simone, and my friend Dave who recommended them. I will definitely be calling on them again for my next trip!
