Rachels Mediterranean Grill in other cities:
I used to swear by this location until tonight. I had a similar experience as the other reviews with staff having attitude and being charged way to much for some chicken and lettuce. Also was told each dressing was an additional charge I told the employee I never was charged extra for toppings and acted like she was doing me favor by only charging for one. The quality of the food wasnt even worth the hassle. Definitely messed up my cravings for Rachels
Been... all over the world and by far this was the worst Mediterranean wrap Ive ever had... the bread was like chewing on my truck tires... and the chick was not much better and way two dry... and I bought two of them for a total of $27... I feel robbed I really do...
Was really excited to give this a try as I like this style of food but I’m extremely disappointed with the pricing for such a small amount of food. To charge extra for so much especially since I only bought a veggie rice bowl with barely any veggies is so disappointing. Feel ripped off coming to this establishment.
Employees were very rude, an have a snotty attitude, Will not be coming back here again. Worse service! I didn’t know what kinda of onions that the person i was ordering for wanted, so i had to ask them. & they wanted extra of the onions. Got charged .75 cents extra for onions. Everything we got from them they gave us an attitude about. If you don’t wanna work. don’t have a job. but don’t take that out on the us because you messed up the order. & then my mom had ordered a chicken soulavki bowl which is chicken an lettuce, so the one girl gets that ready for her in a bowl. then she starts putting things on top of it for a mobile order they received, we tell them that that was our bowl that they were putting all that stuff on., so then she goes an gets another but puts the wrong lettuce in there. Then the other girl who we werent even talking to comes over and says “did you ask for specific lettuce” We said we wanted the Romaine lettuce, she also had an attitude about that too. I just felt that i was being disrespected an getting snotty remarks for no reason. Once again i will not be coming back here!
I went to Rachel’s around 6pm we ordered 3 bowls , one was a chicken souvlaki with lettuce. We were asked what we wanted in our bowls when we were saying what we wanted the girl asked what kind of onions we said raw she told us it was 75 cents for onion and 2 dollars for tabouli . They gave us huge attitude during the whole service. When asked what kind of lettuce I wanted I told the girl romaine. Then she asked what protein I wanted I told her chicken , isn’t that what you get when you order chicken souvlaki.. the girl pushes my bowl down to the other girl but then uses my bowl for an online order and starts putting all this stuff on it that I didn’t ask for, so the other girl goes to ask what I want in my bowl and I tell her that was my bowl but the other girl now used it for an online order, so the girl makes me another bowl and puts the other lettuce in it instead of romaine and gives it to the other to start putting the stuff I want in it but then I tell her that bowl isn’t correct she says why what’s wrong with it I tell her it’s not the right lettuce she gives me attitude and says we’ll did you ask for romaine I said yes, so now another bowl has to be made . She asked me what I want I told her . When we went to pay for our order I was asked by the cashier what I had I told him a chicken bowl, a chicken souvlaki bowl and a chicken shawarma, the girl who made our bowls takes over and tells me no there is 3 chicken souvlaki, I told her well there shouldn’t be and tried to tell her what we ordered then the original cashier says to me with an attitude it doesn’t matter there all the same price, I said well then if there all the same price why did you ask what we got. Worst service ever .. Will never go back to this location. Oh and by the way went to a different location a few days before and was not charged for onions or tabouli… I will make sure to never go back there again, will go back to the location on Sheridan very nice there and not overcharged
This was my first experience ordering from Rachels and it was the location on Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga. They really need to get it together. They were very slow and really seemed to not know what they were doing. All but one person seemed to be very confused and that person was cashing people out. My friend and I ordered three separate rice bowls and each one had something not correct about it. The worst part about that is that you stand there and ask for your items as theyre making it. They had too many people working on one order. Literally 4 people worked on one rice bowl. That made things go very slowly and the food was cold by the time I got it home because they took so long to complete the order. It was rather chaotic. Not to mention, why do so many people need to touch my food? One person from start to finish would cause less confusion and be more sanitary. The food was okay. The meat was dry and way over cooked. I order grilled pita and it was not grilled at all. It was just cold wrapped in foil. I would try Rachels again (not anytime soon), but not this location.
Placed an order online, the email said ready at 7:56. Got there at 8 the front door was locked. I got in the side door as someone was coming out. I was ignored by the first employee with headphones. The second told me that they havent even started my order. The third who served me had a bad attitude. Even though it was just prepared, the food was cold and otherwise just OK. Overpriced for the quality. The place also wasnt very clean.TLDR: poor customer service, rude employees, food is meh and not worth the price. Do not recommend.
Ordered online for a later pick up. Food was not ready when I arrived. They were out of falafel which was a main part of one person’s order. I had to give my phone and email to order. Why couldn’t I have been contacted ahead of time to arrange a substitute? The girl waiting on me just stared at me. Never offered a substitute. Other customers walked in and she started to wait on them! She just walked away!! I asked her to complete my order since I had already paid. She started to bag the items once we got a substitute nailed down and then told me they were out of tabouli! I asked for a refund on that which they provided. 🤦🏼♀️Bottom line...terrible, rude service; online ordering DOES NOT save time but the food we were able to get was pretty good.
I wont be going back to the Walden location. The service was terrible with staff that needs to work on customer service and actually speaking to customers when a question is asked. I got a rice bowl and the rice was either over cooked or under as pieces were crunchy. I asked two employees what the Rachels Rice was and one basically ignored the question and the other had no idea.
These people were moronic!Lady had to ask me what Baklava was!?I had to grab it and give it to her to give back to me.Then they forgot the Greek fries which I had to go back into and grab! Then got home and realized they forgot the side of rice.Next time maybe start on the order before I get there.... it’s an online order that I already waited an hour to be prepared.Never again from this location.
Hoeriable service Caroline taking orders while on her cell phone and in and out of her purse. She also has the courage to wear no gloves in a pandemic. Will never eat from here. In addition they only had half the menu available a waste of time and disappointment. Would not recommend nor return
I love going to Rachel’s ! The food is amazing, but this was my first time going to the location on Walden. I walked in and the employees just looked at me. They didn’t greet me or say “i’ll be right with you.” I waited about 5 minutes and there was one person in the line before me already checking out. When the one employee took my order she was mad making her overall work performance not friendly. When I asked her for something else she did not answer and just made it. Overall the employees working there when I went were not caring about being there and there work performance was not good! Also, they close earlier than the time of closing. I went there one time around 7:30 to get food and the doors were locked and then the time I got to go here one of the workers asked another employee what time it was which was 7:35 and she said “close the doors” showing that they don’t want to be there. Overall, my experience at the Walden location was not good at all! DO NOT go to this location !!!!
I have been to many Rachels locations, but this location is the worst. The food prep area was an absolute mess. The employees enthusiastism was very poor. My wife and I both ordered a rice bowl, but the one thing I could not understand is how a Mediterranean restaurant runs out of feta cheese, well they did. Access to this restaurant from the highway is difficult unless you are traveling west on Walden ave. Will not visit this location again!
The food is excellent. However, service is going done, prices are going up and they are making portions smaller. So now that the prices are higher you get a lot less for your money since they cut the portion sizes. Raising the prices I can understand, but cut back on portions is not smart business. One or the other. I wouldnt mind paying more for the same amount of food, but now they seem money hungry and not valuing the customer.
We placed an online order at 630 and pick up at 712, when we showed up the online order tablet was dead, the made all the food very slowly while servimg 8 people before us. After all the food is in the bag they drop our fries in the frier, over an hour wait and the bottom of the bag was soaking with grease... Terrible!
The food was good. People behind the counter were adequate. The establishment itself left a lot to be desired. Not very well kept and very sparsely decorated. Has a cold atmosphere. This was the new one Walden Ave. I would go back for the food bit not eat there. Its better than other fast food.
Other times Ive been here, it was a good experience. The workers were nice and helpful plus the food was good. This the experience was not so great. The line was longer than I have ever experienced but to my surprise, the two workers moved the line fairly quickly. My disappointment today was that my food was cold when I got it and it tasted as if it had been sitting out all day. Maybe Ill only visit when they first open vs 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday.
My favorite snack ever is room, which is the garlic sauce they serve here. The food is BOMB! There was only one restaurant Ive ever had room at and they closed down a few years back. So happy to have found it again! Everything is fresh and delicious. This place is remeniscent of chipotle, similar set up, and process. Kinda pricey but absolutely worth it.
Save yourself the aggravation and go to any other location but this one!!! Rachel’s puts out a great product, but for some reason the staff at the Walden Ave. location is ABSOLUTELY terrible. There is no organization or order at all on the food line. The food prep line is smeared with all the different dressings, and The Whole crew is wandering aimlessly around back there. Don’t believe me? Swing in and then after a terrible experience you too can write a great review like me and possibly affect a positive change in either management there or staff!!!
The food from Rachels itself is very good, however after first time picking up at Walden location it will be my last. Food was not ready at given time, waited in store 20 minutes for staff to find the order, then put it together. While waiting 2 other people came in to return food because it was wrong. No one else waiting besides me, and they were standing around staring at each other like they all just started their first day. When food was ready the girl pushed the bag on the counter towards me without a word! Not, sorry for the wait, heres your order...nothing! I emailed the incident to corporate thru their website and didnt even get a reply.
Always great food. I am usually in and out, but have ate inside a few times and there was plenty of seating. The chicken souvlaki is the best in the city, their marinate is ideal. They also have an amazing dill sauce. The original location (Main Street, Williamsville) is top notch in the city and you can tell they are a family run business.
Disappointed!! This location is terrible. Girl behind the counter was yelling at other staff right in front of customers. Ordered a rice bowl and Greek fries.... fries were over cooked, brown and hard. Rice was undercooked and hard as well. I will not visit this location again.
I went to this location today and there was lot of confusing going on with the workers. Some people were in line placing their orders while others came in to pick up their order, mad confusion. I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come back and add the remaining ingredients to my chicken souvlaki bowl. I paid extra for a pita bread and it was hard. Poor service and I will NEVER go back to this location again.
Its good. The meat is always cooked fresh and the selection is respectable. Its a small location so dont expect a table during a busy time. I had a gyro wrap with extra meat, lettuce, tomato, red onion and Greek dressing. Even with extra meat the gyro got lost in the size of the wrap. I do have to try the chicken since thats their staple and while I was there a new batch was on the grill. It smelled amazing.
I ordered from my app to pickup in store, when I got there everyone had attitudes and were miserable. I went to the register to pick up my order and they couldn’t find it. They never made my order without even telling me it wasn’t made yet and had an attitude that they had to make it. They barely gave me a handful of fries. When I got my order they said nothing, not “thank you for waiting” or an apology. They were talking about the customers and laughing at them.
So i went to the Rachels on Walden ave...not the new location but the old location that closed and re-opened. I ordered a kids bowl, because I wasnt really hungry, I also dont eat at Rachels very often but wanted something different from my norm...im not familiar with their menu, and the guy serving me didnt tell me there were any limitations, so I added everything I wanted onto my bowl. Also I ordered fries. The guy serving me wrung up my order and it came to 15.95. For what I ordered it should have been in the 10.00 range. So i asked him why. The manager comes over and very nastily explains why its so much. I agree, say that your server didnt say that i couldnt have extra sauces and more than 3 toppings...had he said that I would have ordered differently. He said he would take off the extra toppings and told me my bill was $14.00. FINE. I paid it and looked at the receipt. They charged me for Greek fries ($6.75), when I ordered regular fries ($3.95). No big deal. I was right...the price didnt seem right. The manager comes back over with an attitude, and re-rings my order. Never apologizes, or tries to make the situation ok. He just has a nasty attitude, so i picked up my bag after he hands me back my card, and knock over the tip cup (which I had already put a tip in). I turned back to pick up the tip cup, and he yells at me. SO now im angry and proceeded to tell him that his attitude and customer service suck. That his employee should have explained their policy while serving me and rung up the order correctly and this wouldnt have been an issue!!! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS LOCATION!!! And I will tell everyone I know not to either.
I order online atleast once a week and the people there either cant read or dont know the names of the toppings for the wraps. food can be good if they knew what each item was called. got a bunch of stuff on my wrap i didnt order. ordering online should be easy for them considering all they have to do is just read what you selected but it seems to be way too complicated for them. also have to wait for them to make the food even tho i ordered a hour before hand. last time i go to this one.
The food is good, the service not so much. The man that works there is somewhat rude and the assembly line is a disaster during lunch time. Very disorganized. Heavy accents make it difficult to communicate at times. Ran out of lids for my rice bowl so they threw foil on top. I enjoy the food but they need more organization and better communication.
No napkins?! Seriously?! Not sure why the customers need to wear masks when the staff either doesnt have one on or not wearing them properly. Rude staff. More concerned with there rediculously long fake eyelashes than their work. Cant wait until you open another location either in Orchard Park or East Aurora so theres some decent staff. The Hamburg location is top notch. Back again. This time the rice is hard and the cashier is playing on a tablet instead of cashing. Cant wait for the Depew location to open. Still no napkins. What a dump.
I have no idea how the people that work there still have a job. My order is always wrong.. Every single time. Order extra pitas, get no pitas.. Order extra dressing, get none at all. Then when you figure out its wrong they have the nerve to have an attitude. Dressing top halfway on, leads to a messy bag full of food. This is unacceptable
My family LOVES Rachel’s (Buffalo & Williamsville locations) and eat there often. We were near the Cheektowaga Walden location and decided to grab lunch. It doesn’t stand up to the other locations in terms of service or portion size. My husband asked for more veggies after receiving three tiny shreds of tomato, lettuce and onion and the second helping was literally another scrap of each 🙄 he mentioned that they had just finished making large orders and the bins were almost empty but it’s not the customers fault! Disappointed, I’ll be sure to stick to their other locations.
First time ordering here. Did an online order and when I arrived they said they “couldn’t find my order”. They never said anything about finding it and then came out 5 minutes later saying they were making it but needed more meat. Needless to say I waited over 15 minutes for an order that was placed online over an hour earlier and the order was still wrong. At least 10 people ordered at the regular window and came left while I waited. Disappointing and annoying to say the least.
I ate here once about 2 weeks ago and fell in love with the food. Ive been back here twice since and I absolutely hate the place now. All of their workers are super rude to you the whole time you order. Also everytime I go there its anywhere between 4 & 6 p.m. (normal dinner hours) and they have been out of the Tabouli and always say its gonna take like 30 to 45 mins to make. This is a prime and delicious ingredient that makes your dish, but yet they NEVER HAVE IT WHEN THEY SHOULD DURING THEIR BUSIEST HOURS. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.... maybe other Rachels are better but this one is HORRENDOUS!
Just visited the new location on Walden because I saw that today the bowls & wraps would be 50% off as advertised on Instagram! I made sure before I ordered and I was casually told Oh....No, we decided not to do that today. Maybe another time when were open longer HUH??? How do you post this on your social media and then just cancel it? I told my friends, the lady at the Post Office, etc. Embarrassing for me and completely LAME for a business. I did order and pay full price, the food was delicious as always but Im not sure Ill return anytime soon.
Parents advisory:You cant order a Childs meal without a child at this location.Staff is less than professional did not even ask if there was more to my order.Per manager -The sign is on order to explain the service change.I would not have even given one star but it would not post with out it.
First off food was delicious portions were great ans service was amazing. I was expecting less because we came in an hour before close. But I was happily surprised we got the soulvaki chicken bowls with tabouli and salad and rice it was so juicy and fresh! Even at the end of their shift the staff was friendly and pleasant. I didnt like the amount of plastic used but Im sure they will work on that as they already have compostable bowls. Great experience will return... probably too often.
I stopped going to the location at Walden and Harlem because they always close early most of the time are out of rice, chicken, etc 2 hours before closing. I started going to the location at Walden and union, I visit Rachel’s often but this time it was horrible. Burned chicken shawarma, no brown rice, no feta, not enough chicken to sale me a side of chicken, pita bread was rock hard and looked as if it had been wet. The location didn’t close for another 2 hours.Terrible worst Rachel’s experience ever I bought 3 bowls worst $35 I’ve ever spent.
Rachel’s overall is great but this one location is not. Customer service is lacking along with cleanliness as the counters are full of food spilled all over the place. Also portion sizes and pricing are inconsistent. Go to another location if you want a good experience.
I am here at 12:30 in the afternoon, I expected to see a line since it is lunch time. What I didnt expect is waiting because they had nothing cook, no chicken, or gyro. They did have beef available, only because the customer in front of me had to wait for them to cook it. I had to makesure that I wasnt in the wrong, so I check to see what time they opened. Well to my surprise, they open at 11am plenty of time to have food cooked. As they placed the frozen gyro on the grill, I decided to leave. No way was I going to wait another 15 minutes, and plus they offered no one a discount for the inconvenience. So off to the downtown location for me, the adventure continues
Food is always great, Service horrible.. People working behind counter arent friendly. No hair nets on beards. Guy sweeping and cleaning behind counter, then immediately put gloves on to service without washing hands. Manager told about situation and did not seem to care..
Very good food, slightly high in pricing. The food preparation process was broken. They are set up to be an assembly line preparation from station to station but one person handled the order from start to finish. Very inefficient making the process extremely slow. I would expect to see that corrected in future visits.
Ok, I love Rachels. Could eat there every single day! But Im noticing the new location on Walden Ave. Is scrimping on the food. Theyre cutting back, youre not getting as much but paying the same price .Thats not good customer service!!I like Chipotle a lot too....and they dont scrimp!! Keep that in mind Rachels!!
Would give it no stars. Put in an online order to be picked up after a long day of traveling so I could get my food and go home. Walked in to get my food and the one girl was sitting at the online order station eating not paying any attention. When I said I was here to pick up my order everyone looked at me funny. They didn’t check to see if they had any online orders so my food wasn’t ready. The workers also looked angry the whole time like it was my fault that they didn’t see my ticket
I love the Downtown location of Rachels. This one was very disappointing. I guess they do not have the same standards across locations. The customer service was subpar. Not friendly. They didnt have the assembly line fashion that the downtown location does to mkve quickly. Their set up was out of order. Why would you put cheese on first? The dressing was missing half the seasoning and cheese not flavorful. Chicken was dry and over cooked. Machines were not very clean. Will not be visiting this location again.
I usually order from the Williamsville branch and its much better than this one!Smaller plate, ordered online came to the order online desk no one was there and than found out that didnt made my order waited another 15 mins on top of the 30 mins they said and got much less food from I got in the branch in Williamsville.
The staff is friendly and accommodating. Rachels downtown used to be my go-to spot for lunch. My last two visits to Walden Ave. were disappointing. My whole meal was considerably smaller. The cost of a small salad with three falafel on it was $10.10 plus tax($11)! Even pictures on-line show four falafel!!!! Being a vegetarian and having a strict gluten free diet, you need a little bigger protein sourced portion. I was expecting four falafel you ALWAYS GOT instead of the three I got on my last two visits. Toppings were also very sparce. I understand that food costs have increased as well as hourly wages. But, my meal WAS expensive. The portions and freshness were what drew me to Rachels in years past, 4-6 times a month!! Instead of visiting regularly, it will be on rare occasion.
First time customer ...when I walked in the first thing I noticed is that the place wasnt very clean ..the set up reminds me of subway but subway is ALWAYS CLEAN...anyway the lady taking our order was very sweet yet a bit ANNOYING because she couldnt understand English but she was a sweetheart❤️ The food was pretty good a bit over priced which was ok I guess, but Ill never go back because APPERANCE IS EVERYTHING AND THIS PLACE WAS NOT CLEAN...IT WASNT DISGUSTING BUT IT DEFINETLY WASNT CLEAN.
Im sitting here at 10:56 they open at 10:30. When I walked in at 10:40 the guy says they are not open and not ready. I could wait 5 minutes. Well as you can see 5 minutes is now 15 still waiting. If you say your open at 10:30 you should be open and ready. Its 11:01 Im out of here no food!
Im extremely disappointed with the food NOT the staff. The chicken is old... & they ran out of tomatoes last time i was there... Ive been there 3 times since they opened and every time the food has been awful!!!!!!!!!!! The one down town is better. BUT the staff on walden is a great staff they all are SUPER friendly!!!!! (:
Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.A very running on fumes group.I went there for a posting on Craigslist for employment, was asking to come back days later for open interviews. I returned no-one else was there. I was there only person that responded, mind you the whole reason for this interview was to meet the owner.Including the owner so we proceeded and I was interviewed over the phone.Subsequently hired , beat up for a reasonable wage, $11/ hour, mind you cost of living wage in Buffalo has been determined to be at least $14/hour.OK I agreed, whats my schedule?I will call you later or tomorrow morning. So I wait and wait. Finally I call can I have my hours please. My only request (after getting beat down to a measly $11) was full time 40hours. AND that was beat down to part time maybe 20hours, reluctant, I agreed. Oh Im waiting to speak to the owner , Ill see him at 2pm. Please call me after. No return call finally at5:30pm I call , have you figured out my hours, oh the owner said you are over qualified. Why did you ask me to come back to the open interviews , why did he hire me. AND now blow me off? This is the scumbag of wannabe restaurant owners. Not a great job by any means, and the food I witnessed both times there NOT IMPRESSIVE AT ALL.and this guy thinks he is going to build an empire.Guess he needs to realize your aspirations are only as good or achievable by the support people you included and can trust.Dont support bums like this they are the ones who expect everything for nothing and give working in foodservice a bad name.AT LEAST THATS MY THOUGHTS AND EXPERIENCESINCERELY.Zeff Bonsey.
If they added Corn to the menu to add to the bowls and wraps then I could 5 star you guys, lol. All in all Racheals is a good spot to try if you love chipotle youll love Rachels. They offer a better variety of meats and they arent as skimpy as chipotle is with the meats or rice or lettuce. They actually feed you like an adult. Well worth it!!
Poor service and bad owner of company! Please don’t find a job there! On Walden ave! I have reached out to the owner of the company and he said to come for an interview and when i got there i have been waiting there for like 15 min until he actually came and when he did he asked me like 4 questions then said i got the job and told me to go to training the next day, when i got to training the next day i was there for like 4 hours until he called me from the job phone and told me that i can leave and he will give me my schedule on Saturday... it’s been 3 MONTHS NOW and i still never received my schedule so if he didn’t want me to work for him then why say that i had the job at the interview🤔 and if you didn’t like my work and you didn’t want me to work for you, you should’ve TOLD ME THAT instead of lien to me telling me that you was gonna give me my schedule on Saturday... i have been calling up there almost everyday to find out what’s going on and the employees will always give me the same response! It’s either he’s never there or they don’t have his number (which i know for a fact they his employees has his number) it’s been 2 months and the owner decides to call me asking me if i had found another job yet and my avalibility. I told him no i have not found another job yet and that i was available everyday at certain times then he said ok and hung up and never got back to me once again!!! Like tell me what it is!! And tell me what it aint!! Don’t tell me that i got the job then never contact me!! Don’t tell me that your gonna give me my schedule then never give it to me! I’m grown do i really got the job or that was a lie?? P.s there tacos and wraps are DRY and they barely give you any SAUCE and there pita bread is STORE BOUGHT
Location , location, location. The Oringinal Rachels Mediterranean on 5953 Main street in Williamsville NY has restored my faith in the franchise. My Wife and I was craving Mediterranean food, although I was disappointed at the Elmwood location we took a leap of faith. Our prayers were answered with a young angel named Rachel, wow that name seems familiar. We got professional and quick service with a smile. The food was excellent and my wife I will continue to make the journey to see the original Rachels. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your customers Mr and Mrs Darrell and Tina Wine.

2022-06-28Rachel’s food is great, and the downtown Chippewa location is always on point. This location unfortunately pales in comparison.Though the food is consistent, the atmosphere and service couldn’t be more different. Empty restaurant right at peak lunch time, only a couple of staff members working and a significant wait just to order despite the lack of people inside. I’d opt to go for a different location if you plan to eat inside or are in a hurry, but would hit up this Rachel’s with a takeout order anytime.

2022-05-24Rachels is so yummy! I love their salad bowls with chicken and lots and lots of tzatziki sauce. Their french fries are great, too. Friendly staff there, and the food is done so fast!

2022-06-11My son has worked for Rachel’s for 5 weeks. I had to go to the restaurant and ask another manager to call Josh to come and find his first pay check. 2 weeks later same thing! My son enjoys working there but not for free! Currently waiting for Josh to answer his phone so that my son can pick up his check!

2022-03-09The place was clean and the employee was exceptionally nice. However, I give the food a zero. It had absolutely no flavor, and was definitely over-priced. Ill probably never eat there again.

2022-02-08Terrible portions and food was cold, missing items. This is $14 worth of food according to Rachels.

2022-05-13The Rachel’s on Walden ave has terrible service. We waited in line for 20 minutes because they were out of all meats, when we got to the front of the line they told us they were out of rice and had no more to make. So our option was a salad and the staff never updated the line nor were they friendly throughout the process. Would not come back here.

2022-05-23The employees stand there with the most miserable look on their faces. i know that nobody cares about customer service anymore but this was just ridiculous. can we at least get a “hi what can i get for you?”

2021-01-27Ordered a rice bowl, and Greek fries. The rice bowl a was delicious, but the Greek fries were absolutely drowning in toppings. The few I picked off the top were really good, and left me wishing they were not completely submersed in a bowl of oil. Im not sure if thats whats intended, but it made it not enjoyable.

2022-03-31I just watched a women yell at the employees and complain about absolutely everything and treated the staff like garbage. I just wanna say how wonderful our meal was and how the staff continued to take care of their customers around them.

2022-02-19Great!!! Was there today Saturday 4pm. Food was very fresh and satisfying. Had the Greek Souvlaki bowl. Attendant was very efficient, courteous and holding it all down on his own!
