Wildlife, many parks to choose from, ponds, boat launches with a river park, bike paths, boat and RV storage areas, pool and lots of programs for the kids during the summer including swimming lessons and summer rec. Its been nice to call this home for over 13 years now! Wow... time flies....

Nice area but they seem to not really care about the property since I have been traveling out here from my home in Kirkville , My old Tennant moved here about a year ago and its conveniently located for those who reside here , the people are what I would consider low IQ? But dont let that stop you from renting here, maintenance seems to be on the ball and seem polite however my opinion is just that , ( my personal observation ) but they really need to do something about those Tennants that dont care how they live?

The houses are nice, but the community association is not worth the cost. We pay over $1,000 in association fees a year. It is definitely not worth it. Radissons Community Associations customer service is virtually non-existent. I know people who will not buy a house here because of the additional HOA and I dont blame them. Many of us complain about it.. I wish I had known-I could have built a home anywhere in Central, NY. I dont mind paying for amenities-I do so in my other home, but here, you dont get the service one expects. Not worth it.
