Today is March 14. Booked this hotel in November. Pulled up to the front door it’s closed. Called the front desk messsge says it’s closed jan-feb. I never received a cancellation.DO NOT stay here. Imagine the rooms in this hotel if they can’t even send out cancellations properly. Thank you Hilton Hotel for saving my vacation.
Not as advertised.please readOut door hot tub defunct. I door pool apoximatly 70 degrees. Bar closed WAY early despite being told a wedding party was relying on this. Outside heaters could not be turned on. Front desk sent house keeping.. poor girl had no idea. Paid 479 A NIGHT. asked front desk if they would math THEIR OWN ONLINE CURRENT PRICEwas told impossible. Stayed in NYC, UK and numerous other places cheaper with better emenities. Save your money sleepi in your car. It would be less frustratingly..
Positive: The front desk staff was friendly and tried to address my concerns. Negative: Room was not cleaned (grime on furniture & mirrors; hair in sink). After about 30 minutes, we were moved into another room. It too had grime on the faucets and in the shower and lacked any soap in the bathroom. We cleaned the room ourselves.
Terrible hotel stay!!!!staying at a motel would have been better! The bed are old and uncomfortable!!! Everything is either old or dirty...the Ac kept shutting on/off throughout the night!!! Dont waste your money, you are better off staying at a motel!!!
Dirty carpets, dated hotel badly in need of renovation. Pictures on the website are so deceiving, hotel does no way looks like that!! Staff was professional, that is the reason I gave 2 stars. We checked out a day earlier. Will not recommend this hotel for anyone!.

Still in recovery but a great place to be an gather. Hopefully they will be back to their 5 star self in due time.
Positive: The staff were very professional and friendly. They tried their best to fulfill all of my requests. My room was surprisingly clean compared to all of the ill reviews I saw online. The snap fitness gym service was also amazing. Negative: The menu breakfast was not free but that was ok because it was inexpensive and the staff made me feel welcomed! There is no fresh-up but thats also fine because I was given fresh linens when asked so I didnt have a problem doing it myself.
For $125 per night I expected a lot more.Negatives: The room was not cleaned well. There were pieces of food on the floor near the bed, as well as stains on the curtains, sheets and towels. Upon check in, I was informed housekeeping services were unavailable. I killed two live spiders in our room. The staff were very loud in the hallway in the early morning, which woke me up.On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and the front desk staff were polite. There was free coffee available in the lobby daily.I definitely dont feel like I got what I paid for and would not stay here again.
Positive: The location is amazing!! Being right in the mix on Market street makes a trip to Corning even more special. The room was good sized and the shower was hot with lots of pressure. The heat worked well and the rpm was quiet. Negative: The only concern I had was that the room has a pulllout couch but there was no bedding in the room for it. It made my late arrival (3am), a bit frustrating. I requested the bedding from the front desk and it took longer than expected but we got it eventua
The hotel is nice and clean. Beds comfortable. But no breakfast. No electric car chargers. 1pm checkout was really great and allowed us to get a really good nights rest. Pool hours were also great-open until 11pm!
Positive: The location is perfect. Negative: We requested and paid for a king bed and got a very small bed. They would not fix the mistake and the staff acted like they didn¿t care. The hotel is very run down! In the room only a couple outlets worked . The tub dropped a steady stream as well.
It was ok. Hotel needs a remodeling. Room small. Refrigerator inside a cabinet created a lot of heat. So to keep things cold we had to leave door open. Which made the room hot. So ac unit was on 64 to keep room cool. Staff nice and very accommodating. Parking can be tough.
Positive: It was so clean front desk person was so nice and respectful and accommodating! The room was beautiful and clean. From the time I walked in the door it was just beautiful clean and everyone was so friendly! I will definitely book here again. Negative: The vending machine wouldn¿t take dollars and that¿s no the hotels fault!

VERY friendly and helpful staff.However. This is most certainly NOT a three star hotel. Two, at best. The decor is very dated. Long brown hair on one of the pillows. The bed was very sloppily made and the sheets were very wrinkled.Not at all what I’d expect from a 3star hotel. This is very disappointing.Added a star in my rating because of the amazing complimentary breakfast.
Priceline had this hotel rated as a 3.5 star. I believe 2 stars is more accurate. The bedding was stained, the bed was ripped on the sides, the 3 pillows were abnormally small and flat. The bath tub drain and faucet had a crusty, green substance all over that flaked off during use. The towels and wash cloths were ragged and torn. The first 14 hours of our stay we were without hot water (they eventually fixed it). The carpet in the hallway had food pieces all over for 3 days of our stay. The room had a coffee maker but only had decaf available, there wasnt regular coffee. There is no room service or maid service available right now.For the price, this hotel is atrocious. I do not recommend staying here.

There was no heat in my rooms the nice lady at the front desk came up to check it but when there was nothing she could do she switched rooms so I would have heat and I told her thank you several times because I wasnt freezing no more.
Positive: The location is nice and convenient. We have had good experiences there in the past. Negative: Upon entering and walking to the counter, the clerk said Hold on rather than Hello or other greeting. When we walked up to the restaurant, the woman just stared at us like we were a bother rather than verbally addressing us. Our shower had no hot water.
Positive: The older gentleman working at the desk late at night was very helpful and kind. He made sure that we were taken care of. Negative: I am allergic to animals. I laid in the bed and broke out in hives like the room/linen was not cleaned.
Positive: The location and the bar/restaurant were good. Negative: We were put in a back building far from the amenities of the hotel that required us to go outside and across an alley to get to the front desk the pool and the bar/restaurant. There was no room service or housekeeping. Had to go to front desk for t.p.
This hotel located at perfect location in Corning. So close to market street and other attractions. This hotel has nice pool and appears to be they are maintaining it well. Spa pool is closed. I gave three star because I am suppose to get renovated room with king bed and pull out sofa bed but hotel staff has no idea they do not have those kinds of room until we arrived and checked in. After waiting for two hours they finally gave us old two queen bed room. Please note this hotel appears to be going for renovation in November and I hope it will turn out great once done. Other than our struggle during our checkin otherwise there are no complaints.
A shadow of its former self. Awful service, no restaurant, unprofessional staff...give it a very wide berth. It seems the owners acquired this business with a view to running it into the ground...well they have succeeded!
Nice hotel close to SUNY Corning. The room was clean, loved the bed and the shower massage. I needed them both after a four hour drive from NYC.
Positive: The room was a good size. The king size bed was confortable. Negative: The front desk did not ware masks. The thought that we didnt get a room fresh n up. (We stayed two nights. We had to call for fresh towels for the second night. Initinally we had only one washcloth, one hand towel and a small sliver of soap.
Positive: not much Negative: we have stayed in better at less money. Check in was 4:00 PM and the dining area and bar were closed at 6:00 PM. No information as to the available amenities 1 wash cloth and face towel in bathroom. no cups in bathroom.

Positive: Location was convenient for downtown shops and restaurants. Negative: A dozen smokers just outside the main entrance made it impossible to enter/exit hotel without walking thru smoke. There was no hot water in the shower or the sink. Air conditioner fan would turn on and off every few minutes throughout the night.
Positive: The hotel is located in a nice area. Out the back door was the main street of Corning. The street was welcoming with many people walking, often with their dogs. It was a great place to window shop with many wonderful boutiques and quaint restaurants. Negative: The interior woodwork in the rooms was a bit shabby, overall it was very pleasant.
This hotel was great they meet all my expectations and more. The food was very good, the staff was very kind and my room was clean. Plus all my requests were done as requested. I will return. Thank you all for my pleasant stay at Radisson Hotel.In case someone read this they will renovating the hotel in November 2021.
Positive: Location Negative: Needs renovation. Looks and feels rundown. There was a wedding reception in the lobby that went on until 2 AM and it was very loud especially that my room was next to the elevator.
Positive: Great location. Negative: Floors not very clean. Old coffee grinds left in the coffee maker. Purposely called for an early check and was approved for 2 p.m. I showed up at 3 p.m. but had to wait until 4:30 p.m., 30-minutes after regular check in. Staff could not care less.
Very comfortable stay smack dab in the middle of Corning.Walkable from market Street/ all the best food places and also about a 15 min walk from the Corning museum of glass.Love the stay. The place itself needs a fresh coat of paint and they will be renovating from Nov 2021 so check in before signing up
Positive: I loved the indoor pool Negative: No continental breakfast no housekeeping, no microwave, had to reuse my towels and wash dishes in bathroom sink. Never in my life have I paid so much money for so little. place is beautiful BUT I didnt need beauty I needed towels and clean linens coffee
Positive: Location Negative: Yes lied to by staff. They would not even say sorry or anything. Manager ignored me. When I asked to speak to her. Staff never said thank you for staying. The soap and wash towels were dollar store very thin I could see thru them. We felt unwanted there .
I will start with the good. The breakfasts and dinner we had we excellent. Other than that, this place is a dump. Our room was never cleaned in the 5 days we stayed because that is only for guests staying a week or more. We had to go to the desk to get our own towels and TP. The room was constantly moist and there is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Stay at an AIRBNB or the place down the road. This place is a dump.
Positive: Great location, friendly staff. Negative: Parking was full due to an event at the hotel. Its scheduled for a refurbish, and our room was a bit shabby. Glad to hear its being upgraded soon!
Hotel rooms were clean. The hallways smelt, like moldy cigarettes. The elevator was broken in the building that wasnt attached to the lobby. The hotel didnt have any coffee packets to fill the room with, after our first night. (We spent 3 nights) location is good if you are going to stay in Corning to do wine tasting in the finger lakes.
Staff were friendly. Music and dining available which was nice. Can easily park and walk to the main park of town to see the shops and restaurants. Hotel itself needs some updating on the outside. Gym wasnt open but could use Snap fitness a few blocks down. Pool was open when we were there a few weeks back but hot tub was closedWould probably stay again if I had to visit Corning.

A reliable hotel. Always stay here for its vicinity to Market st and the museum ! Rooms are clean, some minor cosmetic issues though. Nice staff. Cant wait for their renovations later this year, itll be awesome!
Positive: Location was good. Negative: There was dog hair on the pillows, the blankets had holes in them, and the threads on the floors were coming out. Additionally the blinds wouldn¿t work. Even with the issue of hair in the bed, they tried to just hand us new sheets instead of fixing it.

Perfect location and will definitely stay again when in the area. Centrally located to easily walk through the main street in town with restaurants, shops, etc. Front desk staff was friendly and maid quickly brought extra towels when requested. Only concern was the room was a bit dusty but I wiped everything down anyway.
A but dated, signage indicated they were remodeling soon. the rooms were fine comfortable beds. Loved the location. Easy walking access to downtown shopping and restraunts. We were visiting the Corning Glass Museum. It was close enough to walk if you desired. There was a walking bridge. Loved the old downtown vibe and the view while standing in town and being surrounded by mountains. The photo was taken from market street beautiful church. Good choice for overnight stay. Price was good.
Located at the heart of the city, few min drive from the glass factory. Clean hotel room, spacious. Front desk was very courteous. Bar open till 11. Restaurant serves hot breakfast (not free, though).
Great location right at the end of Market St. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff was friendly. Live music was playing in the evening at the hotel restaurant, it was a nice touch. Beds were a bit too firm, but not too bad.Hotel is a bit dated, and has a 80s corporate office building feel. But it was in good shape. We had resevered a King room through the Raddison site, but we were given a single queen instead. It was not a big deal, but we were hoping to stretch out a bit more in bed.
Nice and plenty of parking. hotel doesnt change the linen. Guest have to change their own linen. 1st day linen had waste stains on pillow and sheets / duvet. Pool and suana not working. Stayed in side building medew hallway no room service.Ideal location, but you must have a vehicle.

Disgusting, repulsive, terrible place to stayDate of stay: 09/28/2021Floor: 3rdPhotos attachedThe room I was given was not appropriately turned over; it seemed to be, due to the made bed however I was deceived as a got to take a closer look.Bathroom: Wear shower shoes, the shower floor was peeling and smelled disgusting. No toilet paper was available and half the lights did not work.Bed: this was the most disgusting! After pulling back the top sheet I discovered hair and numerous stains. I was completely repulsed. I contacted the front desk; and their solution was to send up new sheets and a roll of toilet paper for me to change it myself.Halls: littered with debris/trash, dishes, water stains on the ceiling.To be honest; I’m surprised this place is even open with all the hazards and lack of cleanliness, especially during CoVID19 protocols. The city of Corning needs to evaluate this building and their practices.
Staff were nice. Location is quite central to all the great things in Corning (15 minutes walk to most attractive like the Corning Museum).The hotel itself could do with some fresh paint. The room was dreary but clean. The privacy shade was warn out in the window.Would stay again.
The wedding venue wasnt open on time so 200 people were twiddling their thumbs in the lobby for an hour. There was alot of convenience things like ATMs etc that were out of order. The beer was skunky, the food gave me the runs and the rooms were comparable to a red roof inn. Honestly I expected much more from a place with a reputation like the Radisson.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: The front desk staff could care less that we were there. She did not greet us. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. I called for a different room but it was not what I expect for a hotel with 8.3 rating. The bed was very springy. Elevator broken.
Dont bother with this place. Shabby, no restaurant despite the web saying they did. Too expensive. Only positive is location.
We planned a post-Covid trip to Corning and chose the Radisson and were very disappointed. This hotel was probably nice in the 70s or 80s but they havent made any updates and it dated and dirty. The outside appearance is a good indicator. There is no grounds maintenance and the front of the hotel is filthy; the gardens laden with weeds. They have a nice outdoor rug and some seating but dead plants and filth all over.Check in went well. They actually overquoted on our package when we made the reservation and offered a refund at check in.The room was dated and dirty. We would normally have requested another room but were tired from the trip.The beds looked slept in - small pillows and a very lumpy duvet cover. No effort to make a nice impression. We later found that one the bottom bedsheets was ripped at the corner. The top of the glass table between the beds was dirty. The lights on either side of the bed did not work. We were not sure if it was safe to walk on the carpet without shoes. Everything was so dark, it was hard to tell.The bathroom seemed clean but very dated. There was some rust around the faucet and the tub was moderately clean, but it wasnt great. The only bathroom amenities were body wash, eye makeup remover and a small soap. The tub faucet leaked.Whatever love went into building this hotel has long gone and it is sad and unkempt. Older couple traveling with small Poodle. “Dog-friendly” room dirty, worn, stained duvet, threadbare sheets and towels, iced-up freezer could not be used, cracked and dirty lamp shade, bathroom floor sticky, hall carpet and entry doors filthy. For this, we paid $159 PLUS $65 for the dog!I have seen some lovely reviews for the rooms in the main part of the hotel - obviously not from this part.Shame on the Radisson brand for offering such accommodations!

2022-05-26For what it is and the location, this place is great. We paid $135 a night for a room. Location is fantastic within a block to downtown corning where there are lots of great options for dining and great stores. A lovely place to walk around. Parking at the hotel is free. Hotel is pet friendly but charges an outrageous $65 (!!!!!) fee per night for our dog which is extortionate. Rooms are very tired but water is hot, water pressure is good. I would stay here again when passing through.

2022-06-02Great location, room was nice and clean, however gave it 2 star in service because it took 4 calls down to the front desk to get bedding for the sofa bed. Then after 4 calls still didnt bring up a actual blanket just sheets. JR at the front desk is totally awesome and made the check in very easy. Hes eye candy too!!! 😆

2022-06-01Conveniently located close to all attractions and the main road in and out of town. However the rooms are old and need refreshing especially the bedding. The air-conditioner made so much noise that we kept waking up. But the service and the people were absolutely sweet, kind and extremely helpful. There is an extra star just for them.

2022-07-04Last time for me here, when I came back in 2021 this place was well maintained and had good no of staff so that everything is well taken care of.So I came back in 2022 and this place is short staffed, rooms are not maintained, Coffee in the lobby is cold, half of the lift are not working, receptionist is grumpy due to long working hrs.On asking them why its so bad, all they have the same covid excuse.

2022-06-21Positive: Most of the staff was good. The exception being the restaurant manager. The pool was nice and clean. Negative: The restaurant prices were high for the quality of food we got. My food was missing several key ingredients and the restaurant manager was a jerk when I went to him with an issue.

2022-04-25Positive: wonderful mattress, slept great, nice and clean, pool was open, there was no breakfast [though one was advertised] Negative: I was sad to see the maintainence issues. It is getting such poor care in being maintained that if it continues the star level will surely go down. Very sad that they cant get workers to run the breakfast or to fix breaking stuff.

2022-04-30Clean rooms but a bit worn. Bathroom is tiny, dont bang your knees on the door when sitting down. Great location, very near bars, restaurants. Wegmans 5 minutes away by car.

2022-07-06Hotel is dated, room closet doors falling apart, bathroom mirrors were full of rust and the shower had big chips of paint missing. Only one elevator worked for the entire building. We had to go through the stairs with our luggage back and forth because the room key did not work. The parking lot was completely full, we had to park in the handicap space, because we were told that they were overbooked and thats the only parking spots available. Overall it was very disappointing and not an enjoyable stay.

2022-06-18Bed so comfy, loved the blackout shades, close walk to everything! The pool was warm but please update the website that the outdoor hot tub is defunct. It was a HUGE disappointment that it was shut down.

2022-05-30Inconvenient walk to rooms, hard to find parking. Take elevator, walk a hall and bridge to stairs, take stairwell to next floor, down another hall to rooms. You need a gps to find your room and uber to get to there. Wanted to use pool but to the journey to use it was daunting. Wanted to go to lounge or restaurant but may have gotten lost or needed to bring food, drink for the long trip to get there. Parking was also an adventure hunt. On a positive note the rooms have been remodeled and since you can not journey out of your room that was a nice surprise.
