Great carwash for the price. $20 will get you a basic wash , interior vacuum, tire shine, and hand/mechanical dry. I have a new car and I frequent here more for convenience than anything, I would prefer they take more time and accuracy with the minor facets of the washing and drying ,but they get busy quick so thet do what they can. The crew us respectful and professional , however if you dknt come on a slow day when they can really take there time with it , if you are SUPER meticulous the end result may slightly vex you , however its a decent waah for the price.
Do not use the automated car wash- literally only cleaned the front of my car. Back is completely dirty (I don’t even think water hit it!?)
Its ok. Nothing special. Its like going to a regular car wash but more money. I have to vacuum more bcuz they missed some spot. Please let your employee know not to put the mats over the gas pedal, i was wandering why my car was accelerating. I almost hit the car infront of me.
Didn’t know where I was going. Needed wash and detail. Guy points me through to auto wash which I pay $20 for. Then I loop back around and explain I wanted detail and he tells me they are closed when it’s 5:20 and they are supposed to close at 6pm. Will never go here again. And the $20 Auto Wash did a terrible job!’!
A week ago, Splash Car Wash left crumbs in the cup holder and traces of my dogs dirty paw prints all over the leather seats. Raphaels crew was courteous and left my car spotless. They also successfully removed the sticky residue of an old bumper sticker. Its been a long time since I experienced a car wash with this exceptional level of service.
Excellent $20 Hand Wash - Its like a mini Detail every time. 👍🏼 However they dont offer monthly packages nor any kind of 24hr clean car guarantee to stay competitive, so it can get costly if youre like me and always like a clean car. Downside: they close at 6pm Monday -Saturday - If you get there after 5:30 and they are already working on a car, they WILL turn you away. One Bad Experience: One day it rained for all of 10 mins and then the sun came out. In the hand wash bay, 5 of the workers were causally sitting on their phones with no cars being cleaned. They turned me away and said we closed at 3 because of rain, come back tomorrow. Meanwhile, the attached mechanical carwash had a line of 7 cars. A Big let down as I always tip them very well. 👎🏼 Overall 4/5 Stars for Rafaels.
I wanted a minor detail clean because it clearly states detail cleaning. I wait about an hour to finally get the car washed and they tell me they don’t have time because there is a line. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me...
The car was is too expensive and they are not nice to customers. They way they clean is like a normal car wash.
This place is great? The people that work here are so nice, the car wash is fast and economical, and there are free vacuums!

They have automatic cleaning and hand wash. For hand wash, enter from the left. Took around 18 mins to wash one car.
100% recommended if you are scared of micro-scratches that automatic carwashes leave.

2022-06-01As of June 2022, they charge $25 for a full service car wash (larger vehicles are more). For that price, you get a hand car wash, hand dried, full vacuum, and mats washed. They did a pretty good job, much better than any other place in the WPs area.

2022-05-03I drove to get my car cleaned on Monday May 2nd at 3:30 pm during business hours. The place was closed. I called that Monday and then on Tuesday morning several times between 10 am and 11am and got VM. I wanted to call to confirm they were open before I wasted my time again driving to get my car cleaned in the middle of the day during business hours. No-one picked up the phone. Sorry, this is no way to run a business. If your business hours say youre open, you owe it to your customers to be open.

2021-03-12If you have the time to wait in the line, then wait for the detailed wash, and $25 (car) $40 (SUV/Truck), then its a decent wash They take their time but do a complete job, unless the line is too long and they need to get the cards through.

2022-02-07Ignore all the 1-start reviews; theyre for the automated car wash next to Rafaels (which they dont own or manage). This place is fast, thorough, and reasonably priced.Came on a Sunday afternoon, waited in line for about 15min (there were 2 cars ahead of me in line and two already in the bays) and was washed, dried, vacuumed, and glass cleaned in another ~15min. Fair warning, if you want your interior cleaned, youll have to wait outside which can get cold or hot depending on the day.Most importantly, they use clean towels and cloths so they dont put any scratches in your paint like EVERY automated car wash.

2019-11-15I went to the car wash here for the first time since it was renovated. Now firstly using the robot is a cute novelty but thats where it ends. Firstly it is a bit one size fits all with just a few options and the only option that allows you to wax / put a coating on your car is the top-of-the-line option for $20. the unfortunate fact of the matter is the robot really is not good at cleaning the car as it does not possess any brushes that would allow it to move harder stuck on film from things like window washer fluid. also where the back of my car has a wing off the back it virtually completely missed my back hatch. Finally there should be a sign the bring your own towels as you will need to wipe away the spots.

2021-10-03ZERO STARS. Do NOT use the automated car wash next to the hand car wash. The machine operated car wash is owned by the utterly rude owner of the gas station and is not affiliated with the hand car wash which does a great job. The machine literally sprays water and soap in spotty streams at your car, not even at a high pressure to at least rinse some dirt off. I was completely disappointed so I went in to talk to the manager at the gas station and he informed me that he was the owner. I explained I paid $15 for a “wash” but my car was still dirty and asked if the machine was working properly. He was unapologetic and didn’t even let me speak, just kept repeating “I don’t give refunds”. I drove off and found Wash and Co. on Tarrytown Rd. which was awesome! Only $8 for a REAL exterior car wash with brushes and soap and plenty of water. There’s even free vacuums for you to clean up your car. Save yourself the frustration and go there instead.

2020-02-25Excellent service. I have been going to Rafaels Hand Wash for many years. In fact they do such a great job, that I no longer go through mechanical car washes. Sometimes there is a wait, but its worth it. They work on each car for about 20 mins, and their basic hand wash is really more like a mini detail job.

2020-10-07I used the automatic wash and found it pretty disappointing. It did nothing that a good rain wouldnt have done. Car was still fairly dirty afterwards and I would not use that service again. Two different entrances, looks like one side is hand wash and the other is machine but the signage is poor and the hand wash entrance is cut off from the side of the building I entered from. Better signage up front would help
