A friend suggested I stop by Rai Design for bathroom tiles. Upon entering the store I was over whelmed by the selection of items they had. Everything beautifully displayed.I met Mary Jane, who was terrific. She Immediately understood what i was looking for. She assisted in all of the details and provided wonderful ideas.Through the entire process of selection, ordering and timely delivery she was right there to help.My tiles are outstanding thanks to Mary Jane and her patience with me.

MJ helped us revamp our kitchen. We loved our cabinets and countertops, but the floor was shot and we never installed a backsplash. She helped us coordinate new large format tiles and a backsplash to match what we were dead set on keeping, perfectly! We could not be happier!

We used Rai for our kitchen and two bathrooms. Beautiful, extensive selection of tile and granite;excellent guidance from the sales team in the showroom, very professional and helpful team in the warehouse. Extremely responsive to questions.They stand behind their products and customer service. I would use them again personally and recommend them to others.

Totally positive experience. From picking out the stone countertop, seeing it taped out on the actual stone, impeccable measurement of area for template, coordination of tile, immaculate countertop installation, outstanding recommendation of tile installer, to quick service to address minor blemish. The people at RAI we’re all very helpful and professional. And the espresso is pretty good too 👍.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Gary helped me choose a beautiful granite for my kitchen renovation. He also made the perfect recommendation for a backsplash tile. Excellent customer service. Perfect installation, the crew was great. A flawless seam that you can barely detect. The kitchen came out beautiful. Highly recommend Rai marble. There is something for everyone there. Lots to choose from. Beautiful showroom. Thank you all for a great result.

Upon the recommendation of my contractor, I came to RAI Marble and Granite. A few weeks later I put a deposit with the sales person for tiles for my 3 bathrooms that he said he was ordering. A few weeks later I called back to make an appointment to finalize my kitchen countertop and backsplash. At that time they notified me that the sales person had left the company. No one in the company has bothered to call me before or was following up this sales person orders. They had no recollection of my order in their system and managed to find a few hand written notes the sales person had left. I find this company to be very unprofessional and would not recommend them.

We are new to the area and are doing a bathroom renovation and a full kitchen renovation in the Summer. We were hoping to find a vendor we could trust with our kitchen reno.Pros: The showroom is great, but only a taste of what they have. Tonia (Antonia) was great and worked well with us throughout the process.Cons: The vanity is beautiful, but the the marble top that we had RAI custom cut did not fit our bathroom (IM me for photos). We paid more to have them do the install and template the top, but eventually had to hire a contractor to fix the non-square marble top. There were gaps between the wall-to-wall marble and, well, the wall. Emails to RAI were never returned (They already had our money).Everyone we spoke with, either over the phone or in person, was extremely rude. Tonia was great, but everyone had an attitude. We were just purchasing a bathroom vanity and fortunately not spending a small fortune with them on our kitchen.Recommendation: Shop around. Take a look at what they have but beware of the poor follow through. Go somewhere else it seems they are all flash.

Ive been dealing with RAI Marble for 14 years and as a professional designer I cannot sing their praises more. Courteous, great selection, on schedule and talented. They are my go to supply house for all things tile and stone.

Positive: nice show room. negative: customer service was not very good particularly for the price you will be spending (exactly twice as much as places in flushing) not very intelligent sales folks and although I gave exact measurements with diagrams they could not give me a price
