I used Rain right for a sprinkler modification and some repairs and they came immediately and fixed everything without any complications and in a professional manner. The owner was on the job and even came back a few days later to go over everything they did which was much more then anticipated. I would certainly recommend Rain Rite to anyone looking for a honest company who treats your home like its theirs. Keep up the good work.

Buddy had previously installed the sprinkler system in our new home and from the moment we met him, we knew that we were not going to be finding someone else to maintain (and eventually extend) the system. He and his team consistently provide the highest level of customer service - we truly could not be happier. We had Buddy install a smart sprinkler system for us since sprinklers are the last thing on our mind (and I would imagine, most peoples minds!). He has let us know anytime the system has gone offline and provides us instructions on how to fix it easily. Recently, we had him expand our system when we graded and seeded our backyard. Our landscapers provided us last minute notice that they would be coming to grade, but Buddy and his team showed up exactly when we needed him anyway! After torrential downpour the next day and our backyard flooded (which was most likely due to the rain), Buddy came out within an hour of my message, just to make sure the cause wasnt the newly installed sprinklers. His knowledge, professionalism, and extremely high quality of customer service is not easily replicated. We could not imagine using anyone else to care for our sprinklers and lawn!!! Were looking forward to using their lighting division in the future when we get our backyard all finished!
