Me and my mom went there for a massage and body treatment. We spent over $400 and the message wasn’t that great. The guy didn’t even massage my back or my mother’s! I thought a full body was going to include the back? The body treatment was great though. I wouldn’t go back here. There is one right down the road which is better.
Best lashes ever! Plus my husband and I love the couples massages. Its a wonderful experience with chocolates and champagne. The star room is so special and all the massage therapists are great, especially Crystal and Kevin.
Ive had many massages in the past several years, but nothing has topped by experience with Melody. I have a lot of hip and lower back pain and she knew where to apply pressure and when to ease up. She is very attuned to her clients and Im already looking forward to going back.
I saw Megan for brow lamination. All I can say is WOW! Love my brows. RAIN Spa is beautiful and the owner and staff are amazing, professional and experienced.
Id give it 10 stars if I could. The experience was amazing. Megan and her team made the space so tranquil and cozy. The massages we had were so relaxing and just what we needed. Maggie and Kristen were excellent. I want to go back like every week.
What can I say, this establishment is an example of everything not to do in a business. We spent the weekend in Rhinebeck and checked into the Beekmann Arms hotel around 3pm so we had a lot of time to wander around all the shops in town and get massages before out 7pm reservation. I went into their website and though they had available massage slots at 5:45 and 6:45 the app would let me get all the way up to the payment section and then not allow me to go further. Even tried it from my laptop next but same issue. Not to worry, they were literally steps away from our hotel room so we went by in person. The light were on, the open sign was out and the sigh said they were open until 9pm, but the door was locked?! We knocked and knocked, no answer. We called in the phone twice but nobody picked up. Ok, maybe they were in the bathroom, so we went shopping around town and stopped by again around 6pm. Lights out, store closed, everybody ran out early?! I have a feeling that my not being able to book the 5:45 slot was not an accident. If youre going to say your booked up fine, but if your hours say youre open to 9pm and you close shop before 6pm, then you werent booked up. You just wanted to close early on a Saturday night instead of take customers. Not sure if the owner is even aware that the staff is refusing appointments and closing early. Its too bad, we might have become regular customers but with service like this well never be back to find out. Sad . If this place goes out of business you can be sure it had nothing to do with covid.
We just found this beautiful new (~ two months old) spa in Rhinebeck. They are located right next door to Oliver Kita Chocolates and just happen to serve their chocolate truffles at the spa. The place looks great inside, easily on a par with anything youd expect to find in Brooklyn Heights or the Village in NYC. There are very few, if any, other places in the area that offer all the usual services, plus a Himalayan salt sauna. RAIN is definitely worth a look if youre in Rhinebeck.
Highly highly recommend!!! Absolutely love the lash extensions & Megan does the best brows around!! Definitely won’t be disappointed with any service you get here!

Conveniently located in the town of Rhinebeck, Rain Spa is adorable and peaceful. There were lockers for our belongings, refreshments, and a sauna. Our services were top notch. Thank you!
Willow has magical hands and theyre always so nice 😍 80 minute couples massage under the stars...came with chocolates, prosecco, tea, seltzer and water.
Services are great, and the spa itself is absolutely beautiful. I’ve been super happy every time I’ve left!!! Can’t reccomend enough! I tell everyone to go here! Love it!

2022-01-06I have been a customer here for a few months and i was giving them the benefit of the doubt but I will not be returning for eyelash extensions. The problems is that what they use for their lashes are very cheap quality not long lasting at all the woman who put on my lashes put clusters of lashes together instead of putting them on a individual lashes which your supposed to do! I feel as if they do not care about their clients it was my first time having a new girl doing my lashes and not to mention she took 25-30 minutes for a set (usually 1-2 hours for a set for it to be lasting and good). After my service my eyes were burning for the first time which made me skeptical that the girl that did my lashes did not care about my lashes! Please look at another place to get lashes done!!

2021-10-30Today, October 30, 2021, my husband booked a massage for me at the Rain Spa in honor of my upcoming 11/01 birthday. I added a facial to the mix for good measure. May I say that the massage by Melody was unbelievably amazing? Well, it was. My facial, which was done by Becca, was also amazing. I am so relaxed I dont quite know what to do with myself other than to rest and relax! THANK YOU! Kudos to Becca who greeted us at the front door and whose warm demeanor and professionalism added to my lovely experience. I will be back and will bring friends with me.

2022-05-06This place is gross, I had a family member get there make up done here for an event that we were going to, find out after that the make up girl Ashley did not clean or sanitize any of her equipment. At one point during the appointment she dropped multiple brushes on the floor and then immediately continued to use them on the eyes, nasty get your makeup done somewhere else

2021-07-19Megan Martino did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows. She was extremely warm and friendly, and extremely competent. She takes her art very seriously, and is committed to making sure that you have the best possible results. The color, shape and size of my eyebrows compliment my eyes perfectly and I couldn’t be more pleased.the picture I’m posting was on the day of my 6 week touch up. I’m still in the healing process now, but I am confident that the end result will be great. Megan is great about communication and urged me to contact her should there be any issues. I will definitely be returning. The spa is beautiful, clean, relaxing. Thank you Megan!

2021-08-21If you have sparse brows like me, I highly recommend getting microblading here with Megan! She did a great job, I love the shape and color. I actually went back for a third touch-up session because Im a profectionist and luckily so is she. She knew exactly what I wanted and we ended up doing a little powder brow to really fill them out on top of microbading. Im very happy with the result and highly recommend! The procedure is painless and I highly recommend you read the care instructions prior to each appt you remember and are prepared for each session.

2021-02-25I was hesitant about posting a review of my experience with eyelash extensions but after going to Mirbeau and having an amazing experience I felt compelled to write my review. My husband had bought me a a gift card so I decided to make an appointment for lash extensions. My first red flag was when the owner, who was applying my lashes, was not even on time for my appointment. She didnt arrive until 15 minutes after my appt started. Then I thought it was strange that the area where they apply the extensions is right in the front next to reception. The area is covered in a white see through drape. Very strange for a spa because I thought the purpose was to be able to relax and not be bombarded with constant noises. While she was applying my lashes she was getting up to assist the employees who were arriving. Then a woman came and sat in the room with us and she proceeded to have small talk with her. She apologized saying this morning was hectic. I was like ok whatever. But then the barber comes in and starts having a conversation with the owner who is still applying my lashes. He asks her if she wants to come outside to see his new whip. She proceeds to stop doing my lashes to go outside and look at his new car! I could not wait to get out of there. It was the most unprofessional spa experience I have ever had. I went back for one fill to see if my experience would change. I tried another woman to apply my lashes and she did a much better job. After my gift card was used up I never returned.

2019-10-16I got my brows microbladed by Megan and I’m SO happy with my results. This girl is amazing - she runs 3 businesses and made time to personally reach out after my appointments to check up. The spa itself is beautifully decorated and super cozy. They use a numbing cream which makes the process absolutely painless. It felt like a super gentle scraping and I couldn’t believe how the whole process didn’t hurt me one bit. Love these sweet girls and so happy to support local business.

2020-01-04I decided to finally check out Rain after hearing a lot of buzz about it. After having my eyebrows micro bladed a few years ago and being left dissatisfied, I did my research and booked an appointment with Megan. Scheduling was easy and because the spa is open at convenient times, I was able to get an appointment for the date I was hoping. Some places are closed often and its hard to make an appointment . My service was relaxing and I was given personal attention. My eyebrows looked great and my healing process was much easier than my first experience from another provider. I was so pleased that I went back a few weeks later for a lift and tint. So happy I did, I love the results. Rain will definitely be my go to spot when I need pampering. Highly recommend!

2021-01-13Ive been a customer since their early days and always have great facials from Mikayla. She is very skilled and the premises are beautifully appointed and clean. Staff is very friendly. Living in Manhattan, the prices at Rain (and La Tua Bella Beauty Bar & Bello the Barber Room, next door) are excellent, too! My hair and skin have never looked better!
