Its been two or three weeks since I went to this store to buy breakfast. I cant stand it today. I dont know how to work slowly. The attitude of the cashier is too bad! It is the worst bakery service attitude I have ever seen. Dont expect your enthusiasm, but at least I went to buy breakfast, not to get angry and look cold.
The Yunbao waiter is very enthusiastic, and Taidu is very good. I go to many bakery shops but there is no Yunbao. The waiter has a good attitude. The coffee and bread are delicious. The shrimp sausage is delicious. I give ten stars.
The worst service bakery in NYC, the staff are arrogant and unreasonable, doing their own thing, not customers at all.
Asking for an iced bread. It takes 2 minutes, and the staff doesn’t respond when they see a customer!

2022-06-17I usually go there to buy our bakeries for quite a long time; and have had great experience until today while buying baby shark cupcakes for my 4 year old and my friends’ kids. When I asked her to pack the cakes separately for the kids cuz kids aren’t living together. The lady working there insisted to pack them together; and I refused. Then she squeezed the cupcake to a tiny plastic box and destroy the shape of cream and baby shark . I asked her not to do so; and to use the bigger paper box to pack. She started to educated me not to waste the box and keep questioning me why I need pack them separately. Excuse me? Baby shark decorations is what I mean to pay for. Then, the rest of purchasing, she was wearing her long and unpleasant face without saying a word to us. Just curious, does management know how the employees treat their customers? Probably they don’t want to do business well. I spend money for some happiness not seeing someone wearing a long face and bad attitude. NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

2021-11-29I dont even know why Rainbow got only 2.5 star reviews because they deserve 10 star reviews if thats the highest score scale! Their bakery, you can taste it, is definitely using real milk cuz every item taste so milky rich and puffy, the shells of cream puffs are very crispy. The fillings of egg tarts, red bean, black sesame bakery are so full so tasty. Highly recommended!

2021-11-29Every single item we got is so so so so amazingly good! Like seriously! this is THE masterpiece bakery! their top notch big cream puff, their bouncy taro cake bread, their unbelievably delicious egg tarts(and yes I tried 7th train exist egg tart place too!), everything is so so delicious, anddd NOT TOO sweet as well, because Asian peoplelike us hates too sweet stuff. This is the best bakery wayy better than bake culture or Paris Bugatti. Try it, Rainbow is the best!

2021-12-27I have bought all the bakeries in Flushing, New York.Only the bread from this shop is still as soft and delicious the next day, and the price is not expensive.Worth recommending to everyone

2021-10-21This bakery buys it almost every morning. In the past, it used to recharge and give money, and the taste was okay. But their service attitude is really bad! There is basically no sense of service! I dont know if the boss is trained to work, or think that fools will buy it anyway, and the service attitude is not needed! I went to buy breakfast this morning and overturned my milk tea directly in front of me, and the paper bag was spilled! It was the older female salesperson who wore glasses who received me! I said you could either change a cup for me or wipe it for me! In the end, she was as nonchalant as if she hadnt heard it! Finally I got angry too, after all, I rushed to work in the morning! Then she threw me some tissues! I wiped it myself! I didnt have time to take the photo at the time, and the one provided was taken in the car later, and I cleaned it myself! This is not the first time! I used to buy milk tea and often served coffee! It seems to be okay if you give it wrong! Asking them for bags of tableware is very stingy and unwilling! There are many bakeries in Flushing. It will be difficult to do business if you continue to do so! 2021-10-22(Revised) Everyone, the cake is expensive, the color difference is large, and it is seriously inconsistent with the original picture. Use fingerprint-stained tape to seal me, not to give the bag, understand, but I have to hold the bus, there is no solution. Poor service, selective ignoring your request. When I ordered yesterday, the staff said they asked the clerk when they took the happy birthday sign. Today I asked three times if there were any other color signs. The aunt who helped me with the tape ignored me, and later turned the other way around. I asked me that you just said it when you bought it, and finally the other clerk changed the brand to me. Im not speaking English to you, and I dont understand why you ignore me. Everyone is working in the comfort zone. How could this attitude be like this. The taste has been eaten before, the traditional taste, the cream is not greasy at all. I heard early on that the taste is very ordinary, but because of the opening event, I would choose to take care of it. I only spend a few times, but every time I receive the change receipt, I say thank you. They just say yes, or turn around and busy with other things, which makes people uncomfortable. The last time I saw the bakery like this In Paris baguette. In short, its not worth it, its not worth it, and the service is poor.A closer look revealed that the toy was very dirty and was placed directly on the cake without cleaning. So it was changed to 1 star. Its not just a problem for individual shop assistants, its a big thunder! !

2022-03-09Everything is fine, but now the store does not provide plastic bags, and consumers have to pay for paper bags for 10 cents to buy bread. Money doesnt matter but the quality of the paper bag is so bad, I once felt embarrassed that all the bread I bought fell on the ground like a fairy flower when the bag burst on the way. Ask the store to come up with a good way to improve.
