The racks are way to close together very hard to shop but this store is always clean and they have a friendly staff.
Went shopping in centereach Ny Rainbow and Joyce and her staff were very friendly and knowledgeable .Had the best customer service was greeted as soon as i walked in the store .Was also asked if i needed any help right away. Thanks again for all your help and kindness would definitely recommend to all my friends thanks again Joyce and her staff for being so helpful.

My first time shopping Rainbow in Centereach. Just did a bunch of Christmas shopping here. Was very happy. I have two daughters and as they get older I’m finding it hard to pick out styles they like. The staff was very helpful in educating me on current fashions, and helped me pick out some very nice things. Prices are very good too. Will definitely shop here again.

Centereach rainbow is one of my favorite locations of rainbow. I love the store hours even holidays they’re open. Low prices and very cute clothing options. I wear rainbows clothing all the time the material is really good especially for the low prices! It’s shocking. Staff is so sweet and great costumer services!

Decent clothes which are usually hit or miss but you cant try anything on so be sure to keep your reciept. Pretty tight in here not much room to walk around at all.

There isnt a fitting room anymore and the sizes run small. If you are plus size it may be tricky to find good clothes but overall its ok
Decent clothing, not so friendly staff.
Bad customer service I went to return something they told me it was final sale. She put it back in the bag but left the thing I purchased. On the counter. I got home and realized what I bought was not in the bag. Had to drive all the way back!!!!
I dislike the fact that the Rainbow stores here in NY do not have dressing rooms. And no matter who they hire, theyre NEVER friendly, helpful or happy. However, they will approach you if they suspect you of stealing.

Small store. Was poked several times from hangers and other equipment. Poorly designed. They have merchandise in every available space.Over crowded. Aisles very narrow. I would not suggest anyone in a wheelchair even considering this store.
Very clustered. Sizes run small here so buy a size up.

Lovely sales staff and manager.they were inventory prepping but the store was so over full it was hard to manouver around .i had a baby stroller and it was impossiable to get to most things because of the overcrowding.I know for sure that the 36inch clearance for the disabled compliance laws were completely ignored.Also it was ridiculously hot in the store.they said they had complained but nothing was done about it .i feel safe to say that if a health inspector had come there he would of sent people home.disgusting to expect people to work in those conditions especially when its illegal.Come on rainbow get it together take care of your people
They NEVER OPEN on time!!!! 15 minutes before a store opens you should be there! Not ten minutes after!!!!!!!
Been a rainbow shopper since the 80s. Cute clothes lots to choose from. The clothing changes each week about. They also have cute shoes n boots at great prices. The clothing doesnt last forever but thats ok for me their prices are cheap. My daughter now is an official rainbow shopper. Too cute. Oh they also have plus size clothing outsfits etc for bigger gals and great prices again. Go one day youll like it. Be happy.

2022-05-12I love this location, it is conveniently located in the Walmart shopping center which makes it easy for one stop shopping. Every employee I have met is friendly and super helpful! The clothes are reasonably priced and the best part is the clothes look amazing when worn for date night/clubbing or vacations!

2021-11-22Ive been to The Rainbow Shops before. I cannot tell you how nice the Store is. The Clerks are friendly and pleasant. I went to the Store looking for a sweater, the salesperson was delightful and helpful.

2021-10-11I like Rainbow Shops but this store in particular is very cramped, especially on the PLUS Size section, you can’t even reach around the racks and see what’s available the set up is horrible, how about put some PLUS size on the main floor and put regular sizes in that small cramped section!
