Has always been one of our go to places until recently. 2 weeks ago ordered Reuben, has been great in past. Was mostly fat, showed waitress who said Yeah, sometimes its like that when I commented they should be ashamed to serve that she took $5 off bill. Went last night, fish fry greasy and undercooked. Waitress never asked if I wanted a drink refill, nor did she offer us boxes. Think we need another place to go, especially since it wasnt crowded so waitress was certainly not rushed.
Great food, service, cleanliness and great Saturday afternoon live music, no cover charge.
Love to go there and watch sports while I eat my dinner!

We went in on a Wednesday evening so it wasnt super busy. Service was friendly and she did hustle.I tried thr fish. Dont. I never had a fish fry where I had to use a knife to cut through part of the batter.Some of their selections are good. Not many casual places offer Salmon.Seeing as Joe, the owner, Is very nice and Is trying to get things back up and running after reopening for dining, we will give him another try. We want to support the local places.
Food is hit or miss. Depends whos working. Serves are kind and structure and interior are decent
We were here on a Friday during lent so it was busy. Food was good but kitchen needs to pay closer attention. There was NO dressing on the cranberry walnut salad. We asked for NO french fries with both fish frys. We got fries with both. My Cuban sandwich was good but a little dry. Waitress was wonderful. Ill be back during the week to try some other things on the menu like pot roast, meatloaf, and salmon.
First thing I noticed was the ripped upholstery on the booth the waitress sat us at. There was literally only one other couple seated in the dining area having a few drinks and we were seated in the booth right next to them. So much for social distancing. The waitress was prompt and very pleasant. Took our drink order which was filled promptly. However we waited over 40 minutes for our food order to be completed. We were literally the ONLY diners in the dining room....my wings were nicely spiced as requested but the blue cheese was definitely straight out of a bottle and not a refrigerated brand. That might cut it in other metropolitan markets but certainly not in the metro area of the City in which the chicken wing originated. My son ordered a chicken finger sub. It looked like a nice balance of roll to toppings with a generous amount of chicken fingers but as soon as he picked it up to take a bite it was obvious that the inside of the chicken finger was a bit on the pink side. I guess the chef that cut the sandwhich didnt take the time to have a look....i used to frequent this restaurant back in the early 80s and have been here recently without any incident but i will have to think long and hard before returning again....
I have given this place multiple chances. The service is just slow and the food it not good.

Fast service, good food, nice place!We had a few drinks and our server was awesome! Lindsay (awesome memory on the order, I definitely noticed!) Drinks were consistent, fast, and affordable. The food came out without any wait and was better than I expected from the outside view. Entertaining, and I can see why I was told this was a regular stop ;) Good Job!
Raintree is our neighborhood place to go. Convenient, friendly staff and great food...never a bad experience and Ive been going since they 1st opened. Love this place.... cant wait for Saturday music to start again!!
Food was pretty good! The chicken fingers are all natural and lightly breaded- and HUGE. Tasty loganberry bbq sauce to go with them. Drinks were pretty fairly priced. While we were there, a band was setting up and the venue is a little small for such a loud band, but overall not a bad spot.
I have been to Raintree Bar and Grill many times over the years. The food is excellent and the staff are friendly. I do wish they would bring back live music.
If you like soft cannolis, you will like theirs. I was disappointed with the cannoli but the pizza was very good. I recommend the pizza.

Waitress was decent , place was empty and food took forever. Waited 40 minutes in an empty venue. Chicken was raw and I didn’t even want to finish it . Social distancing was pretty bad , and booths were ripped and lumpy.
Great food and great atmosphere. We went on a Sunday afternoon and there were 4 different bands playing. I loved the music. It was busy, the prices were average, and there was a benefit going on. I got in on a few raffles and had a great time.

We went in there with a huge party, and the waitress busted her butt to make sure we were tended to. Unfortunately, she also had to tend to two other tables, so she was kind of hung out to dry by the management. The wings were really good and the beer menu is respectable. Id definitely go there again.
The Fish Fry was great! The Pizza was less impressive but OK. The wings were OK they werent crispy and too saucy. I asked for medium and got hot. The wait staff is young and not as customer oriented as they could be. Things like no smile, no welcome to our restaurant and no thank you and come again. Nice place, remodeled. Looks like new with more/better use of space. Nice crowd. I hope this place makes it. Its in a great location. They need to work on training there staff to make customers feel more welcome.
Went for happy hour on Friday like we do. The app special was chips and dip - homemade chips with seemingly homemade onion dip. Told my wife this will be better than what my mom made. And it was. Incredibly good CHIPS And DIP!!!.you cant beat this place.
The food is good and portion sizes are large, I particularly liked the fries that came as a side, crispy and salty, but there seems to be an issue with coordination. We stood in the hostess line for nearly 15 minutes with no hostess, while there were plenty of open tables. After being seated two different waitresses tried to serve us, they eventually worked it out but things could definitely run a bit smoother there.
Excellent service, small drink selection. Didnt eat other than appetizers, which were good (but pricy) for the portion.

I really do love this place but its unfortunate that things are never consistent. If its a good day, the food is EXCELLENT I mean Ive had some delicious meals here...and on an off day, lets just say it will ruin your evening. Waitresses are always sweet, maybe more staffing would help? We will be back regardless and roll the dice...
This is a Great place for Dinner and Drinks! they have a good selection of bands every weekend. The Bartenders are so friendly and make you feel welcome especially the owner Joe and are Waitress Angela she was very friendly and professional!

Ive ordered Door Dash Delivery 4 times recently and everything I try is fantastic!! The BABY BACK MAC is soooo good. The Poutine Pot Roast is also amazing!
Been there a hand full of times. Always good food and good menu selection. Live band was playing at the time.Only wish wait staff was a little more attentive... Especially at the end when we wanted to pay the bill.

The food at Raintree is awesome for take away or eat in. Fish fry, bourbon meatballs, and goat cheese salmon salad are some favorites. The atmosphere goes from chill earlier in the day to bustling late night. The crowd ranges all ages. One of my favorite places for good beers, live music, and watching sports (even rugby!)
Food was good. Nerds Gone Wild were good. Bar fights were ridiculous! I felt bad for the poor bouncer. Some people really need to grow up! Obviously cant hold their booze or whatever! I wont ever go there again.
Pizza was disgusting. Got a replacement and that was gross. Hardy any sauce and zero flavor. Are in the restaurant and the poutine was awful. Steak is extremely fatty. Pasta was good. Staff in restaurant was very friendly, but i wouldnt recommend eating there.
One of my favorite places! I love the balsamic dressing especially. Also we tried the asiago chicken with shrimp was light as simply divine, along with the stuffed meatloaf. Not usually a meatloaf fan but this is no ordinary meatloaf!
Good music but the bartenders are not attetentive. Its like your bothering them for a drink. One time they ignored me and my friend when we wanted yo eat AFTER giving us menus. I mean really??? If my friend isnt playing there I dont go. If I do I get water.
Food is bad. Home made blue cheese SUCKS! And how can you screw up wings but they do. The quesadilla looks like a garbage plate made inside out with no salsa. Over priced for type of food, fine dining prices for bar food.

My family and I went to dine at this establishment, and we were surprised to see that the place was empty other than some youngins at the bar. The owner/ manager was very rude to my family. It was a shocker to see that he treated us in such a manner. He proceeded to yell at my kinds for “prancing around like wild animals “ Will never go back
Good food and great local feel. Very busy when we were there. Had to wait a half hour but that is standard for a Friday night. Server was very friendly and helpful. We had a good time.
Great place till the band started then you couldnt hear yourself talk So we left. The food was good and the bartenders very friendly. I recommend going early.
Nice place, bartenders work their butts off. Definitely need a stage at least 22 in. And how hard would it be to project the band onto a TV behind the stage. I could figure that out in like 12 minutes.

My wife and I come here occasionally for dinner, it has always been good. This particular evening we stayed longer to see there entertainment. It was a band called Flip side, it was good, the lead singer was very entertaining.
A lot of their food is spicy, even the French onion soup. Everytime I go there I end up with a burger. There are only 1 or 2 food dishes that I am able to have.
Quiet during the weekdays, service is quick and the food is good. This place has live music on the weekends. The bands are usually good and the bartenders keep up with the craziness. Would recommend for a night out.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed this place very much. We sat on the patio and the backyard which looks to be filled with all the classic tailgating games. The food was great and so was the service. We will be back soon!

This is a nice little spot with friendly staff and patrons. The crowd likes music I am not accustomed to but since they have TouchTunes that is an easy fix! Good food, GREAT drinks and AWESOME company!
We loved the pretzels, jerk chicken, spinach & artichoke dip, and pizza logs (yes we ordered pizza logs). Good drinks and band too. Awesome show by Grace Lougen & The Leftover Pancakes.
Very disappointed, service was awful, no check back to see if we needed anything and not even a refill. Only 2 waitresses from what I could tell so being understaffed could be the issue. Special was so over seasoned it was inedible. Had to leave cash because after 15 minutes of waiting for them to come pick up the check we lost our patience and just wanted to leave. Its a shame as its close and could have become a go to place for us.

Excellent staff,great music and excellent food. One suggestion consider turning off the TVs behind the Bands. Its almost an insult to the musicians that thats going on above them.
Unfortunately not what it used to be. The last couple of times we ordered from Raintree we have been very disappointed. Chicken fingers that were dry, not very flavorful and seemed as if they had been sitting around for a while and ameatball sub that was almost burnt to a crisp - for a couple of examples. It just generally seems like the food is of a lower quality than it used to be and not prepared well at all. Maybe they are under knew management, and it seems likely they have new cooks throughout. If not then I dont understand the sudden change in quality and flavor.Its really a shame because we used to come here quite often. I wont be returning unless I hear theyve undergone some changes.
First time there. We had fish fry they where great. We when to see hit and run. Staff eas very helpful. Manager in red shirt not so nice.

Its 9:15 P.M. on at Saturday night! Im helping out friends by watching there kids. I literally am ACROSS THE STREET!!! And was just turned down for delivery service! I was about to order over $50.00 Of food!!! Again... Across the street!!! Thats just too bad cauz now they Lost alot of future business.

I FIRST WENT TO THE RAINTREE TO LISTEN TO SATURDAY AFTERNOON BLUES. THE MUSIC WAS GREAT. IVE ORDERED STUFFED MUSHROOMS, PRIME RIB AND PIZZA ON VARIOUS OCCASIONS. THE FOOD WAS FABULOUS AND SERVICE TREMENDOUS.

2022-05-24We just had the driest cheese, pepperoni, and bacon pizza on the planet. Are you guys running low on sauce? There must have been a teaspoon of sauce on the entire large pizza. Plus, it was overcooked and tough. We had overcooked chicken fingers from you in the past too. We can’t take a chance on you guys anymore.

They wanna increase their prices to sit down restraint prices offer no delivery after there 250% mark up and then continue their profit bit telling you they dont deliver and to call grubhubPizza joints inherently deliver but places like this have raised prices and passed the buck to delivery companies increasing their profits exponentially. 2022-04-24We most always show up for the Saturday afternoon bands and we really enjoy the vibe. All older people ( like us) , no BS and great servers ! We dont always get something to eat, but we just happened to try the Reuben sandwich this past Saturday. OMG!!!!!!! We couldn’t believe it !!! The beef was smoked !!! What a surprise!!! Probably the BEST Reuben we’ve EVER HAD !!!!! WE WILL BE BACK ! Thanks guys !

2019-06-26Food was pretty standard, some solid fish options. Place was very local, service was just ok, price wasnt bad since one of the menu items I ordered was forgotten from trying to remember without writing down the order. Overall just ok for the first visit. Outdoor patio seating was quiet.

2021-10-29I fell in love with their unique pizzas and fast delivery. The rarity of my unique tastebuds makes it difficult sometimes for me to find something outside of my own cooking to eat. I love their food so much and I am looking forward to dining in with their ambient atmosphere 😀
