Positive: Nothing. I am disputing the charges to my credit card. We only stayed one of the two nights. My card was supposed to have been credited for the second night. I received paperwork showing that it was credited and it has not been. Negative: There was black mold all over the room, fire hazards (uncovered outlets, bathroom door stuck), no cold water in tap(extremely hot), NOT non smoking, horrific smell, carpet was soaking wet through entire room and the list goes on. I have photos to show
Positive: the location is great. I was exactly where I wanted to be. Negative: The parking was a little suspect. The spaces were too close and there were a lot of trucks, so I was worried about getting my car dinged. It went ok though.
Positive: Location Negative: Ceiling was crumbling above our beds and falling everywhere. Room smelled smokey. Obvious no deep cleans done in decades. Bathroom barely clean. Hallway carpeting was disgustingly dirty. Pool hours stunk and they didn¿t open it on time.
Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything. Terrible smell through out the building. Rooms were so shabby. Paint was falling off from the wall. The first room they gave was flooded with water leaking from the shower. All the furnitures and fixings were super old and looked unclean.
Poor staff communication, non smoking room smelt like smoke . Flooding in the bathtub had to change rooms twice. Terrible service. I checked in at 11am and was forced to check out at 12 pm or I had to pay a $50 fee for late check out same day. And was told they are not obligated to tell me when check out time and day is although I paid for a full day room.
The building is very old and unkempt. The hallway carpet was disgusting. Lighting was dim. Now lets go in the room...water stains on the ceiling, screen on the windows were torn. The carpet was filthy. Shamefull to carry a name like Ramada, is more like a cheap motel on.the side of the road.

For $120 per night I expected much better, maintained conditions. This place is NOT worth it!!! Upon requesting a different room, we were told, there were none. A more expensive room would have to be purchased. Was too tired from 5.5hr drive to argue...smh.

Disgusting place! Mold in the bathroom, hole in the ceiling. Someone mustve punched a hole in the bathroom door. Wallpaper falling off the wall in the bathroom. The smoke detector was covered over. Never again!!

Wasnt what was shown and the smell there made it impossible to breathe especially for my daughter. False advertising and am glad the guy I met there helped me out to refund my money.

Someone stole my catalytic converter from my car in the parking lot in broad daylight. The property claims to be under 24 hour surveillance but upon speaking to the front desk help no one watches the cameras DONT STAY HERE the area is shady & suspect.

This hotel has poor service and house keeping. Booked a 2 queen bed room. And received 6 half pillows folded in each other. Loose toilet lid and the bathroom sink is extremely low just right above my knees. Not worth our money.

Thats a decent hotel at best. They have very long hallways and some of the bathrooms need updating. Its a great place if you want to bargain and its close to the highways. Its easy to get food. The parking is a little cumbersome because of the hills. The restaurant and lounge was once a very popular place to eat and enjoy entertainment. Find out whats going on in the future and make sure you get non-smoking rooms. The walls are paper thin so if youre noisy try another place.
We had no internet, no television, bath tub was dirty and toilet was hard to flush. The hallway had a musty order. The room was a reasonable price but remember you get what you pay for. Let the guy at the front desk know and he did nothing and when we checked out I told the lady at the front desk and she just said she will note my complaint. It was another couple with us and they had the same complaint that their toilet would not flush and her television would not work so they moved her to another room and that room was no better. This is definitely not a Wyndham hotel this is more like a motel. Will never stay there again.

Im an 18 year old that paid $267 for two nights. I booked the hotel room online, without thinking twice. Only to not find out UNTIL I TRY TO CHECK IN that they have an arbitrary 21+ policy. They effectively kicked me out on the New York streets, and didnt even refund me for the first night. They took an 18 year olds money and kicked them out on the street for it, because they failed to list this policy.
I dont normally write bad reviews because I work in the hospitality industry and know you cant please everyone. This hotel, however, should be shut down. Once we stepped off of the elevator (which you have to take to get to the 1st floor) it looked like something out of American Horror Story. Against my better judgment, I still walked down to my room. I opened the door and immediately said to my family there was no way we were staying. There were huge stains on the carpet, the furniture had market writing all over it, the bathroom was disgusting, ect. We immediately went and checked out. No refund. No apology. Nothing. We went to the Marriott down the street and couldnt be happier after that nightmare.
A very smokey experience. The main hallway where my room was smelled of smoke and the room picked up the odor especially when the bathroom exhaust fan was on, which brought more in. The desk and chair were worn out and the coffee maker, room 221, is broken and not working. Tiny sized, seat cushions type bed pillows also. The breakfast room attendant was on her cell phone which was on speaker the whole time while the coffee machine was out of coffee and needed refilling.
This hotel was so disgusting. The lobby smelled like smoke, the elevator was dirty, the entire 3rd floor smelled like cigarette and weed smoke, but they claimed to be non-smoking. The floors were slimy like they tried to shampoo the carpets but didn’t dry it all the way. They don’t serve breakfast. The night stand and the dresser were both broken. This hotel didn’t even have a writing pen in the room. And the office chair was broken. So no trouble for your son
There are bed bugs in hotel i was in room 330 and found one at 12a.m and i told staff immediately and showed them the bed bug and i have videos and they told me they will not allow me to get a refund and i couldnt speak to a manager and i had to stay over night to get anything solved when the morning came nothing was resolved never got a refund and they never bothered to check or call a manager i will NEVER GO BACK THERE AND I BELIEVE THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN CAUSE THEY ALLLL KNOW THERE ARE BEDHUGS AND DO NOTHING ABOUT

Positive: No the first one we had at peeling paint on the walls I found a tick on me when I woke up but I got it so I kept it in and Im going to have myself tested when I see my doctor also the carpet as usual in the rooms are are dirty and filthy. Filthy. That Negative: Room 201 filthy, room 304 was fantastic they need to close this place down and do a complete cleaning except for in room 304 dirty water came through the pipes in the tub rusted.

The hallway carpet is now black instead of the lighter brown it use to be. The rooms are in dire need of repair and smelled. Water damage evident on the ceiling and walls. Furniture in the room were dirty and dilapidated. The side entrance door was coved in vomit on the walkway and walls. Guys were chilling out on the stairway drinking and smoking. I left within an hour of my arrival and was denied my refund!!

The first room they gave me had a broken window. By broken I mean the glass was busted out. They covered the gaping hole with a piece of plastic taken from a florescent light fixture and held in place with packing tape. The second room, because I refused to stay in the room with the broken window, was cleaner than the first but had rust-red stains on the carpet and cigarette burns in the sheets. Not worth the $114 I spent for the night.
Positive: The Ramada hotel wasnt to my expectations. My husband and I was not satisfied. We will never book a room. In the Ramada at 125 tuckahoe Rd in yonker ever again... Negative: The room was not clean it smelled like cigarettes.
Well I check in after driving 14 hours. The entire floor smelled. The room smelled worse. I was traveling with my two year old I felt unsafe on the property. Went to my room and called for a room at the Hilton. With no return on my money
Whoever is putting 3-5 stars is lying to you. The place had filthy rugs and stains on the lamps and dried blood stains on the bathroom wall. You dont have to be a 5-star hotel, but it has to be habitable. I couldnt even stay in the hotel because of fear of bed bugs (seen some in the hotel), and it doesnt take much to steam clean or even vaccine the carpet. The worst hotel I ever seen.
Positive: We spent Sunday night there. It was very quiet.Lots of cable channels. The bed was very comfortable. Dominos pizza, Dunkin donuts, a pretty good Chinese take out place and a liquor store very near by. Negative: pool was closed this year due to covid

If youre gonna book this hotel, book from the hotel itself so they can refund you your money right away. The whole floor smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking. Our check in was at 2 and at 3 30 pm when we did check in, our room was being cleaned and you could see the cigarette butts all over the counter. Ive been to a few bad ones but never to something like this. Absolutely disgusting, just like a pig pen. Again, if you wanna try it, book straight from the hotel so they refund you right away.

2022-05-29This is a complicated place to review. I really think this hotel has so much untapped potential. But for now, its not up to par. I asked an employee for a bit of history. This location has apparently changed hands often. Perhaps the current owners will be the ones to invest in desperately needed room fixes and upgrades.The only actual lack of cleanliness was in my sisters room, where she found hair still in a non-working shower. The diverter was apparently stuck. But regardless, hair from the prior guests should just not be happening at a Ramada.Other than that, the spacious rooms with nice tree views, rather than Yonkers roadways, just seemed unclean. They are really desperately in need of some TLC. The headboards had old unidentifiable stains and minor graffiti that you would think a Ramada would immediately repair in some manner. The hallway carpets were worn as were some of the towels. The towels were, however, clean, relatively soft and the bath towels were large. The closet had a few small hooks but no hanging bar or hangers. Its a shame because it could really be a charming room. The bathroom surfaces looked to have years of cigarettes burns in my room. My sisters bathroom had nicer counters, but then she had the shower issue.On the bright side, the lobby is well cared for, the continental breakfast area was charming, every staff member was very friendly and ready to assist during our brief overnight stay.The beds were comfortable. I slept well. There is an outdoor pool that was not yet open, but is supposed to be opening soon. Each of our rooms had a working microwave, mini fridge, and cup sized coffee maker. The one in my room was missing the little tray to hold the complimentary coffee, but Im certain they could have given me one with a tray if I had made the request.This is a great location to meet with others and then share a ride for an evening out in Manhattan. But, before lots of people try it out, the owners really must invest in the appearance of the individual rooms. Most people are not going to take a closer look if their room feels used.Still, I think this is a Ramada to check back on. If the ratings start to go up, the location is great.

2022-02-08ABSOLUTELY disgusting. Got off the elevator and the hallway carpet was the filthiest I’ve ever seen in my life. It didn’t seem like it had ever been vacuumed or cleaned. They advertise this hotel as 100% smoke-free but clearly that doesn’t include marijuana. I was getting high off the fumes in the hallway. Still hoping that the room might be better since we paid like $140 for this dump, I go in the room and it’s even worse! The ceiling paint is chipping off. The wallpaper is peeling off. The furniture is supposed to be a cream colored but it’s really dirty. I could not even sit down on the chair. We left immediately. We were told we could get a refund but we’re still trying to get that money back. This place isn’t even good enough for a short stay. I don’t know how this place is still open. Stayed at another hotel nearby…Courtyard…a MILLION times better AND cheaper !!

2022-02-19Convenient location. Quiet. Passageways could be cleaner. Rooms tidy. Did not like hotel layout. Was in section of hotel, detached from rest of hotel. Very inconvenient in 18 degree weather to go for continental breakfast, for two days. Otherwise, no issue.

2022-04-15This place was pretty below average. The room smelled of old wet rug, cigarette smoke, and urine. Had to air out the room (open window, AC on high, Bathroom active vent on, and front door open) for a while, to get it livable. Now this is not expected to be a 5star hotel, however our room was in disrepair and pretty beat up. The fixtures had a film of dirt and grease on them, the wallpaper was peeling all over the room, the furniture looked like they got it out of a dumperster. The closet had no hangers in it. And worst of all, the smoke detector was non-operational. We made the best of it, as we were only going to stay the night (a baby stay-cation).I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

2022-01-25Positive: Cleaning staff work very hard to make this place livable. I guess that the owners are not willing to invest in this property. Possibly the worst room that I have ever rented. Negative: Room 334s phone broken. TV would suddenly have scrambled pixels. Furniture and rug worn and stained. Wallpaper pealing in two locations. No hangers in closet. Toilet slow draining and finally overflowed. Room reflects badly on your rating system.

2022-05-31This was probably the worst hotel that I have stayed at. There was a bad smell in the room and in the corridors. Carpet in room was spotted with some sticky black stuff. There were holes in the wall covered over with tape. Internet was too slow most of the time to download even a single web page. Another guest was having trouble with the elevator, so I used stairs instead. Door lock for room would not open even after key card was accepted; had to struggle for several minutes each time to get in. Breakfast very basic, parking adequate.

2022-03-15Decent hotel to party with your girl. A definite upgrade from the Gateway! But the price for a queen room is not much less than the Marriott on Executive Blvd. Overall was happy with my stay and most importantly my bff with benefits who Im trying really hard to get out of the friend zone with was comfortable and enjoyed her stay.

2022-06-25Had an unfortunate situation during my stay. I checked in Tuesday and paid for 2 days. I told the agent that I may extend after 2 days. He said my credit card information will be on file and tell the desk when I decide to extend. Wednesday night I went to the desk and asked to extend until Saturday morning. I gave the clerk my card however did not understand when the clerk the day before said my card information will be on my account to charge if I extend. However that was fine. I clerk Wednesday night explained that Thursday will be a $99 charge and Friday a $150 charge, with taxes $281. My card was then charged. Several minutes after I left the desk I checked my checking accounting and discovered my card was charge twice for $281. I went back to the desk and was told by the agent that he only charge once. When I showed him the evidence through my phone he blamed the computer system for doing it. I then explained how important it was to get the overcharge back in my account because I was expecting to use that amount within the next few days. He claimed he would call his manager and to get back with him. I came back and was told it would be refunded with 2 to 3 days. The next morning I spoke to the main manager who same the same thing. i responded how the recent agents actions or the system may put me in a bind and inconvenience. All he could do is apologize however nothing that may help with the rate due to their mishap. Later the manager called with and gave me a code confirming the cancelation of the overcharge.Saturday I had to extend one more night and the overcharge had not hit my account yet. It was expected to be Monday. This caused me to overdraft my account due to their negligence. Yonkers is a great city. Now when I came back next month I will not stay in a Wyndham

2022-06-22The place needs some renovations, carpet is filthy and paint peeling off the wall. I took my own sheets and towels with me. Even though the room said non smoking I could still smell smoke in the room and when I looked out the window to balcony you could see a lot of cigarette butts on the ground. No hangers was provided for your clothing

2022-05-25Positive: Location is on top of a hill. No easy access for anyone who does not belong there. Negative: You get what you pay for! No easy access to food. Breakfast was not as presented in pics. Room had wallpaper peeling and burn holes on the bed throw. Non-smoking hotel with marijuana smells all weekend. Vending machines down so no drinks. Never again!
