Terrible service. They wanted to charge me for the cash labor receipt. They did not fix my tempitutr gage or the thermostat. I wanted my heater fix. No heat. The thermostat lite comes on and beeps every 10 minutes. And I had a new radiator installed with a flush. The put the wrong antifreeze in it. I told and showed him the farron car antifreeze. I had to call the police two times because she did not want to give me a receipt. When the cops came she gave me an invoice. Worse experience ever in a machanic shop. The daughter of the owner was running the shop on 11/13/ 20. They had my car for two days and I missed an eye surgery appointment for my brother.She did not want to give me her name and she was extremely disrespectful. I will be reporting them to consumer affairs. The robbed me blind.

WORST PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH: I went for a Wheel alignment. A young guy was working on my car which was fine but another guy (not owner) who drove my car onto the lift, he left the ignition on which killed the car battery...still no problem there, accidents happen, no harm done YET. BUT when jump starting my car, the younger guy put the negative terminal on the positive and the positive terminal on the negative (red goes to red and black goes to black so its really idiot proof right?) Now Im no electrician or mechanic but thats the kind of stuff that messes up the electrical system in a car (verified by forms and official dealership after research and making phone calls) So anyways the car still wouldnt start after that so I bought a new battery (few dollars short of $100) and the car starts and runs. HOWEVER the heat/ac stopped, power mirrors stopped, navigation and display wont even turn on, lock/unlock button didnt work, no charge ports works, music doesnt work..when I got there everything was working 100% so I went right back and spoke to the owner named Raj which was very hostile from the beginning. I didnt even get to explain what was wrong with the car. He basically cut me off and stated thats not their fault and that I have to pay him to fix the issues that was done when my vehicle was under their care. I refused his insulting offer and he then told me to leave his shop. I left and contacted the police which came and took note of the situation. My vehicle is still unfixed and after I receive it back from the dealership, this business will hear from my lawyer to reimburse the full amount that will be spent out of pocket. I had a very bad experience the first time here and DO NOT recommend it to anyone. Hopefully this review helps you when it comes to good car care and customer service which I got none of.

HORRIBLE!!! Stay far far away from this establishment. This place is dangerous. The owner Ram the world worst mechanic and huge liar. I went to get a power steering hose that was leaking replaced. A HOSE. It took all day to fix. When I drove off I almost crashed because the steering wheel wouldnt turn. I came right back and the mechanic claimed he didnt know what was wrong, which was a lie. I had to leave my car there because I didnt want to drive it in such a dangerous state Turned out the damaged my rack and pinion system while doing the repairs. The thing was he knew something was wrong because had to make sharp turn to bring the car out of the shop. They kept my car for three days to fix it. Then when I came to get the car Ram told me that a belt tensioner was broken by me and he had the part ready to install. I told him to take my car off the lift and left. I started taking him to court but due to me moving to Connecticut I couldnt keep up with the night court schedule so I dropped the case. But God will repay you for me Ram for putting me and my family in danger. That place is dangerous. If you value your car, your family, and their safety STAY FAR FAR AWAY.

Do not take your car to this mechanic shop for any repair. They will rip you off and make your car worse than before. The owner (Surren) is a thief.I took my car to this shop for just a little fix, and these people messed up the power steering. They will bring up issues, just to get the money out of your pocket.This is the worst mechanic shop I have ever seen in my entire life, no knowledge of anything regarding cars at all. SAD! SAD!! SAD!!!

Stay away from this mechanic workshop. They have no knowledge on anything. They will only make you car worse. The owner will rip you off and at the end rain insults on you, just to provoke you not to return. I have reported to costumers affair regarding on how this store keep scamming people of their money. Please don’t b another victim

Have been going there for years, each time the owner explained what was needed to be done and took care of the job very well. Communicates very well when the car is left for a day or two, definitely will continue to take my car there!!

Very unprofessional and terrible communication I brought my car in for service on a Thursday he the owner Ram left to go out of town never told me he would be back the following week when I tried to contact him he ignored all my call when I did get in contact with he said I don’t have to tell any one anything yet my car was still there not being worked on I had to get my car towed to someone else to fix it smh I’ve been going to this auto shop for a while and for him to have no regards to let me know anything is so disrespectful and unprofessional when you have someone else’s property that you stated would be done the following day don’t go to this shop I think he breaks one thing and fixes the other to make u keep come back and some of his prices are outrageous REPEAT DONT GO TO RAMS AUTO SHOP VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BAD COMMUNICATION AND HE OVER CHARGES YOU FOR NO DAM REASON

Worse mechanic shop in the area, do not go there to fix anything, they will rip you off and your car will be worse than before. No knowledge on anything bad bad bad.
