I never write reviews but I went for laser hair removal to Dr Ramsammy’s office. Angelica the nurse and Paul were very professional, made me feel comfortable and explain step by step the procedure. I highly recommend them! .
I went to Dr. Ramsammy for a routine annual check up. My only specific health concern was my cholesterol. Dr. Ramsammy performed many unrelated and totally unnecessary tests, in my opinion and as validated by my insurance company. He then sent the results to other doctors whom I did not even see or speak to. Those doctors in turn billed my insurance company for thousands of dollars. Dr. Ramsammy also billed me two copays for one visit. No wonder our insurance premiums increase all the time.While Dr. Ramsammy is charismatic (and that explains the positive reviews) I did not go back to him again. I think that my health and wellbeing were not his main focus.
I was reccomend to see Dr Rammsammy from a coworker. I went to my first appointment and I got want I thought was a physical since it was my initial appointment, but I ended up getting an allergy test??? I then went to that followup and the medical assistant said, You are due for your physical. Due for my physical? I am a brand new patient. Why would that not be done at my initial appointment. I then was called to get my results inhouse. Three appointments! Three copays!
Been going to Dr. Ramsammy for over 8yrs now. And from the very first visit he was very detailed with all the blood work my numbers. He has helped me to get on track to a more healthier living. And the staff there is great. It is good to go to an office and see familiar faces.
I went to Dr Ramsammy’s office after struggling with a terrible cold. I went for an immunity IV vitamin and my friend got a B12 shot. This is now my go to spot for IV infusions and vitamin shots. Nurse Angelica is amazing. She truly cares for her patients.
I was referred by a friend to come get fillers and Botox with nurse Angelica at Dr. Ramsammy’s office. She was very professional and made me feel at ease. The process went smoothly and I am very happy with my results. I highly recommend going to her and I will refer my friends to her!
Not sure if Paul is affiliated with Dr RamsammyBut wow what a horrific experience.No customer serviceI am standing outside in the rain after Paul told me to come in today. No one is here! Other customers outside as well!Terrible service Paul!Also his office is dingy and kind of gross and he doesn’t spend more than 120 seconds on your face.Terrible, I want my money back. Would never recommend him to anyone
Attempted to make an appointment for over a week and never got a call back or assistance with setting up an appointment. I was told they would leave a message for him to call me back several times and it never happened. I definitely would not recommend to use. Very bad customer service. After i left this review within 1 hour i received a phone call from the doctor demanding that i lied and should get a refund. Hes more focused on reviews than returning phone calls from paying customers.
Nurse Angelica is so knowledgeable at what she does. I had Botox and lip augmentation questions and she knew exactly what to do. I couldnt be happier with the results. I felt so comfortable with her!
This practice sent my husbands labs a couple years ago to some no-name lab in Brooklyn that was out of network with our insurance (United- who is in with everybody- come on). They tested my husband who was there for an annual physical for everything- Lyme disease, iron deficiency, anything you can think of- despite no symptoms, during a routine annual physical. I work at a practice- I know what the usual labs are and these were insane. We got lab bills totaling over 2k. They eventually waived the remaining balance after completely depleting our HSA of all money- to the tune of about 1500 dollars. Calls and emails to office resulted in no help whatsoever to recover our money- I would have paid for the ridiculous tests despite being utterly uncalled for, but should never have had to eat their sending them to an out of network lab. I dont leave negative reviews, but this practice screwed us out of a lot of money. Run.

2021-03-04Ive been going to this office for laser now for about two year. Paul has done my laser, he is the nicest and most kind person. Hes done such an amazing job on my face. I was very skeptical at first but after a couple session i notice such a difference. I just go now for touch up. You rarely meet kind people and Paul is so kind and helpful. I hate to see all the negative reviews on him.

2021-01-30DR. Ramsammy & his incredible staff truly care for people & have helped me for many years. Dr. Ramsammy is highly skilled for primary prevention, especially with patients having family history of heart disease. Dr. Ramsammy takes the time to get know the patient & cares which then improves overall well being with lifestyle modifications & effective therapeutics when needed. Every day is a gift & so blessed to be in great health into 2021. Thank you Dr. Ramsammy & his wonderful talented team.

2021-02-14Worst office! If you need an appointment, good luck getting one with this office. You can call all you want, they never pick up and they sure as hell don’t call you back. Sorry service from the doctor all the way down. If you need to speak to doctor urgently, send a text. Yeah right, those go unanswered as well. Now since the pandemic, he’s only open three days a week!! Really? So more patients needing service and you limit your hours? Our time is valuable too. Don’t go here unless you like being ignored and waiting for hours in the parking lot.

2018-12-16I used to go to a revolving door type doctor who was great but wasnt very personable. A friend of mine told me to give Ramsammy a visit. Best referral ever. I was shocked at the amount of time he spent with me. When a doctor sits down and has a full on consultation during a regular check-up, you know they actually care. He secretly doubles as a therapist. Great guy to open up to. Beyond that his staff has always been awesome and very professional.

2018-11-22My daughter had laser hair removal done today.There was plenty of parking so we did not need to park on the street. Upon entering into the office we were greeted and helped by the receptionist immediately.Paul was very friendly, approachable, and informative. He made sure he answered all questions during our consultation prior to doing the laser hair removal.The facility and equipment was very clean. The laser that Paul used was state of the art, and was 99% painless ( some of the areas being treated were more sensitive then other area, but that had nothing to do with the laser).After Paul finished our session he met with us again in his office to review the session, and to double check if we had any questions.I would definitely recommend Paul for all your hair removal needs.

2018-01-15Dr Ramsammy is an amazing doctor. Hes been my primary care physician since I was 11 years old (14 years). He took care of my mother when she was at her worst and he never makes you feel like some random person. He remembers his patients and seems to care about their overall happiness as well as their health.Previously posted a negative review but since have realized that I was most likely irritable, and cranky due to sickness and had zero patience which is really noones fault. The office staff is always nice when I come in, appointments are a little difficult to make since the move, but it could be worse.PS. Sorry Leah.

2018-08-30DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!!!! The Groupon for laser hair removal is a bait-and-switch scam! Dr Ramsamny does not do the procedure, its some guy named Paul. I bought the groupon for my daughter and waited nearly a month to get our first appt. when I arrived I filled out paperwork and was called back to have a consult with Paul. He is pretentious and spent a good portion of the time telling us how great he was at his job, and how the $250,000 laser that Dr Ramsammy helped him procure blows the measly $10,000 lasers that the spas use out of the water.He said that if I go with the Groupon deal, Id be getting an appt every 6-8 weeks....and since he said that is approximately 6 appts, rather than doing that, we could just schedule 6 appts every 4 weeks and get the process done much quicker than a year. So I explained that Id really prefer to do the unlimited treatment for a year because (perhaps Paul didnt think I could perform a simple mathematical calculation in my head), but there are 52 weeks in a year, and if we scheduled appts every 6 weeks, that was almost 9 visits. I wanted to get the unlimited treatments that I paid for....Well.....Paul starts saying I should maybe shop around (huh?) THEN he says, oh, well your daughter is probably in school right? If we do this through Groupon, I would only schedule you M-Th 11-5.....but if we just scheduled 6 treatments outside of Groupon, Id make sure to get you in on Saturdays. I told him it sounded like he was deliberately dissuading me from using his office....to which he replied, Actually, I dont believe youre a good candidate anymore. Please seek a refund from Groupon. And just like that, he ushered my daughter and I out of their office!My daughter and I both were so stunned and I left their office without retrieving the paperwork Id filled out. (I didnt want them to have my info on file), but when I called them asking if they could please rip up everything id filled out, Samantha the receptionist kept saying that the Dr was separate from the laser hair removal so she couldnt pass along the message. I was in their office 3 minutes earlier and they shared the same office and the same reception desk AND Paul was only 3 feet away!!! She was cordial, but insisted that Id have to leave a message!!! I just wanted them to tear up the paperwork!!!!This office is a front!! They are unprofessional and WHATEVER reviews they have on Groupon must be doctored up.****SCAM**** DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!! ****SCAM****

2020-08-19Gone there for almost 4 to 5 years. Usually always takes 2 hours to see a doctor for anything even if its minor. YOUR FORCED to have to jump through hops to get any medical records or results (doctor has told me Im REQUIRED to come in for a follow up even when nothing is wrong with my health after results). Ramsammy the main doforr is hardly ever around and to be honest he himself can be quite nasty to patients who dont wanna hear his sales pitch on health.

2018-03-07He used to be an amazing Doctor! I dont think he has the capacity to manage as many patience as he has now. His staff is super nice, however, following up is almost mission impossible! He doesnt do an effective job communicating with other providers. The patience center care is no longer there!

2021-09-22Really used to appreciate this doctors office, everyone is friendly. Now idk what’s going on. It’s very hard to get in touch with the front desk lately. I have to call multiple times a week and no one answers, I’m lucky if someone does. And I think the main doctor is there only once a week now. Don’t know what happened to this office.
