Honestly I love going here but highly dissapointed today !! I order arrow con Pollo abd a side of cheese sauce plus its suppose to come with chips and salsa. My arrow con Pollo had no peppers onions tomatoes in it like usually barely any in the container for 14 bucks. Then there wasnt any Salas and had maybe a half a bag of chips of the cheese sauce we purchased.
Dont know what happened there but used to be good. Service is beyond slow- waitress was also tending bar and the alleged managers stood watching the dining room with arms folded over their chests. Food was cold when it arrived 45 minutes later. Awful. Trying to get check took another 15 then waited for someone to eventually come along to pay. 1 and 1/2 hour for cold food? I dont think so
My husband and I were visiting for a concert at Darien lake and stopped in for some lunch. Its always nerve racking when you eat somewhere new because youre not sure if its going to be good or not. You dont have to worry about that here. I would give them 10 stars! Excellente!
Great decor (very bright and cheerful, typical Mexican colors and styles) and a ton of off- street parking. Also had a good amount of booth seating. Right off of the main street of Batavia. Slightly pricey compared to other similar places Ive been to, but free fresh chips and salsa are brought to the table. I ordered the Molcajete which was delicious and I would highly recommend, and my friend ordered carnitas tacos. She let me taste the pork and it was divine. Our server was attentive at first but it got busy and I think she was one of only two working. I wish we could have gotten a bag to take the leftover chips home in so they werent wasted. Would certainly recommend and will return when in the area.
I would say that the flavor of the food gets very close to authentic mexican flavor, the service is very good. I got to taste all the food that was ordered by my friends and all of it was good. Their Margaritas were also very good. If you are passing trough this town and you are craving some Mexican, this place will be a right fit for you.
Last time we went to Rancho the food and service was very good. This time it was Amazing!!The queso fundido was full of chorizo and absolutely delicious. I had the El Combo and the moles were unctuous and savory. My wife had the majaras and was just as authentic and tasty as what we had in Central America. Our friend had the vegetable fajitas and it was a vegetarians dream. We are looking forward to the next time we are in Batavia and revisiting Rancho Viejo.
Food is usually decent but the last several time ordering there have been issues. Wrong food, being charged too much, food not made correctly, etc. This time the prices had gone up significantly. It was pretty expensive before but now it’s unreasonable. On top of all that they charged extra for takeout containers and the condiments were priced exorbitantly. It was also almost $5 for extra chips and salsa (even though we ordered 5 meals and they’re free at the restaurant). I will likely be taking my business elsewhere.
Five my A !Amazing: PlaceAmazing: FoodAmazing: ServiceAmazing: MusicAmazing: TimeVery tasty food. You are literally understood without words! Very competently selected musical support.Recommended for meeting with friends and beautiful women ;)And of course go there as a family
I would have put a minus star rating but that option isnt available. We have patronized this establishment 3 times giving them every chance to make it better than the last time and every time was worse than the last. There is no consistency what so ever. The salsa at todays visit was like water with large chunks of onion and no cilantro, the first disappointment of todays last attempt with this place. My husband ordered a combo plate with all ground beef, which was white in color not brown like beef should be, there was no seasoning, his plate was basically blan. All I ordered was a side of rice knowing that I was still taking a chance, the rice came on an extremely hot plate that was obviously covered with plastic and microwaved, the rice was mushy, had no flavor with 1 green pea and one green bean all for the price of $2.99. The prices are very high also.
Having lived in California for several years, its tough to find good Mexican food in this area. This place is good Mexican. Any time Ive been here or their Geneseo location, I thoroughly enjoy my meal. The price is fair for the quality and quantity of the food you get.
It was very crowded and busy but the staff was very nice and doing their best to please everyone and they were short staffed and I overheard the one employee was all the way up in Rochester and not scheduled to be in, was off and came in anyway for a while since they were short staffed. The food is always excellent!
I WANT THIS TO BE KNOWN IM BORN AND RAISED TEXAN AND THIS IS THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD NORTH OF TEXAS BUT TODAY IS A SAD DAY FOR THIS PLACE! 😡😭😭😭😭😭😭😭I Usually eat at this restaurant 2 to 3 times a week and spend $50 - $100 by myself, today I ask for a TOP SHELF PATRON MARGARITA, the Bartender/Server looks like me like I’m crazy and says she doesn’t know what I’m talking about, I then ask Siri how to make such a drink and show her, she then takes offense of me saying I can’t believe you working side at a Mexican restaurant and you don’t know how to make a margarita then she tells me I am being kicked out of the restaurant because she doesn’t like my attitude and then tells me to never come back
Cute looking restaurant. Seated us right away. Busy with families eating.Surprisingly large menu. We had good service and they took our order right away. The food came really quickly (whoa! That was fast!). It seemed like 10 minutes.I wish the food was better. The enchiladas were salty. The flautas were soggy. The guac had hard chunks of avocado.Lots of potential, good service, but the food execution and flavor could be better.
Where do I begin? Walked into people waiting to be seated, asked if we could put our name down for a table they said they don’t do that and they will remember where we were in line. Finally got seated and told “your waiter will be over, I promise”. Ordered an appetizer of cheese dip that took about 20 minutes and three times to ask for it and when it finally came out it was so runny it looked like water. We listened to the wait staff talk about their night at the club instead of helping customers. About an hour later we got our food. My husband ordered a fajita which wasn’t sizzling on the plate and cold to the touch. We decided to take box up our food and leave. We advised the manager we were going to leave and would appreciate a discount on our food. He was not going to give it to us and then just told us to get out and not come back. Which is absolutely no problem. We will take our business else where with the lack of customer service that is exhibited in this establishment.
I think its a 2.5 stars. We waited a long time until someone came to our table to ask what we wanted to drink. Rice and beans were microwaved (hot dish, and warm food). The manager apologized when we were leaving for the service, but we saw him run all the time, and was him who told the waitress to came to our table.
Where do I even start? For one the food was awful. I ordered an order of chimichangas which were maybe half the size they should be. They put ground beef in them (authentic is shredded) and it was undercooked. My wife ordered a taco bowl that came with sliced beef (its supposed to be ground) and the tomatoes were all the way at the bottom and soggy. On top of all that the Margaritas we got were probably and ounce over poured with very little flavor. And to cap it all of they never brought out silverware until after we were served and was looking around for it. Poor service, horrible food and sub par decor. Not even close to authentic anything.
Used to love this place. The last few times they have been so slow with our order, I finally have to write a review about it. It feels like they purposely put all to go orders on hold to serve the 5-7 tables they have. What was quoted as a 16-25 minute pick up each time has left us waiting over an hour while servers stand around chatting. Then they get our order wrong (no raw onions) and when we ask them to fix it, they scraped the visible ones off the top only and gave us the same meals back. So disappointed as this used to be our favorite place to order from in Batavia.
The quality of service for this restaurant has fallen dramatically. Such a disappointment. Our drinks were not garnished and contained very little alcohol. Our apps arrived one at a time in 5 - 10 minute intervals. The Chile relleno was soggy. They forgot one of our three entrees or and kept BSing about how the chef is making sure it’s fried properly. I drove 80 miles to go to this restaurant. Never again.
I would give no stars but you cant. Waited to get seated while kid at register flirted with girls that were checking out. Then we got seated in a corner and nobody even came to table to take our order. I would not recommend this place. Ended up at Wendys and got quick service and a Thank you!
Took my sister out for her Birthday, This place is a 5 star restaurant. Awesome food and the staff there is unbelievable. If you like Mexican food this is the place to go. I definitely will go back again, Thank you Rancho Viejo for a great night and making my sister have a great Birthday.
Our waiter took way too long to get to us for anything .... and there was no excuse bc there was barely anyone else in the restaurant. It kinda seemed like we didnt matter and there was a slight attitude from her anytime we asked for anything. One thing I will say, the food was good. Too bad the service wasnt better!
My wife and I have been here many times. The food is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. Very wide range of Mexican dishes and also American food for the discerning child. The service is usually excellent, but we were forgotten on our last visit and waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order, but I feel this may be an isolated incident. All in all, I highly recommend.
Pleasing atmosphere. The food was brought out quickly, and the quality was great. I went on a Friday, around lunch. There were tables available and it was lively but there was no wait to be seated. The waitstaff was very prompt with food and beverage orders. I recommend this place to anybody who enjoys quality Mexican entrees.
Absolutely amazing everytime I go here..I eat out a lot at different restaurants all over the place. I cant stress enough how great the food is here and theyre consistent! Great atmosphere and prices are more than fair too! Highly recommend and will return many more times.. comida deliciosa!
We were thinking we might like Fajitas or something Mexican for dinner and wondered where we might find a good Mexican restaurant somewhere in our area. We goggled and found Rancho Viejo Restaurant. The reviews were great and the menu sounded so good. The restaurant has a great Mexican atmosphere. Its colourful and clean and cozy and we enjoyed the Mexican music. There were indeed a lot of selections in the menu and when we finally could make up our minds and order we were not disappointed. Both of our meals were delicious and presented so well and portions were plenty. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive and well definitely be back! Prices were very reasonable and well be sure to share this great restaurant with our friends. Thank you for a great evening.
I had the Texas Fajitas and a chili relleno. My friend had chicken fajitas. Everything came out nice and hot, my plate still sizzling. The staff is nice and welcoming and the areas clean.. I will be back. There was decent value for the money, I have at least 2 more meals in the box.
The service want as good as it usually was tonight. Although, the waitress did seem new at the job. But the food, as always, is amazing. The menu was different than usual. Less options but if you know anything about Mexican cuisine, youll have no problem making your own combinations. But hear me now. Most important thing to get from all of this. The chicken is absolutely amazing and the size of the margaritas is much bigger than youd expect! So chicken, juicy, full of flavor, and all meat. Margaritas, delicious, cant taste the alcohol but a lot is in it, and they are much bigger than youd expect.
This is the best Mexican restaurant have visited. The food is good and seems to be authentic. They are always improving the atmosphere of the restaurant which is nice. Ive found though that the waitresses, while kind, arent always the most attentive and most times, it takes a while to be seated (even when its not terribly busy) because there isnt anyone up front to seat you. All in all, its a wonderful family friendly restaurant with good food, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere.
Cant get enough of their food! Very good Mexican restaurant! The portions and prices are very reasonable. What can I say about the staff? The staff and managers are very accommodating. My girlfriend has a service dog and we asked for a corner booth but it wasnt cleared so the hostess and the manager went and cleared the dishes and cleaned the table and we were seated in about two to three minutes. Nice job and keep up the great work. We will definitely be back.
I was really impressed by this place. The food was delicious, the menu offered more variety than many Mexican places. While the quality and flavor of the food was what most impressed me, I should also mention that the portions and priced were incredible as well. My Santa Fe burrito was the size of an NFL football, tasted great, and they werent stingy on the cheese. My girlfriend got the volcano bowl and its flavor was out of this world! Even their beans were a notch above the average Mexican joint.
Excellent quality, choice, freshness, authenticity, service. Happened to ho as we were driving through town, and glad we did. Margaritas started it off, followed by tortilla chips and salsa. There is a salsa bar with several outstanding, fresh choices available. I had a pork dish, that was so good, we will drive the 55 miles to have it again. Highly recommend!
I will NEVER go there again! First get seated and waited 16 min. Just for the waitresses to bring is glasses of water! Then waited over 2 hours for our food! Some was cold and I never got my food until everyone else was done eating! So I had to box it up to bring home to even eat! It was beyond hot in there no ac and sweating and the waitress ignored our table completely beyond the worst service and restaurant I have ever been to! Yhe floors were disgusting under the table and other tables were not cleaned off the bathrooms were disgusting! And my family & friends will never go there ever again and I will be spreading the word about this horrible place! Everyone needs to stay far away from this place!
Best Mexican in Western New York hands down. Even the house chips and salsa are worth visiting for. Can get busy but they move along at a good pace. Dont be afraid to try a dish from their large and delicious menu. Drink specials are also a huge plus. Not a large bar area, but it would be a mistake not to go there and get some food as well.
I have ordered from Rancho Viejo online a few times before this experience. Tonight I ordered online for my family. Received a call confirming that I placed the order at the Batavia location. Was told that it would be an hour wait, which seemed longer than other times I had ordered, but I was fine with it. An hour later I went to pickup the food, and they seemed confused. It took them ten minutes to find my order that they had seemingly lost. I was asked if I could wait ten minutes for them to get my food ready. Another 20 MINUTES later, I finally got my food. No apology or anything that it had taken over an hour and a half from the time that I placed my order. I would have left had I not ordered food for my mother and my sister and already paid for it. Very disappointed with the experience.
Last time we ordered for take out we got home and were missing tacos, figured wed give them another try. Tonight we got take out again and the orders were all wrong. We tried to check before we left but its hard to with the containers they use, and the girl was pushing us out of the door, and she forgot to make the margarita to go and had an Attitude when I reminded her. The food and people used to be good, but its gone down hill since this pandemic. Will most likely not be back.
Just ate lunch from there. TERRIBLE!The worst ever. 1st they over charged my order. Charged $17.95 for a dish that said on the online menu was $7.95.(didnt realize till almost home) I called & they said oh, it must of been a typo That doesnt do me any good.Had a chicken dish.... Couldnt find any chicken in it!AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL! They even charge for the takeout containers!DONT GO THERE... My lunch went in the GARBAGE!
I had only eaten Mexican food once before and being very picky, I was a little apprehensive. No need - our waiting staff kept me right, telling me what was what on the menu. When the food arrived, there was so much of it. It was all excellent. My one tip if you come here is that you ensure you have no other plans that day as you will be in a food coma soon after leaving! I look forward to a return visit next time I am in the area.
My family and some friends were just passing through Batavia and thought wed give this place a try.Its got authentic Mexican food, some amaerican choices as well. Our server was amazing. Super friendly and didnt miss a beat. Everything we could ask for was taken care of or thought of.The food was good. Some really awesome menu choices, and every plate comes with enough food that youll most likely have left overs.Great Food, Amazing Service. The whole staff was friendly.I wouldnt hesitate to go again.
Great authentic Mexican cuisine! Food is fresh and delicious. Prices are great- grab a coupon from the back of a Tops receipt for even better deals. Waitstaff are friendly and efficient. Owners- Marisol or Guillermo are usually around to make sure everything is great. I dine here for lunch or dinner at least once a month, but friends are in there weekly.
Waited 40 mins for our food to be brought to our table. Then because we had other obligations and needed to leave and asked for to go containers to have to later heat up food I just paid for the waitress gets rude and upset with us. This place has been a favorite...BUT think this will be our last.
Waitress was nice food was good but when our food came out wrong waitress explained she didn’t wanna get yelled at for taking it back my party then witnessed her balling behind the counter to the point she went to the bathroom and someone else had to serve us the new food I talked to the manager he said the waitress was “too sentimental” I heard bad things about this place before about women being uncomfortable but I gave benefit of the doubt and was extremely disappointed clearly not a comfortable workplaceBut they make a decent taco…
I will say the food was decent. Review is new but we went 3 times within the past few years. EVERY time several hours later severe cramps and runs... food poisioning? Who knows just that havent been there since because of it! They are at the old Ponderosa restaurant now and before were up the street and both loctions gave us the stomach issues. Reading good reviews lately and love mexican food so willing to try again BUT if stomach pains hit again we will notify the health department... of course there are the jokes about heading to the boarder after eating mexican food. but there is a mexican restaurant in Buffalo on NiagfallsBlvd that we never get those cramps from.Service is usually not great and servers are not personable.
#####New review. They dont care about customers. They will let you sit for long waiting periods when you ordered way ahead of time. Its happened to me 4 times now and I am over it. The food is sub par anyhow. I work hard and try to support local business but this is it. Sorry guys. Also, while waiting, 3 customers have had to come all the way back because they were given the wrong order. They are now arguing with a customer as I write this and she did NOTHING wrong. She was missing food. Nice service! The food is good but the service is terrible almost everytime. I keep giving them chances but cant do it it after 4 bad experiences. They do not care if you are standing there waiting. Tonight 4 members of the wait staff walked by me as I stood waiting for my take out order with money in hand. No one had the guts to just tell me it wasnt ready even though it had been 30 minutes since I called and I was quoted 20. Also, the tamales are big but they are all Masa with the tiniest bit of meat in the middle. I gave brought it up to them before but again, they dont care.
Margarita was to sweet to be a lime margarita. Food was a small amount from what we ate used to at an authentic Mexican restaurant. The manager was rude but our waitress was awesome. The best ranch Viejo is on LR BLVD hickory north Carolina you feel your food there its so good an drinks will knock you on your a**.
Very well kept, pleasant waiters/ waitress, the inside designing makes it more like a cultural experience. Between that the food, and most of the workers! Lets face it, taco bell or other fast food mexican places isnt really mexican food and you will never see anything other than american designing .. just not the same thing. So take a few minutes and enjoy some real mexican food! Well worth it!
Best and only authentic Mexican food in the 14020 with generous portions. Pro tip: try out the queso (cheese dip) with the free chips you receive. 2nd pro tip: lunch specials run till 3pm and are a great deal so if youre lunchin on a budget, be sure to check out the lunch specials.
Been going to this restaurant since it opened in 2011. The service is always great, and they are quick to attend to every need. Staff is friendly and food is good. The extensive menu caters to a variety of dietary needs, with many vegetarian options, but I dont recommend it if youre a vegan (unless you like lots of guacamole azteca and rice like I do - YUM!). All in all, a great place with a warm atmosphere.
Absolutely love this place. Both the Batavia and Geneseo restaurants are so very friendly and clean. Have never been served a bad meal nor have I or my husband ever walked out of there still feeling hungry. Awesome place for the best Mexican food I have ever eaten at.
Been to this restaurant a number of times, and it was decent. On February 19, 2014, I visited for lunch, and was horrified to bite into something hard a few bites into my taco salad. I spit out 2 pieces of what appeared to be a broken plate. The waiter and then manager did not seem fazed or seem to care. Not even an apology, just an unenthusiastic offer to choose something else on the menu on the house. I declined as I had lost my appetite and decided to never visit again. Comically, right before the manager got to our table, I heard a plate break in the kitchen. The manager told me it was not possible to have broken plate in my meal. Not sure how he arrived at that conclusion as I presented him with the pieces of plate. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of a sincere apology (heck, any apology) will prevent me from patronizing Ranch Viejo ever again.
Have you ever had COLD Mexican food? Is that even a thing!? I’ve been to an unspeakable amount of Latin/Spanish/Mexican restaurants and have always been amazed at how piping hot your food is, however at Rancho everything was ice cold. Our server was a bit flustered and never brought back refills on soda, chips & salsa, or the second beer I ordered. Womp womp
My husband and I were out for a drive when we realized we were hungry. He asked me to look up a place to stop. I found this place, and boy, was I impressed when we walked in. It looked just like the little Mexican restaurants I had visited in San Antonio. The food was very good. Im not a meat eater, and they had some great options. I thought the spinach quesadilla was just too much spinach for me. Next time I will get a bean and rice burrito. Cant beat the $3 margarita.
Food & service is excellent, but my wife upon entering the restaurant slipped and fell due to the floors not being mopped. Told hostess we wanted talk to management regarding the situation. The only thing that happened was an apology from the hostess & the waitress which we appreciate. The thing that was upsetting is that the management didn’t care enough to come out & make she was ok.. We doubt we will go there again
If youre looking for good and authentic Mexican food this place is it. I know this because Im always looking for good Mexican food in the Northeast. And there isnt many that serve true authentic Mexican food. Im impressed and I will return to their restaurant repeatedly. They also have a sister restaurant in Corning. It is called Fiesta Brava. I would say give them a try too!
Just went today food was ok but portions are small. Plus there were flies all around mine and my boyfriends food we had to keep waving our hands so that they did not land on our food. Waitress we had came over 4 times well we were there and we were not even there 20mins. Just very disappointed with portions and the flies in the restaurant.
I cant say good enough things about this place. The food here is excellent and they have a multitude of true Mexican plates to choose from. I regularly get the fajita burrito with beef and it has never disappointed! They dont have a huge dessert menu but what they do have is great (my favorite being cheesecake surrounded by fried tortilla covered in cinnamon and powdered sugar! Yum) They also have a very cozy atmosphere, the music is playing at just the right level where you dont feel that you have to speak loudly to hear eachother over it.Their customer service is also excellent, the manager is always around and making sure his customers are happy, even though I have never once had a reason to complain.Since Ive moved to Batavia I have been seeking out the best places to eat out and as of writing this, this place is number one on my list!
AMAZING food! I never thought I would find a place that was real Mexican after the restuarant in Bath NY closed. However this was.. so real that the cooks are from Mexico! And our waitress was great! I took my 12 yr old and 6 month old in with me and our waitress helped me find something that they both could and would eat!
First time here and now will be added to the favorite place to eat list. Salsa was very fresh and tasty. We ordered 2 chimichanga lunch specials and 1 additional taco each. Our meal was delicious and cost 20 bucks for the 2 of us to leave more fat and happy than when we walked in. ❤
Food was okay, when it finally came. Would be quicker to actually go to Mexico. There were only a handful of customers, it was not nearly what I would describe as packed or busy. Took maybe ten minutes to have someone take the drink orders, and another ten or so to have our order taken. Then a decent wait for food, and we gave up on waiting for the check after maybe fifteen minutes finished and just walked up to obtain it. Definitely not a place to go unless you have a few hours free.
I have eaten at Rancho Veijo many times and never had a bad experience. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I almost never order chicken at a restaurant because it always gets overcooked and dry, however at Rancho Viejo it is always perfectly cooked and tender. The rice and beans are delicious, and they make great salsa and hot sauce. The staff is always friendly and the service is top notch.
The food is good but the service needs some help. We waited 15 min for our server to even take our drink orders mind you the place wasnt even close to packed and 4 servers should be able to take care of the 7 tables that had people at them. After our drinks came I asked if she could take our order and we were told we had to wait our turn.... this is the third chance I have given this place and it has been terrible everytime. I ordered take out once and that completely messed that up as well after waiting an hour total but that I understood bc they were super busy. I dont think I will be going back...
The host was great. Very friendly and seated us right away. The restaurant was pretty empty when we got there, so we figured our waiter would be very attendant, and he started off being that way. We both ordered taco salads, and when they came out, the shells were black. The plate was scorching hot, but the foot inside the bowl was barely lukewarm. The waiter neglected us once he brought the food, and another waiter had to go find him after we sat there for 10 minutes waiting on the check. I was looking forward to finding a good Mexican restaurant in Batavia, but after this experience, I will not be returning!
Been there three times. As someone who has lived in Texas and had a good variety of Tex-Men and Mexican, this is not the place. Unfortunately, the meat is always kind of bland and the cheese basically tastes like white velveta. If you want something more satisfying, there is a good Mexican place in Medina. I honestly do not really understand the appeal, but thats just my opinion. The salsa is good at least.
I am from North Carolina and was on my way to Canada when we stopped to eat at the Rancho Veijo. We were very pleased with the food and service. Some of the nicest people i have met. Everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The food was very good. We enjoyed our meal and made sure we stopped by again on out way back. This is a must eat at place.
Literally just got Turkey served to us as if it was carne asada, no flavor, literally Turkey........ chips were burnt, server told us it was the new guy they have been getting complaints all day, never fixed the chips. Service was excellent, atmosphere very comfortable, food was terrible. Highly disappointing.

2022-07-02Always amazing. Wait staff is incredible and food is amazing. Always have a good time and good food anytime I come here. EDIT: July 2022- this place has unfortunately gone downhill. They increased the prices which is absolutely fine, but the service and quality of food has gone down instead of up like it should have. Very disappointing as this was one of my favorite restaurants but unfortunately we will not be coming back.

2022-03-20As the saying goes….There’s nothing like really good Mexican food…. and that was nothing like really good Mexican food. Not sure what some of the reviewers are tasting but it’s NOTHING even remotely close to authentic Mexican cuisine. Even the Margaritas cut not make the cut. How do you label a margarita “premium” and “ultimate” when its nothing but cheap tequila and a lot of sugary mixer. Where”s the simplicity of fresh lime juice and good tequila…. it’s not here. It’s theme park cuisine at best with decor to match… it is colorful and festive. The wait staff are very pleasant and attentive. It’s a shame the food did not match the reviews below or quality of service. A true epicurean tragedy.

2021-09-19Not bad. Pretty standard Mexican food.No changing station in mens bathroom and our sons Quesadilla needed to be sent back because the cheese inside wasnt even melted and was cold.

2022-02-27We came yesterday 2/26/22 at 1:45, were seatedand waited over 30 minutes before the waitress asked our table of 6 what we would like to drink, mind we had a 2 yo and a 5 yo with us. She never took off the finished plates from our chips/salsa asked i asked her to since it was visually obvious we had no room to eat our ordered food. We ordered our food along with our drinks. We waited an additional 40 more minutes for our food and in the mean time there were 4 other tables that arrived well after our table and they all were served immediately and left before we did we we were still waiting for our food! while our 2 yo was getting fussy. Waitress barely checked on us, we never got our water until 5 minutes before we left and to end our story our reciets were both incorrect. at this point we didn’t care and just paid for it. We will not return. All 3 waitresses avoided us, terrible service and our food was cold, not even room temperature. I wish i would have asked to speak with the manager. absolutely a joke.
