2018-05-27Harry is great! He works with you and is very helpful his prices are great as well! My phone had a cracked screen and was not working right and he fixed the screen in 20 mins! I would defiantly recommend going here instead of other stores such as version or at&t where they will try to make you spend more money than you need to. Harry doesn’t do that t his store, very friendly service, please check it out

2020-07-03Truly wonderful customer service from Harry at Ranveer Wireless. The entire back of my son’s iPhone was shattered - not cracked - actually chunks of glass missing. Harry not only replaced the back at a reasonable price, he switched my son’s calls and texts onto an old phone of ours while the repair was taking place to avoid the horrific prospect of being without a phone. He also texted pictures of replacement cases to choose from, and handled all the transactions curbside and via text and email. When he handed us back the phone outside of his store it had been cleaned and wrapped in a disinfecting wipe. Extraordinary customer service!
