Place is very clean and nicely decorated, which makes a patient feel more at ease. I got my test results back very quickly, as well. The staff was friendly and pleasant.
Got a rapid test here about 2 days ago and absolutely loved my experience, staff was so friendly, the space was super clean I was in and out in minutes and got my results in less than 30 minutes. Staff even advised me on protocols and explained the different type of testing options they have and which one would be best for me. Highly recommend if you don’t want to wait on line in the cold and actually feel like you’ve been taken care of!

Wonderful place, I needed a RT PCR for travel and the ladies were more than helpful. The wait was short, the woman who did my test was gentle and kind. I was able to get my test before midnight. What a scam of a business ..$250 for a rapid test & $350 for a PCR test and they dont take insurance.

This place is a scam. You can get a COVID test for FREE at City MD, just a few blocks away on 67th and 3rd Ave. The fact that this place exists and is charging people $250 for a rapid test they can get for free at any urgent care center is truly shameful. What a revolting cash grab. Shame on whoever came up with this scheme.
A block down each direction of this facility provides rapid and pcr tests... dont get scammed
I had to get a rapid Covid test last minute. Check in was easy, the nurse was very nice, the test was quick, and I had my results before I got home.
Would think twice before going here for a 30min rapid test. It’s Quidels “Sofia” test they use to detect for bits of antigen vs PCR which is genetic material. Do your research and you will find this test produces more false positives & results that are inaccurate. Check out an article on Vermont and Manchester Medical to see what happened when they used Sofia vs PCR. I can’t believe the NY State Health Dept even allows this test to be used and consumers pay $250 out of pocket.I was tested, not due to symptoms but before seeing friends and was told it was detected. As I had just taken a Covid test 5 days prior and my exposure level in between was low I questioned this result and retook a PCR at NY Health and Hospital and it came back negative. Needless to say stressed for two days for an inaccurate test.

I need it PCR test for my flight , everything was done fast , I received my results in 1.5 hours just on time for my flight . Clean nice place with warm stuff .

2022-05-05I visited the Rapid Test NYC Center for a Covid-19 PCR test I needed for international travel. I can only recommend them and would pay a visit again when needed. Their customer service was truly incredible. The staff responded promptly to all my questions and concerns I had beforehand. Thanks to them I could travel safely! Amazing team!

There places are very neat, clean and organized. We had twice free PCR test done through them and we really appreciate there help in difficult times of Covid. 2021-12-26Very great service. The office was clean and open space as well. I also LOVED that they sprayed the air/chair of each room with seventh generation disinfectant spray after each person. I use that same spray at home and its not toxic but effective. My concern about going inside to get a test is taking of my mask in the same place where covid positive people could be doing the same, so Im glad they sprayed.You can scan the QR code on the door before entering if there is a line to fill out before going in. Price is $250 for a rapid which isnt ideal but there was a short line and I got the results in less than an hour (they say an hour but for me it was less than that). You can ask for an invoice to submit to insurance as well, I just submitted so I cant speak if insurance approves. They also do rapid PCR tests as well.
