The salesperson Abby (Albulena) is amazing!!! She was a breath of fresh air and exactly what I didnt know I needed. Her enery was great as soon as I entered the store and she greeted me. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately jumped into action taking me around the store showing me options. She even went as far as making suggestions on furniture placement. She was so kind and sweet! She took her time explaining things to me and she was patient right until the end. Go in Raymour Flannigan on Central Park Avenue and ask for Abby, I promise you wont be disappointed!
Beware of buying here, I had a truly HORRIBLE experience. Bought a sofabed in December, but it didnt get delivered until 3 months later. The delivery guys arrived an hour after the delivery window, damaged a light post in our yard and could not even fit the sofabed through our door. To make matters worse, they DENIED the damage because we did not have any video of them breaking the light post. So if you do buy from here, make sure to record the delivery, because the drivers will lie.
Walking around and checking for the set that I am looking for was easy better than have someone to guide you for details and prices place not bad for prices but costumer service is dancing on limbo.Wear but real. A guy asked me if am looking for something when I was at the door to leave .
Marta was a great pleasure to work with, I look forward to working with her more in the future! She’s patient and listens to all of your request. I myself work in sales and can tell when someone cares or is just rushing for the sale. Marta helped my mom and I purchase a new sectional and rug, we are very happy with the choices she gave us. I went in to the Yonkers outlet thinking i could shave off a few dollars by finding some furniture at discount prices. My bed frame was shown as a floor sample but was on back order since it was not in stock new. The delivery date for my bed frame changed a couple of times so i cancelled my order for it so now i have a dresser and a nightstand. Two weeks after receiving my adjustable bed floor sample, that stopped working. I got the contact info to reach out to fix the adjustable bed, but the remote for it is no longer available and the new remote along with a new box that goes with that new remote ONLY will be $400 on top of the over $10,000 i already put out for my furniture. Once you buy at this location, you’re on your own! The warranties for my bed went out the window before i even left the store and all this was not fully explained at the showroom. Im extremely disappointed as i held raymour and flanagan in high regards for great quality and good prices, until it was my turn to be let down by them. Do not see i got value for my money and def no customer care. Would get better care at a mom and pops around the corner for the money I spent. The bright side: my living room furniture is good quality and well put together until that adjustable breaks too!!!!! Sorry! You lost my trust
My boyfriend and I experience at this Raymour and Flanigan location was great! They have a huge selection with great quality items to choose from. A few months ago we met with the salesperson Tammy who gave us advice not to finance any furniture before our closing date. Today we came back and personally asked for her assistance because we knew she would be accommodating to all of our questions. She gave us tips on how to get the most out of our space, styling options, and suggestions on pieces that would look good together. She even ordered us a set from the regular R&F store and honored the sale they were having over there as well. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family as well as asking for assistance from Tammy! I don’t think you can beat the quality and service.
I wanted a table and two dressers the table came first and the first day my son fell off and twisted his ankle the screws popped out and it was horrible they wont give my money back I had to buy chairs because they all broke after that I Canceled the dresses and they were making me pay the dressers even tho I didnt have then horrible store dont ever come here. The manager was very rude
Tanya and Nafis are excellent representatives and exceptionally knowledgeable. I will ask for them everytime. Upon my first visit I asked a representative if the Lydia sofa separated in two pieces because it would not fit in my elevator to the 22nd floor. She checked and said NO IT DOES NOT SEPARATE INTO TWO PIECES. I was so disappointed because I really wanted it. I said, are you sure. She said sorry, it does not. I wont say her name. Needless to say I checked with Nafis and I discovered it does separate into two pieces. NOW, IM HAPPY AND JUST PURCHASED THE LYDIA SOFA AND LOVESEAT.
I got a mattress, box spring, bed frame and couch from here. Throughout my 3 visits to decide on furniture, as I was undecided on which pieces to go with, Christopher Barnes took the time to explain and help answer my questions and never made me feel rushed. When the time came to have everything shipped Christopher was able to get me a quicker delivery date than I expected. I would definitely go back if I need more furniture!
Absolute top marks for Tammy E.!!! My mother and I came in looking to overhaul an apartment for a family member and we could not have had a more genuine shopping experience. Tammy’s consultative approach helped us take care of all of our needs without feeling like we were being sold.We will definitely return for the rest of our furniture needs in the future. I had such a great experience at the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet in Yonkers, NY.I visited the store about an hour before closing time and was pleasantly greeted by the General Manager Giovanni. I havent been furniture shopping in years and didnt know exactly what I was looking for. I informed Giovanni that I needed a Mattress but knew nothing about them. He took his time to explain the differences between the mattresses and gave me time and space while he serviced other customers due to short staff.He returned and gave me and my partner options and pricing. We stayed at the store for about 30 minutes after closing time and he did not rush us at all.We also met with Customer Care Agent Nashalie and she was also very pleasant and professional.We completed our order the next day with Isabel and ended up purchasing not only 1 mattress but two; in addition to a Bedroom Set, Couch and accessory.Our visit to the store on both occasions was so pleasant. Giovanni, Nashalie and Isabel took their time with us and had exemplary Customer Service Skills.In addition the showroom is huge, easy to navigate and all staff were attentive and respectful.I am thankful for such a phenomenal experience and will recommend all of my friends and family to the store.
We found are sofa set and its beautiful. Carl was very polite and respectful. Every time we called the company he was never there. Customer service doesnt answer phones either. Carl promised my mother no worries on delivery and getting a friend of his topickup old furniture. He dropped the ball and we had to find someone at the last minute. You need to be more responsible about your orders.
Tammy was amazing! I was having a difficult time imagining how the couches were going to fit in my new apartment. She took the time to pull up a visual representation of the space on her computer and showed me how the couches were/were not going to fit. Tammy was an excellent consultant who was knowledgable and truthful. The outlet also has so many options for a great price! Youre getting Raymour and Flanigan quality furniture at a more reasonable price.
If you want a good experience buying expensive furniture please dont come here. I had a terrible experience with Ronald who kept me on hold for 20 minuets to simply look up one thing. Im shelling out over a grand for a couch at least deal with people in a timely manner.
The salesman, Christopher Barnes, made this experience quick and relatively painless. In an industry in which you are often felt rushed and unheard, Chris was the complete opposite. I shared my experiences with him at a sister site, and he took the time to really listen to me and understand what I was looking for. Furthermore, the store did not have typical outlet feel. It was clean, organized, and well run. Overall, I am very much looking forward to the arrival of my new sectional. THANK YOU CHRIS!
I was looking for Furniture for my new place and Christopher Barnes was so accommodating and patient in helping find what I was looking for! Also, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and was able to help me find items to match my budget! Just an Amazing and fast experience!
Delivery service is the worst, communication is poor, I had to call a number of times and showed up to the store, to find out what was going on with my delivery, since it wasn’t delivered during the time frame they gave me. I eventually received my merchandise two days later. I want to give no stars but you have to, in order to post. Sales guy Ronald Medina is a good guy I want to make sure he gets acknowledged, Latoya was very helpful with the situation as well, but whomever the manager is he/she needs to be more on top of this type of stuff so it doesn’t happen.
I was there to pick up an item that I purchased online that they screwed up and sent the wrong parts. The store was overcrowded. There was only 1 customer service agent. I was told to wait in line which had 6 people ahead of me. I refused and requested to speak to the manager. The manager arrived almost ten minutes later and didn’t seem pleased. I explained my situation and he asked the agent to look up my information. She wasn’t too happy about it and even asked the customer if it would be okay if she looked up my information. Very poor customer service.
My salesperson was Nafis and he was excellent. I came to Raymour and Flanagan to buy a new mattress and base. Even though I thought I knew what I wanted, Nafis had me try several different types, to be sure. I also knew I wanted an adjustable base and he had me try out one with a massage. I loved it! So I bought my new Casper hybrid mattress, my adjustable base with massage, and a new mattress cover in under an hour. It will be delivered the day after tomorrow, no charge. And they will remove my old mattresses. And best of all, it all came in within my budget. I am very pleased with the experience and can’t wait for my new bed!

Amazing experience with Christopher Barnes. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and not pushy. He had us try all of the mattresses and did not sway us in a certain direction. He had a wonderful character and was super apolgetic when another customer needed him for an urgent order during our 5 mins think time. definitely recommend buying a mattress here for all the perks like next day delivery and wonderful saleleman/customer service from Chris. thank you!
My husband and I purchased a couch here in November we were told it would be in stock in the middle of December. It never arrived and we were NEVER contacted by anyone to let us know. We had to jump through hoops to get a hold of anyone on the phone and they told us it was delayed until the end of December. December came and went without a peep from them, this happened 2 more times. When my husband called this week and they told him March we decided it was enough. Not once did the store contact us, we never heard from them via phone text or email after leaving the store. I know things are delayed right now but if they were honest with us, we probably would have just waited for the couch. The customer service is seriously awful at this store so we cancelled it. The manager in a different store who helped facilitate the cancel and refund was awesome, I would recommend going to the Poughkeepsie store for much better service than this store.
We had a great experience shopping here..The saleswoman Gabrielle was kind, friendly and patient. She was not pushy whatsoever, but always close by to answer your questions. She had my credit approved, and we bought a great living room set at a good price..I will definitely be back here in the future to purchase more furniture..Thank you Gabrielle!
Initial salesman was great. Order was heavily delayed no one reached out to tell us. Never offered options. Dealing with second salesman, he was dismissive and felt rushed. Recieved my order a part of the couch didnt fit correctly. Just waited so long. Just took what he brought. 3 stars was mostly for our initial salesperson. Everything went downhill from there.
Unfortunately, very poor shopping experience: Sales guy more keen on making his commission than being informed about payment option details (store credit card). Had to wait 20+ minutes in line to pay for a $20 item and will have to return to store AGAIN tomorrow to pick it up. Store manager was able to solve issue. Whole thing left negative impression.
So we had to place a new order for our couch. went I to the showroom and had a great sales experience.we were told that the couch would be on December 16th. We were really excited to have it prior to Xmas. the 16th came and went..I called the number and no one answered or if they do they out you on hold and never pick up again. finally wrote to them only to be told someone from the store would be in contact with me since half my order was in. still waiting for a call back.
I was upgrading my previous sofa via insurance I purchased from Raymour & Flanigan. The manager was super polite and very accommodating to our replacement needs. We reselected and made arrangements for delivery. Delivery day arrived and the transition went smoothly and efficiently. The 2 delivery men were super polite and got the job done early, fast and smooth. This is my 4th purchase with Raymour & Flanigan. Happy wife = Happy life.
While I love my couch from here and the price was great, the customer service was horrendous. I purchased it on July 3rd and I was told it would be delivered on July 23rd. The day came and went and no one called. I contacted the salesman and was on hold for over an hour... then he just hung up. I called back to be left on hold again with no response. I was then told it would be delivered in a couple of weeks. That date came and went without a couch or a call. I was given a new date and that day came and went without a call or a couch. I was then told it arrived at the end of August, but it couldn’t be delivered for another 2 weeks! The couch arrived on September 3rd.... 2 months later with no explanation! I then tried to write a review on their website and it seems because it was negative in their eyes, it wasn’t posted. I’ve not seen such horrible customer service from a place in such a long time.
Never again. The experience I had with this specific store is unforgettable. Please make sure that your items are available. If it is not in stocks, the sales person will give you an estimate date. Do not buy it. I did and waited month and half and then I had to canceled my order because they changed the date 3 times. However if you dont have any problems with getting your items after months than its ok you can go and shop. Good luck.
Serious delays in furniture delivery required that I called the store to get the full story. Finally had furniture delivery and it wouldn’t fit. Not sure that they really tried. Trying to get a replacement delivered . The store manager has made assurances that he hasn’t made good on. I even contacted the corporate office @RFcares and can’t get anyone to pay attention. Terrible customer service and follow through. Store doesn’t even answer the phone.
This review is based on my delivery experience with Raymour & Flanigan Outlet Store. The delivery man that arrived at my building was extremely hostile and aggressive. He fought with several people in my building, including myself. The maintenance staff were super helpful and trying to advise them of the mirror in the elevator together with needing to use an elevator key to hold open the door. The delivery man was so hostile that he got into his personal space and started arguing. Not being protective because of COVID or anything of the sort. It was as if he wanted to fight. He was taking up room in the hallway and a neighbor of mine needed to pass and all she said was Excuse Me, may I pass and he screamed at her as well. Once they got to my floor, they said the ceiling on my floor was not long enough but they had the sofa standing upright. Then, when they were leaving my building, they fought with the maintenance person again, who was trying to help them and hold the elevator door. In my entire life, I have never experience such misallocated aggression, anger and hostility for no reason whatsoever. Then, the delivery person turned around and got aggressive with me and got into my personal space and started flaring his arms and screaming in my face. I had to step back and walk away. It was an extremely frightening experience aside from it being embarrassing for my building staff. This experience has left me shaken to the point that I cannot work right now. I was literally crying and shaking afterwards. The professionalism was not there. I think such a reputable company like Raymour and Flanigan should do more of a background check on their delivery members as they reflect the company as well. Again, this review is solely on the delivery members. I would rate this a negative zero star but that is not an option. Be extremely careful with the delivery members, I did not feel safe!
Really great store. Staff is really nice! Had the pleasure of working with a gentleman named Ruddy. He did help me get the perfect mattress for my mother which was amazing and was even offered some water. Giving 5 stars for great customer service and a nice looking store. Thank you.
The customer service at this store is terrible. On the day of delivery, we were told that delivery was going to be between 12:30 and 3. Around 4 we call the store and we are told they having trouble with the trucks. But why wait for us to call you before you let us know? Around 5:30 pm the furniture is delivered , with one piece missing. We were told this by the delivery guys. We call the store again, and we are told it arrived broken to their warehouse blah blah blah.... 2 weeks later the other piece is delivery and the top is broken. Again we are the ones who have to call enquiring about it. Our sales person, is like they’ll sort it out in a week . It’s been a week of waiting and still haven’t heard from them. Mind you it’s always us who have to contact them to get an update.
If zero stars was possible that is what this location would get. We placed an order for two dressers on August 15. We were told that they had to order the items from the warehouse and we would be scheduled for a delivery date once the items got to the store from the warehouse. Two weeks ago we received a call from one of the employees informing us that the dressers had arrived at the warehouse. Naturally, we were incredibly excited and wanted to schedule a delivery date ASAP. We had been living out of boxes for the longest and were super psyched about receiving our dressers. The Raymour and Flannigan employee told us that our projected delivery date was September 8 and that someone would follow up with us to process the final payment and set a time. Fast forward two weeks later, no one ever called us back. Thinking that we were still scheduled for a delivery date of September 8, we finally called them to find out what time we should expect delivery of the items. To our surprise, no one had scheduled a delivery of our goods. In fact, we were informed that the next available date would not be until September 17. What?! You guys failed to follow up like you promised you would and now were the ones being inconvenienced for yet ANOTHER TWO WEEKS! We were told that we would receive a call from the store manager. Almost EIGHT hours later we get a call, but not from the manager. Oh no, apparently solving customers problems was too far beneath Raymour and Flannigan managers. Instead, we received a call from a very helpful representative. However, she was very limited in what she could do because she had to keep emailing the manager for clearance. We were told to go ahead and complete the payment because this was the only way delivery could be scheduled. Done - payment completed. We were then told that there was absolutely no way we could be accommodated for delivery this week and the next earliest date was September 17. Are you SERIOUS?! This store inconveniences me, tells me not to do anything until they call me back, the NEVER call me back, tell me that a manager will personally get in touch with me, the manger NEVER calls me, and now somehow I am expected to be understanding? Absolutely not! You guys messed up - not me! Oh, well offer you store credit. I DONT WANT IT - I WANT MY FURNITURE! Do they seriously think that I will EVER patronize this store ever again after this experience? Most definitely not! And I will be sure to tell everyone I know to do the same. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I decided to go with a store that was supposedly highly regarded and reputable. Clearly, I should have gone elsewhere. This was a terrible experience and I need to find a way to contact a district manager or someone. This is completely unacceptable. Supposedly a manager will contact me tomorrow before 12 because its not like I have a job or anything. So once again, I am expected to rearrange my life because someone at Raymour and Flannigan failed to do their job. I am so disgusted with this company and this location in particular. No, I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place.
RED FLAG! Found lovely furniture and was reasonable priced .Delivery guys put a bad taste in my mouth .Horrible customer service and they had a bad attitude. Beware if you get the delivery guy William Bryant. Horrible!Asked if they could just leave it in the lobby and said yes but our protection warranty would be voided .Came back outside and they’re gone with my furniture!Jason the manager wasn’t very helpful either and instead offer us to spend more money than needed .Only great thing was the sales person Anne malcomson. Friendly and helpful .Never coming back to this place again.
They have a beautiful showroom. You can order to pick up however, the only thing I didnt like it that they open the packages in the entrance so you can inspect them. Per their policy, if you chose not to inspect, you take it home at your own risk as there are no returns. I get it, but its time consuming and definitely shouldnt be done in the entrance. There should be a designated area for there and there should be more one than one person assigned to this task as I waited over half hour for rhe customer ahead of me to finish their inspection
Thanks to Matthew Sepulveda welcoming spirit and he is knowledgeable about the furniture he was so patient and passionate about giving me a unforgettable experience I came in for a bed straight from my dialysis not feeling well but he was accommodating and expedited my purchase I actually purchased two bed and only came in for one ill be back
The family and I went to this location and walking in no one said anything, 15 min in the store still no one has approached us, we try to contact someone but they “the sales floor reps.” Rather stay in a group to the corner. To think we drove from one store In Elizabeth nj, to this only to get the same treatment. I rather buy in a small place in the bronx then to spend a dollar here.
Horrible customer service, delivery was suppose to be scheduled for 11/23, I received the confirmation email with a specific time range and when we tried to confirm because no one had contacted us we were told that we wouldn’t receive our delivery the day of. When calling the store no one picks up the phone, I called all day, when someone finally calls it is already more than half way through the day. Moved into my new apartment the same day the delivery was scheduled for because it wasn’t available until then. Now we don’t have anything to sleep on. Horrible customer service!
I really loved my experience with one of the consultant. His name is Ronald Medina. I had forgotten my mask and wanted to buy a couch . i asked one of the store manager, Mo for a mask and he asked me why? . i was confused and distraught, Ronald went to get me a mask and helped me .
Horrible service they Told my wife and I that some of the stuff we chose was in stock. At check out it was a whole completely different story so we pretty much got tricked into buying, we had no choice at the moment so my wife and I make the purchase. Now it’s been a month and I still haven’t got anything I called the store for three days in the role and no one calls me back or pick up the phone to give me any status on my order very disappointed I won’t recommend this store.
I was there for about 40 minutes, and nobody Cared to see if I needed any help,even after I asked. Guess I didnt loon equatible or white enough. Funny thing is I actually was very interested- to the point I would have actually made the purchase. I guess its off to the new Rochelle locationTl,dr: nice stuff, if you could find someone to assist.
Worst store you can possibly rely on.. purchased a set of sofas on Dec, 26 and got an estimated for Mid January 3 months passed by and still no delivery. When I got in contact with the store they told me my item were out of stock and wouldn’t be available until April 15 and then I would be able to schedule a delivery after that day. Unbelievable wouldn’t purchase from that store again
The worst place to buy furniture. I bought 4 dinning chairs 2 of them came Damaged. When I called the store to report the damage chairs the manager was super rude to me. When I spoke to him over the phone All I said to him I don’t want the money back just replace the 2 damage chairs and his response to me was take a picture and email it to customer service but he never gave me the email add.
The sales staff was fantastic on the floor… They provided information without pressure… We ended up purchasing a sofa and love seat and a floor lamp… Two days before the scheduled delivery we got a call that the floor lamp was back ordered and wouldn’t be available till the beginning of December… We were OK with that and patiently waited for our floor lamp… The couches are beautiful and work great in our room... But the floor lamp odyssey started then… They never called us to update us but rather we had to call them to ask questions about the floor lamp… Five times they told us that it would be there on a certain date… And five times they never called us to tell us that it wasn’t there… We had to call them to find out that it wasn’t there… Finally after waiting a month for good customer service and for timely information we decided to just cancel the order for the floor lamp… Be careful: if your stuff is in stock you will be very happy but if anything is backordered expect to never hear from them in a timely fashion unless you stay on them and call them… Other funny thing is they promised me this magical gift card to make me feel better but after we canceled the floor lamp never heard anything about the gift card again… Why didn’t they just give me a partial refund on the couches… I also spoke to a manager who never gave me any updates...The sales people are incredible but the customer support after they have your money sucks!!!
We bought a sofa back on December 2020 and it was suppose to delivered on 24th before Christmas but we didn’t get it until New Year’s Eve and nobody let us know about the delay on the delivery and when we got it it was defective and it took me and my husband 5 months several trips to the store and more than 30 phone call to get it fixed ,costumer service including managers are terrible ,I will say managers are the worst at this store because it is almost imposible to speak to one of them and once you actually get to speak to them they make you feel like you are less and annoyed them and get no help at all.
Very horrible experience in this store i will never shop again... i have purchased a bedroom set in august and now is end of December and i had to wait for my bedroom to come I received some pieces still missing the bed and te mirror they cept telling me next week next week and the horrible story was they called me yesterday Because supposedly yesterday my bed should arrive at the store but because of the snow it had delayed and they told me it will come for today at. I got a sofa and a bed set sofa came damage and i told them and is been 5 months still havent got my sofa yet also sales person told me that it will be 0% apr ,but when i look at my statement i was getting charge interest on it , i when back to the store and they like no you didnt requested for 0% and the manger said i will call you and see what can be done but is been 2days no call from them , they are the worst people i have ever deal with please dont do at this location the central ave one is way better i wish i can complain somewhere for this people , they also response on the google comments so people think that they are helping customer is not true when you email them no response back from them
After one bad experience with raymour I decided to try to give the outlet a chance. Sales rep was so unprofessional and did absolutely nothing. Wound up canceling the order I placed. I’m done with raymour. Customer service was terrible and when I canceled they really didn’t seem to care so the hell with them
Worst services ever not buying again from this store or from raymour & flanigan again we waiting for a whole year for a delivery and we explain theSituation about how to delivery and they say ok andthe day the delivery finally arrives, the workers get lazy, they dont make the delivery because it has to be done, its uncomfortable and the store knew about the situation and on the day of delivery they only told us that they couldnt choose another thing or that I do it myself but that they are not responsible in addition to expensive bad service I will not buy or recommend this store or this franchise

2022-06-19Great variety and classy display, good amount of inventory. We saved atleast $2000 on our order. Customer service experience was the best Ive experienced. Better than Ashley, Reymore Base Store. There were a variety of finance options and the sales team were ready, willing and able to meet us half way. They were very patient, knowledgeable and supportive. I am very grateful to Christopher for his support, understanding and quick thinking. 🙏 I am so excited so delivery soon! Will be back very soon!

2022-03-29SIX CARS WERE BROKEN INTO on the parking lot in front of this Raymour & Flanigan Outlet location, last weekend, in broad daylight. No one noticed until the damaged was done and peoples personal items were stolen. Police responded and said they could not do anything because the cameras did not work. We were all informed that this was not the first time this happened at this location. I spoke to a Raymour & Flanigan customer service rep two days later, when they returned my call, to discuss the incident. I was told that the cameras facing the parking lot belonged to a previous toy store, which was there before this Raymour & Flanigan Outlet. Also, that this is a PUBLIC parking lot, and trusting your vehicle in this space is just a chance customers choose to take. I informed the representative that, yes, customers take that chance believing those are working surveillance cameras (there are no security guards). Someone could get hurt and there would be no way to hold anyone accountable. This company was incredibly insensitive and dismissive in the way that they handled this complaint. Based on my interaction with this representative, I realize that this company neither cares to protect their customers nor to make things right with them. Public parking lot or not, this happened in front of your store to a group of your customers, and this is the ONLY store on this parking lot.

2022-05-27I will tell the people don’t buy anything from that place . I have Furniture bed mattress and dresser not even two years in and it’s falling apart. I’m now fighting with the fake manger and whomever else. The workers need a class on customer Service and how to deal with the customers. I made a mistake of giving them a play know when I should have went to Bob’s Bob’s furniture is strong and it’s worth the money and it stands up for his name. Raymour and Flanigan furniture is very weak and their policy isn’t good either when something goes wrong they come out they service it they service it then . You would think when they come out to service it it will be fixed the right way. All I’m gonna say to the people do not make the same mistake I made

2022-05-12I had a wonderful experience at this location. Best customer service I could have asked for. Their employee Will Cortes was inviting and informative. He was not pushy at all. He gave us space to browse and answered every question we had once we were ready.
