I went to Raymour & Flanigan to find a new bed frame. Unfortunately, I didnt see anything that I liked in the store. However, thanks to Jason Hicks I was able to search frames online and selected one that I absolutely loved. Once delivered and assembled, I fell in love even more. Thank you Jason!Btw, Jason also helped my mom find the perfect mattress and fire pit for her backyard. We are so happy!!
Sales rep Lebert (Gateway) took the time to understand what I was looking for and my budget. He diligently searched keeping in mind my wants and was able to successfully identify a sofa/loveseat set plus a counter height dining table within my outlined budget. I await the delivery and would recommend anyone in need of assistance with purchasing furniture to work with him. He goes above and beyond.
Mott was very patient, explained everything and addressed my need in what I wanted in my mattress. I didn’t feel I was being sold too or rushed. Even when I stated it takes a while for me to make a decision he still offered to stay to address any further questions.Store number is G5.
I think it is the best store to buy furnitures for the home of very good quality. Of course, the good costs! but they have financing and guarantee option. The leader and fabric are original and very good quality and they provide you with the information you need. This exhibition room is completely an experience. If you want to buy quality, I recommend it.
I love my sofa and want to acknowledge my sales rep, Dionne Arzu, who was cheerful, pleasant, and patient to work with -- she made me feel valued beyond simply being a potential customer and wasnt pushy to make the sale. I felt she sincerely wanted me to be sure of my choice even if it meant delaying purchasing (which I did for a couple days). The store was airy and everyone seemed pleasant and welcoming. My transaction went smoothly. Delivery was easily scheduled, the guys were on time and efficient setting up my new Willowick sofa (which, when you sit on it, its like getting a huge hug.) I was a bit nervous about the light material, but it goes so nicely in my room and the cotton canvas seems very durable and lovely. Because of the material, I suspect will get softer over time. I love that the covers are washable. Thanks again to Dionne!

The representative was professional, helpful, patient and answered all my questions. Offered other options. He gave me space to walk around to see other choices. When it came to a Beauty Rest mattress. I like firm and I was given the opportunity to test out how the mattress felt. I was satisfied with the time to look around as long as I wanted. I also purchased a Living Room set and I was able to sit on the different sofas to check how comfortable they were. I was happy with my selections.
Mr. Anthony Baines was the most nicest person I have ever dealt with inselling of furniture. I ordered an item online for pickup. When i got to the store, the older woman at customer service was rude and aggressive. I expressed i didnt know i had to be there before 8, and her response was how dont you know that?. Like how would i know. I received a text and no one told me to be there before 8. After berating me like a child, she told me to drive around back to get the item. The young man present was polite.
I was in the Raymore and Flanigan gateway mall this afternoon and was very pleased with the service that Ive received from rep Sibo, who exhibited great customer service therefore I look forward to making future purchases bcuz of the treatment I received! I called about 4 weeks ago in regards to receiving a refund. I was told by the Associate Jason Hicks (whom was assisting me at the time I was deciding to purchase) that it would take 7 - 10 days. Ok; understood. I waited two weeks and then I called again. I spoke with a young lady she stated also that it would take 7-10 days. Here we are almost 5 weeks now and I have yet to receive my refund. Not sure why people need to wait for a long period of time before hearing from someone or even getting their refund back.
My husband loves his new recliner its beautiful and the leather is amazing i will recommend Raymour & Flannigan to all of my friends and family my first time making a purchase from them and i will continue doing business with them and oh I can not for get the wonderful sales lady Ms.Zillah and the delivery drivers were very professional great team Raymour & Flanigan.
Must say when you walk in this place you are greeted right upon entry. But Im really here to talk about my customer satisfaction with the manager Nardia. Our first time coming we had a slight issue with the mattress my husband and I chose. Nardia came to assist us from this point on and its been a magical experience! Her professionalism is comforting and I can tell outside of her work clothes shes a beautiful soul.. Wish other people can take from her skills..So thank you Nardia! I went to the Gatewall Mall location, my associate Jimmy was hands down THE BEST. He had great knowledge of the products and location within the store. He took time to listen and understand our needs. So glad he approached us as we walked through. Would recommend him always.

Clarens was attentive and listened to the request made. I have been to other locations where the associates had not greeted or attempted to assist me. I will be back to purchase more items.

We when to buy some dinette chairs and left with a king size bed set too, all thanks to JIMMY PIERRE who give us a great deal and listen to what we wanted of course we was planning to buy a 🛌 set but because of is professionalism we decided to take advantage of a great deal. Thank you Jimmy Pierre.
First of all we had to wait about 20 mins to be helped by the manager. When we finally was helped he did not breifly looked for a table in our price range to conduct a reselection. He did not really seem willing to help us look for what we wanted and instead just told us to keep the same product we had. We I came home I saw that they did have several items in our price range and same design that we wanted.
Our salesperson was very nice and patient. She showed us several mattresses. No pressure. The best part was that we got a piece of material to place on the bed when we had to lie down. No lying on a bare mattress after hundreds of other people. Checkout was quick. Today the mattress was delivered and my old mattress taken away. Quick, easy, no problem! I would absolutely recommend this store.
I bought a bed set and a mattress from here in April 2019 by the summer around August I noticed something moving in my headboard ! Sure enough bed bugs!!!! Ray our refused to take the blame although I’m a stay at home mom with babies not even in school yet and hardly have people over ! The bulk of infestation was in my headboard which is what astonished me so I believed I bought the furniture and there had to be some already in head board and with them feeding on me ! $2000 down the drain I threw it all out ! Never would purchase again from them ! beware !
If you go to the Gateway location ask for Mr. Shah Mohamed. He is very professional, not pushy and wants to make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking. He will take time with you, answers ALL your questions (we had a lot) and will do his best to get you the best value he can. We will definitely be back to see him in the future.
Terrible delivery experience was sent an email indicating my delivery window was 9/29/21 1130-230, never received truck tracking link email. Called the store at 3pm and the rep indicated the delivery window was from 1:30-4:00pm but probably wouldnt show up until 6pm, rep said we ask customers to be available between 8am-6pm, I was never informed of this. Very poor experience for the purchase of the high end Tempur Pedic mattress.
Shah Mohamed was the salesman that helped us out.He was patient courteous and very helpful. I would give him 5 stars. The reason I gave 4 stars for the visit was because of how long we had to wait on the customer service line to pay....no fault of Mr. Mohamed, he was patiently waiting on the line with us the whole time to make sure we were taken care of.

Nice experience once I had someone to help. Unfortunately there was no one to greet me as I entered. I walked around for a bit and still no one to help. This allowed me to look around for a bit. When I finally needed help I had to approach an employee only area and yell out hello. Someone finally came out and went to get an associate. But after that courtesy and friendliness were the experience that I got. I would go again. The choices and selections are amazing.

Had a great experience and that’s hard to say when it comes to buying furniture. But Jason hicks the representative at Raymour made this quite easy . He was very knowledgeable in the items I was looking for and also very Patience . The place is clean and everyone is polite!
I was helped by Mr.Shaw that was knowledgeable on all products and very accommodating. I bought a few pieces for my new home and i was able to try out what was available in store which was great. i called him two days after to buy beds for my boys room and by the time i got to the store he was already working on the order for me. great service, i drove 1.5hrs to this store and would do it again.Thank you Mr.M.Shaw (Gateway location).
My wife and I recently moved into a much larger apartment and went looking for new furniture. As soon as we walked in the door we were approached by a well dressed sale person who informed us not to pay attention to the price tags as they were not the actual prices since there was a secret sale going on.As we walked through the store I constantly noticed stains, on a lot of the mattresses and couches. A couple of the dressers were not assembled correctly and it looked like people had been leaving trash in them (discarded bottle caps and chip bags.)This was a really off putting experience. To be showing dirty and not properly assembled products shows a lack of attention to detail and care, the trash kind of emphasized this so we left without purchasing anything. We will not be returning to this store in the future.

I was surprised to find that the person who answered the phone was able to help me with the whole process of ordering and applying for the Raymour & Flanigan credit card. Giovany was very pleasant and helpful. The delivery address was incorrect, but when I called the 800 number to adjust the address Jonathan took care of it promptly and sent me a receipt. Salesman Shah Mohamed greeted us soon as we walked in the door and showed me to each sofa I specifically asked for. He answered my questions clearly and put no pressure on us to buy anything. When I had questions about the process of payment he gave us options and was happy to do the option we requested. This is my first time shopping at Raymour and Flannigan Gateway and it was very easy and smooth. Thank Shah for a nice experience.
Selection was good. So good, I had trouble deciding which sofa to purchase. Salesperson was polite and not too pushy, which we appreciated. The evening of our purchase, we realized the sofa we selected would not fit our space at all (thats what we get for not measuring first!). After researching alternatives, I called the store the next morning and the very helpful and friendly lady with whom I spoke (sorry, blanking on her name) was able to help me make the change to our order with ZERO stress. Very thankful.The only reason Im not rating it a full five stars is the temperature/airflow in the store was stifling and uncomfortable (sweaty-warm plus mask-wearing, ugh). Staff was polite and helpful, so they deserve 5 stars. Were happy return customers!
Not certain whats happening with the respect of customers and quality of customer service but Raymour and Flanigan will not receive another dime from my family or me. Went to purchase a living room set using my daughters line of credit. I was lied to and told my daughter only had around a thousand dollars credit available. This was after they ran a hard inquiry on her credit. Because of this, I opened a line of credit. When I finally spoke with my daughter, she checked her account. Well wouldnt you know there was over $9000 of credit available! I have some questions and need answers immediately. I can get furniture somewhere else.
It was horrible they delivered my furniture without calling me so I came HoME and found a big box in my living room when all could have been prevented if they had just called with a time LIKE THEY PROMISED SO I HAD TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO UNPACK IT BECAUSE MY HUSBAND MEN!!!!! DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO TELL THEM TO AGAIN ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS CALL ME LIKE THEY PROMISED THEY WOULD SO THAT MADE MY EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE!!!!.
Update: spoke to soon. It’s been 3 months since I’ve ordered my furniture and it still hasn’t arrived. Not one notice throughout these 3 months to update me on any delays associated with my order. I have to keep calling the store for an update. Beyond unprofessional. I will not be back when new furniture is neededDec 2020: Love this store. Jason Hicks was a great agent. He worked so quickly, I was in and out door with a new couch within 30 mins. Will for sure be back when new furniture is needed.
First, I called the Raymour & Flanigan location at the Gateway Mall , located in the East New York section of Brooklyn. I held a brief conversation with an employee inquiring about there PURPLE mattress availability. He eventually answered all my questions quickly and efficiently that me and my family showed up in-store that same day. Upon arrival , we are greeted by a friendly gentleman , dressed in formal attire with the motivation to do his job. He gave me and my family a very Welcomed and Fun experience threw out our shopping in Raymour ! He had a great introduction and immediately took us to the floor where we were seeking a PURPLE mattress with a metal frame. We were allowed to take a comfort test , which he did have on hand the extra sheet to lay over the beds and pillows. Instantly , he gave us a few minutes to test out not just 1 , but 2 purple bedsets and while doing so , he spoke of his own experiences of sleeping uncomfortable and having a lower back issue until he got a purple. He showed me and my family how the mattress eases on your back , how the bed adjust to our body , what are the long term benefits of owning a purple , even when it started to get hot in the store, he ran and got us some customer complimentary waters ( which we didnt know ) they had there own bottle water for customers. Keep it up Raymour & Flanigan , A+ for that one ! He was very knowledgeable and from the beginning to the end of our shopping , awesome communication skills ! Even during our purchase at the register , he was right there , every step of the way. So , a very big thank you to this employee who was very respectful , friendly , patient and professional . All I can do is give a first name , so thank you again JIMMY @ Raymour & Flanigan Gateway Mall . Heres a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review.Delivery : Our delivery arrived on the same day expected & with in 24 hours. They called to confirm there arrival. The 2 gentleman asked about removing our old mattress but we did it the day before. So , no extra labor removal for these guys even if the removal was free of charge... We made space in our door ways of the apartment so they could easily roll in and out with there trolly. Plus , the guys wanted to make sure there was enough space to assemble the base & mattress first. Safety first (A+) fellas. They made a few calls to make sure the assembling is done accurately and no defaults were ever to happen in the coming future. They confirmed our bed remote control were accurately functioning properly and since we do have a child in the household. They made sure we knew how to operate the child safety lock ( Activating and Deactivating ) functions. They worked efficiently and made sure all the packing material was discarded when they left . Thank You delivery guys ! Whos names i really cant put together but Raymour & Flanigan got a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review from us and thank you for our forever Purple 3 mattress , adjustable base and bed protector WE ARE A HAPPY FAMILY . Shopping for furniture can be exciting and at the same time, overwhelming. You go with one theme in mind and often choose the complete opposite. I must share the fact that Mr. Shah Mohamed, Home Furnishing & Sleep Consultant, (Gateway location) is exemplary! He was so patient while my daughters and I made our selection of furniture. He even assisted me with the reviewing measurements to make sure there would be no problems with not only the delivery, but fit in the specific room(s). Truly appreciative of his honesty and peaceful demeanor. Thank you, Shah!
We met Jason hicks, he was nice , according to him delivery will be within next week, nothing happened, I did call & spoke to him , he said I will call you back in 10-15 minutes, never retained the call. And even customers service they didn’t answer the phone.this something not professional.respect the customer, respect the time , that is key of success.
Went into Raymour & Flanigan to look for furniture and received some of the best customer service Ever from a Mr. Carl Thomas! He was helpful, Funny, kind and understood exactly what we was looking for that match our style, taste and most important fit our budget. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who cares more about the satisfaction of their customer rather than making a sale. Thank you Carl Thomas! I would recommend him to anyone!
My mom is a longtime customer so she suggested that I give them a try. Glad I did.My rep was Noemi D, she is very knowledgeable about each piece of furniture. Noemi was very patient with us, which made the trip so easy, she also took her time to explain all the details of what we were purchasing which helped 100%Thanks Noemi.
Ordered my couch on July 19 was promised I’d receive it within 4-6 weeks (which is the only reason I even bought it), it’s now December 12 and they’re now stating it might come in March of 2022. When they changed the first expected date I wasn’t even notified, I had to call on my own when it hit 8 weeks to ask what was going on.
We ordered a sofa in April at the Gateway store in Brooklyn, said to deliver in August. August came and they said October and then never heard back. Went to the store to see whats happening and they said that it was discontinued. Would have been nice to tell us instead of us having to go in-person. Asked for our money back and they said they have to send a paper check which will arrive in 2-3 weeks. Here we are in Jan 2021 and still no check. Called the store and been on hold for over 30mins each time without being able to speak to someone. They basically stole my money!!EDIT- 1/27/21 - emailed as told and still no response! Classic
I had a very good experience with the sales representative, Lebert Aneike. He was patient, knowledgeable and gave sound advice and encouragement of what would be good for me and what I was looking for. I’ve brought my bed from Raymour and Flanigan and always saw it as a go to retailer for quality furniture. I get my sofa July 21 and I’m sure I will not be disappointed by the product, the Toby Reclining Sofa.
This review is for the store at Gateway Drive in Brooklyn. My mom is 91 years old. Her old mattress broke. It was really hard to bring her to the store in her wheelchair, so she could try the mattress. She chose a mattress, and I paid in full. I dont live with her and work full time, so I didnt witness the delivery. My mom says the mattress wasnt wrapped in plastic when it was delivered, and she wasnt asked to sign any paperwork. The mattress has a curve in the center, the springs pop out. Its impossible to sleep on it. My mom and her helping lady state that the mattress isnt new. I called the store. They said the technician can only come in 10 days. My mom needed a mattress to sleep on, so I decided not to wait and to use an exchange program we paid for separately when we bought the mattress. I came to the store and paid the difference for another more expensive mattress that my mom also considered. The manager told me that the mattress wasnt in stock and wouldnt be delivered till September 17. I asked to schedule the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm, so I could ask somebody to supervise the delivery. I also asked for a mattress to arrive in a factory sealed plastic bag. IMHO these are very reasonable requests if a real new mattress is being delivered. The store manager promised that and told a clerk to put it in the order. I asked a clerk if she could cc me in her email to a warehouse or state my requirement in any e-mail to me. She said she would do that. But, an email I got got none of the two things I asked for, It had September 12 as a delivery date, not September 17. When I called, a clerk told me that her manager didnt allow her to email me. When I asked why she didnt ask her manager when I was at the store, she responded that the manager didnt work that day. How could the manager who wasnt working forbid her to send me an email, and how could that override the store manager instructions? It all looks like a big rip-off. What kind of scam are they planning for this coming delivery? My mom is crying, and Im very upset.
I ordered furniture in November 2020 with a delivery date of 4-5 weeks. It’s now 2/12/2021 my furniture is ready but the forgot a night stand. This has been the worse experience in purchasing furniture. I have bought furniture from room to go, Macy’s and many other stores. The customer service at raymour and Flanagan is absolutely horrible. I’ve been calling due to my adjustment base not being available on my order. This is absolutely ridiculous. Will never purchase from them again. Worst store to purchase furniture
Mr. Valentino St. Clair was our rep at the Gateway location., I never met a rep so very patient, very helpful, explained everything and answered questions. Mr. Valentino is an asset to Raymour & Flanigan , hes definitely a people person. Very pleasureable experience. I wont shop at any other location.
The salesperson,Lebert was awesome. He knows how to relate to the customer and exudes optimal professional service. I attended the Gateway location on Thursday,July 2, and was very impressed by his demeanor on arrival.Even though he was attending to another customer, he assured me hed be getting to me soon.He made sure I was comfortable while waiting. He guided me through the best mattress options for my need.I was guided by his knowledge and trusted his judgement. I recently visited Raymour and Flanigan to shop for household furniture. I was met by Mr. Rami, who was superb in in customer service and patience with me. I spent a total of three hours browsing and asking question to make my final decision of purchase. Mr. Rami was very knowledgable and made me feel as if he was vested in my decisions to obtain furniture. I am thoroughly satisfied in my final decisions. I also met the manager who was just as helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. I would recommend this store to other potential customers.
Great place to shop for furniture. Salesperson Richard Salmon made feel at ease, showed me a great selection of bedroom furniture we were shopping for. I did not feel pressure, he took his time, and gave us space and time to think when we needed. What a true professional. His manager Gus, helped close the sale giving us a great deal. Visited the store to purchase a bed and received the typical sales experience. We were shown the most expensive bed first so that all others failed by comparison. Asked if there was a promotion on free adjustable frames and was told no only to see a placard in the store advertising a $399 free adjustable frame. Once pointed out to the salesmen it was downplayed as not being worthy I suspect because his commission would be impacted. Finally there was a discrepancy in cost calculation and the response was “numbers don’t lie”. Cost worked out in my favor but not a fan of the experience. Needs to be better.
From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted by a representative thats very knowledgeable and courteous. Richard took his time to show us around and help in determine what quality was best for my family, including the comfort of what we needed. I would say my overall experience was a great one. Very happy with my purchase.

Salespersons at the Gateway Store was very patient as I questioned them about the types of leather that made up the different leather sofas on display, All my questions were answered with a smile. My salesmen (Rainny Rodriguez) assistance was invaluable which made my decision to purchase easy.
One year ago it was good! However they have been making me wait for a delivery over 2 months (paid for the furniture) to tell me NOW that it has been pushed back to Feb 7, 2021.Back in Nov 2020 it was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks, then by December 31 AND NOW I find out that according to them it will be in February.....But they never informed me. I found out by going to the store because they were NOT ANSWERING the phone!!!! This is not GOOD responsible TREATMENT!!!!!!!!!
I was greeted at the door with a very pleasant saleman. I had reviewed Raymour and Flanigan website. I had an idea what I was looking for. I told him and he began showing various living room sets.He was very knowledgeable about the product. Only complaint I have is the wait for credit approval. It took longer than expected.
I visited the Raymour & Flannigan in the Gateway Center Mall in Brooklyn. This location has exceptional service compared to other stores Ive visited. When you go to this location absolutely see sales associate Mr. Lebert as hes a knowledgeable very patient individual. He made insightful recommendations enabling me to find the best items I needed.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They have a wide range of furniture in store as well as in the catalog. They also have may purchase option if you can not afford to pay up front, which is really great! Its quick and easy and it also helped that they are knowledgeable. Theres plenty of parking, its located in gateway mall. Its in a nice area which is also a relief o and the store is put together nice and its clean they offer water and everything. I purchased a table and couch from them, everything went great from beginning to end. Even the delivery guys were great. Very professional, they even cleaned up after themselves and thats extremely rare. Thanks guys! I will definitely purchase again from this location.
Had just a great experience working with Mr. Shah Mohamed at Raymour & Flanigan located at the Gateway Mall in Brooklyn, NY. He was asserted, helpful, phenomenal and exceptionally knowledgably with the products I was interested in. My needs were met and I left happy with the outcome of my purchase. I went in to purchase a new mattress, box spring and frame. It was fast and easy, 1,2,3! The sales associate, Mott asked if I needed any assistance just moments after I entered the store, I told him exactly what I was looking for, how much I was prepared to spend and I wanted next day delivery. Mott took me right over to beds that fit my price range. I was in, chose my bed, paid for my purchase and out of the store in under 30 minutes! I love that since Im the queen of online shopping usually, lol! No hassles, no fuss!
I give a no star. My experience was horrible and regretful. Be careful when asking a sale representative not to do a credit check. It was Credit monitoring that immediately alerted me to Raymour and Flanigan requesting information from my credit report without my knowledge. This made me angry and it brought me tears. A hard hit that brought my credit score down 12-point. I give the sales person, Ms. Baptiste, Zilla a thumb down.
I purchased bed cash recently from this establishment. And it was broken in three days because it was so inferior. The bed lacked support, it wasn’t able to handle the weight of box spring and mattress. I’ve been trying to contact Raymour but they aren’t responding to my concerns. I would not recommend anyone buying a bed from Raymour & Flanigan
The sales rep was outstanding. Ms.Ana Rodriguez took time to cater to my every need. She helped work within my budget and went so far as to putting some possibilities of what my living room and dining room would look like. I enjoyed my tme at the Gateway location and highly recommend that anyone and everyone experience the at home welcome I received!
I love this store they have all the updated Modern furniture. I’ve been coming to this particular store since they opened. I had an issue with my furniture but thankfully I put insurance on it for 5 years. A piece of my furniture was not solvable and had to be replaced. But my concern was that the model I had was not in store anymore. and I had to choose a different piece that will not match the other piece I have already. I received a call to come in and choose a different sofa I went in and was speaking with Mr Mario Deville. He was very attentive, patient and answered all of our questions. After dealing with my situation for hours it was all resolved and both pieces of furniture are gone and I am going to enjoy my New piece of furniture on Monday thanks to Mr Deville. I will definitely will be going back soon for other furniture and I would just love to speak and deal with Mario Deville. Thank you again

My husband and I walked in and was in the store for about twenty minutes before anyone addressed us. Finally after hearing workers talk bad openly about other customers someone asked us did we need help. I explained I needed a small coffee table and was walked to one across the showroom and was told that’s the only one they had. In actually they had plenty which my husband and I found after further traveling the store. We left after seeing over 8 workers just stand there and laugh and joke and one young lady was sitting on the couch with her feet up. I walked out letting them know how unprofessional and disappointed I was. Never again to this location.
This is my 2nd time buying at Raymour & Flanigan and I am always treated with respect and shown quality stuff for a reasonable price. The sales person that helped me was Richard S. He was amazing at helping me find the perfect bunk bed for my kids. I am amazed at how friendly the staff there is. I actually came back a 3rd time because I decided to get the mattress from there. Richard wasnt there but again I experienced great customer service from Ricardo V. I was looking at Bobs before I came to Raymour and Flanigam and Im glad that I decided to buy from them. Whatever your furniture needs are I would suggest checking them out and dont forget to ask for Richard S. or Ricardo V.
Great experience at the Gateway Location, I had the please to be greeted by a sales representative Abdool Rasheed. He patiently took me around the store as I contemplate making my decision for my new furniture. It was a very warm and pleasant interaction and I had to write about it. This was our first time visiting this location. We were greeted at the door, the salesperson introduced himself and inquired if we needed assistance. We told him we were just browsing, he gave us the layout of store and allowed us browse. He checked on us after a little while, but didnt pressure us. We enjoyed the professionalism of our salesperson and the no-pressure selling. We will definately show this location again.
The Sales person Jimmy Pierre was excellent he wasnt pushy ,he wasnt trying to sell me the highest price item . He took his time he didnt get impatient he was very knowledgeable very professional. 2022-02-12I visited the Gateway Mall location to purchase a bedroom set, living room and dining room furniture. Roxanne falls nothing short of amazing. Her willingness to get to know my husband and I, her attention to detail, and patience helped us get exactly what we needed. We even had to return furniture due to incorrect measurements on our end but Roxanne so graciously kept in touch and helped us pick out something else. Not to mention she called on delivery day to make sure everything was okay. Roxanne remained professional, humble, warm, and so positive. She made this process smooth. If I ever need furniture again, I know exactly who to call and where to go. Job well done!

Even though I purchased only a beautiful glass Dunhill Coffee table. She treated me like I was there for half of the buying floor. I made my purchase at 410 Gateway Drive in Brooklyn New York. 2022-06-16Over priced, low quality furniture! Be careful with their financing agreement; they are affiliated with TD bank, ( this information is not disclosed immediately. I didnt know until I disputed a charge on my credit) I was charged late fees that were not warranted The agreement between the two predatory in its practice. Neither claims to have shared knowledge of the customers record of payment. This practice caused a decline to my credit score. I found out that there are other customers who have experienced the same thing. Beware!!!
