When we walked into Raymour and Flanigan we were greeted by Linda Catapano. What a great sales rep very friendly down to earth very helpful. She recommended different things which is wonderful cause you kinda get overwhelmed sometimes when your in place like this. She helped us pick what we wanted. There was a sale which is even better and very simple and pretty quick considering. Ask for Linda if you go there
Before walking through the double doors I can see about 6 sales associates standing in a semi circle staring at me. Before I could even step into the store I was greeted aggressively by one of them as the others looked on. I quickly explained to him that this is my first furniture store visit and I would just like to look around and educate myself, but I will come to you if I have any questions or requests. The moment I start walking to the bedroom sets, I can see the mirrors on the wall that he was following me from a distance. As I walked from room to room I watched him continuously following me through the mirrors. I finally thought I lost him, I mentioned one word about a particular furniture set to my fiancé when out of nowhere he popped up from around the wall and starts talking about it to me. I replied that you are making me very nervous and I see you following me around the store. No please walk away I don’t appreciate this. I couldn’t even focus on the furniture anymore I was so turned off. A few minutes later I notice him walking past us staring at us, still keeping tabs on us. I walked out of the store and will not be visiting another one. I will take my business elsewhere.I won’t give names but I went to the furniture store next to it. I wasn’t attacked at the front door, I got to walk around and collect my bearings for 15 minutes before an associate walks up, introduces himself and asks for our names. He explained that he isn’t pushy and just wants to introduce himself, and come to him if we need anything. I will be buying furniture from them next week.
The sales rep was okay. However the entire team were making fun about who is securing more business. It was not about customer experience and happiness. Wish it was more pleasant, if I had known it were going to be this way, would have just purchase it online.
Just went shopping for a corner curio cabinet. I had very specific requirements - at least 5 shelves, lighted, and not overly ornate (I want the items inside to be the main focus, not the furniture). Our salesman, James, showed me the perfect cabinet. Price was reasonable, considering that this is a quality piece of furniture and is exactly what I was looking for. He also let me know about their 1-year interest-free financing, which I opted to go with.All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience. 100% recommend!
Went to the South Farmingdale store for a new mattress and base, my wife and I were helped by Jodi, she was great. Showed us everything we needed to see and explained everything, made everything quick and painless. Everything was in stock so delivery was delivered and set up fast. The delivery guys that came were great as well, polite, worked fast, explained everything and cleaned up like they were never there, Overall was an excellent experience. Would definitely shop here again!
My wife and I purchased two outdoor furniture sets one sectional one table both made of poor materials but we were smart enough to take the protection plan out right so we thought. We were told by the protection plan that they will replace the damaged items so I go to Raymour and Flanigan yesterday and tried to get it replaced where they told me I have a balance of over $3000 The manager Steven acted like he was trying to help me meanwhile what was the point of the protection plan if it was going to cost me an additional $3000 My comment to all consumers is you’re a fool to think that their protection plan is there to protect you….. the protection plan is to protect them that they make more money off for you to stay in business…… point blank.
Joy was very helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable and helped us decide on our purchase. She followed up once the purchase was made and answered my questions via text. Overall a very good experience so far. The furniture is being delivered this week!

Fatima was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was extremely knowledgeable about the entire inventory, giving me many choices. Never once did she ever pressure me into any decision. I would highly recommend her as she made this an enjoyable experience.

I was first helped by Jodi Zappia but was not ready to buy my furniture. When I returned Jodi was not there and I was helped by Linda Catapano. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable. Linda took care of both my purchase and delivery. She was very pleasant and helpful. Good customer service is hard to find. It is because of her I will continue to shop at Raymour & Flanigan.

Love Raymour, had a terrible experience buying furniture from these so called interior decorators they are more like pushy sales men. Nonetheless, people at Raymour have been amazing and helpful. Their sales Rep Fatema has been our go to girl since 2018, she is amazing and Ive furnished my entire house with her help. Affordale, and absolutely worth it. 💯

The day I came they were very busy. I was greeting by Steven Grossman who assured he would be able to help us. We looked around, saw what we liked and started to work with him. He was very professional, caring, helpful, and honest. He also helped us with the price and I payed much lower then what I thought. At no point I felt like I was being ripped off like being at an auto mechanic. As busy as he was he really took care of us. The other staff was very nice as well. I would highly recommend this place and Steven. I will be coming back in the future for more funiture.

When we first arrived to the store on Route 110 I was looking for my previous sales clerk Fatema! She was absolutely amazing when I was there months ago to buy my kitchen table. Another sales associate approached us and we asked to find out if my sales associate was in. I clearly wanted her to wait on us. Well, suffice it to say, I finally got my wonderful lady, Fatema. She did a great job taking care of this order. Please, sales associates if someone walks in asking for a particular representative then please be politically correct and pass this sale to the proper person requested. Mywife and I have avoided Raymour & Flanigan foryear because of the pressure that the salesassociates put on you from the minute you walkthrough the door, even if you say Im would like tojust look and if I need help I will find you. Changing review, store was good, was told a delivery date of Thursday then changed to Friday due to merchandise damaged. That is okay but requested needed am delivery for new date, was told sure np and account updated, today got text that I will be getting PM delivery. Not happy right now, delayed delivery and now need to find someone to be home for the new time frame. I hope the rest goes smoothly 🙏
They booked the sofa as per Micheal (Rep) it was available at warehouse for send to the store next day arrange for the delivery truchk for $175 Paid by me. Received a call next day that they are canceling my order. When called customer care lady told that she will give the money back, never told about issuing a check, then argued on the phone that she said swearing I told you about the check. Overall I give 1 star.

I had delivery on 3/31/22. Once guys keft I realized that one of chest drawers were damaged. I called them and they came back, inspected the furniture and reported it. They even tried to bring a drawer only same afternoon but it didn’t fit for some reason. Replacement was scheduled the same day, they few days later was rescheduled supposedly another pc was also damaged that they brought from upstate NY.Finally I got replacement on 4/6/22. As I was in the elevator with two delivery guys I said I have to inspect this well before you leave one of them said sarcastically “of course I will give you magnifying mirror “ He was very rude and disrespectful. While we were in the bedroom where the chest was placed and I was inspecting it he walked out and took a box with 4 rings in it from my living room coffee table. At first it was weird for me to se him walking away and had feelings he was not up to any good. By the time we walk over towards exit he was already outside the apartment on the hallway. I didn’t even realize until next day when I was looking and remember the box was right there and niw is gone. I don’t have anyone coming to my house and I am sure it was him😡 BEWARE hispanic looking and nasty talking delivery guy!!

James was amazing! My wife and i have been looking for a new bed for over a month. The minute we walked into the store in Farmingdale James welcomed us and brought us over to exactly what we were looking for. He made sure that we stayed underneath our budget. And made sure we understood everything about what we purchased. We also received the bed in less then 24 hours! He didn’t push us to get anything more then we needed. Went in looking for a couch, and Zandra couldnt have been more helpful. She was very knowledgeable and patient (even with our almost two-year-old making things take a little longer)... she was never pushy and really took the time to understand our needs. And the couch is supposed to get delivered within a few days, no major long delays like Ive been hearing about from other people who bought furniture recently. Last weekend we wend shopping go a dinning room table at the farmingdale location As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted. Since we didnt know what style we wanted she told is to walk around to see what they had and she would be available to answer any questions. Ana was very kind gave us our space but was always around. The only disappointing part was that we have to wait a few months to get our table
I went into Raymour and Flanagan to look at the Anaheim leather sectional and met Mark Lesser. I ended up buying the sectional and the matching ottoman and a dining table and chairs!Mark is amazing and went out of his way to make sure I received all the discounts that were available. We stopped in just to get a bedroom set for my youngest daughter, but we ended up purchasing a bedroom set for ourselves as well. Fatema and the rest of the staff were simply amazing. They took the time to carefully explain and demo things to us and give us their honest recommendations. There were no high pressure sales tactics at all. We genuinely felt very comfortable throughout the entire buying process. We returned a week later and purchased an additional bedroom set for my older daughter. Linda Catapano was great. She was very Knowledgeable and helped us pick out entire bedroom set with a mattress, which we were not intending to buy there. We also bought a kitchen table base and chairs. We were going in for the bedroom only, but we told her we were looking to have a granite table top made, but did not have a base. she said that we may be able to get a base only depending on the table we liked. My wife found chairs she liked and she was able to get us the base that the chairs were with that we actually like without paying for the top. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for furniture. I will definitely go back to see her when I have any future furniture needs.

The salesman Steve Grossman (sorry if I misspelled your name) was very helpful and definitely not pushy at all. Me and my wife must of went in there at least 4 times before we finally made our purchase. We did our shopping around to make sure we got the mattress we wanted and for a good price. Steve gave us all the information and was very friendly and can’t stress enough how not pushy he was and he was considerate with us just being happy with our purchase. We just order our beautyrest mattress the other day so now we’re waiting for it to be delivered.

The sales person was patient and helpful. They made the delivery of the mattress happen the next day when it was bought around 6 PM with the help of the store managers. Delivery was quick. The only complaint was we were not given a delivery window and were given 11 minutes before delivery which was the first thing in the morning. Everything worked out fine still.

I like Raymour & Flanigan and I have been satisfied with their customer service. I bought my couch from them about 4 1/2 years ago and Im happy with the couch. Their protection plan is also very good. I had an issue with my couch and called them to report the damage and they came out and took care of it immediately. I was quite impressed. This time around I bought a mattress and mattress protector. I was assured that the delivery guys would remove my old bed and discard it appropriately. Well needless to say that was not the case. They said because my bed had stains on it they could not put it in their truck. Of course an old mattress of over 10 years is bound to get a stain or two. They went on to say that I should have been told this information at the time I was at the store with the salesman. Well that information was not shared with me as the salesman neglected to tell me this. Anyway, be that as it may I understand the COVID-19 situation and what not, but I was still disappointed that they did not dispose of the old mattress. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Raymour & Flanigan if youre shopping for furniture. It is overall a solid place and its furniture is of good quality; and the customer service is really good. I only rated 3 stars because the old bed was not disposed of as promised.

Our salesman Diego was so helpful in supporting our purchase of new living room furniture. We received delivery within a week and decided that we should have purchased the chair with the grouping. I called Diego and he checked and advised that we could either pick up the chair right away or wait until Friday for delivery. We opted to pick up the chair. There was some confusion about the truck and delivery but everyone went out of our way to make sure that we were able to go to the Warehouse directly and get our chair. Three people at the Warehouse located our chair, brought it to the BAY and put it on the back of our pickup truck. Everyone was so very nice and polite and the warehouse was spotless and clearly run very well. Thank you Raymour & Flanagan! We LOVE our new Couch, Loveseat and Chair!

They are running a fantastic deal which helped a lot.Mark Lesser was our sales rep and he was fantastic! He greeted us on arrival (we werent chased down like in other furniture stores). He was very attentive, professional, listened to all of our needs and helped us find exactly what we went in for; the perfect mattress, adjustable base and night stands.We were hesitant to mattress shop during this time, however, we were given sheets to use to lay on and every employee and person in the store was wearing masks. The store is huge so there was no problem social distancing, but even still they respected all the guidelines, even on the customer service line to pay the bill. Arrows marked clearly on the floor throughout and by entrances, we felt very comfortable shopping.Mark wasnt a pushy salesman which we appreciated. So much so that we unexpectedly added a leather sofa to our purchase!

Our sales person, Michael, was wonderful. He was helping another customer but there wasn’t another salesperson in sight. He did a fantastic job of balancing both parties - answering some questions for us while finishing up with the other customer. He was a total professional with terrific knowledge without being at all pushy. We liked him so much that we took his card and plan on returning after we move into our home.

I can not believe how Rich Pietranski in the South Farmingdale N Y store treated us. He had so much patience did not rush us with our choices. He went onto his laptop to check sale prices. Ive never in my 71 years ever had such great customer service in my whole life. I can truly tell you if you are looking for furniture please use this store you will not be disappointed at all. She even offered us a beverage as we were leaving the showroom as we left undecided on our first visit. After visiting several other different stores including the other Raymour & Flanagan showroom we returned to Fatema to make our purchase as I was really impressed by her professionalism.
We stopped at Raymour and Flanagan’s as our first stop of 10, looking for the best sectional sofa for our living room. James Fisher was so helpful, not pushy, and so accommodating. Anything else we looked at from other stores paled in comparison. Was our first and last stop. Can’t wait to received our new sofa!
After 3 months my special order came in. I got a call 3 minutes before the store closed the day before my delivery that one of my pieces was “badly damaged”. The next day I am scrambling to find out more information and to resolve the issue. A solution was found between myself and the manager. It bothers me that my sales person never called to follow up. She was very eager to help during the sale and after there is no follow up especially in my situation to where there was a problem. If I was to make another purchase I would not buy from the same sales person due to her not caring enough to follow up to see if everything worked out and if I was satisfied.
My family and I were treated with professionalism and kindness by our representative Stephanie Markinson. She was patient with us asking alot of questions and changing our minds. She helped us select a great living room set. We highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan and Stephanie.
The workers were friendly and very helpful. Stop off at other stores to check mattresses. Raymour & Flanagan was the only place the put paper over the pillow. It sounds crazy, but in this day and age, I felt safe resting out the mattress.

Bought a new sectional couch from Raymour a few weeks ago. Michael Learner was fantastic, didn’t push us to buy anything we weren’t sure about. New the product in and out and what parts of the couch were included in the advertised price and what options were extra. We weren’t sure if the couch would fit exactly how we wanted it so he gave us his phone number and told us to go double check measurements at home and call him either if there was a problem or the couch would fit. Turns out we had to modify the original order slightly. Michael did it for us on the phone. The new couch arrived on the day and time frame promised. The feet on the couch were broken though.(It happens) I called Michael about the broken feet and I had new feet at my door step in a week. (He offered a tech, I said I would change them myself).Great experience dealing with Michael, I would highly recommend buying furniture from him. I will be buying my next piece of furniture from Michael Learner

After months of going back and forth with R&Fs platinum protection warranty, arguing over what they refused to cover, wanting to charge me extra, telling me I could expect the replacement to be delivered then never calling to tell me they no longer carry it, I finally got help from Rasal the store manager. He was a tremendous help in making me feel whole again and restored my faith in customer service. He was pleasant, helpful and went above and beyond.Zero stars for R&Fs warranty customer service, 5 stars for the store manager and receptionist.
We bought the 5 year protection plan which has been GREAT. The only reason why this is not a 1 star review. Raymour & Flanigan decided to replace our furniture instead of repair so we went into a store and selected our replacement. At the time, they said they would be getting additional stock in over the coming weeks. Long story, short - I had to call them 3 different times only to be told each time that the delivery is delayed-first it was for early November, then it was late November and during my last call I was told early December. I asked to speak to a manager who then informed me most likely date would be early January. Im not very happy with R&F right now.
Friday morning I purchased 3 Tables that were as is floor samples. I made the purchase quickly not thinking it through.When I got home with the tables did not look good in my livingroom.I went back to the store and explained my situation. The manager Steve went above and beyond to help me. He told me I could return the tables the next day for a full refund. The stress was off, I could think properly to the suggestion he made. I went home and rearranged the furniture and the tables fit. I love them. Thank you Steve for your patience and kindness. I will continue to shop at Raymour and Flanigans they are very professional and care about their customers!

Furniture is great. service was on point.. even though it took a while to get my delivery due to covid 19, my sales consultant, Diego Bazalar was in constant contact with me. She listened to what I was looking for, offered ideas, and when i settled on a bedroom set, she took my order and was comfortable with me holding off on purchasing it until I knew for sure. I came back later in the day and finalized my order with Joy and purchased it. She is still patient with me as Im not ready to accept the delivery as I need to get rid of my old set first. She is not your typical pushy sales person, she knows where everything is and also gives you plenty of time to shop around. She was helpful, knowledgeable and upbeat. We were going crazy because furniture availability and delivery times are just crazy right now, she came through and she delivered on her promise of speedy delivery. 2022-02-11I have purchased furniture from here several times and have never been unhappy with the service. This visit we purchased a mattress and adjustable base and were extremely satisfied with the process. Mark was patient, knowledable and not at all pushy with extras offered. I had visited other mattress stores before coming to R and F and did not get the experience I did here. I left feeling 100% sure that I was getting the mattress that was perfect for us.

This location has a huge selection of quality furniture along with a a number of unusual accent pieces. Their prices are reasonable as well.

2022-03-08We went here recently looking for a new couch for our home. We were first greeted by Sandy who helped inform us where to look for couches throughout the showroom. She let us have some space to browse around before checking in with us again.We took a night to think about the couch we ultimately ended up buying and Sandy helped finish the transaction. Luckily our couch was in stock, so we were able to get our couch within a couple of weeks.The delivery crew put it together in our home and it looks great.

2022-04-30Overall an unpleasant experience. We went to Raymour and Flanigan to find furniture for our home. Mike was the guy that helped us. He was patient and wasnt pushy like most salesmen. We found a sectional that we loved and explained to Mike what we envisioned the set up to look like in our living room. He took our order and gave us the wrong arm chaise. We didnt realize this because Our furniture took 3 months to arrive( we knew this prior to ordering). We called the following day to ask that they give us the right order and they still wanted to charge us a delivery fee for their mistake.They are nice to you until theyve taken your money.

2022-06-07My Experience with Raymour & Flanigan was wonderful. We bought many pieces of furniture from R & F for our very first home with the great assistance of Mike. He helped us pick pieces that compliment our style that match and flows the rest of the house. He spent so much time and gave wonderful ideas to decorate our home. He is an asset to this company. Very satisfied with his costumer service.
