I have been a customer for over twenty five years of Raymour and Flanigan. My experience has always been great. The furniture is of awesome quality. The staff is very attentive and willing to help. This is by far the best furniture company I have ever interacted with. Their company service is beyond amazing. In the store Mr Victor was so kind and knowledgeable about what he does. He helped me to pick out my furniture and answered all of my questions. I was so pleased with all of the associates who worked there and their exemplary customer service. The delivery men were also a definite 10/10 on the customer service and set up. They arrived early, set up quickly and quietly, wore masks and were very pleasant on the way out. I absolutely love my new bed. It’s comfortable. Thank you for everything.
I called Raymour and Flanigan to ask questions and spoke to this very professional young man who answered all my questions. He gave me his name and I went into the store to buy a piece of furniture and Mr. Kimo Hall was so polite and professional and took his time showing me several different loveseats and showed me how they worked and was just so very nice. Excellent experience for me. Nothing but quality customer service. As I had no particular style in mind, I made a choice and then changed my mind twice after that. My salesman was so perfectly patient and understanding while I expressed my thoughts after each decision. He listened and answered every question I had for him. Am happy with my final choices and totally satisfied with the exceptional assistance of my salesperson. He deserves a bonus!! (No joke).🙂
Abdul Nasir was an amazing sales assistant. He listened and offered help and his product knowledge showed as he helped us pick a good mattress. He was also really friendly (and funny) and showed a real interest in us as new arrivals in the US. His customer service skills were second to none and he is a true asset to Raymour and Flannigan. I couldnt recommend them highly enough and Ill be sure to go back next time we purchase some furniture.
Before the service was better, now I dont like it, because I recommended my sister to buy her bedroom set, but I regret it, because they have given them a lot of headache to deliver the merchandise after paying for it. I do not know whats happening? But after the coronavirus, many businesses are not working well, this is a disaster, and people no longer do their work with love, it is as if they will not care about anything. what happens to people today?
This rating is for the company! My sales rep was helpful but this company’s customer service is awful! Beware, they dont offer any refunds so it seems that if you have any issues with your furniture, there is no sense of urgency. Im still paying for my couch, only have had it a couple of months and its broken. I called for repair and they gave me a date a month out only to reschedule me another 3 weeks because their tech quit. It was the same when i ordered the couch took more than two months to arrive. Overpriced for quality and customer service!!
While the quality of furniture may be great, the customer service and follow up from the both the store employees is not worth it. I was given an estimate of a delivery window,(2 months) and now after speaking with customer service ( the main customer service) I’ve been told it is now 3-4 months because the manufacturing company is closed for a week during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. I was not told this information at my time of purchase, because if so I would have changed my mind. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere, preferably somewhere where the sales associates will be honest with you about expectations, as opposed to trying to make a dollar around the holidays. This is absolutely disgusting.Update - once I spoke with the manager at the store about the issue, they went above and beyond to get the issue rectified and workedwith me to pick out a new selection and ensure I had the first part of my order before thanksgiving. I really appreciated the attention paid to the matter. I am waiting on one more piece to be delivered and once it is my review will be updated to 5 stars.
I did the research ahead of time in reclining chairs, so my husband and I went in prepared. Seleny Carasco greeted us as we entered. I showed her our list and she immediately found the chairs and led us to the floor and we tried each and made our choice. The help was excellent, the furniture was high quality and beautiful. Our chair should be delivered this week. It was a great experience.
Had a wonderful experience furnishing our new home with the help of the great team that works at this location. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and really knew how to help us get the best bang for our buck. Heribert (Heri) Worked with us and broke things down for us especially with our concerns of moving and furnishing a new home during a pandemic. The young lady in the office (sorry I forgot your name, something with a J) who did all our paperwork and set up our deliveries was on point and when I came in the following day to pay off my balance she knew exactly who I was and made it very easy. Overall, great experience, great price and great people 🙏🏼

Seleny was wonderful and so helpful with my sofa, chair and ottoman purchase! She patiently answered all my questions and showed me a number of options. She also offered her expert advice as to what would match what so I also added a rug to go with my furniture. I was very impressed and pleased with the whole experience.
The store representative / sales person was exceedingly knowledgeable about the product I wanted to purchase, answered all my questions and gave me insights that I needed to make the best decision I could.The transaction was sweet, simple and quick. The next day delivery was over the top! I hadnt expected the store to live up to such a speedy execution. Customer service was fantastic and far exceeded expectations on all fronts.
Not crazy about the pushy sales tactics. Furniture was nice but our sales associate, while friendly, kept pushing us to stay in one area and didnt want to show us other items we were curious about. I think Id prefer a more hands off approach from the staff. Probably wont be making many return visits.
I had the best experience ever with two employees from Raymour and Flanigan. I had many issues with my order! However these ladies made the situation worth while. Please look them up if ever in need of information, shopping advice of even problems with an order: Their names are Andrene Silvera and Kiara Gumbs. I must share my experience with them was all via phone. I am certain in person it would’ve been just as great! I will be visiting their store on 125th street in NYC just to meet them! Recently, me and my husband went to Raymour & Flannigan on 125th Street looking to buy a sofa set. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a sales woman by the name of Fanny. She was so helpful and patient with us, listened to our wants and needs, took us literally around every inch of the store to find the best sofa set for us. Our experience was 5 star because of her! We would definitely recommend this store to our friends and family. And yes, we found the sofa set of our dreams! Thank you Fanny!
This stands: Loved the service I got at the Harlem location. Fanny was so sweet and helpful.EDIT:BUT we were promised delivery date on or around Feb. 26. I heard nothing for a week. On March 4, *I* called and was told we wouldnt get sofa until late March, a month after we were told. Two people told me this. On March 5, someone called me to tell me we would get it March 9.If the item went further out of stock AFTER I was told it would be in stock in late February, I should have been notified. I received NO correspondence. We would have just been waiting, wondering where the couch was.I was given a delivery window of 11-2 on March 9. The delivery men showed up at 7 a.m. SEVEN A.M. We have a baby. People sleep. People work. We hadnt cleared our hallway completely. The delivery man was sweet and helped us clear our hallway, but how do you show up to someones place at 7 in the morning when their window was 11-2??? I am so disappointed with every part of the Raymour and Flanigan experience from the moment I stepped out the door. Will never order from them again. Im sure none of this is the fault of the location, but youd be wise to avoid the company all-together.OH, and the kicker, the rate your experience email leads to a page that doesnt work. So you have no recourse.

He helped find the exact sectional sleeper sofa that I needed: quality, dimensions and price point - he was patient, so pleasant and went above and beyond to expedite shipping and even arrange for one of the sectional pieces that was delayed to be delivered on the same day as the rest.Kimo, you are an asset to this company!Thank so much!

We love this Raymour & Flanigan. We have been loyal customers since this location opened up. Each time, we purchased our furniture from Victor Moran. He is an excellent salesman because he knows the products well and listens carefully to your needs! He is also always giving us practical tips too and makes sure the purchase makes sense! Our couches purchased from here have held up excellently, and whenever we had an issue, we used our Platinum Protection plan for servicing. Ask for Victor when you go- he will take care of you!
I went w/my parents on June 5th. And Nasir was the sales consultant who helped us. He was knowledgeable and patient as we had plenty of questions. He made sure we were comfortable w/o bring aggressive or pushy. I will return for more furniture needs. The showroom is gorgeous btw.
My sales person was Fanny..She was very patient and courteous. .ordered a dining set on Monday and got it today..Just waiting on my couch which is backed order and expect to receive it ending of april.Update: My couch was delivered on saturday and delivery guys were so rushed that I didnt get to inspect it until after they left..My 1400$ couch has threads coming out and stain..have called several times..now they are telling me it needs to be serviced! even though they have pictures I sent...I have to wait 10 days for someone to come in! very dissapointed!
My experience at The Harlem Store was Excellent. My customer service experience was impeccable. Courteous and knowledgeable sales person. Mr Herberto remember me from a previous visit, and knew the exact bedroom set I wanted. I recommend this store for it excellent sales on Black Friday and wonderful customer service.👍🏾👍🏾
Fanny was so patient and helpful with my husband and I when we stopped by to check out mattresses. She showed us many options and helped us pick out the perfect mattress and bed frame. We got a really good deal on everything and had a very pleasant experience in the store. She brought us bottled waters and stayed with us our entire time browsing. The store was extremely clean and organized as well.
I’m purchasing my first home and decided to purchase quality items to place inside. I searched many websites until I found what I wanted and it was all at Raymour and Flanigan. I can’t wait to close, get my furniture delivered and setup professionally by their delivery personnel. Stay tuned.
What a wonderful experience. I purchased a living room sofa and love seat set. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful with me choosing the best set for me. The leather was nice and soft. The seating was nice and firm. I am going to enjoy my set. I feel that I got the best for my money. I was also happy with the idea of purchasing insurance on my set. I told my friends and family members of my experience, and they will visit Raymour & Flanigan for their next purchase.
I picked out my bedroom furniture online during the height of the pandemic, paying on it monthly. When I went to the store to schedule a delivery I was told my bed had been sold. I dont understand how this could happen. Why would they continue to accept my money if they had sold part of my order? Very disappointed with this. I was told it was first come first serve.
We had a great experience with our consultant, Osvaldo Morales. Our first selection didnt fit into our door, so the delivery crew took the item back to the store, no penalty to us. We met Osvaldo (Val) back at the store a couple of days later, picked another couch that was more appropriate for our space, got it 3 days later and its awesome! During the whole process, I was in contact with Val via text and he really took the time to help us make the right selection.
Excellent store - HUGE, clean and very, very nice staff. First purchase ever from R&F and cant wait to return. Mattress delivery was super fast, professional and adjusted to my schedule (although post 5pm delivery windows would be incredible....).I hate sales rooms but was relieved the staff werent pushy or watching me like a hawk. I had time to explore the space and the mattress I purchased in peace before asking my questions. Great store, highly recommend!
First of all, the store looks beautiful , smells wonderful and is so organized! The staff are not overly aggressive and very helpful. They are knowledgeable and even give their opinion. I was shown multiple options to try to find the pieces that were best for me, not only based on price. The delivery was set and smooth. Unlike other furniture stores, the charge was reasonable! The delivery guys themselves were very helpful and fast!! Overall I had a great experience and I will continue to shop here. I tried to shop at bobs furniture and theres such a difference! Raymond had better quality, service and customer satisfaction!

Nicholas Johnson nickname Nick is the Showroom Manager at this location. My lady and I went to Raymour & Flanigan for a Comfort Test appointment – trying out different Queen size mattresses.We met Nick and he had us test different mattresses to determine the best body support my partner and I needed. My lady preferred the firmer mattresses and I gravitated towards the softer side. It took a while of testing out a variety mattresses before we found the one mattress we both agreed on (Serta iComfort Hybrid CF1000 Medium Mattress with the free adjustment base).Initially, I wasnt looking forward to mattress shopping yet I thought the Sale People would try to pressure sale us like at a Car Dealer.Nick was patient, knowledgable, informative, honest, relaxed, and empathetic. Hes excellent, and we certainly look forward to going back to see him.
Our salesperson was Seleny and she was awesome. It took us several trips to the store to make our final decision. She was very patient, friendly, and helpful every time we came. We really felt taken care of and would recommend to anyone who was interested buying furniture, ask for Seleny!
Fanny and the manager Josh are liars- they push you to spend a lot because of the commission that they will make. I was trying to purchase a bed frame for my Tempurpedic and I showed them the one that I purchased from Mattress Firm. Josh proceeded to lie and state that I was overcharged and that Raymour had better deals on the mattress and accessories. Long story short I went back to Mattress Firm and they confirmed that they were trying to sell the wrong items. Buyers beware.
We bought a storage bed. Fair price. We got the usual tag team sales tactics which we rebuffed. No re-rebuff on their part. Came on schedule and the installers knew their job and earned a nice tip. Quality of the the bed is excellent and it will last and last. The 12 drawers store a LOT of what we had lying around our place. Finally we were even able to negotiate a small discount. Hey it is a business selling furniture, so expect sales tactics but stand your ground, select what you really want and change sales reps if you dont like the person of the day who got you when you walked in.
The store service was okay. Unfortunately the delivery service was terrible the dining room table I purchased was damaged table and one of the chairs had a chip and was noticeable. Make sure you check your personal info before leaving the store. The wrong apartment letter was inputted . Thankfully I don’t live on a questionable floor. The delivery gentlemen could use some tips on professional etiquette . In the end my purchase was worth it .

This is a great furniture store to purchase from when it comes to good quality furniture. I bought a couch set from them and the sales rep was very helpful and very articulate and courtesy. He helped me without a doubt. You can get a warranty and you are offer different ones and delivery came early and they call ypu to make sure that you are home. You get a phone call the day before to remind you of delivery. Also they had a lot of sales as well. I had no problem with them at all.
I went to buy a bed and was treated to excellent service by Victor in the Harlem store and his colleague. Information was provided, questions answered and the bed was affordable. Delivery was the next day! and I was called/texted with updates, the new bed was delivered exactly when scheduled, assembled quickly and my old bed was removed. All in all, a delightful transaction!!
I went in and the rep, Shay, was super helpful. Even after a stressful customer before me had exited, Shay and the folks at this place were totally professional and did the most of what they could do to inform me about the products I was interested in. making sure it met my requirements over just trying to up sell me.
The sales representativeare in a hurry and are unprofessional with customer service skills. The sales representative are extremely inpatient and dont complete the documentation completely and lack follow up with orders and dont return phone calls at the 125th street location. Terrible service very poor reflection for Harlem and the community they service.
I love the furniture at R&F. Have a few pieces, so far, and have loved my experiences each time! This past visit was delightful, as we had the pleasure of working with Carlos T. Used car salesmen in the area must be missing a few sales people after this place started recruiting!Happy with the product but were lied to about what the product was, they sent me standard pillows with my king size bed. When I called up to discuss the issue I was dealt with instantly frosty responses.... Apparently R&F dont sell king size pillows (they do), apparently the Harlem store doesnt sell them (they do), apparently she told us at purchase we were getting standard pillows (they did not). Then told we couldnt return and pay extra for king pillows because all sales are final and apparently the insurance they advised us to take out for such a situation is only for swaps, again apparently they explained this at purchase (they did not).Raised this with corporate, didnt get a response..... they dont care clearly, thats fine, the mattress was the first purchase we made as home owners in the area... Guess we wont be making any more from this store, and will happily share our experiences with other new members of the community and you fine people reading this review.
Good solid furniture and Victor at the Harlem store is a great salesman. Everyone treated my wife and I like family and the large selection of furniture was endless. Financing was easy to obtain and the fact you can make your payments at the store makes things easier. Thanks guys at R&F
I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service I recieved. I was rushed, lied to, my order was processed prior to my consent, not only that but it was done so and it was incomplete. I was told things were possible that couldnt be done. All this after a substantial purchase of there products no about 2-3 years ago maybe. And I was told that I was lied to and taken advantage of by my Perugia salesman in that purchase. Needless to say I didnt make the purchase which my wife really wanted soley on principle. And my salesman overcharged me as well she order on there website was cheaper.
UPDATE - It’s interesting how I receive a response so quickly on a public facing post, and yet when I reach out to the email provided in the response to the original review I get no assistance whatsoever. Only continued assurances that “someone” is going to reach out to me. We are still without furniture and not even a call to update us on the status of our order.—-If I could give this Raymour & Flanigan store on 125th St (Manhattan) 0 stars I would. We placed our order July 9 for our mother, and set a delivery date for July 28th. On Sunday, July 26 we called to confirm delivery, after having had the city pick up her old couches. Instead of confirming the agreed upon delivery date, we were informed that the furniture will no longer be delivered because it was out of stock. They weren’t even planning to call to let us know! After asking for an explanation, and telling them how our 52-year-old mother has no furniture in her living room in preparation for their delivery, magically the couches are now in stock and en route to the warehouses. Delivery date was re-confirmed for 7/28. Today is 7/30 and my mother still doesnt have her furniture. They never called us on 7/28 to provide an update. When we called them on 7/29 we were told that the warehouse won’t have the furniture in stock until August 4th and to make matters worse there is no guarantee when well get the furniture. This is unacceptable. Terrible way to conduct business, go to another branch where they will hopefully be more honest.
The previous day (Friday) called & spoke with someone by the name of Audrene, asking about what I hoped to purchase, she was very informative. Saturday I arrived @ the Harlem Raynor & Flanigan store, was greeted by Fanny. Asked for Audrene she met me & showed what was on offer, while Fanny calculated cost! So impressed by both ladies, their level of professionalism and the time spent, there was no rushing, my questions were answered! The $931.30 spent was worth it. Now I wait for my deliveries.....
I thought I picked furniture from a great store which is why I didn’t mind the prices. I figured the furniture would last me a long time. But unfortunately that isn’t the case. I brought the Ashley bed set collection and not even a month in 3 of my drawers to the dresser fell off the hinges. As a matter of fact the hinges fell off the dresser and the little nails dropped some where. I only would open and close the drawers regularly to either get clothing or put clothing away. Highly disappointed, and never pushing from there again.
I was searching for a power reclining chair to replace the one I’ve had for so long. I had a good idea of what I wanted & first searched online before going to 2 different R & F stores to try them out for comfort, etc. The one that I saw in the first store that I really liked wasn’t set for use: it had no cord to plug in & wasn’t even priced. The sales person basically knew 0 about this. Chair that I really liked; so I went to another location in NYC & they did not have this chair on display at all. The Mgr was kind enough to locate the chair in the Harlem store & it was a very rewarding trip for me because I met an incredible sales person, Mohammad, who took a lot of time showing me similar chairs which made it hard for me in the end to decide which one would most suit my needs. I ended up purchasing the chair I came in for, but R & F should be commended for having such a dedicated, informative & patient Salesman as Mohammed Abdul was for me. Fanny Cruz provided excellent customer service on New Years Day. She greeted me, told me about the sale and waited with me while I waited for my roommate. When my roommate came, Fanny helped us pick out a mattress, dining room set, pull-out sofa and a chiffrobe. She showed us items in our budget and had knowledge of the guarantee for furniture and the mattress. She catered to our needs and answered our questions. Thank you Fanny!
I was in need of a dresser and employee Fanny Cruz was very patient with me . I am indecisive when it comes to home furniture but she remained helpful and finally suggested I get a chifforobe dresser. It is very beautiful and spacious which is very suitable for me . She showed me around. I’m happy she assisted me.
Seleny was very kind and helpful. She made the experience personable, rather than push or sway in any particular direction. I loved that she was supportive and guiding during the process of choosing a new mattress (which, is a whole stressful thing in itself! Just laying on a ton of mattresses. Flipping and flopping. It’s inherently an awkward thing, showing someone how you sprawl, while figuring out if the bed works for your awkward positions!)
From purchasing my recliner in the store to the delivery, the whole transaction was easy, smooth, and pleasant. My only quibble was that the earliest delivery slot available was four days later (I was hoping for two). I am quite pleased overall with the transaction and my purchase.
The salesman Val knew what he was talking about, and helped me choose the right sofa for my situation. However, their whole delivery situation sucks in terms of compassion and care for compatibility with customers schedules. Thats what keeps it from being five stars.
I agree with all the others in saying that Abdoul I. Mohammed is an excellent salesman and a great asset to this company! My husband and I went in on Saturday to find a love seat to replace one from Bobs that barely lasted 2 years. Abdoul was very patient with us in deciding which one to choose and extremely knowledgeable about the stores products. Even when I said I was going to put on law-away, he didnt try any pressure tactics to get me to buy outright, and I appreciated that. At first when I got hired at Raymour flanigan at Bronx terminal I thought it was the best job but on the other hand it was not for me so I resigned because the HFCs made me feel so uncomfortable most of them had wives but always hit on me. A friend of mine Katie Rivera was also hired at Raymour flanigan but in the 125 th st location where she was always harassed by certain HFCs I remember telling her file a lawsuit because I felt the same way at the other location she told me so many things but one thing that really bothered me was Abdul Mohammed and Seleny C dionis Perez relationship they are definitely involved there was so much favoritism , management always protected them their lateness also behaviors cameras will tell it all they go to lunch together they leave together come on it will be easy to see right through them this review is not personal it’s facts and these behaviors are reasons people get treated unfairly end up quitting or losing their jobs yet people like this get to keep theirs , it sad and pathetic. I had to resign because I felt so uncomfortable in the work place the management in this location are a down with all this madness. This review are for the Raymour flanigan owners it was long over due .
Considering the times in which we’re navigating, the OVERALL stress levels are OVERWHELMING.It my observation that anyone of US are likely to encounter in others and , surprisingly. our own selves as well, moments of anxiety! For most of us it’s unintentional.My experience while shopping in your store was most relaxing. The young lady who took care of me was a gem. In positions of service, the server has a big responsibility, not knowing what might , in this present time, “set someone off”.This young lady appears to have the wherewithal to be sensitive and and NOT personalize her experiences🙏🏽
My experience has always been that most of the staff sees me walking around and often never engage me. This last occasion was slightly different. The above happened, but then after about 15 minutes someone did approach me. I usually always know what Im looking for, or sometimes, Im just looking to see what the store has. Maybe I have this look like Im not a serious customer which signals to workers they could go back to their phones. This last time was easy since I saw what I wanted, told the clerk I checked last week but was told it was sold and told him I would buy it which i did.
I been doing research on getting myself an American Leather sleeper but never saw one in person my first visit to Raymour Flanigan was a great experience I was greeted professionally by Val Morales and he provided great information about the Porter Sleeper and showed me a few others what I admired about him was that he was not pushy I explained I was not ready to make a purchase but I definitely will visit him again because he was very patient and his pitch was straight forward I will never forget when he said this American Leather sleeper is for important people for important use and great comfort it will last you a lifetime and would be a great investment for years to come. Thank you Mr Morales for everything and wonderful demo.
I shopped at the store in Harlem NYC. There the customer service representative, Victor, really helped me out. As a student in NYC I was looking for reasonably priced items for my apartment and he was able to advise me on the best deals for my budget. I would recommend this location to anyone in the future
Horrible Customer when dealing with exchanging a Mattress. Purchase the extra protection (45 day try out) and decided to exchange the mattress for a softer one within ten days. Please note this was a 54 year old uncle of fines. They lied to him saying that he HAS to wait 30 DAYS BEFORE thinking of exchanging and has to schedule an appointment to management. MANAGEMENT then said there are penalties and fees if he wanted to change the mattress. I had to go in and help my uncle out. Once they saw me, they changed their demeanor (as per my uncle). But I still felt the lack of customer service and negativity. My uncle found a mattress priced less ( difference of $400) and management inform us that he will have to get a pre-owned (used) NOT NEW mattress if he choose a cheaper mattress. care about customer service. After it all went down, we exchange for an equal value mattress and still end up paying more than the original. Long story short, be aware of these sales representative and dont let an innocent family or friend deal with any sales representative.P.S. Not all sales representative are like these in the Harlem Raymour & Flanigan, but I was shocked to see a sales rep and management act very similar with a customer exercising their exchange protection purchase.P.S.S. Uncle has back issues and is just looking for the perfect bed.
Good day, my visit to raymour & flanigan was a very good one. As I entered the store I was greeted by Mr.Nasir who was so pleasant. Mr.Nasir take me around the store to view the furnitures as I asked about, and he explained everything so professionally, He was very patient with me while I was trying to make up my mind. Over all he was very good sales representative.
I had a wonderful experience Raymour & Flanigan. The Salesman Abdul Muhammed took his time with me. He showed me a few living room sets that would match my apartment. And within an hours time I walked out with a complete set and I am very happy. The Harlem store have friendly show room staff and managers. I will shop again at Raymour & Flanigan
This location not so great they act like its going to hurt them to give you a small hospitality gift after you made a purchase...Ive also bought other furniture from here also.. might change my mind before delivery date...Id rather go downtown been there before and theyre much more professional!
I bought a 5 piece sectional that one of the cushions was sagging that came to repair and put foam that cut a brand new chair to put foam buy a fireplace consoled doors are messed up they supposed to come to replace it its going on three months still have got my my fireplace never buy anything else again from them.
My mother recently purchased a blue leather sofa at the Harlem store. She is very impressed by the sales representative, Miguel Polanco, who assisted her. She says that Mr. Polanco is the nicest and most efficient salesperson she has ever encountered. She highly commends him!
I always shop at the Harlem location and this time was no different what a wonderful experience, Abdoul is AMAZING !!! He is the reason why I keep coming back seven years plus, couches, beds, rugs, dressers you name it. He has excellent customer service and always gets me the best price.
I can’t express how difficult dealing with these guys has been. Sure, the purchase process was an hour-long hassle in which I had to take the iPad from the hands of the salesman and enter the information myself, and then wait while three sales people figured out why the product wasn’t on the iPad, and then wait again in line to check out (what was the purpose of the dumb iPad?). But it was nothing compared to how terrible delivery was. They called me to schedule delivery on a weekday between 1 and 4 PM. At 7am on the day of delivery, they called me to tell me that it would be coming between 9am and 2pm. When I told them that wouldn’t work, there was no “I’m sorry we gave you the wrong time,” etc. Instead, the woman scolded me for being stupid enough to believe that the time I was given by the warehouse would be correct, because the warehouse is NOT the dispatcher. Silly me for believing that the person who had called to schedule my delivery was a person who could schedule deliveries. She told me that she would TRY to change my delivery to tomorrow, but couldn’t give me a time. So, I would just have to make myself available all day if I ever wanted to get my mattress. She made it sound like scheduling delivery with any amount of certainty is simply an impossibility and I am just unreasonable for wanting a 4-hour window. How can a business model be this bad?
I had a reselection appt., yesterday at the R&F 125th store, in which I was attended by a wonderful Showroom Floor Manager Andrene Silvana. I must say she helped me tremendously, as it was the 2nd time I was doing a reselection with her. Ms. Andrenes Silvana patience, kindness and knowledgeable information helped me tremendously with a 2nd difficult reselection and thanks to her I was able to carefully choose what I wanted without any pressure or restraints. Kudos to R&F for having such a professional as Andrene to help customers!!
I had the worst experience, I had to exchange my sofa for a more expensive one and lost my platinum status.now they will pick up my old sofa which is only 3 years old they will refurbish it and resell it, meanwhile it cost me an extra 447 dollars for a sofa that I’m not pleased with only because they gave me very limited options.
Dont trust Raymour & Flanigan... Rhey day that they will keep your best interests in mind...False!!! I spent over 6 thousand in that store only to get the short end of the stick !!! Bought a Fireplace TV stand that arrived broken and when I tried to exchange for another ...more expensive one ... I was told NO !!! I did everything they asked of me .... but still recieved terrible service !!! Buyers Beware !!! They only care about themselves !!! Will never purchase from that company again
My husband and I just got our new bedframe and mattress. One they didnt take out our old mattress and box spring like they are supposed to, our mattress came a few days after we got our bedframe and we were told that we would get it the same day, the bedframe came scuffed, there is a huge hole in one of our bedframe drawers, we are already having issues with the Bluetooth feature, and one of the employees was kinda smothering us when we were trying to pick out our mattress. Good layout of the store. We were able to find the perfect mattress, the perfect bedframe, the perfect desk, and the perfect couch/sofa. Unfortunately though we were only able to get the bedframe and mattress this time around.
I decided that the new year deserves new furniture. So we went with Raymore and Flanigan. We went to the 125th location, since it was closer and boy, I left feeling excited and ready for the new add. Thank you Victor for your insight and cheerful personality. Wont be the last time.
This location is the most unprofessional, from the staff who are just in it for a sale to Managers who hide out avoiding any customer interactions if they feel you not ready to make a purchase.I wasted my time in this location I will continue to shop at Bronx terminal where the staff and management are knowledgeable and professional
So far so good...i wwnt in to purchase some stuff...my experience was very seamless and quick...the prices where on point and the professionalism was great...ofcourse buying is only half the battle so this could be considered half of a review...i still have to see what the delivery process would be like to give my full review
Raymoir & Flanigan has many stores through out the city. I have purchased many prices of furniture from R&F. I get a lot of items on sale. They keep records of your purchase .I brought a chair and they gave it to me in a box, I keep it in storage for 10 years. They gave me the wrong chair. So after 10 years I have to correct this error.

The convertible sofa we purchased has flipped over 3x while sleeping on it. The first time we called for them to come out they said it was missing a screw and it was to much weight on it . This was a month after having the couch. Now it has happend again 2x in one night, My mom was on it by herself. it completely flipped over and like jackknife. This is dangerous called this morning to having someone come out and check it they not till next thursday. Cheap material I would never purchase anything from them again.
Abdul Nasir was very pleasant from the moment that we entered the store and helped us with all our needs answered all are questions..went over all the fine details were able to walk away with the purchase was very satisfied I would definitely recommend Raymour Flanigan
Raymond and Flanigan I used to be one of my best stores they takes my money for whatever Raymond from the store I go to and they want to put it all on 125th street I dont need them to be convenience because a lot of times I dont find what I want on the one on the hunt 25th and I should be able to go to any Raymond and Flanigan store and purchase whatever I want I bought a bedroom set from Yonkers they going to tell me I got to go all the way to Yonkers from the payment when Raymond and Flanigan was right here on 125th street that dont make sense to me now they got my money locked up in some crack and sold the product that I had without getting in contact with me now that Ive been ill I cant get there so now Imma have to retract my steps and get my money back because they have not replaced my bedroom set they have not replace my mattress and box spring by should I keep buying a new mattress and boxspring when I got warranty

2022-08-06I walked into the store at about 6:30P.M. Consultant Mr. Carlos Taveras approached me right away. I already knew what I wanted from the Raymour & Flanigan Website. I purchased the Daybed and Recliner Sofa. He showed me the different types of mattress, how to maintain the furniture etc. Overall, he had a thorough knowledge of the store products. My transaction was complete in about thirty minutes. This was my first time shopping there and I highly recommend this store.

2022-05-09Beautiful furniture, WORSE delivery Department EVER!Received delivery notification, confirmation and to call if restrictions. I called, told them carpeted floor need to use shoe covered or take shoes off, ok no problem, notes will be entered. Fast forward to delivery date, big argument with delivery people because they wont wear shoes covered or take shoes off. The sales department needs to make the customer aware of this Policy so the customer can decide whether to do business with Raymour or Not. They lost a long time client, NEVER AGAIN will I buy or order from this store, company!

2022-02-27I am giving them a one star because I had a bad experience with the manager and had issues with their exchange policy. Though everything else about this place was excellent, once they get your money, they aren’t helpful and just wasted our time. What we were told at the time of sale and what the manager said are two different things. We spent over 4K and they just don’t care. Worst customer service and I tried my best to work with them and gave them the benefits of the doubt. I was looking forward to get more items for our patio, but I will spend my money somewhere else.

When I arrived this guy named Nasir greeted me warmly and guided me every step of the way. He was very respectful, professional and very helpful. He showed that he cared and took his time with me. He ensured that I was happy and presented a few options that I could chose from while considering my budget. Would definitely recommend him to anybody!! My delivery experience was awesome. The delivery guys were great and professional!!! They arrived on time and quickly assembled my daybed in no time while carefully cleaning up after themselves. Im so happy!!
