Do not purchase the purple mattress!!!! It is garbage!!! And these people will tell you anything you want to hear in order to make that sale!!! They do NOT care how it affects your wallet or sleep! Do yourself a favor and pass on raymour and the purple! I bought the purple mattress 4 months ago. And it has become more firm under my lights in my home. I explained this to raymour. And received nothing! Not even a sorry!!
We were greeted at the door!!!! Treated professionally, guided us through the store, given lots of knowledge and treated with RESPECT!!!! We will go back….. this was our first time there!!! We bought a chair and couch!!!! It will be delivered this week!
Our visit to Olean was productive. Leah was a great salesperson and listened to just what we wanted. In the end we picked out something totally different and the staff was very supportive of our choice. We liked that our wait time for our furniture is much shorter than other stores. We haves shopped here before and we will continue to come back.
The non sales staff, the lady who rang up our sale, was extremely helpful . This great soul showed me and my husband the various power lift chairs. She was super patient with my husband who was not too mobile at the time.. even offered a wheelchair if he needed. It is people like this that keep us coming back!
I had a mattress that failed. It is being replaced immediately. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
We had the best possible experience at R&F in Olean, NY! We had to purchase several items and needed then ASAP. The sales rep that worked with us was very knowledgeable. She listened to what we wanted and made suggestions accordingly. She was very helpful and I feel we made smart purchases with her help. (I cannot find her name but I wish I did because she was awesome!) We then needed help with payment options and Leah MacDonald was again, very knowledgeable! In this day and age it is difficult to find employees that have a comprehensive knowledge of the products. These two women most definitely knew their stuff! Thank you!
Marie helped us, and we just had the most wonderful experience trying out mattresses and pillows, finally finding our perfect bed! Cant WAIT until it arrives next week, with all the trimmings!! What a wonderful store, great prices, and phenomenal customer service. We definitely recommend!

Worked with Leah picking out the sofa we had been searching for. Good inventory and Leah was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us! Item was actually ( and surprisingly) in stock so should be ready for delivery next week.
I was not sure what I would be getting into looking for a great mattress and expense. Our saleslady was sweet and very knowledgeable. She even got my husband into laying on a couple when he first refused and said it was up to me. Very helpful.
My parents bought a new furniture set at the Olean location and they are in love with how comfortable everything is and the quality. They especially raved about the sales associate Leah and couldn’t stop saying how amazing she was. She went above and beyond to help them and made sure they were leaving with something they love. She is amazing and you definitely should ask for her if you’re in the Olean store.

I appreciated the pleasant atmosphere. The Salesperson cordially greeted me when I entered the store. When I explained to her what I wanted, she escorted me through the store to view the furniture. She then left me to look around..(I really appreciated that time so I could gather my thoughts). I greatly appreciated our salesperson Camille. We shopped around a lot of places and found the best deal on a king mattress. Even Big Lots couldnt beat the price. Great quality and a great price. Much more personal service then that other larger furniture store that begins with A.

Bought a brand new king size mattress from raymour & Flanigan furniture. The lady chammile was absolutely great. She tour us to the mattresses within our budget and comfort. She explained pricing quite well for both mattress and platform/box springs. Pricing was still kinda expensive but paying for quality. Comes with ten year warranty. Explains what the warranty all covers. Would shop there again. Just got to wait few days for delivery and free mattress removal( over $500 purchase).
Really friendly people . Didnt hover over u like vultures . Periodically asked you if you had any questions but other than that left you alone to browse . Quick check out and didnt try to sell us more than we wnated . When i picked up my furniture they were there to assist and pretty much load it themselves . It was a very pleasant experience . I would buy from them again .
Our sales rep was very nice & accommodating. The store was clean and had enough options. The financing was the awful part. I have a good job, make decent money and not in crazy dent and did not buy a lot and had to pay more than half! If I knew all that ahead of time, I would have planned better and just paid cash for it all!
I have purchased multiple items from my local Raymour&Flanigan and have been satisfied every time. The staff in store were all friendly and professional. My husband and I recently ordered a dresser and the warranty/protection plan for an additional fee. We get the dresser home (inspection at the store warranted no reason to not accept this dresser) and start attaching the handles to find one of the bottom drawers is broken and the slide isn’t even attached to the dresser itself. We called our store (like we were instructed to do if there were any issues after getting it home) and they aren’t able to do anything for a month. While I acknowledge that we are still in the middle of a pandemic, a month is an awfully long time to wait to use the dresser we’ve been waiting for and paid extra for a protection plan on. We don’t even know how they plan to fix it. I’m disappointed this time around.
My wife and I have purchased from this store various furnishings for our home over the past 15 plus years. We have always enjoyed shopping at this store because each sales person who waited on us was always very patient, courteous and friendly.Amy Rupp, the store manager waited on us this time. She went above and beyond my expectations. My wife and I were looking to replace a mattress which was defective, which we had purchased there and was still under warranty. She gave us the credit for the mattress which was defective and also honored the additional $200.00 off, because we were there the previous week, when the mattress was on sale.She explained the differences in how the mattresses were made with the coil springs. She explained the difference in firm, extra firm, plush and pillow top mattresses. She also inquired if we were back or side sleepers and suggested three different mattresses to try out.She didnt pressure us into purchasing a mattress that we didnt want and she insisted that we take our time as this was an investment. She wanted us to purchase the mattress that we wanted. She was very patient and courtesy. As always it was a pleasure to shop at this store and I would most definitely recommend this store to my friends.

Just an awesome experience, we have been searching for a new mattress for months but all of the other local mattress stores gave us the same old song and dance high pressure sales Wait dont go Let me speak to a manager and see if I can get a better deal at Raymour our salesman gave us the information we asked for and helped us make our own decision and we never felt pressure, we told him we needed time to think about and instead of making us feel bad about leaving he told us he understood that it was a big decision and respected our decision to wait, Ive never felt this relaxed at a furniture store our mattress was delivered within the week and we love it. Looking forward to many nights of great sleep. If youre looking for a mattress come to Raymour and Flanigan!!!
The best place around to get quality furniture at reasonable prices. The staff and very knowledgeable and friendly. Pickup and loading were done easily and without any issues.
Maria was super nice and patient with both myself and my mother. She allowed us time to test many beds, listened to what our needs were and gave us ideas and guidance. Very pleased.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We found the furniture we have been looking at for less money than two other places. Everything went well and efficiently. We were in and out in less than an hour. Lets see if the rest of the transaction goes as smoothly. The furniture is supposed to be delivered this week and we financed for 12 months same as cash.
Sales people were not intrusive or hard sell. We will most likely be back.

We bought a sofa from them 3yrs ago and the board and springs all broke (we do not have kids or pets) and could not be fixed. We were offered a credit to go in and get another sofa. Sofas have doubled in price since we last purchased one, so we had to pay the difference and also pay for delivery again. Not happy!

The person I interacted with was a very professional sales associate, she answered every question and concern I had from payment options to layaway rules.Update-#1 Yesterday I noticed a billing / delivery address error on my paperwork so I went into the store again today to have the error corrected. Once inside I spoke to the same associate (Amy Rupp) and informed her of the error. It was corrected within minutes with all new paperwork for me as well as in the system / their paper file reflecting the change.Update-#2 Just got me dresser today within the delivery window. It was exactly the item I ordered and in 100% condition.(more updates to come as I have more on layaway)Update-#3 I just got my Dresser Chest today one hour before delivery window. It was in 100% good condition and also exactly what I ordered.

Extremely helpful and patient in my search for a new mattress. The salespeople are exceptionally knowledgeable about their mattresses. The sheer number of mattresses available at the store is daunting, but they helped me narrow it down to the mattress that was right for me.
Camille was very helpful. Explained everything to me about sleeper sofas. Had samples of mattresses which no other store had. Took me upstairs, downstairs. Showed me everything available in a sleeper option. There was a sale, saved 15%! Only disappointment was over $100 delivery charge??!!

We bought a king size bed and love it. They have a great payment plan and their sales staff arent uber pushy. But they make themselves available for questions and work with you. Cant remember exactly but its like 3 or 4 floors of furniture. Tons of stock and many items and brands to choose from.

Even though I already new what I was going to be purchasing, I like to support the local store and decided to come in and order through the associate there. I believe his name was Jason. He was kind friendly and very courteous. He explained the process in detail that asking questions wasnt necessary. He made the process easy and asked if there was anything else he could help with.
The associate was patient and thorough, we had our two young boys with us and she made sure it was an experience for the whole family and we got what we wanted.I plan to continue shopping here for all my furniture in the future.
We were in need of a lift chair for my 95 year old mom when she came home from physical rehab. We went to R&F first and was greeted by Tim Smith. Tim showed us the selection of lift chairs and was very accommodating with answers to our questions - we said we were going to look around the area later that day and get back to him. We did look around at 2 other places and the one didn’t have a very good selection and the other had the same exact chair for $200 more!!! I called Tim back that same day and said I would be there in a 1/2 to get the lift chair that we had picked out. Tim had everything ready and was even able to have it delivered by the next Tuesday!! The delivery men were polite & professional as well. The chair itself is VERY COMFORTABLE and will definitely be a huge help for my Mom!!
Its always an excellent experience at the Olean location. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about anything Ive ever shopped for, never over zealous or pushy to get me to buy anything if Im uncertain. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I took my father here for new furnature for the first time in his life. Our sales associate was Marie Watson and she was absolutly wonderful! My father is disabled, and she was very accomodating to his needs, in furnature, and maneuvering around the store. The furnature she helped us find was perfect for his needs, and the pricing is very affordable. I cant wait to see him relaxing in it! Thanks Marie, we will deffinetly be back!
A week ago, I was in the Olean store for an hour - not one person acknowledged my presence.My husband and I were mattress shopping. We strolled through the first floor. Then we headed up to the second floor. There were 3 or 4 people talking who saw us. I assume that at least one of them was an employee?We were upstairs for a long time and had many questions. No assistance was offered. Needless to say, we spent our money elsewhere.I had to give one star because they won’t post this with no stars.
The sales lady and manager were great! They were very knowledgable and attentive. When we tried to check out, the IT was not working and we were there 1.5 hrs longer than we should have been bc of it. They did the best they could to resolve it.

Purchased a great looking chair over$400 in March! Brought it home VERY CAREFULLY! Opened all packing and has area that wasn’t finished correctly - cardboard sticking out, stuffing coming out, fabric torn. I’ve been getting the run around since then. I even sent them pictures and evidently it’s not important to them. But many people have seen it and they think that Raymour and Flanigan is terrible with helping me out! I was going to buy the rest of the set from them, but that’s not gonna happen now, and I’m still waiting to get this fixed. They wouldn’t just exchange it for a new one which is what they should’ve done!! I’ll report back once they’ve done something. Today is MAY 20th 2019!

2022-07-31Bed and frame purchase: I went into this experience expecting it to be painful, almost like car shopping. You know itll be an expensive purchase so youre already kind of miserable. I have to say, it was completely opposite! The staff was amazing! Especially Leah! She was so helpful and knowledgeable on the products. The sale was finalized in half the time than I expected to be there. Delivery wasnt available on the day that I needed but they comprised by giving a gift card! Overall very happy with the experience and I definitely recommend this location!

2022-08-09For this order, I did not have to visit the store in person; I called. Both Laura and Amy of the Olean, NY store provided me with superior customer service. I needed a leather cleaning kit for my Stressless chair. They tracked it down quickly and could not have made the process any easier. There were several phone calls between the three of us. Instead of placing me on hold, they called me back, and within an hour, after they were able to secure the information I needed. Its only going to take two days to have the kit delivered, and it will come directly to my home. Several months ago I bought a bed from this same store and had the same outstanding customer service, including the gentlemen who delivered the bed to my home. 2022-03-12From the moment you walk into the store, you felt like you were home. The staff was very courteous and affable. What you were shopping for in their store was important to them. When paying for my purchase, the clerk and sales lady made sure that the information on the receipt was accurate.My next purchase will be a bachelors chest.

I went to Raymour and Flanigan and between their amazing team Camille Charleston and Leah MaCdonald pointed me in a great direction and then Managers Amy Rupp and Marie Watson helped find me a great deal on a premium pillow for a price that fit my budget. 2022-07-03Although they had what I was looking for I felt that I was not important as a customer. My sales person divided her time between me and it looked like 2 other customers. I almost walked out and went looking elsewhere for the piece of furniture I wanted.

(he had to stop and rest a few times) The lady at the register was very kind too. Overall experience was WONDERFUL! We will purchase from you again.

Nowhere else in town was able to get us furniture before spring and secondly Awesome experience at Raymour and Flanigan in Olean our Salesperson Jeb was kind courteous and patient while we looked at furniture. Never felt pushed or rushed. Just helped guide us towards things that met our criteria. Great guy, great furniture and a great experience. If youre in the market go to Raymour and Flanigan first.
