Make sure your FREEadjustable base bed has one slip guard in the middle and not 1 corner piece on each end. They pop out constantly and the matress slips down half off the bed. WHAT JUNK! Quick talking salesperson...ended up paying well over $1,000 for all. Nothing is for free. I learned a very expensive lesson that day! This was a couple of years ago. Never went back..Patchogue store.
Laura Lorenzo was my salesperson at your Patchogue New York store. She was awesome. I ordered the Quincey Reclining Sofa in Gray. Unfortunately after she checked stock is was unavailable. But that evening I received a call from Laura. She advised me that the sofa I wanted was located and available for delivery on 2/13. Needless to say I am thrilled. Thank you so much Laura.
I went to the store in Patchogue. I went there in a very difficult situation where we needed a special bed for my husbands newly diagnosed medical condition. I was helped by Tamara who gently handled my fragile state and frenzy. She helped me find the type of beds I needed to ensure my husband would be comfortable in the new bed. She asked me all these specific questions and I purchased the twin size electric beds with massagers. The best thing I have ever purchased. We both love the beds. Body aches are relieved every night with the massages. I am grateful for Tamara’s help.
We have been a customer with Raymour and Flanigan for over 20 years and each and every time we have had a wonderful experience. We had Mr. Dent during this visit and he was wonderful to work with. I called with extra questions and he was very helpful and guided me in the right direction. He is a truly great representative of your company.
Bought a new platform bed from here. Our sales person made everything easy. I told him what our budget was and he kept us well under that budget while still getting something of good quality. We are set up to receive delivery this coming Tuesday. When I ordered my living room set from Bob’s Discount Furniture, I had to receive 2 separate delivery dates and I ended up waiting 4 months for it to be delivered. Raymour & Flanigan in Patchogue, NY made the process so easy for us and fast delivery too. They have made a long term customer out of me for life. From here on out, I will be buying all my furniture from Raymour & Flanigan.
👎 Big retail store with a horrible approach to furniture groupings. Youll likely not be so enthused when you have to walk every square inch of the store to see every single piece of whatever it is you were looking for. I think its disrespectful of the customer. Post likewise if you agree.
Z. Periott Dally, our salesman, was great. He was super helpful and very knowledgeable. When we purchased our furniture we really wanted it by Thanksgiving and he said it should be in by early November but he would do his best to get it for us ASAP. About four hours later he personally texted me and let me know the furniture was available and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. He could have easily forgot about us after he made the sale but he went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend him more and we will definitely be back to shop with him soon.
We buy a lot of our furniture at the Raymour & Flanigan store in Patchogue, NY. The selection is excellent, the prices are good, the delivery is prompt and they stand by their products. Each time, our salesperson has been excellent. The no-pressure approach certainly works for us. In this case, I saw what I wanted online and stopped by the store to see it. We purchased it on Monday and it will be here Wednesday. Cant beat that!
Went in to the Patchogue store on Rte. 112 for the Memorial Day sale. Greeted warmly by salesperson, but not ambushed like at other stores. Store laid out well, showroom not overcrowded. Found a sofa within my taste and price range. Salespeople helpful with questions and options. Purchased the couch on Sunday. Delivered Wednesday morning within time scheduled. Delivery crew clean, fast, and careful. Overall, extremely happy with couch. Throw pillows that came with couch not sewn well at seam closing, some of the stuffing coming out a little bit (hence the four stars), but was already planning to buy different colored covers from pier one to match my living room. Not worth returning the pillows, just worried about our pets eating it. For the price, the quality and comfort are excellent. Fast delivery for almost nothing, as I live an hour away from the store. Cordelia sofa as pictured in ad and so comfortable. We were out of the store in an hour, including purchasing and setting up delivery. Salesperson Madeline Fazio very good, gently persistent, but not pushy, and very patient with my questions. Very happy with my experience.

I was shopping for some dining room options and not familiar with the brick and mortar; she guided me through the ordering process, lead time, estimate dates and costs, and all with a great attitude. She went over the top when she offered to just watch the process run smoothly and provided her email address, since I am not local to any of the stores. Had an amazing experience at Raymour&Flanigan in Patchogue yesterday evening. Went in looking for new couches and left a very happy customer as Alan Rosenfield, assisted us with that. He let us browse when we got there and see everything they had. They have so much to choose from! We let him know our top choices and he quickly let us know all the details. I have shopped in many furniture stores. I always feel pestered by salesman following me around the store. Reinhard is so patient, kind and one of the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He has sold me many pieces of furniture, he works with you until you leave satisfied and never feel as if your being pressured or taken advantage of. Reinhard is and always will be my go to salesman.
My husband Daniel and I just purchased our first home and we visited 4 furniture stores. We walked into Raymour in Patchogue and was pleasantly greeted by Mary Paola. She spent 3 hours with us listening carefully to our needs and comfort levels. We walked in their thinking we knew what we wanted but in the end her experience guided us to the perfect pieces for our new home. Not to mention an amazing bed to get a good nights rest. If youre in the area and need someone with expert advise look for Mary and tell her Mindy sent you 😉.
Mark was a great salesman, never pushy but always around to answer any questions. We have been long time customers of Taymour & Flanagan and still have all of the items we purchased 12 years ago. Hopefully our new kitchen/dining set will join the rest of our purchases that have held up well!!

Drew was incredibly helpful. I told him what I was looking for (stain, size, price range) and he found me the perfect coffee table I was looking for. Super nice guy and I appreciated how quick he was with the sale. Also set clear expectations for my pickup. Very good experience, I recommend them!
I was very happy with my salesman but disappointed when I called to make my order. Apparently, I was speaking to a different salesman who was going to take the credit for the sale. Once I realized what had happened, I immediately called the store and spoke with my salesman and his manager to rectify the situation. It’s not the stores’ fault but I hoping a lesson was learned and shared with other salesmen.
Since we were moving to Delaware from Massachusetts, and there was no R&F store located convenient to our home in MA, we purchased well in excess of $12K worth of furniture from Raymour and Flanagan on-line and over the phone, The entire transaction, including some additions and subtractions along the way, was handled flawlessly by our customer service representative, Elizabeth Jarushewsky, a consummate professional, whom we have never met but who has become become a virtual friend. Would do it all again. No complaints; great praise.
I love the hybrid queen mattress and the advanced motion adjustable base but the service from the delivery guys was the worst they were rude and nasty, I had to ask them to wear the mask while in my home and they had an attitude they didnt want to let me expect the mattress before they put it down, They didnt want to take the slots off the frame just wanted to sit it on top of them. It was the worst customer service I have every experience
My familys experience was very satisfying.We mention we were looking for smaller furniture power reclining couch set. Our sales rep took us to just the size we wanted in several different models and we were very pleased in her knowledge and ability to streamline our visit tailored to our needs. She was very pleasant and helpful.

My husband and I were greeted upon arrival by Salesman Reinhard Newe. That was the start of a wonderful experience. Yes, we actually enjoyed our shopping venture! Reinhard was professional, knowledgeable and so very helpful. He gave us space so that we may talk privately and explore on our own yet was in the background always willing to answer questions and share information. Wonderful salesman Reiner Newe walked in an out in One hour with the item that worked best for me after looking for months. This man new exactly what I needed and what looking for. I can’t complement enough and he was able to make it financially friendly sale. Please call upon this man if you want honestly and helpful service.
My wife and I did not get any service as we roamed the store for 30 mins. We had to ask many associates for assistance. There was a lot of people standing around as well. FYI……. We was going to leave and take out 7K somewhere else if it wasn’t for the sales associate Jorge Jerome who happen to be a nice gentleman. He was very informative, kind and patient.
I’m at mix with this place. A couple dissatisfaction that were easily resolved. I had purchased a couch a few years back, with the platinum plan protection. Just went in and purchased a bedroom set with platinum protection, and filed a issue with the couch due to my moving of it. Couch is great piece btw. So after a couple hiccups with getting the tech to my residence I decided to go in personally and cancel the protection plan on bedroom set from purchased the week previous, I was unhappy with the hiccups. I had a manger come to see me, and tell me that “she’s not sure if it’s possible”. I told her I just purchased so it must be possible. With a promise to call that never happened (I hate being lied to) I called and spoke with such a polite happy to help woman by the name Bell. She remembered me being in there and told me she would assist and call me back. 3 hours later, I was called and she did as she promised. Thank you Bell, I appreciate your dedication to customer service. I wish you were a sales woman because I Would look no further when seeking a honest salesperson! She made my annoyed experience so much better. Thanks again Bell!
Sales personnel informed, polite, professional, but not pushy. But the companys ads are slick ~ in that they offered 10% off, but, when I was about to close the deal on a hybrid mattress ~ they showed me the fine print buried in an ad that disqualified mattresses. That was deceptive. I am a previous customer. The ad turned-me-off a bit. But the store personnel & product were excellent.
My visit to Raymour and Flanigan was nothing I expected. We visited the Sunrise location. Upon entry, I was greeted by a very friendly staff. This gentlemans name is James. He was the most helpful, patient, kind, willing, and pleasant human being. He was very aware, knowledgeable and he assured nothing but great satisfaction. I left happy and knowing that I made a decision without being pressured. Thank you, James.
The sales person Mark was great. He took his time with us and really search all over the store for the right recliner for my husbands needs. We went to 2 different furniture stores prior to going to Raymour & Flanagan. It was like going into a store of hungry vultures. Mark was sincere and really understood the importance of getting the perfect chair and how important it was for my husband’s recuperation after his surgery.Thank you Mark!!!!!!
My wife and I have been searching for a new table and chairs for our kitchen for a couple of weeks. After visiting all of the “discount” furniture stores in the are we decided to check out Raymond and Flanagan yesterday their huge selection And friendly, low pressure staff blew away the competition. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for at a price that beat the discount stores
Allison greeted us kindly at the door and then just let us browse making sure we knew the layout of the store. The floor is perfectly aligned and easy to navigate. Found what we were looking for within 10 minutes. Allison was very helpful and we ended up going back to work with her for additional pieces. So happy with everything!!!
We were met at the door by a salesman who asked us what we were looking for, then asked more detailed questions to narrow down the selection of what he was going to show us. We fell in love with the first recliner he showed us! The salesman, Tony, was knowledgeable, friendly, and listened to what we wanted. He did such a good job that were buying the matching sofa. The store was immaculate and we saw a woman going around wiping things down. Great experience!
My boyfriend and I stopped at R&F today to look at couches. We have been trying to buy for awhile but it was never the right time/price/etc. Reinhard greeted us at the door and was very helpful when we surprisingly found a couch that met our dimension requirements. He allowed us to look at different color options and set up options, while also recommending different coffee tables to match. He was genuinely interested in helping us and we will definitely return to this location and this associate in the future.
I have to say when we first walked in we were very happy that we were not attacked by sales reps. We got to leave early stroll the store and look for what we wanted and then when we did need a sales rep they were right there willing and eager to help. our sales rep we called him Z at the Patchogue location, whats knowledgeable kind and very helpful we had a wonderful experience looking for a new couch and were glad that we chose Raymour and Flanigan..
My experience had been terrible. I ordered furniture for my new home in November of 2020. A chaise a dining room set a bar table with stools and 2 living room chairs.I called to inquire about 2 additional dining room chairs. The sales agent attempted to place the order unauthorized on my maxed out Raymour and Flanagan card then requested a credit upgrade all without my permission. I found out once I receive the DENIAL letter in the mail!!! That’s is fraud and illegal.Additionally the new request voided my original order and now I am waiting for my living chairs. The manager was barely helpful. I am so disgruntled with my treatment and the poor and fraudulent service. I would like to speak with the cooperate officer regarding this ILLEGAL behavior and the NEGATIVE hard inquiry on my credit report.I almost don’t have the energy to say the installer on my dining room table cracked the lip inserting the screw too deep. I would like to send everything back but as a new home owner I’d be left with no furniture in my home 😡
My husband & I went to the Raymour & Flanigan in Patchogue on Route 112 today and had a really great experience. Drew our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable , very professional & honest. He found us exactly what we were looking for & we left feeling totally satisfied with our purchase. We definitely recommend Raymour & Flanigan and especially Drew.
Julie was wonderful!! Sat with us and we showed her the sofas we wanted to see. The showroom had been rearranged over the weekend and she walked the entire floor until she located the items. She explained the value of each manufacturer and made recommendations.We had planed to visit another furniture story to purchase recliners. She asked us what we were looking for and once again walked the showroom with us. She even took the couch pillows with her to offer advice and help with the living rooms scheme. My daughter and I went to look at something we found on line that was on display at Patchogue. Mary kindly greeted us at the door, knew exactly what we were looking for, offered info that we did not find on line... She was an excellent host at the store and did not pressure nor try to sway us one to other things we did not want. We were in and out with the bedroom set that we wanted and the mattress that we wanted within a half hour.Mary made this an excellent experience.
Our sales person Steven was unprepared to provide adequate service. He mistakenly tried to run my mothers credit 3 times using my information. Then he mistakenly put my address in GA as the delivery address. It was finally customer service who was able to sort things out for us. But then today, when the TWIN headboard was to arrive, it was a FULL Headboard. So now we have to wait another month for the TWIN Headboard to arrive.
I was greeted by Allison Hinds who went the distance to provide excellent customer service and to assure me the product I was purchasing was the exact one I had seen on the internet. She demonstrated how the sofa bed was accessed and the precise measurements. I was very confident in your Associate and her expertise.
We had an excellent experience with Tamara. I called ahead to ask about leather recliners, and Tamara patiently showed us around the entire showroom while we sat in each chair and discussed its pros and cons. We found exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. We purchased the chairs on Saturday, and we are awaiting delivery today, Thursday. Some places told us 12 weeks for delivery.
We worked closely with Tony. He was very helpful but never overbearing. He struck the right balance between being available for assistance but not constantly looking over our shoulder pressuring us to make a decision. We came by the store three times in one week before making a decision and he was always nice to work with him
I ordered a mattress and asked them to deliver it the following weekend because I work. the day before I was suppose to get a txt telling me the time of delivery I had to call them they never scheduled my delivery .my salesperson gave me her cell number and she was very helpful on straightening out my delivery and time. They were prompt product was as described they were very good.at the time of purchase I was told they haul away the old mattress not true ! If theres any kind of discoloration on the mattress they will not take it away you are not told this at the time of purchase
If I could give 0 stars I would. My family warned me about this place and I should’ve listened. Three weeks ago I ordered a bed frame and it was ready for pick up a few days later. When I started assembling the bed frame, two pieces were missing. I called my associate to let him know ...he said when I picked it up someone was supposed to open it in front of me to make sure all pieces were there and no one did. he told me he would call me back ASAP after speaking with a manager to get the pieces and never called me.. I had to call him 2x for him to tell me the manager can’t find it and that it will be available for pick up the next day and someone would call me.. nobody called... so I called and asked to speak to the manager. The manager had NO IDEA what I was talking about. So once again, they had to re-order a bed to get me the missing pieces and he told me it would arrive in two days. Two days later, nobody calls me. I call, and the pieces are not there. I speak with my SA George , and he tells me Monday. He then calls me Sunday, to tell me the pieces won’t be arriving till Thursday. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER shop here again.
We needed to purchase a bed asap so we went to Raymour & Flanigan. Charlie was our salesman and he helped us to select the perfect mattress, box spring and bed frame. Within 30 minutes we were done and headed home. The mattress was delivered the next day by two young men who delivered and set up the bed in less than 10 minutes. Very professional from start to finish!!! I highly recommend R&F!!
We ordered sofa, seller promised that we will have in in 1 month. We didn’t get it in 2 months. When we came to store and asked where is our sofa, seller said we have to wait 1 more month, maybe more......So we just canceled our order and both sofa in different store (better and not as expensive) and we can have it in our house in 4 days!!!!!!Don’t buy furniture in Raymour&Flanigan Furniture, don’t spend your time!
Very friendly, just like any other furniture place you walk into. I just canceled my order with another big store because of broken promises, kept moving my delivery date further back, I explained this to a sales person. They assured me that this won’t take as long, and we can pick it up directly at the warehouse. It shouldn’t take more that a week. 11 days later I’m getting the run around. Looks like it’s pushed back to the end of this month early next month. And I paid in full, didn’t want to finance it. Manager said they will know something by the end of the week. So far I’m not happy. I hope they call me with better news.
I had a nice shopping experience with Drew He was very attentive and informative He took his time. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase anything. Presentation of the store was awesome. It was a very relaxing experience for me. As I hadnt planned to purchase that day, but merely wanted to see if they had what I viewed online as well as in store I was happy they had what I wanted in stock although it was a few dollars more in store but the salesperson Drew, spoke with his Mgr and was able to give me the price online. I was pleased about this. As a result I purchased it that day and appreciated Drews efforts. I was concerned about it fitting into the space I have for it and Drew assured me the that the deliverers were top notch and would have no issues. Darrue is an amazing consultant! He showed us a variety of living room sets that fit what we were looking for. He gave us different options for purchase, he was patient, and he wasn’t pushy to make a sale! We will definitely do business with him again and are in love with the sofa we chose to purchase!
I just purchased all my furniture from Raymour and Flanagan and worked with Debbie. She was amazing to work with. Everything was easy and she didn’t pressure me into buying anything I didn’t need. Gave great decorating advice with my colors and choices. Great experience all around!
This was a wonderful shopping experience. Myles Gomez was our sales person. He was friendly and knowledgeable and Made wonderful suggestions. We were very happy to be able to purchase here in New York and have our furniture order delivered to us in Florida. The store offered a wide variety of choices and The experience, especially working with Myles was exceptional. I will certainly do this again when the need arises.
We have shopped at Raymour & Flanigan in Patchogue LI NY in the past and where happy w our purchase then , the quality of furniture & the service / delivery where great. We headed there on the weekend of 11/21/2020 they had sales going on and we wanted to look at a mattress & sofa w bed. We were greeted as entering, a nice touch as long as u r not followed around. A Mr Reinhard Newe stated his name if we needed help. We had looked around and then did reach out to Mr Reinhard, he was very professional, knowledgeable and with patience answered our questions and or gave us his advise on a product. He took his time with us and we feel confident w our purchase even up until we where at counter with the ladies who check you out w ur order. They where very thorough reviewing ur order w U & Mr Reinhard , Thank you . He (MR Reinhard) kept us informed by phone w an update of an item that back ordered & now in and all is ready for delivery. We appreciated his expertise, professionalism & NICE demeanor. An asset to Raymour & Flanigan. I hope but feel confident the delivery will go smoothly. Look forward to our purchases. Stay safe !!

I was greeted warming by a female sales rep named Julie. Told her I would be back later in the week. Went back and Julie wasnt there at the time but her co-worker Drew said she will share in the commission. Drew was extremely helpful and worked will me on the measurements for the sectional. I believe Im getting quality furniture with the help from qualified sales reps.
Went to this store yesterday to purchase furniture for my house, was there for an hour. Throughout my visit I was NEVER approached by any sale representatives. Actually, they ensure that they did not make eye contact with we or my family members. After being treated this way, I decided that I will spend my money elsewhere. Management needs to train staff to treat ALL customers with respect and courtesy because they never know who is walking into the store. I was ready to purchase my living room and dining room furniture yesterday.
Alyson Hinds is the only salesperson that offered assistance as I was roaming the store. She helped with several furniture pieces as well as a dining room set for myself and my daughter. I will definitely be shopping for additional pieces of furniture and will only request her assistance!
Return customers. We redecorated our den floors and walls and needed new sectional for more seating. We went back to this store because of the professionalism and no high pressure. They honored pricing and terms without question. Also when I asked for the person I had dealt with earlier, they got him for me and that was good policy. Darrue was our salesperson. He is wonderful. Shop here before you buy anywhere else. The place is great.
Im absolutely appalled that I have to write this, but I figured Id save someone else from the frustration Ive been dealing with for weeks now.At the beginning of September, I purchased a couch from this location with the express promise of our salesperson, Steve, that it would be back in stock on 9/21 - which was yesterday. I called last week to confirm this since I hadnt heard anything from them and when I spoke to Steve I was told it was coming in the beginning of October, but he got me a spot on the September 22 arrival, and Id have my couch delivered 9/24 the latest.When I hadnt heard back from them by this morning (9/22), I called to check in and see if wed be receiving the couch. We received confirmation from the store manager that it wouldnt be in until October. So, in short, I was lied to - not once, but twice. I was conned into purchasing a $2,500 couch by a sleazy salesperson and then swindled a second time when I spoke with him and he promised delivery by the end of this week. Needless to say, we cancelled the order.Save yourself the aggravation and purchase elsewhere, these salespeople are not to be trusted.
Walked in door, immediately a saleswoman approached us. Her name was Mary. I told Mary I was looking for a bedroom set.We walked thru store she explained different sets to me. She was very pleasant with us we are seniors and she was very helpful in explaining the furniture. We came back next day and purchased a set. Quick and easy I will be having a great new bedroom.
The service was good!! But!!!!! They are making me drive an hour drive, there and back, to pick it up. When they should of had it shipped to the location I bought it. I asked to have it shipped for me. They told me “ we are a little understaffed”. They could of done it. But they didn’t. This is why I’m giving 3 stars. Otherwise I would of given 5.
Tony Mazza has been my salesman for 5 years. He is fantastic to work with, extremely patient. He helped decorate my living room, den and office. I just received a sofa bed. The custom fabric is beautiful! The delivery men were so nice—respectful and courteous. The store’s employees are very helpful. I give Tony 5 stars, 10 if I could!
I am very satisfied the way that Raymour and Flanigan handled my reselect. I purchased an Entertainment unit with fire box close to 5 years ago, the fire box stopped working and couldn’t be fixed or replaced. I purchased the platinum protection plan for 5 years and they ended up giving me a credit toward anything I wanted in the showroom for the amount I purchased the unit for plus tax. I picked out a new unit which is going to be delivered tomorrow. I purchased the platinum protection again just in case. Totally worth it!!! I also purchase 2 lamps to complete my living room decor. Thank you so much for making our experience a good one.
Went to Raynor and Flanagan this morning,to buy a new bed for my wife and I. Met Charles at the door in Patchogue store. Told him our needs and with just a few questions from Charles and 3 or 4 lie backs on a few beds. Of course with head covers they supply. Totally COVID-19 guidelines. And my Wife and IAre gonna be new owners of new Beauty Rest Bed. No up selling no disrespect, just a pure Gentkeman. Thank You Charles and the Folks at R&F you guys made it An Enjoyable Vist!! Allyson was exceptionally helpful as we bought furniture for our dining and living rooms. We were quite indecisive when we started this process and Allyson provided us with extremely helpful feedback to narrow down our selections. She also helped us identify sales that would help our budget! We spent a lot of time looking for livingroom and dining room furniture and Alison was such a pleasure to deal with. She gave us room to look around without stalking us like most sales people do. When we finally selected something she was very helpful in trying to find matching pieces and accessories. Thank you for the patience!
We have been shopping at the Raymour and Flanigan Patchogue location for quite a few years now. From the time we walked in we connected with Allison. She has always Been Honest available Knowledgeable and Please gave helpful suggestions. We did find out early on that both of our children were at Penn State which definitely connected us even more. The salesman Mr Dally was very helpful and professional he answered all my questions and helped me to choose the furniture I was interested in. I purchased a living room and bedroom sets also a mattress and box spring.Will denifinetly be back if I need anything else.
I would like to highly recommend Debbie at the Patchogue Raymour & Flanigan. She was extremely patient with my husband and I as we tried out several couches and sofas for our new home. My husband is tall and makes most furniture look like it belongs in a dollhouse...the struggle is real. With football season upon us his one request for our new home was a nice, big couch where he could sit comfortably along with our guests. It was important to find something large AND comfortable. Debbie worked closely with us in making a decision and was very knowledgeable with all the questions that we had! She went out of her way to be friendly and helpful, and she ensured that we were receiving quality furniture at a great price point! Ask for her next time you shop there!

Great experience!! I suffer from back pain and needed a new mattress and thanks to my salesman Walter I have the terrific mattress. He is the nicest man, he is a military veteran and he knows everything there is to know about the mattresses on the market and makes it easy to understand. It was something I was dreading doing but with Walter and the team at Raymour and Flanigan I totally KNEW I was with someone I could trust. Honest and sincere. I high recommend Walter.
Tamara, our dedicated and knowledgeable sales rep, guided on our purchase of a mattress, even with our 4-year old providing constant distractions. The process was very smooth, the only bumps were on us, Just torn between what one to select. Check out was easy and everything was explained throughly.
We couldn’t have been happier with the sales team in your Patchogue store. We started with Myles (who was so very knowledgeable and informative) but when we came back later, he had left for the evening and we got Joseph. He gave us our space to talk and think. He was so pleasant and also informative and knowledgeable. He made us feel very comfortable and by the time we left, we felt right at home. He was very kind to our daughter as well. We will return in the future.
Looked all over. Prices were the same after adding in all the extras. But I thought there brands would hold up better then bobs. Im happy enough with my price. Service was good. Stay AWAY from there store finance options. With 725+ score they still had me at 29%! No thank you. Delivery was quick enough. One recliner has a small issue. It doesnt stay upright if you lean on it. Protection Plan called and next open date was 2 weeks away. Waited, on day they were going to come fix it, they called, canceled and opted to just replace it under a manufacturer defect. 48hrs later they swapped it with a brand new working one.I love my reclining sectional itself. Over all 4 stars.
The salesman, David Salman, was great. He was very helpful, did not try to push us into buying, but showed us things we might be interested in.The store layout was a bit confusing, and if he were not with us, we would have had difficulty finding our way around. Bought a mattress and box spring at a decent price, which was delivered the next day.
Worst experience ever! Made purchase in mid October and was promised a late November delivery with the likelihood of it coming in much sooner. I still don’t have the product, can’t even get a courtesy call with an update, and then told maybe sometime in January. All why they have all my money already. Stay away from this place. I will never do business with them again and I will warn everyone I know not to as well.
I bought a table and chairs set that should of took 3-4weeks to come in. after 100 phone calls It finally came in 10 weeks later. When it arrived 2 chairs were damaged and the table top is discolored. So I called this store (which was so unbelievably unhelpful) said they would reorder the chairs and tables top. Another 8weeks later the chairs were perfect but the table top was worse then the first one. So now Im stuck with the table top because the staff and management at this store are totally useless. I have spoke to almost every manager in this store and no one helps you. After calling for months and arguing with management, I finally gave up and I guess I just have to deal with it. So forget about buying the insurance for the furniture because it comes damaged in the first place. What an aggravating 4 months just to try and buy this table set. And it still isnt perfect. Will never buy anything from this place again, due to the worst customer service I have ever experienced.3weeks from this original post with absolutely no help from this company. Actually they emailed several times asking me for my order information and after I sent it to them. Their response was why are you sending us you order information. Never buy from this company!
Wonderful service from Reinhard, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and old school polite. Very respectful of both the clients time and personal details. Product wise, he gave us exactly what we wanted at a great price. We will be going back for a third time soon.
Jim Maj is a great sales representative. He helped us the entire time we were there without being “overbearing”. He somehow knew which items suited us best for what our needs were.Thank you Raymour for having such a great representative and for making our decision making SO much easier in something that is often so overwhelming.

I had already selected on line the item I wanted to buy and had a photocopy of the item. Salesperson was probably new because he didnt seem to know much (fabric, etc...) I was also interested in an ottoman...but he didnt really follow up and showed me items...saying that they were scattered throughout the floor...Nice and pleasant person to deal with ...but not a super sales person!
I had the worse experience at your Lake Grove store. My mattress wes deemed defective by your associate and we were issued a credit for a new one. We had an appointment for Saturday but my back has been hurting for weeks because of the mattress defect so we wanted to look Friday. As soon as we walked In the empty showroom we were told that a manager needed to take care of the transaction. We then went upstairs to look at possibly buying an adjustable base. We were overwhelmed with the different bases there so we asked a salesman a few questions. He then asked about our mattress and we told him we had a credit for a new one. Immediately he called the manager Theresa Massaro and she told us she’s the only manager in the store and she couldn’t help us. She did say she could answer ONE question. I had more than one question and I didn’t want to be rushed so I said forget it. She then made a snide remark about having an appoint on Saturday. So as I was leaving I saw Theresa and 5 or 6 salespeople standing in the middle of the floor with no customers and I asked her if one of the salespeople can help us out. She made a comment under her breath and then said it’s not our policy. I will never shop at the Lake Grove Raymore and Flanagan’s and I will be telling this story to all.On a side note I did go to to your Patchogue store on Saturday and had an EXCELLENT experience with LAWRENCE NEMEROFF. He was informative , helpful, and was really concerned about our issues.I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at your Lake Grove store and will never go there again because of my experience there.I do like your furniture and we were going to get a new living room and bedroom but I don’t see how I can do business with your company again.
Darrue was a very helpful salesman. He showed us several recliners and sets with our reds and requirements in mind. He was able to explain each pieces features which helped us in narrowing down the choices. Darrue and his manager, Joe made our purchase a very enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back for future furniture purchases.
Always a great experience with the staff and salesmen here. Recently, we had to return a mattress found to be defective. Our saleman Joseph Barone helped us pick out a replacement and it will be delivered tomorrow. No extra fees, honored the warranty professionally and quickly. I expected a hassle, this was a pleasant surprise. Thank you!
We were looking for a living room set & our first stop was Raymour & Flanigan. Other stores after did not compare to the quality. Our salesman, Walter Einhart in the Patchogue store was wonderful. He was knowledgeable of the furniture & very helpful without being pushy. Walter is a veteran, just like my husband so we felt like he was very trustworthy. We had a great experience & will be coming back to see Walter about picking up the rest of our living room set soon!!
I was a return customer. The first time I purchased a quite a few pieces but today I was just seeking two/three pieces. I asked for the same salesman since he was so helpful first time. Unfortunately, he was very disinterested in helping me.....I caught him behind me leaning against the wall picking his nails! Need I say more.
Another wonderful day of savings and getting exactly what we wanted. Reinhart was again not only knowledgeable but intuitive enough to understand and show us what we imagined. Purchased coffee table, end tables and an entertainment center for the living room. All to be delivered Tuesday. No problems and no complaints.

Debi was amazing. I went in and with zero pressure she guided me to what I was looking for. A true asset to your company.My only suggestion is to walk in to staff standing there waiting is awkward. perhaps strategically place work stations throughout and simply offer help. Everyone knows they work on commission. Lined up salivating for the next sale is not the best projection.
The sales guy gets 5 stars. Overall R&F should get 1. I was told to be home for a 3 hour window, doesnt look like they will even make it in 4 hours. What a waste, whats the point of a window, they could have called to say they were running late. R&F get your act together!!Update:Am changing my review to 5 stars since Raymour & Flanigan has contacted me and handled the situation with excellent customer service!
Walked in with my wife looking for a specific couch. Was greeted by a salesman immediately upon entry. Unfortunately she was looking at a couch only sold at Ashley furniture. Upon seeing this the salesman developed a nasty attitude. She asked if they sold that couch, which is also sold at Jennifer Convertibles, and he dismissedly said Ashley sells Ashley furniture. I asked if they had anything comparable. And again, with a nasty attitude, he said we have a lot of couches.Weve bought Raymour furniture in the past and love the quality. We would recommend the furniture, just do yourself a favor and use a different store.

2022-02-13Had a perfect experience. Went to shop for a dresser, the salesman was friendly but didn’t follow us around or pressure us. When we were ready to purchase he made the transaction very easy. I just got my dresser delivered this morning. The whole process worked exactly as they told you it would. The delivery was seamless and the driver and helper were friendly and brought the dresser right up in to our room. I live in a second floor apartment and the layout can be a little difficult for bringing furniture through but they handled it. Will definitely use them again when I need new furniture.

She went out of her way to help me and provided the best customer service I have received. She should be promoted to a manager level if she isn’t already. It is rare to receive this type of customer service in todays world. Kudos to Tamara for being awesome!

If there was another star available I would give it to Steve. He’s a good guy and when I need new furniture he would be the person I would buy from. They have quality furniture and a large selection to choose from. If anyone out there is looking for good quality furniture from a very helpful sales staff Raymour and Flanigan would be my first choice.

We ordered a sofa and chair one day and he was so helpful we actually went back the next day and ordered a table and chairs and credenza. 2022-04-17Bought a recliner AND extended warranty for extra fee, had service tech out four times for the same issue! Service tech insisted chair was fine, it was not it was slanted. It leans to the one side, every person who has ever sat in noticed and the chair is now unusable! The chair was for my father in law, a veteran, who always shopped at R&F. No one wants to sit in it - money out the window! Service was terrible and they don’t stand behind their products, never again will I shop there.
