I loved the service I received from Sergio Barrera. I first visited the store months ago manifesting I would win the housing lottery. He showed me different pieces of furniture that I could possibly buy. Months later I found out I won and I went back this month and ordered a bedroom set and a sofa. He definitely deserves to have his own business.
I am giving the customer service department the one due to the fact that my daughter and I ordered furniture from them at the same time but we lived at different addresses. We also gave different payment information but it confused them so that it took several calls for them to get what furniture came to me and what went to my daughter I am hoping we get the furniture before the holidays Thinking about finding another store to finish furnishings my new home I got several pieces that repair had to come out and adjust or bring finishing touch for you have beautiful furniture but bad quality control
I really felt like Stephanie Torres cared enough to make sure I was getting quality service. But I have to say, if people that work there are threatened by my Golden brown skin, and huge gold plated earrings, and my dressed down attire. if you think I didnt work for my money, I can help connect you to anti bias trainings and workshops. These workshops has helped lots of people since the start. These trainings helps you to understand your unconscious biases to help you maintain a healthy mentality when making fair judgment! I visited this location on several locations. This store is located inside of Bronx Terminal Mall. It’s accessible via public transportation trains and buses. There is also parking on the street or in the parking lot. However, if you park inside of the parking lot you will be charged. I’ve purchased a bedroom set and mattresses from this location. My mom has also purchased items from this location. When I initially visited the store, I met sales representative Javier. Javier was very helpful, and patient. Whenever I return to the store to make a purchase, I always ask for him. He’s off on Wednesdays and Fridays. When ordering a mattress, they literally deliver it the next day. I’ve received my furniture in excellent condition. I’ve even ordered furniture online without seeing it in stores and was happy with my purchase. Sometimes you can catch a great sale. I received a free adjustable base with the purchase of my mattress. They also offer complimentary water for the customers.
This is one of the worst sales experiences I have had in 40 years of living. I am dealing with constant issues since last year when I purchased furniture with Raymond & Flanagan at the Bronx Terminal. The sales reps are not knowledgeable about the services of the companies they work with. The delivery guys were rude and damage my furniture. and the customer service rep is unprofessional.
I love my new reconyx reclining chair and sofa I am so very relaxed when I come home I look forward to sitting in my recliner chair and relaxing on my recliner sofa it was the best deal and was the best thing for me and my family I want I love my Raymour and Flanigan furniture set
I feel that the staff needs to be more patient when dealing with customers. I feel like they just want you to go buy the first thing they show you as if they are on a rush instead of allowing you to take your time and walk around and find something that you are really happy to buy.
My experienced has always been extremely above average and always a pleasant surprise, since I order on line, basically sight unseen, the merchandise is above my expectations! The delivery guys are so nice and cordial, on time and respectful of their elders, which is a plus and another reason why I purchase all my furniture needs from RAYMOUR & FLANNIGAN! Quality Guaranteed! Consider this store, if you value great customer service as well!
So much quality and elegancy, from the moment that you enter to any Raymour & Flanigan Furniture store, you just feel it the good vibes, nice services, very attentive right away you have a person just with you paying attention to any need you have or question, was just excelent, I recomend it to all and everyone person that really want the best of the best in every aspect.

Nice interior. Customer service was helpful. I wish they had more than one customer service rep just because when picking up my items I got lost and couldnt find the location. So although they did a wonderful job to assist me, that can make things easier for the customers and the employees by hiring additional staff. I know how it is to be overworked being that I come from the healthcare field. Overall, decent place to get furniture.
After a 6 month nightmare with back and forward with customer service and repair center i was given a refund for exchange , so you can only imagine my fear of walking in and dealing with a reselection. However Darlene the floor manager made this so smooth and painless i was in an out within less then an hour. By Helping make a much better selection and all within the credit budget. Thank you so much for your help and expertise and being compassionate and understanding of my situation.
My mom and I went looking for a specific sectional and our assistant Mike was such a great help. He was so patient and informative about ever piece we inquired. The item we wanted wasnt available so he showed us many options that came close and we ended up with something great. Thanks again Mike❤

I had a 5 star experience! Trinidad helped me purchase a sectional and 7 piece dining room set. Their floor models appear to be good quality. Delivery & assembly isnt free. The cost varies with your destination and purchase price. I purchased their protection plan too. Dont buy Bobs Discount protection plan. Im sorry I shopped there. My total came to about $5300, which includes my sectional, pillows, dining room set, protection plan, delivery, assembly and tax.
Great Overall Experience!!I visited several furniture stores over the weekend where it seemed the employees either weren’t being paid for their time or need more training. Could be either or but then I decided to visit Raymour and Flanagan at Bronx Terminal and Javier was super helpful. He greeted me at the door let me look around for a few mins then came over and started asking questions about what I was looking for. He made several suggestions and finally helped me make a decision. Javier was super helpful, patient, knowledgeable. He was great!
Luis Vasquez has gone above and beyond with the customer service!! He’s the sole reason I didn’t buy my furniture online! He helped me find the perfect mattress and when no one else offered to help me! If all the associates were like this I would only shop in stores. He should train all of the other employees and deserves a promotion or something - for the best experience just ask for Luis!
Came in to get a replacement sofa and the experience couldnt have been better. Very friendly, attentive service and Frank was very helpful while we were making our selection, also very knowledgeable (even with regards to the Casper dog bed, which is only available online). The sale prices were extremely reasonable to boot; we were very happy with the whole process.

If I could give negative stars I would! Spent over 2k in order to get some furniture. One of the dressers had a drawer broken and was off track. I contacted the store and they sent me to a 3rd party to have them come and fix it. She tried to schedule an appt over 6 months away. I told her It cant take that long. She redirected me back to the store to a manager stating he can help me faster. He took my info said he would call me back and update me on the day they would come. Never called me back! The 3rd party called me 1 year later telling me they are coming out to fix it! No thanks we bought the part and fixed it ourselves over 9 months ago! We have new furniture after 1 year! NEVER EVER GO HERE unless you want to pay $2000 for broken furniture youll have to fix yourself!
Priscilla was amazing! She took her time with us and explained everything in details. She helped with different options with the furniture packages and also with financing the entire order and kept us hydrated with cold refreshing water bottles. Very poor customer service. As soon as I walked in with my family no one greeted us on our entry or even acknowledged us. We walked around the whole store and no one approached us once to ask if we needed assistance. On the way out as I told them thank you for helping out sarcastically. All of the gentlemen replied with a sarcastic your welcome and a wowww. Egregious behavior from these employees that are supposed to represent this company. Raymore and Flanagan should really send out a corporate advisor to make sure their employees are not subpar.
What a terrible experience! After walking in (not being greeted) my friend and I walked around aimlessly for around 30 minutes before anyone was able to help us, even after we asked for assistance! The people behind the customer service desk called on the overhead for assistance to come. My friend and I were left her own devices as we tried multiple mattresses to see our comfort level. We literally laid on every single mattress in the store before finally a sales person came to us and then made us lay down on the exact same beds we already laid on, even after addressing that we didn’t like a particular bed. After being told to lay down on around four beds we’ve already laid on and we knew that we did not like, he finally listen to us and followed us to the bed that we did like. The “beauty rest silver pillow top” which online was on sale for 719, But in store they had it on sale for 899 and they were unwilling to match the online sale price. Long story short we went right around the corner to mattress firm and purchase a mattress there. we were greeted immediately and had a wonderful time... If you are looking for a mattress avoid the store instead take the extra steps go around the corner and go to mattress firm ask for diamond or pearl and you will have an amazing time for sure!
Looking for furniture at Raymour & Flanigan was a breeze. I knew what I wanted and the sales associate knew what I was talking about and helped me get everything I needed for my daughter’s room. The place was clean, everyone was friendly and did I mention, they had everything I needed!! Great place and I will definitely shop there again.

What I did not like was I just spent over $4,000.00 prior to this purchase and the sales lady requested a 50%discount on delivery and it was denied.I have friends and family who purchase from you and to deny me that was a slap in the face.

My visit to the store was great. From the moment I got to the store, Rossilyn Guerra was extremely helpful. She along with her supervisor, I believe, helped me find the exact piece of furniture I was looking for on the computer. Even when I said I was going to take a look around before deciding to order, she was great. Everytime she saw me and my brother, she would ask if we needed any help or if were ready to order yet. Was never pushy because when we said we were still looking, she said it was fine and for us to take our time.
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THE USELESS WARRANTY! By far the worst customer service I’ve received for a bigger ticket item. This was the first time in my life that I have had to go to the BBB. Used car salesman tactics regarding pricing of furniture, subpar quality and durability, and the Platinum Protection Plan is the biggest joke of it all. As a mother, would never purchase a sectional without a warranty and it’s as if I did. I attempted to make three separate claims during the first year. The first claim was made as soon as the couch was delivered. Same day. Not one of my claims were fulfilled, two weren’t even responded to! Call the “make a claim” phone number on the website and leave a message. You will not get a call back. Emails unanswered. Not until I made a report to the Better Business Bureau did any of my reported and continued warranty claims get addressed. The reconciliation offering has been unsatisfactory and R&F has wasted my time along the way.
When I first walked into the store there was no waiting. Ms. Estevez [Rosanna] politely greeted me and asked how can she assist me. She was patient and knowledgeable about the merchandise and prices and sales. I felt very comfortable by her professionalism and made a purchase of close to $5,000, which I paid in full the very next day. I will definitely come back to purchase more items for my home!
We needed a mattress set. Family members previously purchased the beautyrest black series a few years ago and they recommended it. Met Rossilyn at the front door. She was very welcoming and friendly. We told her what we were looking for and guided us with the mattress options and the similar style mattress as our family members have. Although they didn’t have the same mattress as it was discontinued Rossilyn, was able to provide us with the updated version. Managers Frank and Darleny were amazing as well. Highly recommend this location for great customer care and service!!!
Javier Vazquez is the best he got me and my wife all we want it!! Including my adjustable bed bases together with the bed she want it! Very nice and very professional guy. He even inform us of the Purple mattress we even didnt know they had available. We had an awesome experience!
I had an amazing experience, the customer service i had from Eder Trinidad who was a consultant was spectacular. He helped me find the perfect bed for my grandma who just got surgery, he was very kind and understanding, I really appreciate this kind of good service. Will come back again and I recommend him.
Went to see if I could find a recliner for the hubby but will go to Lazy Boy before I decide. They did have one but it was a bit pricey. This is an ongoing process because my hubby feels as though a Recliner is useless. but will see how he responds once I haul it upstairs in the right spot!!

I was in the shop with my son to purchase bed for my son and daughter attending college. The salesman took us through the necessary steps. Upon reaching agreement, the lady at the counter said she has to confirm from my wife who is the card holder of your business. The Lady spoke to my wife and told her that the information we gave was fake. Meanwhile we bought Two twin beds from your shop and paid within six months. We have decided to return your credit card to you, because you dont need us again. But be careful with that Lady. With her behaviour, valued costumers would be rejected and the company would in the long run be affected. If Care to know my wife on Two occasions was involved for an Award by your company, but due to where She is working She was not able to come for the awards.

Luis Vasquez was the sales associate who assisted me with my purchase of a new mattress and he made sure i got the best possible value for my budget. This is my second time purchasing at Raymour and Flanigan. They really do have the best product quality and offer various financing plans.
I had a great experience at this Raymour & Flanigan location. I purchased my bedroom and living room furniture Set from this location. The sales representative Ms. Rosanna Estevez helped me every step of the way. I was recommended to this location by other customers that made purchases via Ms. Estevez. She made my experience comfortable and simple choosing the right mattress for my bed room. The best couches for my living room set for a reasonable affordable price. I when not too long ago and did not see her there. I want to write this review to show my appreciation to her and hopefully the owners of this location will send her this . Thank You to Ms. Estevez and Raymour & Flanigan for the customer service and for having great furniture.
First, I want to say the sales associates in the show room are EXCEPTIONAL and very helpful. The sales team had nothing to do with the below.I bought a sectional from Raymour & Flanigan in July that included a chaise. After a few months of use the wood frame on the chaise started to cave in. I called the warranty team to come out and take a look since I was well within the one-year warranty. The technician came out, dragged the chaise on its side, completely breaking it in the process. I didnt mind since I was under the assumption that it would be replaced since it was unfixable. After rounds of attempting to get in contact with them, I was then told that they would NOT replace or try to fix the chaise because it was a customer error. I was forced to spend $300 to replace myself.Again, the sales associates that helped me place the special order for the one specific part of the sectional I needed were delightful.
Pricey. Upon walking in you see a bunch of men just sitting there as if they’re home with their suits on. Only one person was very professional and helped us look around. I told him my budget and still showed me something pricey first as opposed tosomething within my budget. I was just turned off and out of respect browsed with him but was out within 8 minutes. I wasn’t impressed, some just look miserable standing there or sitting around. Now on the other hand, I have been to another very well known cost effective furniture store and let me tell y’all, their service was impecable and consistent. From beginning to end everyone was on point like a TEAM. Glad I did not purchase my furniture at this location 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽👌🏽🤗🤗🤗
Jaime was very patient and very experienced he walked me through the store I was looking for a twin bed frame box spring and a mattress and a dresser I was able to find it with Jamies help i was able to choose the right Furniture to my liking at bronx terminal and again Jaime is a very experienced associate I was very happy to leave with my purchase thank you
My actual visit to the store was not that bad, I purchased a mattress set & even with a few little things here and there that I felt did not meet a 5 star customer service experience, like for example I in a joking was told the customer service representative do the pillows come with the mattress that made the difference. He replied to me with a condescending tone they cost $100 each, to which I replied ohhh Jesus I try out a mattress with pillows & you send me a plain mattress home and laughed. I didn’t say anything but he did look at me a fed up attitude. Not appreciated when I am spending almost $900.Ok so deal is closed, paid for my mattress & I was told not once but a few times they would call me the next day (7/5/20) early in the morning. At 11:56 I called the store because I had not received my mattress and the gentleman who answered informs me you are not scheduled for a delivery today but until next week. I was in shock and told him this is impossible after explaining to him what I was told as well as that I had discarded my old mattress per store instructions he puts me on hold, when he returns his excuse was you came to the store too late and your order did not make it to our warehouse. Not true as my receipt shows a time stamp of 15:11 (mt) another shocker to me. His solution was we will get you your mattress by Tuesday next week, where am I supposed to sleep when I discarded my old mattress? I was just furious.He proceed to put me on hold again when he comes back he tells me Jaime (store rep that sold me the mattress) will contact you back.My phone rings at 12:26 pm Jaime very apologetic I am so sorry blah blah blah, we can get you Your mattress By tomorrow morning & give you $50Refund I Told him ok, but meanwhile I have no bed, he mentions let me speak to my manager and see what else can me done I will call you back in half hour. I said ok but see what can be done because sleeping on my sofa because of your mistake is worth more than $50.Waiting for a phone call still at 3:04pm I decide to call the store and see what’s going on, and ask for Jaime the person who answered the phone tells me he is busy with a customer would you like to leave him a message and I did leave my info plus I’ve been waiting for his call for over two hours.I waited and no call back which made me contact R&F on the website at approximately 6pm I send a text message filling a complaint about what is going on. At 6:14 pm I receive a call from Jaime and honestly his condense and tone was not appreciated less was the answer from his manager - My manager is going to grant you the $50 because I mentioned it but you shouldn’t get anything because of all the discounts we gave you. My reply what discount are you talking about? I didn’t get anything more than anyone else that walked in to the store it was advertised online, tv, everywhere. What special treatment did I get? None!His reply - we’ll do you want the mattress or would you like me to cxl your order?This is NOT at all acceptable, like I told him I did not purchase my mattress with fake money I swiped my card and the funds came out of my account immediately.I asked are you calling me because the complaint I filled ?- no no ma’am (but the tone went down).He kept on by telling me your not getting anything else from us. I said ok I will continue directly with R&F he said so do you or do you not want the mattress? If you don’t take it today I can’t promise you’ll get it when you make up your mind. Another WoW moment. I told him his customer service & his managers response are unacceptable I’ve worked in the hospitality Industry & customer service field for over 20 years at all different levels and I have never seen a customer be treated this way nor accepted that from any of the team members I managed. If the situation got difficult like this one I would call the customer myself not keep the customer waiting all day.Still waiting for a response.
Sales person was great and solutions oriented however; delivery was absolutely awful!Delivery guys were rude, throwing/slamming my new furniture in my basement, threaten to just take my shipment back when I said I don’t want to sign off given I had missing products. Come to find out after they assembled products was not correct. Delivery came a second day still missing same product on first day therefore a third delivery was needed. The delivery guys also said they would take our old mattress and base down to the basement for us and of course they left it in our hallway without letting us know. Absolutely incompetent and no customer service skills.
This store of Raymond Flanigan is one of the worse store I ever been too. Customer service here is a hell on earth. They dont pay attention to customer concerns they just want to make a sell and forget about you .I purchase a carpet and they sent the wrong one. when I call the store to speak to the rep Jamie he told me he would take care of it. He never did, they gave me the running around and never order the right one .I had to go personally to resolve the issue. I am still waiting for the one I order. I will never again step into this store much lest recommend anyone to this place.
My wife and I had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan. The salesperson, Natasha, assisted us to find the correct bedroom set and lamp for our guest bedroom within an affordable price range. In addition, the two gentlemen who set up the furniture did an awesome job.
I love RAYMOUR &Flanigan, they have excellent people ready to help you on your mattress selections, sofa and room furnitures. Velisnelsa helps me a lot with my purchase. Friendly atmosphere! Once I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help which at the moment I did not. However, the second I needed it within 5 seconds someone was able to assist ( I really wish I could remember his name ) as he should receive recognition for his outstanding customer service skills.
I always buy my furniture at Raymour and Flanigan. Even though I was not satisfied with the insurance that I purchased for my furniture, I decided to give it another try. So I went to buy more furniture without insurance and apparently the sells representative did not like that. Poor customer service. The sells representative had a bad attitude towards us, it seemed like she was annoyed and did not want to help us.
The service for sales is great but if you have a problem afterwards, it is the WORST! They never have a problem getting your money but if you need support afterwards.... watch out! Went to talk to a manager there and of course he was in a meeting and there was no one else who could help me despite the store being empty. Never buying from them again!
One of the worst experiences buying furniture Ive had. Took a day off of work to accept delivery, they were missing a whole piece without telling me. Took a 2nd day off to accept missing piece, they rescheduled last minute. 3rd day off of work and they brought the WRONG piece. Finally got missing piece after taking 4 days off of work. Spoke to the store manager who has done nothing to follow up on the situation. So disappointing. Maybe online furniture via places like Wayfair are the way of the future.
I love this store specially Raphy the person who helped us selecting our new furniture. He showed us different bedrooms set that will accommodate our needs and our budget. He help us looking online to get more options. He was very nice and professional if you go to this store ask for Raphy he is the best and the store has a great selection.
I was going to give a higher star until I realized that my delivery was not going to arrive on the date I was told. I was told that my purchase would be delivered on Thursday and I would receive a call on Weds night to confirm a delivery window. I called at 7:59 pm as I had not received a call. I was told that the item was out of stock and that they did not know why I was told a Thursday delivery date. Needless to say, I made arrangements with work for the Thursday delivery date.Very very very disappointed!!!!!
I had to do a reselection and the manager at the Bronx Terminal Raymour & Flanigan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about all my selection options, respectful, patient and didnt make me feel pressured to buy anything. I always have a great experience when shopping at Raymour & Flanigan and have been shopping there since 2008. Also, Platinum Protection is hands down the best service offered to a customer out of all stores, companies or businesses. Everything One could want at every one of there sites and I appreciate the courtesy of the staff including The floor manager Mr Frank Cosme @ the exterior Street Mall location. He did his best to make sure this customer is satisfied and Im now happy to report I have my exchanged item which I wished I didnt have to pay an extra delivery fee for 😖
I came into the store a while back because I needed a boxspring. The encounter I had with Edwin persuaded me into cancelling a sofa order I had with Wayfair. I didn’t see any I liked in the store but he managed to find one online for me, the Fillmore. My wife and I are sitting on it now and we love it. He’s a very patient and clever young man. If you see Edwin you’re in good hands.
If I could give Raymour and Flanigan a -10, I truly would. About 2 yrs ago I applied for their store credit card ($5,000) and the headaches began. I purchased some large leather couches, a large TV Stand with a fire place (electric) and a marble 5 piece dining table. 2 years later, the leather couches look like a kitten scratches them daily (i barely sit on them), the TV stand with the electrical fire place almost burnt the apt! I was able return it and got store credit but could only get another TV stand. So I decided to get a small TV stand for way less, and used the remainder to purchase a queen size (beauty rest) mattress (worst error everr) Ill explain that in a few. The dining table was sterdy, however the chair legs would become loose every other week, after 100 complaints and 3 services of them tightening the chairs, I received new ones! thank the lord. Now the mattress, after ONLY 3 MONTHS, began to have severe issues. I sink into it and it tilts, so while Im asleep, Im also falling off the bed. My back pains have become so bad that I am limping. I have made several complaints; they came and told me that although it has a defect I need to get it professionally cleaned (it has one small pink stain). I have been asking them what will be the next step if I get it professionally cleaned and I get no answer. So i have decided to contact corporate in hopes of some type of compensation. 2 years of living with broken, poor quality, unsafe furniture, in addition to stress and horrific customer service. I will also share this story with family, friends, and associates to prevent them from this nightmare!!! I have receipts and pictures to show my nightmare is REAL.
I visited this store for the first time in my life looking for a bed and being truly honest i was not going to buy it here but the service I received changed my mind, that is to say that one person can really make a difference. Im a sales person myself and i can tell she has the knowledge and the experience that a consumer needs in order to select the right product. Yes! Im talking about Luz Hamill. She is very patient and likable, you feel like you are talking to someone you know for years. Im definelly coming back but this time im going to ask for you if you are not there i’ll walk out. Thank You for your service and for being such a great person.
I rate them so low because the delivery service was unprofessional. The delivery guys made too many excuses about getting my furniture into my apt. They made no attempt to adjust furniture to fit up hall stairs. I suggested taking off Legs or using back stairs for better access and they refused, saying its against store policy ( I found out thats not true) Spoke in spanish amongst eachother and then left to return furnitire. All the guy said Mami cant fit, take back to store. I called store to complain and have furniture resend without legs and still too many complications. I thought the customer was ALWAYS RIGHT. Now returning my money will be another issue cause at this ppint Im done with there business.
Some years ago, my friend and I visited this store to look at furniture. The store salesman was not occupied, we looked over to him to indicate we needed assistance. He ignored us and few minutes after a person came in he asked did they need help. Ever since that happened I had no desire to ever go back to that store. I said it is your lost not mine! I went elsewhere and bought my leather couch and a $3,000 mattress, Stern & Foster.When there is disrespect for customers that is bad for busy in this Community.
Went to this store today looking for furniture and was super upset that out of the 5 workers i saw none acknowledged me or even asked if I needed anything or any assistance. They seemed to notice me but kept a distance and seemed as if they didnt want to be bothered. Horible just horible
I though raymour and flanigan was a respectful store but no. my husband and i bought 2 sofas about 8 month ago and the sales representative (her name is rosanna) told us that the sofas were made in leather. and after 8 months the sofas began lose their color, we went to the store and they make and appointment for a specialist to come and see the sofas, when he came he told us that the sofa were not made in leather. when we were back to the store the manager (darleny) was really unprofessional, she told us that she spoke to the sales representative and that she never say that to us. and that they can not fix the problem. how can she come to us and act like we are lying. we spend almost 2000 and now they can not fix the problem. she made the sales of the month she should be happy for that.be careful...
Just walking into Raymour & Flanigan and seeing all the beautiful furniture was amazing, even if your plans was just to browse it dosent work, you will buy something everytime. The sales people are so nice and inviting and make you feel like they are there just for you, I love it, and I would highly recommend Raymour and Flanigan, try it I promise you will love it.
Thank you to Adamilka for her knowledgeable help while I searched for a mattress ! I decided to go with the Serta iComfort Hybrid Blue Fusion 100 Firm Full Mattress and I DO NOT regret it! My back is happy and I no longer have to fight my sleep. If you’re looking for amazing help ask for Adamilka!!
Worst service ever .. I bought a dining table from this people which screws started coming off the first week .. My 5 year old felt from the chair wild eating .. I called to set an appointment for them to come fix it .. They came the first time a month later cause it seems there always booked .. Am calling them again because my chair are broken for the second time and they have no appoitment available .. The reps on the phone are super rude .. By the way my chair and table are metal chair which is suppose to be best quality but all the screws keep coming off on it own .. They dont work with people schedule by the way my days off are Sunday/ Monday and it seem they dont work on that day so i have to take a day off work whenever they actually give this appointment .. Is crazy i actually paid cash for my table no layaway and this is the service i get ... They claim to be better than Bob they are all the same dont buy your furniture from this people .. I bought from both equally bad experience

2022-02-15The sales person was nice, but the credit department tried to bill my credit 2 times one time for 9000 and the next for 10000. this was bad for my credit. i call the store and asked for a manager, she said she. this was not true. so i told her the bank wrote me this information, how can this not be true. she called some one in the credit department we where stuck on hold for over 40 min. then they got disconnected. and still no one has called me back. i am absolutely disappointed

2022-06-13The furniture is pricey but it is great furniture. However I bought a quilt set from here and it was 130 and it only came with a quilt and two pillow cases and it stains. There was blue ink leaking from the quilt. Extremely unacceptable. Stay away from the quilt sets there. Next on to their customer service department . I had a pretty big order and mr and my spouse both work and we both took a day off to recieve our items. Not all the items came and I had called customer service previously and they assured me 3 times the whole order was coming. When it did not I called and the representative just put me through to the salesman that I viewed everything with. The customer service reps were not friendly nor provided me with any further information. I also asked to speak to the manager TWICE and she never called me at all. I feel everyone was nice when you shop and pay.. but once the check clears your on your own. I wouldnt buy anything from that location due to the lack of customer service support.

2022-06-30Both employees did their job. Nice guys. When I asked if someone could help me carry a piece of furniture to the garbage bin I was told that he had a bad back and felt pretty bad. I can be sympathetic to him seein as I have had 6 procedures on my back. However there were two men. I gave a $20 tip, I had another $20 in my hand for some help. Didn’t get it. So I had to do it. Now I’m feeling like your employee.Secondly, there was a slight cut/scrape on one of the backs and I was told there would be a replacement. I’m a little disappointed about dragging that piece of furniture , could have used the help. That’s why I gave 3stars. Hopefully I will get the replacement piece.

2021-01-25The prices here are a little bit over priced, but they are willing to do price match.Sales person- ask for Steffanie, she was helpful and without being to pushy, it was like shopping with a friendStore- they do still allow you to sit and test out items in the store bed, couches, chairs.They have everything you need to furnish your place.
