This is a great school to take the Real Estate course. All the instructor are knowledgeable, and helpful. The staff is also kind and supportive. I enjoyed taking my classes at the Brooklyn location. Thank you for all your support!

Just finished my second week of classes and am extremely happy with the school. They have a great knowledgeable staff of instructors and front desk staff.Mr. Sajdak (instructor) is amazing. He really promotes the students to ask questions and makes sure the whole class understands the material.Front desk was very helpful and doesnt mind to stay in the office longer to help the students and are very friendly.I have taken this class in another school near by but was not able to finish the course (it was very Russian oriented). I would definitely recommend this school to anyone looking to get licensed or take Continuing Education.

The best teacher there is Vincent Arrigo. Doesn’t just read the book, he gives examples and shares some of his own experiences. He is honest and thorough. Wish he could teach in other sites as well

Not worth applying. They charged me for classes and promise a thorough lessons that are supposed to last for 3 or 4 hours and it really lasts one hour. After leaving my one hour class the manager takes my credit information to give me refund then changes her mind. ...Unprofessional --Not recommended.

Stay away from the insurance division. They got busted by an angry employee in their Manhattan division. There under review by the Dept of Financial Services. They are not following state-mandated hours and curriculum protocol. The instructors are frequently late and read from the text. Board outline inferior and academic delivery unsatisfactory. Dont be mislead by their administration and sales staff. Including their website, theyre not providing adequate instructional time. The individuals who work in their other venues have no knowledge of the law or insurance regulations. Consider my argument do your research in insurance education. Consider Kaplan, Poohs, Cuny or online. They have a captured audience the poor immigrant communities in Brooklyn, Flushing Queens, and Manhattan. They do have an outstanding instructor and Real Estate program in Flushing Queens. The instructor B. Williams is accomplished educator and Real Estate Broker. He accomplished individual in literature. And has exemplary command of the subject. The instruction in Manhattan misleading and disorganized. Consider my argument! Dont waste your time and money. With these individuals.

Was there for a class and i agree, Mr. Arrigo is the best teacher they have. He also makes he class fun and people don’t fall asleep in his class.

Teacher is great (mr sajdak) but the classroom is way too cramped and parking is IMPOSSIBLE if u r coming in with a car you can miss the whole class looking for a spot, happened to me multiple times

I called to inquire about registering for classes , so after telling me the classes are 425 I said ok thank can I call next week when I have the money ? And she just hung up after realizing I didn’t have the money right now smh I’ll go to somewhere more professional !

Best location .. Compared to flushing location.nice quiet nieghborhood .. Excellent teachers .especially. Frank .. Very knowlegable and good prep for the state exams . Worth every penny .
