Mr. Jamaica was so professional and patient with my flooring project! We took up all of the old carpet and replaced it with vinyl flooring planks. Being that the previous owners cut corners in many areas of our house, it was not an easy task! However, he went above and beyond to not only complete the project but to fix those areas! He was also able to see my vision which allowed me to feel like my ideas mattered as well!He also completed the job in a very timely manner! It took 2-3 days for EVERYTHING!! I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Jamaica for your home repairs or improvements! He is so knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work! LOVE IT!!

I highly recommend Mr. Roper of Realest Dimension to do quality work in your home. Not only is he skilled, knowledgeable and dependable, but he is honest and fair. As a single woman, I cannot count how many times companies have tried to take advantage of me. In addition, I really dont like letting strangers in my home, but Mr. Roper made me feel comfortable and confident in him. He is low key and focuses on the job. His quotes have come in lower than his competitors as well. He never jacks up the price because he thinks he can. Hes not one to take advantage. He has installed light fixtures and replaced celing fans and exhaust fans, fixed plumbing leaks, replaced my bathroom faucet fixture, repaired my siding, painted, inspected my roof, cleaned my gutters, and done countless other jobs in my home. I am so happy to have found a handyman I can trust and has wide knowledge and expertise in not only handyman services but also building and remodeling. He is far more than a handyman! I plan to hire him to redo my basement as he is knowledgeable of codes and can do everything from helping me decide the best layout, framing, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock and painting. Ive seen before and after pictures of many of his jobs and his work was outstanding. I am glad he will do simple jobs to complicated jobs because I am in need of both. I highly recomment Realest Dimension!

He was very professional and did an excellent job. I had a railing that had come loose from the wall going down into the basement and I needed to have 2 shelves put up in the basement. It was not a large job but I will be calling him back for my next project.Update:. I called for another job recently and Mr. Roper arranged to meet me about reframing two windows. Well he did not show up and did not answer any more calls and his voicemail was full. I emailed him still no response. I understand people are busy in the summer months but if you cannot get to the job, be professional and let the person know. Just dont leave them hanging. He responded on the first occasion but totally ignored me the second time I tried connecting with him. Very disappointed 😞😞😞.

Roper is a kind and hardworking man! Ive had him install doors, put up drywall, spackle, paint, add an electrical outlet, etc and Im always a happy customer. If something isnt to your expectation just let him know and he will do w/e possible to make you happy.

I reached out to Realest Dimension Handyman to help with a leaking gutter. Roper was very responsive and was able to come out the same day. He was professional and able to fix the repair quickly and efficiently. Havent had any issues since. He also charged very reasonably. I was very pleased and would use his services again. I recommend Realest Dimension Handyman Service.

Mr.Roper came and did an attachment to the outside of my house as well as insulating it. It was amazing and he was professional in every way. The room/attachment came out amazing and he even took the time out of his day to show me how to add certain things if I wanted to “diy”. I’ll definitely be calling him again for other services!!

I had Mr. Roper come and paint my apartment he did the living room, my bathroom and the kitchen he has done a wonderful job perfect mannerism and very punctual. I have recommended him to my friends and family!
