We recently had carpet installed in 3 rooms, hallway and stairs by Reality Carpet in Rocky Point. Everything went perfectly from the first time walking into the store last week until the job was completed all within 1 week! Joanne greeted me and totally understood what I was looking for. She made it so easy to help us make a decision about the color and type of carpet we needed. The owner, Jordan, personally came to the house to measure, with some great suggestions, but more importantly got the job done on time and within our budget. The installers, John and Frank , were professional, polite, neat, showed up on time, and did an amazing job ! We highly recommend Reality Carpet for all your flooring needs, you won’t be disappointed ! They truly add a personal, professional touch that you will never get from a big box store!

Jordan at Reality Carpet did an amazing job installing runners in our tricky staircases. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice when it came to choosing the perfect carpet. Thank you for everything! We love our new runners!

Recently, I was looking to change the carpet in my house. I stopped into a local store, Reality Carpet in Rocky Point. The owner, Jordan, came to my house to measure and commented about my cat. Immediately, he told me that I ordered a carpet that my cat will love to destroy with her nails, explaining why. I was surprised that an owner who was about to make a sale would be concerning and caring. I decided to take the owner’s advice and order another brand at Reality Carpet, which I didn’t have to do. My past has taught me that honesty in business is limited.In addition, the personnel (Tony and Joanne) were also helpful, professional and respectful.With the competence of this carpet store, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.I highly recommend this 5 star establishment.
