I entered the store reluctantly because over the years I thought of it as tony and stand-off Ish. What happened today when I chanced in was anything but that. There was a friendly greeting without a hard sell. The storekeepers let the merchandise speak for itself and I was very impressed with the uniqueness of the selection. When I zeroed in on an item, the owner was there to answer my questions and point out the best features of it. I bought and I will be back.

I felt like Id made new friends when I left the shop. I felt that Rande would tell me the truth. Her items are all totally me! And... if I had to sum up Really Great Things in one line, after traveling all over the world and shopping everywhere from Via Spiga in Milan to Hong Kongs finest, I would say, If money were no object and I could only shop in one store, I would choose Really Great Things in NYC.
