Rebalance helped me sleep better and focus. I have anxiety and at one point I was feeling much worse than usual. I wasn’t sleeping well, couldn’t focus on work and was always feeling massive stress throughout the day even right when I woke up. The thorough doctors at Rebalance checked my cortisol levels and did a full hormonal test. Once they prescribed me the appropriate supplements I felt like a different person. I was sleeping again and waking up feeling rested. I recommend everyone check their hormones!
Going to Rebalance was the best thing I did in the past year. Originally I went to see Dr. Lipnitsky with my frozen shoulder problem. It’s the first time that no one was pushing drugs or surgery on me. Instead, through his hard work he was able to fix my frozen shoulder in one month. Thanks to them I also found out that it was caused by my early menopause. As a graduate student I was very stressed and started losing my hair. I consulted Dr. Natalya and we decided to try a PRP treatment for my scalp to stimulate the hair growth. It took a few sessions but I noticed change. It helped jumpstart the process and along with the Nutrafol supplements I started taking as recommended by the intelligent doctors at ReBalance my hair began growing back thick again.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! I have had chronic knee and feet pain for over a year, and some pain in my chest and upper back from workout injuries. Dr. Lipnitsky has treated ALL my areas of pain and I feel GREAT. I have gone to so many places over the past year and nothing has worked... Ive gone to Dr. Lipnitsky for 3 treatments (out of my 6) and notice a huge difference. My pain level used to be an 8/9 out of 10 and now it is a 4/5 out of 10. If you have chronic pain, go see Dr. Lipnitsky. He also teaches you functional exercises, which has helped with lessening my knee pain and has helped strengthen my core. He is FANTASTIC!!!
I came to Dr. Lipnitsky for frozen shoulder treatment. In the consultation, after carefully assessing me and providing me with a wealth of information on my condition, he confidently told me he could cure me in 10 treatments. I then went to get a 2nd opinion with a standard physical therapist who told me that my condition would last for 8-12 more months with weekly physical therapy appointments and daily exercise (and 1-2 years without it). So I decided to give Dr. Lipnitsky a try. After having had only 3 treatments I am confident that he could cure me completely in 10 or less. So far, my mobility has increased swiftly and beyond belief. I have been diligently following his physical therapy exercises daily as well, and just yesterday my husband commented that it looks like my shoulder is no longer frozen - I can now lift my arm straight up over my head in front and straight up on the side. Life is returning to normal. Im still not 100% better, but Ive only had 3 treatments. At this rate, I think I might only need two more treatments to be healed completely. My only warning is that the treatment is painful (no pain, no gain) - but Dr. Lipnitsky has been very sensitive to my pain threshold and is always willing to stop or ease up - even if he just senses Im in increasing pain, he will check in about it. So although its a no pain, no gain situation, there is always the option to go easier and slower, and the pain has definitely been bearable. He is a great healer and as a female (why typically prefers female doctors), I felt very comfortable and at ease being treated by him - hes very professional with a warm personality. I highly recommend him to anyone with frozen shoulder, and Im really grateful that he has helped me!
After carefully researching a sea of medi spas I was lucky to come across Rebalance. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! The ambiance, the level of professionalism, courtesy of the staff and the spa menu is on the next level but I really want to mention Liliya Rudenko. I can’t describe her as any other than an aesthetician-extraordinaire! I mean she gave my skin the glow and life I never even thought possible. I have always been extremely diligent with my skin routine and frequented pricey and famous spas not just in NYC but all over the world but this girl...she just made me feel and look more beautiful than I ever thought I could be. Her recommendations were spot on. The procedures worked ideally and her respectful and gentle manner makes it a pleasure to care for myself. Highly recommend to visit!
This doctor really does a great job. I always feel a lot better after a session. He is gentle and always works with care. I find this company to be the most effective in NYC for my chronic back pain.
The chiropractor at NYC low back pain did a complete posture analysis for me. I was suffering from low back pain, and aching knees, after walking around for only an hour. She recommended orthotic shoes for me and my pain was gone almost instantly. I wish I had seen her at the back pain clinic a long time ago.

I discovered this back pain clinic in Midtown NYC when I was out for a walk on my lunch break. I had a bad back fro over a year and nothing seemed to help. One visit to this place and I started to fell better. After three visits the level of pain has diminished considerably. I believe that in a few more weeks it will be gone for good.

Not reliable doctors. Money oriented , not patient oriented. Take to long to return phone calls or emails. Dont follow up on patient care and tests. The front desk lady has poor communication skills and rude. Extremely overpriced

I recently had my second visit to Rebalance NyC. Since I have acne, I have been doing my acne facial. Liliya Rudenko is an AMAZING esthetician! I feel comfortable and relaxed while I am there. She always tells you what she is doing and what to expect. I have noticed that not all facials have the same routine. She is very knowledgeable and goes with what your skin needs that day. My skin feels amazing afterwards and heals very well from acne extractions. I totally recommend it!

2022-04-10My experience with Rebalance was excellent. It was my first time getting a facial with Rebalance. Lilya was informative, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was serene ,clean and relaxing. This was the best facial I have had in a long time. I live in NJ and travel here on a Sunday. NJ does not have these type of expansive services as NY provides. Worth the trip.

2022-01-02I started loosing my hair more and more after I had my third child. Tried many different products but nothing was really working. I just finished my fourth session of PRP and I already see an amazing improvement. Besides having much fuller hair, my hair also became significantly healthier and more beautiful.I love their holistic approach to health. I was so impressed with the facility and the variety of treatments they offer that I decided to do some IV treatments for my autoimmune problem that I have been battling for many years. 2021-12-28I came to Rebalance to lose some weight. Great stuff and amazing doctors. They were able to identify the problem behind my weight gain, and many other little health changes that I have been experiencing in the past few years. Now I am working with their clinical nutritionist as well as Dr. Natalia and so far extremely happy with my results.

2022-01-04I went to Rebalance because I read that they have a program to treat adult acne. Both doctor and aesthetician were amazing. I am very happy with the results. They had significantly more to offer then other places I went to. After a few treatments with Aesthetician my acne was gone. I’m still doing some detox IVs as a part of the program and feeling amazing overall. I am very happy with my results and that I did not have to take any medications.

2022-01-15I had a lot of acne growing up and into adulthood was left with scars. I started seeing the amazing esthetician at ReBalance and she recommended I do IPL. It changed my life, over time my scarring diminished substantially and my face was clearer than ever before. It also helped with my rosacea that would cause random acne flare ups around winter time. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and I loved how they worked as a close knit team.

2021-10-10I have had a great experience with the staff at Rebalance. Dr. Fazylova was able to give me such great advice in regards to health, I have been trying to conceive for a few years and she was able to guide me in the right direction. The IV infusions gave me the energy I needed to get back on my feet and feel myself again. They also do Facials here ! Which is a great plus, not only do I feel good, My skin also looks great too !! They really turned my life around for the better !

2022-01-15I was seen Dr. Natalia at Rebalance for a hair loss problem.I had as series of PRP done as well as some peptides injections. It’s been eight months since I started the treatment. I’m extremely happy with the results and looking forward to do some more treatment in a few years.

2022-02-27The esthetician was not careful to my face the 45 minutes was 20 min. She also was not careful and gave me an allergic reaction after I have told her Im allergic to benzoyl peroxide. She doesnt know the ingredients of the products that she uses to ensure safety. My face was so swollen it lasted for 5 days of agony. It wasnt a relaxing facial care at all.
