I had dropped my phone on pavement and shattered my screen. Not having insurance, I looked for a local place where I could have it repaired. A friend recommended red booth store and I am so happy that I went. They were easy to contact and gave me a quote right away. They were very attentive, friendly, and the results were excellent. Its like I have a brand new phone. Very pleased

After reading the online reviews I decided this was the only place I would trust to retrieve the thousands of photos, texts and contacts on my phone that just died. I went in the store - a tiny but efficient booth in the corner of a restaurant and hoped the gentleman would be able to help me. Within 5 minutes, he was able to NOT retrieve my data, but to raise my cellphone from the dead. The blank screen lit up for the first time in days and I saw all my contacts and texts as if there was never a problem. I told him it was a miracle. But in reality it was his skilled hands and excellent technical knowledge that did the trick. I will never bring any telephone to any other repair shop. Hes got a customer for life. Thank you.

This business is highly recommended for cell phone repairs. The young man who does the work is technically skilled and amiable - a rare combination of good technical knowledge and human communications.He replaced my cell phone battery for a little under $100 (the Samsung Note 5 battery is not user replaceable). Other than the battery, the phone was perfectly fine and still fit my needs. So, this repair avoided buying a replacement which at current prices saved me about $900. A very good deal!Two things to help make your experience work well for you.1) The Red Booth (looks like an oversized phone booth if anyone remembers what they were) is inside the Extra Napkin restaurant (on the right after you enter). The Red Booths location is not visible from the outside.2) Call ahead to make sure he is available before you drive. He is going to school and is not always there during the open hours of the restaurant.
Oh jeez, where to begin. was my first thought after I accidentally ran my macbooks os into non-existence... Luckily, the guys over at the Red Booth Store were knowledgeable and there. This was after I watched five hours of YT videos trying to fix it myself, after I contacted apple support, and after I showed it to my best tech friend. Couldnt hack it! They fixed it, in a day too. These guys are smart. And theyre also honest to their core. Truly, if you ever need, I assume, anything tech fixed, head over there.. Heard you can get a good burger and fries while you wait too!
Got the screen replaced last week and it worked for a while. Then screen went half blue and the phone wouldnt work. Apple said the repair was done incorrectly, things tied together that werent right. Cant get my money back without having Red Booth take it apart again. Not a chance!

Anytime my wife or my phone breaks I bring it to these guys they are great people super nice to deal with and do a great job at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.
Brought a phone in about 9 months ago. They tried to solder the removable battery to the hard drive. not only did it not work but it fried my the motherboard...and the cell phone is toast!

Wonderful service, my phone crashed and couldn’t get an appointment with apple. The gentleman there reset my phone and got it working again with no trouble and very quickly.

2022-05-26Cheapest and most immediate option available in the area, plus great customer service. Everyone else needed to ship in the screen I needed fixed, but he had it on hand. I initially received his voicemail, which I did not leave a message on. He followed up with a text anyway. After discussing my needs, he offered the lowest quote Id heard and said hed have it done in an hour. One hour later, I had my phone in hand (which Im leaving this review on now!). Great price, great turnaround time, and a friendly guy to boot. Some people might think its a little odd his shop is in a restaurant, but I think its a good use of space in a convenient location. This is the first place Ill recommend to anyone who needs a mobile phone repair.

2022-06-29Fast, very affordable solutions to charging ports that are wearing out, tablet, switch, laptop screens that are broken, cracked and otherwise out of proper commission! Sadar is extremely friendly, actually cares that YOU are the customer there! Actually listens to you and offers solutions based on what youre looking to do and consider it to a new machine because some of our machines are just getting too old to put any more money into. Hell back everything up so you save everything and just load it on a new machine if thats the way you want to go. The advice, service, counsel and repairs he made for me on 3 machines were just incredible! $20 for the whole thing and that includes a specific charging cable for a device that we lost the charger to. This guy is great and Im talking with him now on how to balance out the WiFi in the house from Spectrum because its a mess. Hes got solutions and hes going to present them to me and see which way wed like to go so the WiFi is balanced throughout our 3,000 SqFt, 3 story home!! I could not give a higher recommendation to just check them out! Oh, as an aside, the food there is excellent! We had a bunch of Mediterranean special food taken home and we were VERY impressed. We definitely will be ordering food from there again!

2021-12-07Repaired the screen on my iPhone 7. There was a minor issue after my screen was repaired, I texted the owner got a response immediately. He was able to fix the issue in about 5 min the following day. He even met me at the door to open the door for me as I had my 3 month old son with me and was struggling. I would recommend that you call prior to showing up if you go earlier in the day. Thanks so much for the great service!

2021-01-19Went to the store and got a quote to have my screen fixed and brought it back 2 hours later to have it done. It was ready within 45 minutes and for a reasonable price. They were very nice and even put on a complimentary screen protector. Workmanship like this is rare to find in 2021!! They truly care about the customer and making sure they leave happy. Hopefully no more phone problems for a while but I will definitely be back if I ever have any more. Highly recommend! 5+ STARS!!!
