The acai bowl is NOT the best. Maybe they used rotten milk that day but the Green PST shake is AMAZING. Nice music but too loud to work in. Wish the peanut butter acai bowl was decent :-(
Kind of a run of the mill yogurt/soft serve + toppings place. They are always rotating their flavors. Usually have 10.
I wish they had more locations. This last time I went in there at 9PM and was told they only had frozen yogurt left. I couldnt get an Acai Bowl that I wanted. The employee claimed they were sold out. They close at 10PM.

I’m so sad to write this, because the place looks really beautiful and healthy , however, the juice which I order today and the guy who made it ( with our uniform, I guess a manager or owner ) was horrible ! First of all, me and my husband was trying to desire which Juice to order , and this guy was rushing us , I ask him a question , and when I decide we ask me if I want only one , and I said yes , this gentleman start to laugh, because it take me time to order one juice so much time ((( Second, The just which have to be with the pineapple , cucumber mint and orange, it is doesn’t taste like orange or pineapple or mint , it has or too much cucumber or too much water was added ( I will don’t mind , but the bootle is almost $9 ! Guys that’s was covetous( we were thinking to come back, but we will not !i do not recommend this place (
The worst yogurt I have ever had. Normally I liked red mango but this branch was the worst. I heard from my friend who worked there that the owner not giving enough importance to keep the machines clean.

If you can order ahead, that would be a good idea, because it can turn into a bit of a wait. Menu is delicious and filling. I prefer to take out than eat in, but that is simply my preference.
I leave all the from the Bronx just to have some of this frozen yogurt. It’s none dairy but creamy as ever, with all natural ingredients. A variety of delicious flavors and toppings. Omg, I can’t get enough.

I am lactose allergic. They have this extremely delicious non dairy peanut butter froyo ...omg!!! Also they have non dairy dark chocolate which is really good too. The prices are reasonable. They have a variety of flavors for who can eat lactose.
Once I came to United States, I started working there. The Turkish owner of this branch of Red Mango didn’t paid my money. I worked there almost one week. At the end of the week he said ok it was a training so I won’t pay you! I wrote a letter to Red Mango regarding that issue. And I saw that he was especially trying to get undocumented people for employment so that he don’t require paying tax. And maybe he thinks it is easy to manage them. There is also one Turkish restaurant close to red mango. And the owner is the same guy. I heard same kind of issues as well from this restaurant. I ALREADY MADE A COMPLAINT TO RELATED DEPARTMENTS OF NYC.While I work there, yogurt machine was not cleaned properly. I HIGHYL DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The cashier Natalie was rude . She didn’t greet me when I walked in . When it was time to place my order I asked for a strawberry yogurt she asked what size I said small she said large then I said no I would like the small. She grabs a cup so I said I want frozen yogurt. She rudely raises her voice & says you have to go make it yourself. This is my first time coming there so how would I know. Anyway, this was a horrible first experience. I will not visit again.
I ordered delivery from them via Doordash and got (among other things) their Chocolate Hazelnut Banana Berry Acai bowl. I noticed that the item description included pumpkin seed granola, which I have a hard time eating, so I told them in the comments and asked if they would be able to substitute the granola with whatever fruit they might have available. I received a bowl full of fruit of all kinds (the quality of the fruit was wonderful, very fresh!). They really went above and beyond my expectations and I am so grateful to the staff for their amazing customer service. Thank you so much, and I absolutely cannot wait to order from here again!

I visit red mango like 1-2 times a week and always get their delicious Acai bowl. The only problem here is that i always place my order through the App i like to order ahead so i dont have to be waiting and to avoid the lady at the front because everytime i walk in there she seems to have an attitude (very rude) No thank you no hi no please ((RUDE)) but MY ORDER IS NEVER READY which i dont understand why because everytime i walk in there its empty so its not like shes helping anybody out. its been going on for too long that i finally decided to give my review.Delicious Acai bowl! terrible service
This place has great fro-yo flavors that are very interesting and not your average ice cream flavors. The staff was very friendly and its a good place to visit on a day out with your friends I loved the Taro fro-yo that they had. I will say that I find this place a bit on the pricer side and compared to fro-yo places such as forty carrots in Bloomingdales its not the most price reasonable place.
Great selection of toppings with tasty frozen yogurt flavors and delicious smoothies.If youre looking for frozen yogurt, I highly recommend the Lucky Taro or Vanilla Latte flavors if theyre available. Additionally, dont be afraid to try the mochi topping if youve never had it. Its unlikely satisfying.
I always enjoy going. The drinks are super good and healthy. The ACAI bowls are awesome. Im always greeted upon entering. The young lady is always very personable and nice.
We went to Red Mango based on G+ suggestion. My friend had been looking for a specific dessert which was referenced on the menu. Unfortunately the strawberry shortcake wasnt a full-on dessert but instead a flavor of milkshake. We decided on a cookie sandwich instead. It was tasty but a little pricy. I knew it was popular so I cannot complain about the wait time on a Saturday night in July. I will complain, however, that the restroom was out of order and the staff was in an extreme rush to move us along. Overall- a good experience- but probably not enough to go out of the way to return.
This was literally the worst frozen yogurt bowl I have ever had. The yogurt itself was watery with a hint of its claimed taste.The original flavor tastes like bad yogurt, the toppings were stale and it was just supremely disappointing
Great smoothies. The berry banana is pretty good. The price is what you would expect for a healthy smoothie. Paid about $14 for two 16 oz smoothies. Taste like real fruit and not the cheap stuff you can get from McDonalds
4 stars for the yogurt & freshness of toppings. However, 2-3 stars for the super unfriendly staff. On several occasions, the manager has been pretty rude and impatient to my coworkers and me even when there are no customers in the store. Oh well, Im still coming here for the hazelnut & original yogurt!

Everyone loves Red Mango, but if youre expecting the same quality service from this location, well, dont. The workers are unfriendly and weird. Their flavors are more of Red velvet cupcake and almost none of the original flavors such as pomegranate or regular. And, the biggest downside, is that to try a flavor, you have to let the workers fill one of those tiny cups FOR YOU with whatever amount they decide and hand it to you. Its usually dripping on their hands, and it makes for a very unsanitary situation. I understand that people abuse samples, but would it be the biggest deal to just continue to hide the sample cups behind the counter and hand the customer one when they want a sample?
Large amount of flavor variety, good customer service and usually tables are free to sit down and escape from the heat.
Really cute place to get frozen yogurt, smoothies and yogurt bowls. They have a good range of flavors. Subway for 2 and 3 lines is very close.
Frozen Yoghurt place with not many flavours - but it is a nice selection of them.There are no long waiting lines, since this place is maybe not yet that popular. However, I was very surprised that I have to ask for sample cups I do not know all of this flavours like white peach (super yummy) and wanted to see if i like it before I buy it. I was even more surprised when the selling lady then went arount the corner and came with 2 sampling cups and was asking me which i want to try. Then she was putting a drop in the cup and gave it to me. I am used that you get a hand full sampling cups if you want as soon as you enter the shop and then you can sample as much as you like by self service.

Ripped off! $35 delivery order of Red Mango...paid extra for delivery. The Quart only had 14oz of froyo! A quart should have 32oz. (only swirled against the edges of the container and hollow in the middle) The large cup after partially eaten weighed 9ounces.

Terrible delivery, the service takes 1.5 hours at a minimum. They charged my card and never showed up! I spoke with Hussein twice who couldnt put a sentence together and wouldnt refund my card even though the delivery never came.
Poor customer service! I asked for a lid and a bag after purchase so that I can bring it back to the office and the girl looked so annoyed. My office is a few blocks away, but I have been staying clear of this place.

My favorite dessert is icaibowl, the people who work there are very friendly, I recommend it, they have a lot of variety.
From Fulton Street, ordering 5 smoothies from a not very cooperative employee.The smoothies are good without more. They are served in plastic containers and are very cold (a lot of crushed ice?) With many different recipes.3 or 4 tables and a console to land.
The Acai Bowl is extraordinary, to try!

2022-03-18Today my coworkers and I made a visit here. It was my first time and it was such a nice surprise. It was really clean inside and the staff was so nice and kind. I had the chocolate peanut butter with a bunch of amazing toppings; mini carmel cups, chopped peanuts, rainbow sprinkles, and Oreos. 10/10!

2022-05-20Was really excited to try the açai bowls after seeing them on the menu. Several tables had ordered them to eat. Customized mine to my liking with all the fixings. Was really happy with the serving size for the price, but was a bit disappointed as the açai tasted watered down and the mangos (which was part of the name) were not sweet.

2022-06-21We arrived at the store before closing time, and the woman who was working at the store on 6/20 at 9:50 pm told us that the store was closed at 9:55 pm and told us to leave. We mentioned it was only 9:50 pm and asked if we could quickly get our yogurt. The woman yelled that she would not be helping us and to leave the store and that she would not be helping us. She subsequently allowed two other customers to enter the store and purchase frozen yogurt. When we saw this and asked if we could also get yogurt and again emphasized we would be fast, she told us she would not be serving us today. She then yelled at us again to get out of the store. We are two Asian women. The two customers who were served were not. I am appalled by this rude behavior. This woman should not be working at Red Mango. Horrible!

2022-04-27Depending on your daily allotment for carbs, I get the dark chocolate skinny sorbetto; otherwise, obviously, in the past I loved so many of their flavors, low calorie & low-fat as well as quite an assortment up toppings from fresh fruit like strawberries, raspberries and even kiwi to breakfast cereals and chocolate candies.Get what works for you (I get The Skinny Sorbetto with Raspberries), but no need to hesitate & get some!!

2018-07-28Terrific location for some light fare to satisfy those sugar cravings! They have all the old classics as well as some of the more unusual flavors like pomegranate and lucky taro. Comfy and cozy seating arrangements too if you want to enjoy the deliciousness of the frozen yogurt then and there!

2019-06-15Haha okay, to begin with, Im a huge ice cream/fro-yo eater. I was feeling the craving for something sweet and cold, so obviously ice cream was my first thought. I was hoping that Red Mango would do it for me but it seriously didnt. This Red Mango is quite small and not the cleanest. The cups and bowls are in the back of the store. When we entered, there was no one at the counter to greet us. We got our cups of fro-yo and went to the counter to pay and get toppings. We had to wait there while the employee was on her phone and doing other things.Since it was a little breezy outside, we decided to eat there. While we were there, the employee was making an order to go, and while doing so, dropped a spoon on the ground. She then proceeded to put that spoon back into the pile of other spoons that were there. ... Gross.
