Amazing company. I travel a lot for work so it is tough sometimes to find healthy, cheap, and filling meals. Redefine meals helps take care of all of that for me. The food here is absolutely incredible and the amount of options they have is awesome. The Hawaiian salmon is seriously INCREDIBLE. I’m already excited for lunch today so I can have some more. Great food, great price, and great people!
The service is amazing, very genuine and helpful crew. The food has helped manage me and my boyfriends nutritional intake so much! The options are endless and I get to choose right at the store! Redefined meals has helped minimize lunch prep and dinner prep, and is cost beneficial to everyone! Not only does it taste good and is packed with macros, but it makes you want more!! Ive never had such a easy process in buying healthy meals locally in a store that provides a variety of options . Upon arriving to the store I was greeted by the counterman and he went out of his way to help me in the finding the best meals that fits my diet regimen. The food options in this store is endless, and along with buying fresh and already prepped meals, they also have bulk options if you want to create your own healthy combinations of food. Redefined meals has made my life so easy and convenient and I can’t wait to buy more for next weeks prep!!!
Best Food Prep Company on the island! redefine helps me maintain a healthy life style while enjoying foods I love and that aren’t boring. All of their food is delicious and easy to heat up and go. And if you have a sweet tooth.. Go for their protein muffins and you’ll thank me later!

Redefine Meals has become on the of the fastest growing meal prep companies on Long Island in recent years. Their food is top notch and they have something for everyone! The customer service is great and delivery time is exceptional. Highly recommend!
This place is absolutely gross. I was using another meal prep company and decided to try another one. I liked that RM offered several days for pickup or delivery during the week, which is a plus from other companies. HOWEVER.... The food was absolutely nothing to write home about.... My very first meal from them to try were the chicken bites with veg.... First of all, the dipping sauce had a huge long black hair in it!!! And the chicken bites were salty af.... Another meal I had was I think hibachi shrimp.... The shrimp were good, but the veggies were gross - the zucchini was ROTTON, discolored and foul smelling. The other meals were simply bland. The best thing I ate was the chicken pan stickers. The overnight oats had no taste.... DO NOT RECOMMENDED.

Always a go to place when I get hungry. They have a large selection to choose from and the staff is always helpful. My go to meal is the Chipotle Chicken Bowl which they offer as a Keto option too. They make eating healthy easier without having to sacrifice taste. Highly recommended to at least give it a try.
Food is great and the service is even greater. A young man Antonio was a pleasure with my family and I and he helped us with our meals.
Commuting in the city Monday-Friday had me eating terribly. I don’t have much time to prep my own meals and it led to a bad diet. Luckily for redefine they put me back on track. The delivery week after week is quick, it’s easy to eat while always on the move at work, and of course it’s delicious. Thank you Redefine!
The food is on point, the price isnt bad at all plus friendly staff makes for a great meal prep spot. Would love to see more food options with a little more flavor and then this place would be over the top!
