Honestly..I love Redi Imports. Great Customer Service, efficient work, good hours, and good people. However, the owner Ryan is incredible, nice, and honestly an amazing person. I was in the transition of my jobs and I had a small emergency situation with my car. I had no money to pay him but the repair was needed, and if not fixed the cost later would have been much more. Through a verbal agreement, Ryan let me pay him later for the repair, and I couldnt have been happier. Now my car is working, my new job is going great and i have paid back Ryan for his incredible services. This is not a regular things for me to put a review, but when I do its because of the amazing people and business that I went too! :)
I’ve been taking my BMW and Mini here for service for a few years now. Recently I purchased an older Honda Civic in need of numerous repairs that had been sitting for over a year! Redi Imports diagnosed every problem and had the car ready for state inspection without a problem. I then drove the 01 Honda all the way to south Florida’s without an incident! I was so happy and so was my son when I gave him the car. I highly recommend Redi Imports for any and all types of automotive services! These people are reasonably priced and you do truly get what you pay for....
I was visiting the Rochester area when my car needed some unexpected repairs. Not being from here I did a Google search, and read the reviews from previous customers. So I am grateful for those comments, because I really am happy, and relieved I chose Redi Imports to work on my vehicle. Every single one of the staff members like Alexa and Libby were friendly, professional, and thorough. Jed the shop manager who took me on a test drive, was patient in answering my questions, and was very helpful in making sure I understood some of the basic mechanics of my car. I thank each and every one of them sincerely for a job well done.
Completely UNPROFESSIONAL... during my experience with Ryan, I was insulted and talked to like a child. Long story short I took my car there for a part to be fixed I paid upfront the amount I was quoted for the repair which was guaranteed by Ryan. Unfortunately due to some issue, the part could not be repaired after I already paid in full. I was told I would get a refund, but it unreasonably lower than what I paid. When I confronted Ryan and asked for clarity I was told “ I’m not losing money over you”. “ it’s not my fault you don’t know how cars work”. All I wanted was to receive most of my money back since I was assured it would be fixed. I expected more from this shop. Completely unprofessional and it doesnt make sense why I couldnt receive most of my money back after my car wasnt fixed at all. Ive been in the car scene for a while and this is by far the worst experience of unprofessionalism Ive encountered. If you want to get work done on your imports seek a different shop.
Ryan (and all of Redi Imports) are the best around!! I bought a Subaru off Craigslist a few years ago, and Redi helped me look it over/ensure its quality. They treat me with respect, and always provide me with multiple options and honest advice. Best mechanic/car shop I have ever been to, across different cities and different states. I have been going to them exclusively for years, and will continue to in the future. Ryan and staff really know cars and I highly recommend Redi Imports.
Id like to start off this review by giving credit where it’s due. The customer service provided by the technician and front desk assistant were fantastic and very kind people who wanted to make sure the job was done right. The owner of the company Ryan P. Lynch was nothing of the sort.I needed to get my car inspected and I chose Redi Imports as theyre local and Ive been going to them for the past 3 years to get routine work done and inspections. There havent been any complaints up until this year; the only difference is that the previous 2 years the owner Ryan did not insert himself into the work being done. Its also important to note that I decided to loop my father into the mix as he is an experienced Ford technician that has over 20 years of experience in the field of work as I know if he backs up a mechanic and the work they do I can too.The beginning of this fiasco started when Ryan told my father misleading information; for this reason there was some severe misunderstanding. We were both told If we clean up the rotors and brakes and fix the coil spring it will pass inspection so we did exactly that and ended up cleaning the rotors and best as we could possibly have done as well as fixed the spring. After the work was done and the second inspection happened, the car was failed again which came as a surprise to me and my father. This time it was due to the work that we did not being sufficient which was surprising to us.Up until this point we were almost completely in agreement and were willing to work with them to have the car pass inspection but then my father received a call by Ryan stating the work we did was not very good and We could have done a much better job. One important fact of the matter is that Ryan was not in the office and didn’t see the work himself because he out of the office. He stated the rotors we in the same condition as they were before which was simply not true.After being insulted we decided to just let them finish the inspection as Ryan stated he would waive the final safety inspection cost (10 whole dollars) for his miscommunication. We fixed the problems with the car again by buying brand new rotors so it would pass and thankfully the third time the car was passed. I wasnt terribly happy with Ryans comment towards my father but I thought everyone who wasnt him did a great job and was quite happy excluding when Ryan included himself into the inspection.This brings me to the straw that not only broke the camel’s back but gave the camel irreparable back damage that left the camel hospitalized for the rest of their life. Ryan decided it would be a good idea to call me and my father after the third inspection took place to have us change our previous review and see how we enjoyed our experience with Redi Imports. I stated in a very reasonable and calm way that I liked the work that the technician did however I did not appreciate what he said to my father. This statement made Ryan very upset and proceeded to be very sarcastic until he ended the call abruptly stating Sorry for the inconvenience, youre no longer welcome here and then hung up on me, which was completely out of left field.Ryan then called my father to complain how he had left them a 2 star review after insulting us on our work, which we actually planned on updating after the third inspection. However Ryan again acted incredibly unprofessional on the call to my father stating that he has a family to feed and that we misinterpreted everything he said.If you feel like using Redi Imports Id recommend them with one exception and that is to make sure Ryan P. Lynch is in no way, shape, or form involved in the work being done on your vehicle. Im sure Ryan is reading this and will reply saying how We did everything we could to fix the issue but for the reader of this review please know he is very sarcastic and condescending when you dont agree with his every word. I don’t know what he was going through at the time but it’s never acceptable to take it out on a customer.
Brung my Audi q5 for water pump service. The lady behind the front desk was very helpful and awesome.. the service was great!, friendly and very knowledgeable.. price was great didn’t burn both arms and legs 😂 like other mechanic shop or dealership would. I recommend redi import . Will be back soon with my other car’s.
This review is in response to the impeccable service I received once again from Ryan (The owner) and his crew over at Redi Imports. Since 2 weeks ago I had been in contact with the team here to get some suspension components swapped on my Gti. From the moment I made contact with them to the day of execution (last Friday), I was rest assured that I was in proper care. At this time, I’d like to thank both Shane & Brittney for their service. They kept me updated throughout the entire process of when I had to order parts, and gave responsive feedback. As well, thank you Alex for your hard work replacing the suspension and aligning the car. The car drives Amazing!! The level of professionalism here has always been and still is Outstanding! The team here not only has a deep passion for the automotive industry, but their main quality that sets them apart from other shops, is that they understand people. This place does great work. They were able to take my car in on short notice for a full clutch replacement just a few days before I had to leave for a 4000 mile road trip. Every other place I called needed at least two weeks to get my car in. Redi Imports completed all of the repairs using OEM parts within the extremely tight time frame I had. I highly recommend them!
I have always been happy with the work Ryan and everyone has done on my car at Redi Imports. They are very honest and have gone out of their way to make sure I am completely satisfied with their service. I moved to Rochester a little over two years ago and wanted to make sure I found a good repair shop for my Subaru. I read reviews on line and picked Redi due to the excellent responses from their customers. I have been happy that I did as they have continually strived to make sure that I am pleased with their service.
Took my car here for the first time and was super impressed with the service I was given. Ryan (owner), genuinely goes the extra mile to make sure the customers needs are fully satisfied. He made sure that I knew exactly what I was getting and explained things thoroughly. Had my car worked on by Ryan and Derrick- both made sure the work on my car exceeded my expectations. They are perfectionist at their craft. Do not hesitate to take your car here if you want things done right, highly recommend!
I have been going here for many many years, and Ryan always makes sure my cars are safe, and keeps me in the loop on all my options for repair. I moved to the Philly area 1 1/2 years ago, and had a question about my tires today, and Ryan, out of the goodness of his heart, was so sweet for calling me back and giving me advice about what to do. I miss him and Redi Imports so very much! But not only does his business have your back and take care of you, they’re just plain good people. Very hard to find in this business!!! :-)
Called with a problem with one of my tires. They took me the same day. Found a small puncture and repaired it. All good now. Great people, Ryan and Alex. Great price. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Ive been bringing my cars to Ryan for years and I highly recommend this shop! Ryan is friendly and an honest guy. Recently I brought in my Honda CR-V in for a new engine. The price was VERY reasonable and havent had a problem ever since! He checked my car very carefully and I have found I can depend on him for honest answers and quality work! In addition all his technicians and office staff were very friendly and go above and beyond to provide incredible customer service. Overall, A+ company!

Have had suspension and exhaust work at Redi multiple times and have always left satisfied. Ryan and the staff is very knowledgeable and more than qualified to work on any car. Alex has worked on my car numerous times and works thoroughly from start to completion. Have always left the shop assured of quality work has been done, could not recommend this shop enough.
I brought my car here after my brother strongly recommended them and my car reached a point where I no longer felt safe driving it. I knew my brakes were in terrible shape and it just generally sounded awful. Both of the guys I talked to (Ryan on the phone beforehand and Tim when I dropped it off) were very patient when I was trying to describe what was wrong.I dropped it off close to their closing time, so they checked it out the next day, and Ryan gave me a call around 10:30 AM. He gave me a clear explanation of what was going on with the car and what the highest priorities were and how much everything would cost, and we worked out a plan for what was going to be done first (if youre interested, they changed the oil; repaired loose heat shields; and replaced the alternator drive belt, rear brakes, and a lug nut that broke while removing a tire). This was all done by 4:00 the same day. When I came in to pick it up, Ryan broke down everything they did and why and we also talked about what needed to be done next. I made an appointment on the spot to get my front brakes done.I have never felt so at-ease when it comes to car repairs, but these guys are just fantastic, and I know I can trust them implicitly. I will never take my car anywhere else for anything ever again. The only negative thing I can even think to mention would be their hours (I was originally planning on taking my car in on a Saturday, but theyre closed weekends), but thats such a minor issue that its not even worth taking a star away. Just work around the hours, its worth it.Also, they have a dog there! Awesome.
I have been a customer of Ryans since 2004 and I wouldnt dream of bringing my vehicles anywhere else. He is honest, attentive, and all around a great business owner. It is awesome to see how much he has grown, but humbling to know the quality and care he gives his customers has not diminished at all. I recommend Redi Imports to all my friends and family. You will not find a better place to take your vehicles. Had new brake pads and rotors installed here before and a couple weeks later had lowering springs installed along with an alignment. Called at 11:00am to see if they can install the springs the same day and Ryan was able to fit me into the schedule right away along with a loaner car!!!!!! They are very professional and friendly and obviously love doing what they do. The alignment they did is perfect. If youre looking for a professional shop with a competitive rate, this is the place to go. I will defnitely take my car here for future work. (Also, I love the louie the dog!).
Took in my Charger Scatpack in for a exhaust upgrade and they did a great job! I wish I had of asked the guys name who worked on my car because I would ask for him next time in need work done there. The sound of my car now is awesome and it’s definitely a better driving experience. I went there because of all of the good reviews and this is just another one. Another great thing was they did it in a fair amount of time. I didn’t wait that long at all. The person at the desk was very nice and they had a good car show on the tv. Highly recommend!
Have always had a great experience every time I have taken my car to this repair shop. Ryan is a great guy and the rest of the crew is also extremely nice to deal with it. They always patiently list out what work needs to be done and the reason it needs to be done. I trust Ryans judgement and recommendations totally and have never had any issues with the work done (tires, brakes, oil changes, shocks, sway bars etc.) on my car since I have started taking it into REDi last year. Excellent service at a great price.
Ryan and his staff are truly incredible. For the longest time, I did most repairs on my own simply because trying to find a trustworthy and honest mechanic is difficult these days. Redi Imports completely changed this mentality, it is a pleasure bringing my car to their shop. From routine maintenance, to emergency flat tires, Redi Imports always accommodates promptly and efficiently. Their turn-around time is fantastic. Ryan, and his staff, are some of the hardest working mechanics in town, and also some of the smartest in town. Rochester is lucky to have Redi Imports :)
Out of all the automotive shops Ive been to over the years none have even come close to Ryan and the crew at Redi Imports. They offer excellent service and really make you feel like your car is in good hands. Ryan is a very upfront and honest business owner and wont try to up sell you to just turn a profit. The first time I went to Redi I knew my car (Mazda 3) was in good hands when it was put up on a lift next to a Ferrari. As long as I stay in Rochester I will always trust my cars repair here.

Brought vehicle in for NYS. Did the work I was informed was required to pass because we cant afford to have the shop do the work for us right now, but, based on the inspectors discretion, vehicle still will not pass. Its either legal or it isnt. I especially appreciated being told how they would have done a much better job by the owner when I did as we discussed to get the car to pass. Yes, I am a former Ford line tech so have some mechanical ability. Conflicting stories from what I was told and what was communicated to my son. Now were forced to spend more to correct what the inspector isnt comfortable with so we can just get our sticker and get this over with already. As if inspection time isnt stressful enough. I could almost live with all that were it not for insulting the work we did. He did not even personally see it. Pretty disappointed with our experience. Will look at other shops going forward.Edit:I was asked by Ryan to please update my review since after all it is how he feeds his children and pays his bills so since you asked... After you spoke to my son, told him hes not welcome at your store and hung up on him, you called me immediately after to ask me to leave a better review. Really?? First of all, my son has been nothing but civil. I wrote the review, he did not. All he did was state while he was happy with the work he didnt appreciate your former comment to me and for that you are rude, tell him he is no longer welcome at your shop and hang up on him. You deserved the response you received from him during our conversation. What a petty and ridiculous thing to do really. By the way Ryan, I dont recall you mentioning that you told my son hes not welcome at your store before asking for a revised review. So in kind Ryan, let me just say you are not welcome to call us again and dont worry you will not see us at your store again. Business must be very good to so cataclysmically decimate a customer relationship. In fact, in this case, Im happy to concede that you really did do a much better job.
These guys are the real deal when it comes to speed and quality! Had my coilovers put in and needed them to be adjusted and aligned immediately and somehow the owner Ryan got me in the same day and knew it was much needed. Prices are extremely fair and the quality is above and beyond most repair shops I have been to. They have certainly gained new customer! Thanks again! Car rides amazing!

Redi Imports is worthy of being the best mechanic in Rochester. Ryan, the owner, is always willing to go above and beyond to deliver excellent service, almost to an unbelievable extent. In all my visits there (there have been many) I have never once felt like I was being up-sold or given generic information. Ryan will literally weigh out the pros and cons of each possible repair/replacement/whatever, inform you of how necessary that service is, and will sometimes even get a bit philosophical about it in terms of the ideal level of upkeep for your car based on its quality, your tastes, etc. So yeah, theyre the best.

I feel like I am a family member being very well taken care of in every way possible. I told Ryan that Ive been putting in Valvoline 5w30 Full Syn in my car since I had it and he personally left to pick it up down the street to put it in my car. He didnt have to, but that move spoke volumes and has earned my business for years to come.

Honest, hard-working, and affordable. These things are hard to find in any shop these days, and even harder in smaller shops, now that dealership prices are driving people to look for small shops, and some will take advantage that its either us, or its the dealer mentality. Not so at Redi Imports. Ryan is a hard-working owner/mechanic who will bend over backwards and will do anything to make his customers happy. He explains everything to them so they feel comfortable spending their money to get their car fixed. Hell put in longer hours to get it right, and will make sure that his employees are schooled and knowledgeable enough to get it done right the first time.This may sound like a buddy-buddy type of endorsement, but it also comes from an industry eye. As a former tech, Ive seen it all myself. Ive worked in small shops, specialty shops, dealerships, muffler shops, etc. Ive see all sorts of owners, Ive seen the hack technicians try to cut corners, and Ive seen the best technicians know exactly how to fix things and be able to explain it to me/the customer/owner/etc. As a former tech, I have a hard time trusting any shop to work on my vehicles, but I will always take my cars to Ryan and his crew when I cant fix something or dont have the time to do it, because I know itll be done to my standards. When I drop my car off with Ryan and Co. at Redi, I rest easy knowing that my vehicle is in good hands, and you should feel the same way too.
Huge thanks for Ryan at Redi Imports for all the help with my 2006 Subaru Forester. I wish I had him servicing my car from the start. His shop did a beautiful job replacing head gaskets when needed, and when it was time for me to upgrade to a new car, he even helped me find a buyer. Now hes taking care of my Toyota Camry, and I know my car is in great hands. Highly recommended.
BY FAR.....the best auto detailing I have ever had on any vehicle Ive ever owned! Highly recommend! My Jeep looks like it did the first day I bought it. I own 3 dogs and you could never tell based on how good it looks! Incredibly happy! Excellent customer service as well! I have already told multiple people who plan on making thier appointment for a full detail as well!
I recently had my car detailed (inside and out) by Ryan and his team. They did a fantastic job - it looks brand new! I used to go to Delta Sonic but Id much rather give my money to a small, local business who does as a good a job, if not better. I highly recommend Redi Imports for any detail work and plan on going back when the time comes.

I think this may be my second review, but wanted to post another five stars because they are so awesome at Redi! Ive been taking my car to Ryan for years now and he has always been the most honest and hardworking professional!I also wanted to add that April, who is new to Redi, was so amazing for my last service! I had literally just gotten home from having my car tuned up and managed to knock off my passenger rear view mirror by backing out of my garage. I called them again and April was professional, efficient and empathetic. She not only got me the part that was needed but she spent a long time finding it knowing I am going out of town in a few days on a road trip.Thank you, Redi Imports as always!
A few months ago, I bought a 100,000+ mile 2007 Subaru Outback, knowing full well that a car that age will need some attention. I started taking it to Redi on recommendation from a couple of folks, and so far its been in for a few things: transmission drain and fill, spark plug and wire replacement, axle joint, rear brakes, and other stuff Im probably forgetting. Ryan and company just powered through a very stubborn repair; it took a while but Ryan explained everything that was going on and kept me updated on the status. My car is running great!These guys are honest and upfront, they take the time to do the work right, and they answer questions in a clear and straightforward way.Redis pricing is clear and the labor rate is super reasonable. One of the things that I really appreciate is the care they take selecting parts. I didnt have to ask for ceramic brake pads on my car, Redi used them by default, for example.Just another note: I dont race, or drive some supercustomized car -- its an Outback, maybe Ill go for a slightly firmer suspension someday, but thats it -- I just wanted someone who knew Subarus . They service plenty of everyday cars like mine.
I brought my accord in for an oil change and tire rotate all of their staff were friendly and great at communicating their service. When I came to pick up my car I met the owner Ryan he worked with me on the price and I will definitely be back.

Great small business here. BMW oil change for ~60% of what the dealer would charge. In and out in 45 minutes. The customer waiting area is ... spartan. But if you can live with that its an honest/reputable shop. Ill be taking my car there for most things going forward.
Fair prices, honest people, great work. They will let you know exactly what is going on, how much itll cost to get done, and wont try to sell you service you dont need. I didnt trust my car in the hands of anyone else before I brought it to Redi Imports. If you care about your car and dont take it here; youre doing yourself and your car a disservice.
Poor customer service. Would be 1 star but the woman I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful. The mechanic / owner who I spoke with was unhelpful and blatantly rude. I will not bring my vehicle here again.Update: The previous owner of my vehicle brought it to Redi. When I called and spoke with the owner he was rude and condescending to me. As a business that requires selling a positive customer experience as well as quality service, this was surprising to me. I have not and will not bring my car in simply due the feeling I walked away with after speaking on the phone - I cannot speak to their technical skills, only their customer service.
Ive been to a bunch of different garages and garage/car repair chains, and this is the first one that I trust implicitly. I had a great experience when I took in my 07 KIA for belts and engine mount replacements. Ryan could have charged me a few hundred extra dollars for work that my car didnt need, but he had a look at it and gave me a detailed explanation and the honest lowdown of my situation.He saved me a bunch of money and did great work in a situation that, had I been somewhere else, could have (and based on my experience, WOULD have) ended up costing me at least 300 dollars more for unnecessary repairs I had come in thinking I wanted done. I couldnt be more grateful for his work, and my car is running great, which is why I am writing this review. Spread the word, these guys are skilled and honest.
I have visited Redi a couple of times now with my VW GTI (coilover issues/alignments/exhaust). Ryan and his staff are incredibly skilled at a wide rang of vehicles its truly impressive. Their quotes are very fair/reasonable and honestly go the extra mile as if these cars were their own. They can handle anything from stock replacement parts to aftermarket items. Thanks!!
Brought my 74 260z in the other day for an alignment after installing some weld in camber plates and doing a terrible driveway alignment. Tim and Ryan put in the extra mile for me to make sure we could get it done by the end of the after hitting some big snags with some of the aftermarket suspension components on the car. Super professional and very thorough with everything they did and very accommodating for what specs I wanted. I would reccomend them to anyone with a low/modified car that needs more than your basic alignment or anyone that needs an alignment in general. Thanks guys, Ill be seeing you again whenever I need some work!
I needed an alignment bad after my coilovers were installed and Redi Imports was the only place in rochester that said they could get it on their lift without a problem. April was very helpful over the phone and Adam got me in and out quickly for my alignment. I had to come back because there was an axle nut loose that wasnt tightened to the right torque from an unrelated job but Ryan made it his own task to have me come back and tighten it properly for me. Ryan (owner) provided me with a second opinion on some problems with my VW. As someone who isnt that car savvy, Ryan explained everything in a way that made total sense. He has the formula down - instead of trying to sell me on parts/repair, etc., he is giving me an honest and truthful opinion on what needs to be done and knows that I will return if I have a good experience. This is how it should be - will happily use them again for future repairs.

My Subaru WRX STi needed a new power steering pump and right front ball joint. Redi Imports was able to offer a competitive price, but more importantly I felt reassured that Ryan had the knowledge and expertise to make the necessary repairs. Service was fast and Ryan took the time to explain things and my options. I would take my car back to Redi Imports for future maintenance and repairs.
I have visited Redi a couple of times with my Audi TT. Ryan is incredibly skilled at knowing exactly what strange thing went wrong with an old car upon discription and had always quoted a very fair price for the job. Recently brought my car in to get inspected and some items checked out. To summarize, this repair shop is a good group of people who know their stuff and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. In my case, there were multiple items that required more attention and labor than expected and they reduced labor costs and even knocked off additional charges because of the situation. This all took place in less than 2 days. The best way to put it is that they understand the difficulties and constraints from the consumer side. Will definitely bring by car back in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new shop. Plus they have a yellow lab who hangs out in the office with you.

Like anyone older or mechanically inclined, if you cant do the work yourself, you want someone you can trust to not only do the job correctly but also honestly and, sometimes, creatively! Ryan and his team at Redi Imports possess all 3 qualities in abundance. I have a 2008 Caliber SRT4 thats.. difficult... at times and Ryan has been able to figure out what ails it and make it right every time. He personally calls me to discuss what the car needs and doesnt sugar-coat it either. If its broke, its broke. I have been taking my GTI to Redi Imports for over 2 years now. These guys know how to repair VW and Audi, and have always done great work on my GTI. From mods to general maintenance, Redi imports has done nothing but high quality work for me.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I could sit here and write an hour long review but I promise you, Im only writing this review so this doesnt happen to someone else. I am not angry, nor do I have any ill will towards anyone working at this place. All I can say is I felt defeated today! The owner treated me terrible. I went in here for a diagnostic for a suspected transmission issue (this was a second opinion, also diagnosed by another shop). Not only did they not properly diagnose my issue, they performed a motor mount repair and cleaned the throttle body. (I approved, because they said it could be the cause and it was not safe to drive otherwise). When I got my car back, not only was my transmission concerns never addressed or fixed, but now my car is WORSE. Its surging, high rpms, high idle, hard shifting, automatically going into cruise control, and more. I will be taking them to court but please dont make this review be in vein, these people charged me $500+ during a pandemic to make my car worse than it was, then the owner laughed in my face and told me to go screw myself and called the police on me. I am a God fearing man, I promise you I am not upset about any money, I believe that these people will reap what they sow, a hundred times over. I will end this by saying that, if I had done something to these people in the past or offended them, then I would understand this treatment, but Ive spent thousands of dollars in repairs at this shop, so theres no reason. I am a young african american man, and Im not saying that race was a factor here, I say that only in case it was(please dont let that affect your judgement). The owner of this shop should be ashamed of himself, as a person, he owes me nothing, but he has to answer to God! And if youve read this far, I apologize for the length, and have a blessed day.Edit After Owners response: Haha you are a blatant liar but dont worry, I paid to get it looked at today (9/24) and found out exactly what you did to my car. You messed with the wrong person, because I have more than enough evidence to build a strong case against you. And your response did nothing but help, see you in court buddy lol

I was a first-time customer in need of some pretty serious work on my 2012 Forester. The receptionist was warm and friendly and the mechanic was transparent and honest with me about my repair options. After days of consideration I decided to take the more costly but enduringly effective repair option and found that compared to other shops and parts retailers the price was absolutely reasonable. 2022-01-31Before finding Redi Import, I had some really bad experiences with mechanics, my mom would always tell me “take it to Ryan” but it took me a while to listen; when I finally did , I never looked back; any little issue , “I’m going to Ryan”. It’s been years now and they never disappoint. Rates are Good, Service are excellent and the staff are top tier. I’m a very inquisitive person, I tend to ask too many questions so a huge shout out to Norman for always being patient with me and answering all my questions, making sure I understand the issue with my car, being very thorough snd always making sure clients leave satisfied. You can tell that They care about their clients vehicle , getting the issue fixed and always exude high level of professionalism , I would highly recommend Redi Import.

2022-02-09This place is awesome! I just had a carbon cleaning done and tire install on my N55 E90, and as someone who is totally obsessed with cars, these guys could not have handled it better. The N55 has a strange dual-path PCV with ports in the head that can cause issues during blasting, but clearly this was not a problem for the techs here because my car is running super smooth now. Seriously, I just stood there and listened to my car idle for 5 minutes because I was so satisfied by how smooth it runs. Customer service here is great too, all of my concerns were addressed, even ones that I would consider to be primarily from me being obsessive and annoying. They even gave me a sheet with the tire balancing before and after my new tires! I would not hesitate to bring my car here again, and honestly I never want take my car to shops. These guys are the best, full stop. Especially if youre obsessed with every tiny part like me.

2021-04-22When i purchased my first car, I decided to come to this shop because one of my friends were hired as a detailer here, and he spoke positive things about the mechanics that worked here.My friend no longer works there, he left to work at a shop that specializes in custom detail work. However, I still come here.Ive been having service done on my sentra for roughly 5 years now. I never had a problem with staff or the owner, Ryan, while having my car serviced there. Not once have I ever felt like i was being deceived or lied in regards to the condition of my vehicle. And yes, they have earned my trust.Quotes for repairs are fair, and the quality of work done is excellent.Now that i have another car, I have no problem reaching out to them if I have any questions or concerns.Also, Ive read some of the lower star reviews, and to be honest the scenarios painted feel very out of character for the staff.
