Awesome experience leasing my new 2017 Chevy Equinox!!! Steven did an amazing job letting me know what was available in the price range I wanted to pay and he took care of all the running around and paperwork that was required. I love leasing a new car every couple of years, but I do not enjoy going to dealerships and haggling about the prices! Steven made the leasing experience easy and enjoyable. Great service!! Avoid the annoyance of going to a dealership and having to haggle w pricing. Just call steve and tell him what you want and he will give you the best pricing and deliver the car. I never thought I could lease a brand new car while sitting on my couch. Well with Ralph and Redline Auto, thats exactly what I did! The easiest, most stress free and professional car shopping Ive ever done in my life. Ralph was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond in looking for the right fit for me. All I had to do was tell him the specifications of the vehicle I was looking for and within minutes, I would receive quotes (yes, multiple) with prices that I didnt think were possible! After going to many dealerships and then working with Ralph, I will NEVER go back to a regular dealership again. I contacted Pete to lease a car. His customer service and efficiency was amazing! He was extremely patient with me and my 1,000 questions and 1,000 car models I asked him to quote me on because I wanted the best price possible. Pete and I were in contact with each other starting from September. Each month for the last 3 months he would reach out to me with the new programs that were out for that month. What more can I say- it was such a wonderful, easy and fulfilling experience dealing with Redline Auto Leasing. Vinny Scotto made it his job to find me the best car for the best price out there- and he did just that! He took the time to sought out extra rebates and specials so that I could drive the Lexus SUV I wanted and still remain in my budget. Ralph did an amazing job helping me get my dream car! He was very knowledgeable, trust worthy & honest from the beginning, and of course got me the best deal. Peter was extremely helpful answered all of our questions no matter how many we asked. He gave us a great deal much better than we would have received at any dealership. If youre looking for phenomenal customer service at an amazing price, youve come to the right place. After hearing about Redline Auto Leasing through a friend, I stopped into their office to check them out. I didnt have an appointment and I went alone. As a woman shopping for a car, going alone is usually a recipe for disaster. Not with Redline. I was instantly greeted with warm, friendly smiles, ushered to a comfortable seat and offered refreshments. That was the beginning of a beautiful working relationship. I am very particular when it comes to major purchases and I took a long time to decide what I wanted. Vinny spent over a month with me, patiently researching vehicle after vehicle. He was so patient and so kind. Vinny made suggestions for me based on my likes, dislikes and most importantly- my budget. He never once persuaded me or pushed me into any vehicle- in fact, he made sure to tell me which ones to avoid! This company as a whole is extremely professional, organized and well- run. Communication is the key to any good working relationship and these guys make it a priority. Vinny was excellent at keeping in touch and taking my calls at any time - day or night. In fact, the day he found me the car of my dreams- a gorgeous, all black, fully loaded, 2017 Nissan Rogue- (An SUV Steve originally suggested for me) he was in the hospital having knee surgery! Regardless, he and Steve insisted on delivering it to me the very next day. Yes, the man delivered my vehicle to me on crutches and had the paperwork already completed and ready for me to sign. If thats not an incredible commitment to customer service, I dont know what is, but I was beyond impressed. Dealing with Redline Auto was the most smooth and stress-free process I have ever had with leasing a new car. I highly recommend Ralph. He not only beat every price any dealer gave me, he dramatically beat the price. As anyone who has car shopped before, knows how stressful it can be. When dealing with Ralph, I did not have to leave my house once. And that is not an exaggeration. I gave him the specs of the car I knew I wanted, and he found it for me and again, beat EVERY SINGLE price from all the dealerships I wasted my time going to. Ralph literally did all the work. He personally hand delivered the car to me at my home. I also came off a lease, and he made sure that lease was taken care of. He even delivered my old leased car back to the dealership I got it from 3 years ago and turned the plates back in to the DMV for me. The most work I had to do was call my insurance to terminate my old lease from the policy and put on my new lease. Like i said, I literally did nothing. By far the best experience I ever had with car shopping. If you can even call it that. As for Ralph, he truly went above and beyond the call of duty. Today I received a NX300 with dealer Steve, and all I can say is the service was something I have never seen before. Steve was so patient and willing to answer any and every question I had for him. Pete was awesome! Going from dealership to dealership was getting very stressful. I gave Pete a call, told him what car I wanted, the price I wanted and he took care of the rest. My car was delivered right to my door and I am beyond happy with my new rogue sport!
Worst Experience Ever!!! If I can give them zero stars I would..... the salesaman Pete went back on his word and he did not live up to his end of the agreement. They told me that they would pay my last couple of months that were left on my current lease and I found out months later that they did not! Because of Redline I am stuck paying late fees along with my credit being affected by them not living up to their end of the agreement. I have called the office and left emails and no one has gotten back to me. On top of all this I did not receive my plates and registration before the temporary ones expired and I received two tickets. Redline told me they were mailing me a check to cover the cost of the tickets and I have yet to receive it.
Went to Redline when I had to turn in my leases Nissan Juke Nismo. They worked up numbers for a few cars that I was interested in. The price for the Nissan Sentra RS turbo midnight edition I selected was far better then the dealer I was working with.I did not have to meet with the dealers sales manger. I worked everything out with Ralph in less than a half hour. They returned my lease and delivered my new car.It was an anexity free purchase.

2018-01-09Hands down the best new car buying/leasing experience I’ve ever had, Vinny made the process as honest, easy and convenient as can be. Starting with a few text messages back and forth regarding a lease for my girlfriend, and ending with a spectacular deal and a car delivered to me in Central Jersey (even during a freezing rain storm) less than a week later.Vinny and the Redline team saved me probably 4-6 hours of painful and useless back and forth “negotiations” when going directly to a dealership, instead giving a no-nonsense set of prices based on colors and trim.My girlfriend loves her new 2017 Nissan Sentra SV and I’m very satisfied with the deal I got and the overall process. Highly recommend Vinny & Steve at Redline and will likely be sending them a few more customers soon as they need new vehicles.

2018-03-01After speaking with Vinny and shopping around at numerous dealerships, especially the local island dealership and getting jerked around and false information, I decided to pull the trigger with Redline. After months of bothering Vinny and getting his opinion on things, we finally landed on the perfect option. Vinny was patient as patient could be through the entire ordeal and was the best salesman Ive ever met. I signed papers on Wednesday and my brand new RAM was hand delivered to my house on Friday. 2 days! He personally went out to Long Island and drove it back, no questions asked. 2019-05-22I love Redline! Ive leased 2 cars from them and they make it so simple and convenient. I didnt even have to leave my house to get a quote. I called them and told them what I want and they worked with me to find a car that suits my needs at a great price. They even offered to deliver it to my house! It was so much better than dealing with the stress of going to a dealership. Im definitely going back to them when my lease is up!
