Moved 5/14 a Friday. I had an 9am arrival time. They were early friendly and ready to rock and roll. I was moved and saying our goodbyes before 11am. Super enjoyable experience! First time using movers in NYC and I swear after today I’ll never lift a moving box again. Excellent stress free day!
Redline made my move so much easier and less stressful. The entire team (Shane, Simon, Louis, and Mike) were all so friendly and funny, which really eased my nervousness about the move! I used their reusable plastic packing boxes, which I highly recommend (they’re easier to pack than cardboard, and sustainable!). The total price came in at their estimate, and they were experts at moving swiftly without scuffing or breaking anything, as well as knowing where to place furniture. (I’m an Interior Designer, and they knew as well as I did — or better — which furniture piece should go where.)This is my second move with Redline, and I couldn’t recommend them strongly enough — thank you again you guys!!
Look no further if you would like professional movers with an accurate estimate. Redline gives real estimates and you are never intimidated to pay a higher price when payment is due. I have used Redline for two personal relocations and one office relocation over a span of 12 years. On moving day, it was a happy surprise when some of movers had moved me before. Not only am I loyal to Redline but so are their employees. At the end of each move, the results were exactly as requested and I was even RELAXED. In addition, I have referred my friends and colleagues to use Redline and all have said that they were satisfied with the price and service. Keep up the great work!
We used Redline off of a recommendation. If you’re stressed out about moving, they make everything easy and smooth. They show up on time and work fast. They even stopped and helped me repack something that they noticed I had packed in a dumb way. They packed my stuff in a storage unit in a way that allowed for easy access to my belongings. They crew was easy going, helpful, and professional. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Redline for your move.
I called Redline because our previous movers, Pro Movers, took our deposit and bailed. We are moving tomorrow and Redline called and said they had a cancellation and could schedule us in. Kieran, at the front desk, was so professional and delightful! Their quote is reasonable, they’re prompt with confirmations and their payment online system is advanced and easy to use. So thankful for Redline for helping us out in a pinch!
I really CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!! They are just the best there is.Kieran was sooooo patient with me as I discussed and worked out the details of my move. He was so understanding of my stress and answered every one of my questions simply and directly.This is my second time working with Redline and they are consistently THE. BEST. They’re on time. They’re thorough. They’re so professional and they get the job done at LIGHTNING SPEED. They arrived at 8am and were done moving me into my 5th floor walk up!!!! Before 11am.I also had a mishap with a box being brought to the apartment that shouldn’t have been and they graciously brought it back to its rightful owner and we’re so understanding of the request even though it was a lot to ask.I don’t think I’ll ever use another company, they’re worth every penny and I truly wish I could afford to tip them all 1,000$$! I could go on and on, they’re the best!
From start to finish, our experience with Redline Moving was an absolute pleasure. Keiran came to the house to provide us with an accurate quote and to estimate how many bins wed need. We ended up renting 40 plastic bins through Bin It that made the move a lot easier. On moving day, they were punctual, personable, and frankly a delight to work with. It was honestly the best moving experience weve ever had - highly recommend this crew!
Redline did our move last week from Harlem to LIC. It was very easy to get a quote by taking video of the unit. They set up the rental bin drop off and pick up, elevator insurance, and moving date well in advance of our move. Moving day was a wonderful experience. We had a crew of 4 people, all of them wore masks and were super friendly and efficient. They were so efficient that they finished in less time than originally quoted and the final bill ended up less than estimated. This was by far the best moving experience Ive had in NYC and would recommend them to all my friends.
Kieran did a great job managing the process and the movers were quick and professional! Everything made it safe and nothing was lost. The team was very responsive and I felt it was at an extremely good value!
The Redline Moving and Bin It crew provided what I can only describe as the best moving experience of my life (I’ve moved at least 20 times in my life). I really can’t say enough about how wonderful this crew/ group was. They moved my boyfriend to the Bronx today and were remarkable! Despite CoVid they were upbeat, friendly and full of energy. Mike, Francis, Marcos and Allen were SUPER STARS! They were swift, packed up and entire apartment - including multiple pieces of large furniture- in under 3 hours and with just the best attitudes. They worked unbelievably well together- it was truly a site to see. Moving can be so stressful and frustrating and they made it absolutely painless and downright enjoyable. I can’t recommend them enough. They’re worth every penny.
This will sound ridiculous, but moving with these guys was fun. The setup was stressful. I had 7 days notice to pack up my 3BR house and move. And I couldnt take any time off work. The best decision I made in the process was re-connecting with the folks at Redline, who had moved me years before. Professional, fast, reliable, expert. Great communication, and honest. When the day came, the team they brought was careful and friendly. I couldnt have had a better experience, and cant recommend them enough.
I booked Redline last minute for a sudden move from NYC to Long Island. Alan and Mike were right on time and moved everything quickly and efficiently. Price was reasonable. Not one single complaint!
Redline moved me from Manhattan to Boston in March 2019 and it was hands-down the best moving experience Ive ever had - and as someone who has moved to and from diplomatic postings several times, thats been a lot of moves. Shane was super responsive and patient with many questions I had from the start. Kieran came out to do the estimate and was equally helpful and patient, not to mention extremely personable and fun. My move involved loading up from the 38th floor in NYC, holding the truck overnight (so that I could move myself and my cat!), then delivering in Boston the following day. Moving could never be described as fun. But it came close, with a smart, personable, friendly, and really fun crew at both ends. If not exactly fun, it was in fact enjoyable hanging out with them. Apart from the fun factor, however, Redline was excellent where it really counts: on price, speed, and taking care with my belongings. The price was fair, and what was quoted was what I paid - no surprises. The guys were incredibly fast in both places. They were also very, very careful. There was not a mark on any of the furniture. I still havent opened all the boxes, but what I have opened was fine. Nothing was broken and the boxes were in as good shape as when I packed them. I hope i never move again, but if I do, I would most definitely use Redline again.
We made our first move in 32 years, and were delighted that Redline was our partner all the way. From the beginning, Shane gave us guidance on the what we needed to happen, how the process works, and even calmed our fears about moving a baby grand piano.Kieran, Allen, Simon, Francis and the crew that moved us - over two days - couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. They took care of everything from start to finish, and were incredibly careful in packing and moving. Once in the new place, they reassembled furniture that had to be taken apart, helped us hang things to get some boxes out of the way, and even sent part of the crew to our storage unit so that we wouldnt incur overtime.Redlines pricing is competitive, and the teams were very conscious of not wasting time to incur overtime. We had an amazing experience with Redline, and give them our highest recommendation.
These guys are the A-Team of moving. They came in broke down everything and got us set up in our new home waaay ahead of schedule!! We talked about Blondie, had a great conversation on where everyone was from, all while they efficiently, effectively, and hastily hauled all of our things. I owe these guys at least one round of drinks, and Im recommending them to everyone I know!
I had a wonderful easy moving experience with Red line (Long island to NYC), I booked really close to my moving date but Shane with Redline was able to accommodate me at a great rate. They took care of Certificate of insurance, I didnt have to stay on top if they did the appropriate paperwork or not.Punctual, and didnt waste time!They wrapped everything properly because it was raining, and were careful with the boxes.The moving guys were knowledgeable of what they were doing, super pleasant, extremely helpful, fast, and so patient!Id recommend Redline in a hearbeat to anyone wanting to move anywhere.
I do not ever write reviews but this moving company deserves one. They were fantastic, efficient and really reasonably priced. You are able to rent plastic packing bins for an extended period of time, which was amazing because I didnt want to use cardboard but wanted to be able to pack over a few week time period. The price includes the bins and moving costs. The movers themselves were personable, funny and so quick! Highly recommend!!
Great team and smooth move for an affordable rate. From quote to execution, Redline made it easy and were efficient. All of our items were handled with care and the moving team were great. Like most people, I hate moving, so it was relieving to find a moving company which made the process seamless. Now we just have to unpack!
My experience with Redline Moving Inc. was nothing less than STELLAR! As a Project Manager, I was tasked with planning and executing the move of a Brooklyn-based middle school from its original location to a newly constructed 6-floor building...in the middle of the school year no less! I collected quotes from many moving companies within the 5 boroughs, but I ultimately selected Redline because of Shanes consistent responsiveness, their competitive pricing, and Kierans infectious positivity!The move was planned to last for 3 full days. Kieran and I were in regular communications leading up to the move to ensure that all of the packing and staging for the classrooms and offices was as organized and efficient as possible. During the move, EVERY one of the movers was prompt and professional while maintaining a light-hearted and friendly environment. They followed my detailed, color-coded plan, took great care of all of the schools property and worked diligently each day. I was genuinely pleased with the entire process and experience!As with any move, there were some minor damages to 1 or 2 things. (Nothing major at all and I will reiterate - this can happen with any move or mover.) However, I was SO IMPRESSED with Redlines commitment to repairing and restoring those items. They stayed in touch with me weeks after the move until we were able to get everything squared away. That is the definition of great customer service!Redline has earned my highest stamp of approval and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone! If I find myself managing another large-scale commercial move (or my own residential move), there is no doubt that Shane and Kieran are my #1 pick!Thank you again Redline!Mitch

2022-05-06They were very responsive and unlike other companies, really understood the job and the dynamics of the streets were we moving to and from. Very communicative and gave me an honest quote. even I got a higher quote than some other companies, I knew it was worth the money because of how much they shared specifically with HOW the move would be handled.

2021-01-26Redline movers are excellent. Kieran in the office is a pleasure and is very responsive. His team (we were moved by Louis, Francis, Gary and Santiago) were incredibly helpful and up beat. They were on time, courteous and efficient - made the move a breeze. Also highly recommend using the bins they offer (from Bin It) - we didnt have to assemble/break down ONE cardboard box for the whole move and its better for the environment! Thank you so much Redline! Would definitely recommend.

2021-04-08We had a very positive experience across the board. Kieran took time on numerous phone calls to land on a plan that worked well for us. The team packed our belongings one day and moved them a couple days later. The movers were timely, friendly, careful, and hard working. 2021-10-23Moving is an inherently stressful experience, so hire these guys if you want one less thing to worry about. Kieran and I spoke several times leading up to our move and he was always gracious, helpful, and funny. Mike and his crew showed up the day of our move on time, in good spirits, and got our belongings from point A to point B carefully, skillfully, and seamlessly. 2021-06-14First words I can think of are: WOW! I am so thankful to have found Redline Moving, specifically Mike’s Crew. They are so professional, kind, and fast. I had an out of state move, where we had to pick up items from a storage locker then after bins and boxes from a home, and it all went seamlessly. The team was so helpful in all aspects, they even helped me figure out where to put my bed in my new place! They took the time to look into each box (because my previous movers didn’t label the boxes) and figure out what the items were and placed them in the right location.I am so appreciative of the team and I highly suggest them.Thanks team!!!

They were in constant communication with me on all of the moving part of the move and provided an online portal to view my quote an make payments easily. The movers were courteous and very efficient in getting the job done!

2021-04-22In my life I have moved about 15 times. This move is without a doubt the best experience I have ever had, the others are not even close. The crew was very professional, courteous and went above and beyond. Not a single broken or missing item and I moved a couple of boxes of delicate wine glasses. Kieran is a man of his word, no hidden fees or additional charges. I highly recommend them and would give more stars if I could.
