My car died outside a medical office in Poughkeepsie recently. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful. It made the experience pleasant and a lot less frustrating. Great towing service!

Long story short it was a bad accident and Redls came within 2mins. Second time using them. I 10/10 recommend them.So I was driving Southbound down Rt. 9 inthe right lane and at the moment I am passing main st(wappingers) on my right, the car on my left(not watching its blindside) makes a right turn into me trying to exit onto main down the wrong way(because he missed his exit?).

Got stuck all the way in Wappingers Falls closer to the Fishkill town line. Called my insurance, they tried to send Tow Boss from Fishkill at first. I was given a two hour wait time… after two hours, my insurance company called me to let me know the tow company tried to call me and confirm the tow… no one ever called me. So they just… never showed up. Shows you how much they care about their business.Anyways, my insurance called Redl’s, who I’ve used before, and have never had a bad experience. Matt from Redl’s called me immediately and told me he’d be there in less than 20 minutes. True to his word, he showed up, got my truck all hooked up quickly, and to my technician (who Matt knows by the way, and my technician trusts him greatly).If Redl’s will tow to your location, take their service. Don’t call anyone else. They care about their customers, and they’re extremely nice and professional. I would never call anyone else again except them.

On Saturday, December 19, 2020, I pulled out of my garage to run and do some Christmas errands. As soon as I did, the lights on the dashboard of my brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue started dinging. It indicated my front left tire only had two (2) pounds, but didnt think anything of it because its typical for one to get low tire pressure in extreme cold temperatures. So I pulled out of my driveway and suddenly got a horrible feeling about it. I got out and saw it was incredibly flat! I jumped back in and pulled it back into my driveway.I have State Farm for my auto insurance, in which I have roadside assistance included. I made an inquiry through State Farms automated system. The current time was around 11:00am and I was told through State Farm they would be arriving around 12:15. I was sitting and waiting in my driveway the entire time for them to arrive.I have driven passed Redls Towing many times before while living in the area and knew their location really isnt far away. It was getting really close to that time and no one had shown up yet. I took it upon myself to call them to find out the ETA. The guy who answered said he didnt know because everything is backed up from the snowstorm. Uh, okay. I explained that I had been waiting for an hour already. The guy then said, Listen, Im working under a car right now and I have oil all over my hands. I really dont have time for this right now. Wow, really? So I told him, Then Im going to call Nissans roadside assistance and whoever gets here first, can take care of my flat tire. He then starting laughing and said, I really dont care and hung up on me.The driver, Matthew Ripo, then called within a few minutes and claimed he called my cell phone six times to confirm the service call. If that was really the case, then why didnt the guy who answered the phone at the shop tell me that? I went on to explain to the driver my phone never rang and why would I ignore a phone call coming from them, especially since I have a flat tire??? So he lied about making attempts to call me. He didnt have much to say when I asked and I told him I didnt appreciate the way the other guy treated me on the phone.My husband works in the car business and you dont treat customers (or anyone) like that. I also have plenty of customer service experience and would never dream of treating another human being like they had with me that day. Its extremely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention, it happened the week before Christmas. I understand people are overly stressed about the holidays and anything pertaining to COVID, especially after this crazy year.The driver arrived within ten (10) minutes, took another ten (10) minutes to put on the spare donut and left. Really, was that so hard??? I was waiting a total of an hour and forty-five minutes for someone who was only ten minutes from my home to replace my flat with the spare donut tire. Luckily, this happened on a Saturday where my husbands place of work was open and able to take care of it right away. On the other hand, my husband was working that day, so I did not have another car to run out and get my errands done.My best friend is also my State Farm insurance agent, so I told her what happened and she urged me to report this with the insurance company. I had done so. I got a call back from State Farms regional office out in Tuscon, Arizona a couple of days ago and went into depth of what exactly happened. She stated she will forward all the information to her managers office, in which they will be forced to take action with Redls Towing due to everything I told her over the phone.Even though this establishment has gotten several positive reviews, the feedback I had stated above is 100% true. I would not post a negative review about a business unless it was truthful. I believe in supporting small businesses but not ones where you receive poor and unsatisfactory customer service. Ill be sure to post this review on my social media pages and tell friends, family and acquaintances to NOT use this company.

I called AAA when my car wouldn’t start and I couldn’t get it to jump. It was completely dead. A guy came out from Redl’s and immediately got it up and running. There’s a special way to jump hybrid vehicles that I wasn’t aware of. He wasn’t mean to me at all in fact he patiently taught me how to do it if it ever happens again! I wish more people would have that kind of patience. It was a cold morning so he must’ve been busy, I’m sorry to have wasted any of his time and I appreciate all his help!

Eric is amazing! We got a flat tire and were stranded in a parking lot while on a road trip, and Eric was so kind and stayed with us the whole time while waiting for a tire shop to confirm they could see us to have our tire repaired. He even called the shops to try to assist with finding someone who could help since it was late on a Saturday afternoon. Then called an hour later to make sure we were safe and taken care of — highly recommend!!

Today, my front right wheel popped right off as I was turning onto 55. I called the police, and the officer who came out was a nice guy and great to work with. They called for a tow, and Redld responded quickly. My tow drivers name was Greg, and he arrived in no time. He even managed to put wheel back just enough to help load the car on and off the bed of his truck. Greg told me he was a 20 year man, and it was easy to tell by his professional, his know-how, and his rapport. As he drove me over to North Road Auto, he was great to talk to, as well. He was certainly a blessing to shining star on a tough day. Thank you Greg and thank you Redls Towing. I am quite grateful for their service today.

Had to tow my car from one dealership to another & Redls towing did everything to ensure I could do so. They had my best interest in mind & worked with Geico to make sure it was a seamless & easy process. 10/10 recommend I almost wish I had more cars to tow so I could use them again!
