Needed a rush on santa gear and thay did a great job on it.
Positive notes first as this is a harsh review.There are 5 brand new Wascomat HE washing machines and 2 huge dryers. So maybe they are trying to change thingsOverall though:15 out of 45 machines marked out of order, or fully 33% not working on 1/4/2019. Including 11 broken dryers and the first 7 in a row (units 1-7).Temperature is set at 65. Building is cold.Website advertises free fast WiFi. None of passwords given at front desk work nor did employee make any real efforts to find. Orrect passwords.Multiple machines broken, garbage cans full at 8:30 am, seating is gross scratched ugly chairs.Clearly zero pride of ownership, would absolutely not trust them to clean my clothes and definitely not for dry cleaning.Sad business. If you care about your clothes go somewhere else.
Since I have moved to Albany over 2 yrs ago, I have been using Regal Dry Cleaners for all my clothes. Their staffs are very professional and they have great customer service. I will recommend this dry cleaners for you if you are looking for one.
Great place for dry cleaning! The people are lovely. In my personal experience, the prices are far better than Best Dry Cleaners in Guilderland. If you are lucky, sometimes they even have jazz playing in the background. :-)
Expensive! Wanted to have my waist high winter coat dry cleaned. I was told that it will cost me $20.20. Otherwise the place looked clean. Have their own free parking. Situated at Central ave close to Wolf rd intersection. Target is right behind this building. The staff their seemed friendly. Its just pricey in my opinion.
The service at Regal Dry Cleaners at 1410 Central Avenue, Colonie NY was awesome. The warm and friendly greeting plus the exceptional service done on my clothing was above and beyond what I expected. There was special attention given to a very old and dear item. I will be returning and will tell others as well!
I have used Regal Cleaners over the past 10 years; now that I am back on the Capital District area, this is the only cleaners I trust with my shirts and suits. I would recommend this cleaners to all of my colleagues and friends. Great job, Regal!

Regal is consistently on time with my dry cleaning needs. They also do a very nice job on my shirts. Prices are reasonable as well
I took four blazers to Regal to be cleaned. Only one had a small coffee stain and I alerted the staff to the stain. When I went to pick up my blazers, the stain was still there and they demanded I still pay full price. After some negotiating, they offered to clean it again. When I returned to pick up the blazer, the stain was just as bad as the first time. The prices are too high at Regal for such poor service. Will not be returning.
This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever used. My boyfriend and I brought about 7 garments to the Curry Road location and 3 of those garments were not cleaned what so ever. I have tried to call the main office 4 times and have left messages every time because that was what the rude woman informed us at Curry Road to talk to someone. I have not once received a phone call back and now have to go into this scam of a business. I would never recommend this cleaner to any one ever.
They are taking care of my shirts and other dry cleaning needs for more than 4 years. Always perfectly done, on time and the service is exemplary.Recommended.

This cleaners sucks. I gave them a chance 2 times. The same stain was on my sweater. There was only plain dirt on the cuffs of my pants and it was still there. I know they gotta see soiled clothes .I mean isnt that the job?
I found the staff to be very professional. I had requested a few buttons to be reattached and they actually did that while I was waiting for other items I was picking up. Id definitely frequent them in the future.
When I moved away from colonie I could not find a cleaners that provided me with the same service that regal did , I value the service they provide and continue to use their service today . they provide a wide range of services including alterations.

More than half the dryers and washers were broken the washers that did work didn’t drain all the way a few dryers burnt my stuff so not only did I just pay to do all that laundry I now have to go and purchase all new bedding and clothes because they literally melted and burnt the lady working was very rude and was no help at all another customer was in there and she was very rude and decided to hit me with a cart and nothing was done completely disgusted with this place
They are the best, friendly service, good quality results, always able to get out my stains. I highly recommend them.

I trust this cleaner, and I take my husbands expensive suits and dress shirts there to be cleaned.They are very helpful.
Brought a coat in to have a button replaced, and when I picked-up my coat the button had not been replaced. I will not be using them again, and would not recommend them to others.

2022-07-05Older laundry mat with antiquated machines and mediocre service. Would not sell the laundry soap that was clearly on the shelf as they were using it only for their operation and the only working restroom was out of service to customers.Why has customer service gone down the toilet so to speak?I would take my business elsewhere in the future.

2021-11-09After charging us $23 to dry clean each of two London Fog wool coats they put one coat on two hangers in a plastic bag and did not return the second coat. After contacting them they gave a run around and the second time they gave a run around again. I believe that an employee stole the new coat. This is not a trustworthy business!

2021-02-11I came here because it was convenient to my apt. I needed my comforter cleaned as I had gotten some self tanner on it. I waited 2 days and brought the comforter home. Had the most awful smell and stains continued all through out my comforter. Never again will I be going here.

2014-06-10Used this dry cleaner for 5 months and had issues with them not following simple instructions such as.....medium starch and crease sleeves. After I did not pay for the dry cleaning a couple of times....they fixed the problem. Two week ago, they lost 2-pairs of Perry Ellis Portfolio, Pleated, Micro-Fiber Slacks and 2- Silk Shirts purchased 1 week prior at Mens Warehouse. Total for all without tax is $369.00. The Manager requested two weeks to attempt to locate my clothes or He would reimburse me. I agreed. On 6/5/14, I called the Manager and leave a voicemail asking if He located my clothes, if not please provide a check. He never called me back and told the hotel that He felt my clothes are only worth $200.00. He left a check for $200.00 and never called me. Luck for me, The hotel provided the remaining $169.00 in cash. I would not trust this place with a dirty pair of underwear. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I recommend NOT using them. EVER!

2017-05-10I dropped off my sons suit for a cleaning and we were under a time crunch because it had to get altered for an event. Regal Dry Cleaners had it sparkling and ready in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and the service was pleasant. Planning on bringing three suits back to be serviced!

2017-03-25Excellent and pleasant service. Very courteous. Clothes are always dry cleaned and laundered to perfection. No spot they cant get out. Shirts are always pressed beautifully. If you care about your clothes, bring them to these folks. Ive been a customer for over 20 years.Bob R.

2020-11-01Used to come here as the location is convenient for me. Lately I come in and half the machines are broke or out of order or ppl just drop laundry and leave so there clean clothes sitting in the machines. Waited outside for over half an hour in hopes people would come back to get their laundry. So half to find a new place to go. I used to come in and out within an hour now its an all day thing.

2017-03-02Fast, Friendly, Reliable service! Get my suits done weekly! if there ever is a issue they call me or my wife immediately, if I am not around to pick up my wife can call Randy the GM, and have my suits delivered to the house, so she doesnt have to pack up the kids. Highly Recommend!
