First time back since COVID and this theater is 100x nicer and more modern/futuristic than before. I went to a βbusyβ showing and it still felt plenty distanced by my conservative post-vaccine standards. At every point in my experience, customers and staff were adhering to safety protocols. Everything was on point and every staff member was remarkably friendly and helpful, through to the ticket-taker and concession attendant.
To whom it may concern,On June 20th at approximately 4:00pm, my wife was stopped by a male employee (Ivory), who was not in uniform, asking to see customer tickets and randomly selected her to a bag search of her purse. My wife agreed to the bag search by the female employee checking tickets along side him. Once we were allowed to proceed, Ivory not only impeded our right of way to walk pass him, instead standing directly in front of my wife, our son and myself, only to move aside once I said βexcuse us.β More importantly, after walking into the theater, he ALLOWED two other Caucasian females with bags to proceed WITHOUT having their bags checked! I stood there in disbelief as we were profiled into a bag search.I immediately walked to the bar area and asked Marcus to please call a manager. We waited over fifteen minutes for a manager, until I happen to see Simon walk by and asked if he was the manager on duty? I asked him what was the protocol for a bag search? His response was, β We search large bags for outside food and weapons. We donβt search smaller bags. Our general manager wants us to check bags.β Should this be true, then no one can sneak in outside food and weapons to the movie theaters in smaller hand bags?As we stood there talking, I asked him to wait a few minutes to see if other people were allowed to walk in WITHOUT having their bags checked, within 5-10 minutes, an Asian female customer walked right into the theater unchecked. His response, β Iβm sorry about that. Our employee shouldβve checked her bag. Iβll have to talk to her about that.β I walked away in disbelief of what just happened to us.Iβve been a customer at Regal Cinemas for a few years and Iβd like to think this is NOT an racial issue but an isolated incident. Iβve gone with my family to multiple Regal Cinemas and never have we endured a bag search or lack of customer service!Iβd like to make the District Manager and CEO aware of this incident. How may I contact them in regards to this incident?
It seems nice but our 4DX was broken and they never stopped the movie or made any kind of announcement about it so people just kept coming and going trying to figure out what was happening. Employees also walked in and out of the theater every few minutes to watch the movie, and the door is very loud so it was super distracting on top of the technical difficulties. Id been excited to see this movie for awhile, so this ended up being a real bummer of an experience.
On the 2nd floor there was a ticket-taker on one side and an escalator to the 3rd floor on the other side. Our theater was on the 3rd floor so we headed towards the escalator and the ticket-taker SCREAMED at us at the top of her lungs to get in line. It was not at all obvious that her line covered both floors. So we got in line and not 30 seconds later, another couple had the same experience and she screamed at them. This is no way to treat customers. I cannot recommend this theater.
Bar service is a disgrace. I ordered a rum and Pepsi and went for another one. This time they refused to serve me and said that I am intoxicated. How are you going to tell a 5β8 190 pound classic physique competitor that I am intoxicated. The rum and Pepsi was just Pepsi no rum at all. They stole my money. The bar service isnβt even real bartenders just kids trying to figure out how to make a drink. Id recommend Essex regal for proper bar service,
Really nice and clean movie theater!Friendly stuffIβm giving you guys three stars to get your attention to thisSo When I was in the theater next to me there were three girls with a Frozen Lemonade. Whole time they were eating this Frozen lemonade and that was making SCRATCHY NOISE. This is very annoying. That may really can play some peopleβs nerves. Can you guys stop selling this product ?:)That may sound weird but I couldnβt really concentrate on the movie.Hopefully u wonβt get me wrong :)Thank you
The employees working the tickets were nice, but other employees came into the theatre 4-5 times just to watch the movie. The overhead lights were never turned down for the show, so it was pretty distracting to see them walking in, standing in the aisles, and sometimes walking around the rows as if they were inspecting - but pretty obviously just watching the movie or gawking at girls. Went before noon on a weekday and paid $17.50 - they dont have matinee prices! Try AMC instead.
DONβT GO THERE. super BAD BAD experience at Regels here. The ticket check man is being so rude and ask us to trash our 40$ left food after our dinner (which we planned to take it home). I explained the situation and clearly confirmed that we are not even gonna open that bag. Beyond that, the manager never came, and ticket checking guy waisted us more than 10 minutes so that we totally missed the beginning of our movie. When we finally enter by throwing out belonging(the food), some one else took our seats. Also, The seats donβt lay down like AMCβs. You cannot relax on the seat at all cuz you have to use your body weight to push the back to chair to lay just a little bit. NEVER had a WORSE experience ever than this with any other theater.
4DX theater is fun but the seats we had did not have the water effects functional. Please repair those cause it feels like people who pick those arent getting the full value of their tickets (which is a pretty penny). Get someone to commission those features to ensure they operate as designed. Thankfully, the staff was kind enough to provide free passes for the next movie
Honestly, an overall good movie experience. Plenty of options, clean, and 4dx viewing is a great experience (as long as you dont mind the fairly constant chair movement). Prices can be steep for premium options, but are on par for most theaters in New York City. Best advice: sign up for a free crown club account and go on a Tuesday for Regal value day. It makes a huge difference, especially when paying for multiple seats. Four adult tickets for your standard movie would cost $73.60. On value day it goes down to $26.00 (add $8.00 to each ticket for 4dx showings, regardless of type). It also gives you 50% off of popcorn on Tuesdays. The staff is friendly and respectful. I lost my wallet here once, and after describing it to the manager a couple of days later, it was returned intact. As for location, theres always a lot happening in Union Square, and getting there by train or bus is easy. Recommended if youll be in the area and have a couple of hours to kill.
This was genuinely the most traumatizing experience. they were so rude, they made me throw away my diet coke as if i didnt have my reproductive rights taken from me the same day, like i think thats extreme. the seats dont recline they are lying it was like being on a spirit airlines flight. and they made my friend run laps up and down the stairs for us to be allowed in the movie. also elvis wasnt good it was 3 hours long and i have no idea what happened. never go.
I will not be returning to Regal cinemsa again. I went to Regal last night to see Doctor Strange 2 in 4DX. 4DX movies are supposed to have effects, including spraying water at you, which is how they justify charging almost $30 for a movie ticket. The water spray at my and my husbands seats did not work, so we kept hearing water spraying without experiencing it, which gets annoying. Far more annoying, there was a knocking at the back of both our seats for the entire movie. I decided not to leave the movie partway through to complain because (a) I didnt want to disrupt everyone in the theater and (b) I didnt think a mechanic would be able to come fix the seats during the movie. I emailed Regal about it this morning, and they said that it is entirely my fault for not complaining during the movie so they take no responsibility. I will not be returning to Regal cinemsa again.
Always a good experience. Easy access, big screens and no bad sight lines. Crew cleans after every show. Clean bathrooms and respectful patrons and friendly staff. Theres a Lavatsa Coffee in the lobby and a full bar on the main movie floor. The food although expensive has improved. The hot pretzels with cheese are banging. I my humble opinion the best all-around comprehensive movie house in the city.
2D tickets are cheaper here than at AMC or IPIC so thats a plus. But I went to see Scream in 4DX and I was not disappointed! Neither were the rest of the patrons in the theater. It was an experience Im definitely doing again when Halloween Ends comes out and just try it once if you havent already. Its pricey, but its worth it if the movie - and people - are campy and fun! Had such a good time.
This theatre is clean and well maintained. There are plenty of staff for the food and beverage lines. There is also a bar for beer and cocktails. The theatre are more intimate than other theatres in New York so any seat is a good seat at this location. This facility is handicap friendly. The theatre is located near Union Square and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I recommend getting the regal unlimited pass for all Regal theatres. You pay 20$ per month to watch unlimited movies and you receive discounts on all other purchases.
I havent been to the movies in a long time, so it was a nice surprise to see that they served beer now. I used to go to the Alamo Drafthouse for that kind of treatment. It was great that other theaters caught on to that. The theater was very clean and modern. It was quite easy to get a quick snack as well. Overall, great experience.
Enjoyed the whole experience. Love how cautious they are with the safety of everyone due to Covid, which is a plus. People were very friendly and professional. NOW! The 4DX experience was LIT and I personally always have fun when watching something in 4dx, so I highly recommend for those wanting to have an awesome experience while watching a π₯. Was a little disappointed with them running out of Pretzels but that is my opinion...Flaw Couldnt beat the experience. Thanks Regal.
The overall experience is good the only downside is the concession they take forever and seem lost all the time. How long can a take for popcorn and nachos with a soda let me tell you about 20 min in line add another 10 minutes for them to give you your order and if you order something like pizza forget about it!!
One of the worst movie theaters Iβve been to. The staff is extremely rude and not accommodating. The guy behind me had to get a refund for his ticket because they wouldnβt let him bring his skateboard in. The tickets cost $17 a ticket for crappy seats and screens that are average size; definitely not worth it. I had a really bad experience here and will go to another movie theater in the future.
The 4DX experience was EVERTHING (and it was not my 1st time)Loved that they had lil loveseats where you can chill. There is also coffee shop downstairs AND a bar upstairs ...YES you read that right. A REAL bar complete with a few pub tables and pub chairs next to ceiling to floor windows allowing for full view of the lively union square
I was so excited to come here, but now I just want to leave. The staff here was NOT kind or helpful, rather the opposite. The man checking bags was extremely rude and condescending. I had possessions in my bag that were not allowed in the theater, and rather than letting me set it aside somewhere to get after the movie, he made us throw them away. And, if youβre going to have two people checking bags and scanning tickets, there should be some coordination. Or at least, one should have believed the other when we said they already checked our bags. I have all respect, understanding, and cooperation for measures like this, but there is absolutely no reason for unkindness. Frankly, itβs extremely unprofessional. Iβm not sure I feel welcome back.
4DX was good, but the sound was lacking, thus dulling the otherwise immersive experience. Luckily I saw the movie before, because there were parts where I couldnt make out what the actors were saying. Also, the bass was very low. Having the seats move is cool, but with effects like air blowing and water mist sprays, it was poorly synced. The split second delay was noticeable. The effects system is also very loud. Paired with insufficient volume, every gust of air is louder than the gunshot if follows in the movie. Some effects also seemed inconsistent and triggered at odd times. Some punches in Black Panther were accompanied with short, loud, bursts of air, while others didnt. Aside from effects sync issues and low volume, the 3D viewing experience was great. To my eye, Id say its twice as good of a screen than the non-3D RPX screen. Overall, I highly recommend it as its almost worth the $30 ticket price.
They did a great renovation! Almost 4 years ago I went there once and I swore never to go back because the place was almost falling apart (the cinema I was in even smelled old). They completely remodeled the whole theater, including the seats. It looks and even smells so clean. The whole place looks phenomenal β its modern and futuristic, especially the lighting. You kind of feel like youre in a spaceship. The only reason why Im giving 4/5 stars is because of their seats. While theyre very nice and comfy, theyre not recliners. Most Regals in the city have recliner seats. It would make sense if they didnt have recliner seats because the theater was older; but since they recently renovated it, they couldve put recliner seats instead. Other than that, highly recommended place.
Clean and updated but horrible seating. NOT recliners. The back of the seat goes back about as much as an airline seat in economy last row, and doesnt stay back unless you continually push on it. No leg rest. Good thing my movie was only 90 min because I was so uncomfortable. Wont be back here.
I came to this theater for my first time for a movie Premiere and had a great experience. The theater design with the starry/sparkly black floors and ceilings were beautiful and the movie screen was huge. I feel like the theater seats could have been more comfortable, but overall a great theater to go to if you havenβt been already.
After opening theaters again, they have made an amazing renovation! Looks very modern. Digital screens, new seats though they canβt fully recline like some other theaters but better seats then those stiff ones they had before. It feels like Iβm in a Tron movie. Feels so futuristic and staff were following COVID protocols and were super friendly. I will definitely be returning to this theater.
The staff is so rude!! Brought in an unopened small drink and they made us throw it out. Itβs really not that big of a deal but they were so rude about it. The chairs are hard and uncomfortable, and the screen is extremely small. Food is overpriced, and I had the worst experience ever here. PLEASE LISTEN TO ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE HORRIBLE STAFF, THEY ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET.
One of the most futuristic movie theaters Ive ever been in. They had a replica James bond suit too for display which was really cool. Honestly it might have been one of the coolest places Ive ever been in. Other than the cool lights and design the experience wasnt too good. I went to see dune and they left the lights on for almost the entire trailers and almost 5-10 minutes into the movie. They reset the movie after many people complained gladly but with such a futuristic looking place I wish it worked better. For the 2 4dx theaters in manhateen this one looks 100x better but sadly my experience was worse than with the one in times square. One more thing which Im not sure if it was the specific movie or the water pump was that there was very little to no water shot at me unlike the other theater which has alot. It also has alot of options toward candy which is great unlike the other theater that has less. This place is also much more busy compared to the other theater. This concludes my review and remember everyone will have different experiences.
One of my favorite theaters - comfy seating and believe it or not, good food at the concessions. I love their pizza, though you need to come early as it takes 7 minutes to prepare it - also love the corn dog bites. I also like the photos on the walls of iconic NYC spots in famous films.
This modern hip looking movie theater is a combination of both a movie theater and a lounge. You have several bar areas where you could enjoy an espresso or a cocktail. I think they tried to go with a similar approach to some Broadway theaters where besides the show there is a lounge area for people to socialize and network. My one gripe is that screen height with respect to seat position varies significantly; the best seats can be the middle rows for one theater and lower rows for another one. They fail to give customers a true screen height perspective when purchasing tickets.
If I could give a theater a negative review, it would be this one. I have never met such a rude staff in my LIFE. Do not bother trying to talk to the staff, it is filled with grumpy and unkind workers. OH and donβt bring in any personal belongings because your entry will be denied if you try and bring in something as small as a candy!! They donβt even let you set things aside to grab after the movie.
The rocking seats are very dangerous they not set up right you may fly out your seats adult or children i spend $25.40 though it be some vibration in the seats with mild rocking seats soon as the movie started I Immediately almost went out my seat I was bout to go ask for money back
π¦πΏπ₯€π₯π¦π¬. Not my favorite movie theatre. If you want a more relaxing experience, with reclinable seats, go to the Regal theatre at Times Square. I believe itβs the same price and only 2 stops on the Q (and N during the weekday). The food is overpriced as well, so perhaps bring your own snack if you find are on a budget. Thereβs a Duane Reade near-bye and a Whole Foods as well.As for the theatre, the screen size is okay. For someone with long legs, it might not be very comfortable. Though, you can reserve seats in advanced, which is a plus of Regal.Again, the Regal at Times Square is more comfortable. Given the price of tickets, you might expect more.
The worst experience tonight! Felt like no AC in the movie theater. No air. Almost fainted without oxygen. And of course a headache after an hour inside. Couldnβt even stay till the end. Fast saga in 4dx. Waist of time and money.Used to be my favorite of all Regal.
I watched the new movie Shang Chi in 3D and was very disappointed with the sound quality and the 3D video quality. The images in the background and and anything not in the center was blurry. It gave me and my husband a headache by the end, and we both agreed that our TV did a better job converting to 3D. The sound was too low despite having all those speakers. Finally the water feature (which became annoying because of the frequency and the 3D glasses needing to be wiped) wouldnt turn off, I had to place my jacket over them.
Only four stars because there is always room for improvement although there were some major improvements made since the onset of the pandemic and the closure and those improvements are phenomenal I mean the whole ambiance is like none other plus they have added an official alcohol bar. Sorry they are no longer a publicly traded company because I see big things happening for Regal. If you havent visited the NEW Regal Cinemas at Union Square I dont know what you are waiting for.
Sparkling renovations. Super clean with bar and places to sit and eat before or after movie as well as duringThe 4DX was a surprise to me - the seats move and shake along with chase scenes and fights on the screenI almost needed a seat belt lol. Like an amusement ride, plus 3D movieDont forget to pick up ur 3D glasses when you enter
The Thearte is nice and everyone is cordial and helpful. And yes social distancing and the small things like wiping down door handles are done in a timely fashion. I was impressed and had a awesome time. Abit of Normal. Sound systems, clear crisp screen, and comfortable sits.
My sister and I liked the movies very much. We went to watch our favorite film at this movie theater. The audio was audible, and it was quite suitable for the spot. You can still have a cozy seat and you can concentrate on watching. Surely, Ill be back at this spot.
4 of us went to see β1917β and it was late, we left the theater after 1 am when it was closing. This place is the bomb. We donβt have theaters like this in FL. They had a security guard that was very helpful. There was some construction going on but it was walled off and it was neat and clean. The seats were very comfortable but not reclining, the concession area was well stocked too. The theater itself was clean and quiet. I would definitely go here again. :)
I used to love this theatre, but some of the changes made arent cool. The very nice new lounge seating is manual- no electric push button adjustment- and barely reclines like it used to, no foot rest. The seats arent that soft either. Maybe its sour grapes but Ive had better experiences at Battery Park and 3rd Avenue. Im sure Ill be back as ticket prices here are $1-$2 less that the other places, but maybe bring a pillow for comfort.
Clean and well run by movie theater standards. Very good service at the snack counters, and clean theaters always. Ive been to this theater dozens of times and never had a bad experience with the staff. The *only* possible negative aspect about this theater is that because its so popular and centrally-located, it tends to attract people who dont love movie culture quite so much, those who maybe dont turn their phones off, or talk during the movie. But thats Regals fault, so its still a great theater.
This location is convenient to public transportation. Its staff is friendly & courteous. The theater is kept clean & so are the restrooms. Depending on the time you sometimes there is a little bit of a wait at concession stand because there is only one person taking orders. So if you are getting snacks should try to get there earlier before your Showtime.
The employees were great. Unfortunately, they did not have hot dogs ready before opening. Once they put them on the grill, they only put 4 so I had to wait for mine, and when I finally got it,it was cold on the inside. They must be careful with that. Otherwise, everything else was good.
The luxury chairs arent very completely and much smaller than other theaters. Most movie theaters have chairs easy to recline. These werent. Temperature was very cold in the theater. When we said something to management, didnt seem like they changed the temperature much.
We were told to select our seats at the box office. Id never done this and found it odd. But, I liked this once I got to the theater. The seats were really complicated, which I really needed at the moment. Plus, even the bathrooms were immaculate. We also watched Mission impossible which was stupendous on the large screen with surround sound. It was soooooo much more intense in the theater than itd have at home. I had a fantastic time!
The theater is clean, Iβll give them that. But wow did anyone actually give these new chairs a test sit before approving them? If you are short and/or weigh less than 180 pounds, you must use muscular effort to keep your chair reclined. A 2.5 hour movie as a lower back workout was probably not the intention, but thatβs what it was.
Generally speaking, its a decent movie theater. But Ive encountered some not very nice staffs (eg. someone wanted to check my bag, which is fine, but she can simply ask me to open my bag rather than touching me to remind me.) The seats are not assigned, so its better to arrive earlier. If you dont mind go to another Regal, Id recommend the one near Battery Park, that Regal is very good.
Yesterday night I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of this theatre in room 11 for the 7:30pm showing of Justice League. I understand it was a busy night, but it seems like this time around Regal was cutting corners when preparing this room for the movie. The seats and isles were dirty and they did not vacuum beforehand. On the positive note, the manager seemed nice greeting people after the movie finished. The staff I interacted with on my way in was very nice. It was a great pleasure to watch a movie here. Ive been to this theatre many times and Ive had great experiences here.I would also recommend some upgrades to the theatre to incorporate some power recliner seats and maybe to better quality screens to match Regals standards for their Times Square location.
The place is a mess due to construction. The theater was way too cold. The viewing angle in the lower seats is such that you have to bend your head backwards to watch the movie. Seats on the lower level (theaters 1- 9) are still original from 1998, 21 years old). Other than that its perfect!
Clean, spacious, seating set up good for all to see screen comfortably from stair tier of theater. Ample leg room. My experience from the times that I went there was very positive. Did not feel overwhelmed or rushed due to crowds. No assigned seating which is nice at times. I like being able to pick and choose.
You have to reserve the seats ahead of time, and if you arent familiar with the theater, you might end up picking seats that are in a really bad spot, which is what I did. When I bought my tickets there were tons of seats available and I picked the ones that I thought would be great but instead, they are kind of in the back. With an average of $20 per ticket when you add all the fees and taxes, it sucks to spend that much money and sit in the back of the theater. The seats are huge, so the middle of the theater even though its not that many rows back, is the middle of the theater. Keep that in mind when you reserve seats. We got here 30 minutes before the movie started and were forced to sit in the back because of reserved seating. Bottom line, reserved seating sucks!!!
Been going here since I was 17 years old. The place is really safe really easy to access. Good crowds . I suggest eating before you come because the concession stands are expensive and youre going to be waiting quite a while. The line is usually long but thats a good indicator that everyone loves the movie theater.Best bet is to either send yourself your ticket to your phone or reach really early to get the physical ticket. People have had their tickets stuck in the machine downstairs or didnt know how to operate them on their own.Great food in the area and great location. Definitely recommend
The theater is clean with decent sized theaters that give a good view at virtually every seat. The prices are within reason at the concession counter & friendly staff. The biggest issues is the proximity of the seats. Though comfortable its a bit annoying feeling like your on a date with the stranger sitting next to you.
I love the location of the theater, and the seating inside. The wait for snacks was really long. I had asked the gentleman if any of the foods were not available or if the hot snacks would take a long time to prepare. He only indicated that the pizza would take 9 minutes if we wanted that, which we didnt. I think he wasnt prepared for all of the snacks I asked for. π It took about 20 minutes for him to get the pretzel bites, to the point that i thought they forgot about us.
This theater use to be a nice place. With either new management or low revenue this theater is now horrible. With dirty stinky seating in the regular theaters, ticket takers/managers who think they are TSA and will not let anyone or anything get in unless permitted, and old concessions this is not longer a welcoming place. Please go to a different Regal where your money and time will be valued and respected.
Tickets pick up and entry is very smooth, the 3D theater experience is however, terrible. The tech is out so many years, and they still canβt make it bright. When you put the goggles on, itβs like watching a film in a dark theater with sun glasses on. You can hardly see things. That kinda ruins the film experience for me.
The theatre was nice, however the customer service was terrible. Tickets for the 4D movie were purchased online ( something weve done quite a bit) charged to my bank but never received the tickets via email ( my usual mode). When this was brought to the mangers attention he was unable to give us tickets or refund the money. Now I have to deal with the bank!
Been going here for nearly a decade and have noticed that not much has changed. And thats not good. Most of the theater rooms are small and some seats are broken. For tall people, there is not much leg room and the snack bar is mediocre and over-priced (like every other cinema I guess). However, the staff does good to keep the theater clean and looking like (almost) new.
First time here.Theater is huge ,very clean, friendly people all over.Tempeture inside wasnt very cold as many but nice and comfortable. I purchased food and water I even try the hotdogs and nachos ,both very good. I also requested to see the naneger who came immediately. HE was very helpful with my regal card issue.I was very impress. Will have to comback again. Theres also 2 AMC few min.walking distance but I really enjoy this Regal theather.
Not the biggest cinema in the city, but nice, clean, and with the good service. I like their soft chairs, and the cozy feeling that they give when watching movies. Feels like seating in a very big living room with a very big TV screen. The last time Ive been there to watch the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who show in 3D. People started to coming in 2-2.5 hours before the movie started, but the theatre staff was very efficient and well organized. As the result, nice line, no overcrowded hallway, everything calm and friendly.Overall good place.

2022-04-04All this time living in NYC who knew this beautiful theater existsπ€¦ββοΈI literally didnβt feel like coming out of that place. Very clean, cool & fun place to watch a movie.Sad part they very strict with bringing outside food, didnβt know so my money got thrown out. They could have let me know before I actually cut the ticket. Where I live we also have a big Regal here & they never complain about to anyone who brings food from outside . I was really upset because they say they will hold my food just for one time & after the show I can just pick it up. I came & find out they thrown out my food. I spend 20$ on that chaineese food which I bought for my kid who was actually waiting for it. If it was someone else there would be a chaosβs, but I am just too nice. They did say sorry but itβs not worth it when itβs so late & donβt feel like cooking after a long day. I had to buy food again for my kid on my way home.

2022-05-10This place has a club/lounge atmosphere. It invites you to sit, have a drink, and socialize while you wait for your movie. Spacious and just cool looking.

2022-05-03Normally, I hate theaters because they look dirty. But this theater looked clean. As weird as it sounds, when I went into the restroom, this was maybe the first time I ever thought that a urinal smelled good... (lemon smell.) Seriouly....... The staff was polite, and engaging. I had a great vist with no negative comments... ps: my gf said the females bathroom was impressively clean, and the changing table was clean, and good quality. TWO thumbs up, to the cleanning staff.

2022-01-13Very clean movie theater and strict with covid regulations! You can get a drink as well, which is amazing some theaters donβt offer that.

2022-03-144D Theater was amazing. I recommend sitting in the lower half of theater. D section was great. It would of been nice if the screen was a little bigger. If u get motion sickness, then dont buy tickets :) PS When you walk in, it almost feels like youre walking into a club. Thay also play music throughout the whole theater. There is a coffee shop Lavazza on ground floor, accessible to everyone and a bar on the third floor only for ticket buyers. This experience blows AMC :).

2022-03-26Clean and COVID-19 precautions enforced throughout facility. Best kept secret. This place is simply amazing. They deliver more than required, more than is listed on their website. My local community movie theater closed due to pandemic; this is my new place. Friendly Staff offering consistently excellent service. Restrooms are immaculate.

2022-06-26Absolute WORST movie theater in all of NY. DO NOT GO HERE. Iβm actually appalled with how bad the overall experience was. For starters the staff is literal trash. They were rude and searched my bag that only had a water bottle in it and proceeded to make me throw it out. Like why? Second itβs clear they invested money into the overall aesthetic of the theater. BUT WHY STOP THERE. Seating choices were made that were incorrect. Iβve never felt more uncomfortable watching a movie in my life. I wouldβve rather laid on concrete to watch the movie than sit another second in those chairs. What a waste of money. Donβt even waste your energy thinking about attending a movie here.

2021-08-22It was a 4DX movie. We had really a great time. The staff is nice, the cinema is clean, the seats are big and comfortable. The popcorn is amazing. The cinema is easy to find and is a close to a metro station. Highly recommended!

2022-04-24Amazing. Great experience. Almost got thrown out of my seat a few time. If you are prepared, getting into the theater is fast & easy. Good spacing between each chair. Kept fairly clean. Would go there again.

2022-05-21This theater has a lounge type vibe.Grab a drink sit back and enjoy the experience. The seats interact with the movie they vibrate and shake...so fun!Definitely going back to see Jurassic park here!
