They are a bunch of money hungry lying ppl. They tried to charge me $6200 for a fender bender and they lied to me and told me the appraiser came out and the insurance company called me and said they DID NOT come to the shop. When ppl come to you for business your credibility is everything. Once you loose a customers TRUST..... you lost BUSINESS. The receptionist (male) he’s cool. I DO NOT recommend NOBODY to deal with them. I rate them a NEGATIVE 10.

My first experience with Regency Auto collision in 06/2015. I had just gotten my car from the dealership, a few days later I notified someone had tapped my bumper I was debating on getting it Resprayed but Eddie gave me his honest opinion and said try to use touch up paint for a minor scratch, then he even offers to apply touch up paint, which he did. I was shocked with the level of professionalism and Respect even for a small task. My second Experience with Regency was even better on 7/18/19 my car was involved in a hit and run. I again went to regency but asked if I could replace my bumper with a GSF OEM bumper, Regency Helps there customers as much as possible, If I could I would give them 10 stars. I did not come out of pocket for the conversion!!!. I came back last month to get a custom carbon fiber trunk installed. Amazed with the finish and detail of their work. Custom Lexus GS350 approved. Eddie is very helpful, gives honest true pricing with work and best of all his Advice.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience at Regency Collision. I took my Subaru Forester XT in for bumper repair after my dad had recommended this place. I couldn’t have been more convinced that they were going to take good care of my car like they did with my dads 2020 Volvo S60. First off, I will start by saying that Eddie and the team are great! Im so pleased with the work and effort they put in to fixing my vehicle after the accident. There were a few scratches around the car that needed to be buffed out, besides the major reason I went there for, and my car needed a new windshield (large crack on passenger side). When I received my car back it looked as good as new inside and out!They fixed all of the issues in a timely matter and could not be more pleased with the entire outcome, amazing job guys, would highly recommend!
My BMW had sustained a bad collision in a hit and run. Unfortunately, this was the 3rd time I’ve had to bring the car into a shop in the last year. Each time I brought it into a different shop. The first two shops did an absolutely amateur job of fixing my car. Missed deadlines, poor body work, electrical wiring problems, etc. When someone recommended Regency for this accident, I gave them a shot. Eddie and his team fixed the car as if it were their own, as well as helped me diagnose the source of my prior auto body issues, and they took care of those as well. Car was washed, waxed, and handles even better than it did before the accident. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. Seriously.
I just got my 2006 4Runner back being fixed the rear end collision by the box truck. My truck is old, but came back as new. Eddie and his crews are amazing, and Karina at the customer service also took very good care of the claim for me. Got into a fender bender. My insurance took care of the cost of the front bumper. Brought my car to a shop that I googled that had a ton of 5 star reviews. Was a nightmare to say the least. They had my car for 3 weeks and had to keep fixing things they didn’t do right.Finally, I paid and drove off..my car has 25,000 miles and is kept in door garage. When I got home I started looking at my car.They scratched and dented it everywhere...they broke my head lights, scratched my whole dash board and many things inside as well.What was I thinking? I know regency and their work..I picked up my car today and I’m thrilled. The work is amazing! I never thought anyone could fix what this other body shop did.I know for sure never to use anyone else but regency.They are honest, and just so kindThank you Eddie and everyone at Regency
I brought in my Honda Civic SI to have the front bumper cover and grill replaced. The price quoted was the price I paid. They were able save the spoiler which saved me money. I had the unfortunate experience of having 2 accidents within 9 months.In my first accident I stumbled upon Regency because they were open later than the other nearby centers. The staff was top-notch. They helped me every step of the way: from filing a claim with my insurance company, to communicating with the claims adjuster, to repairing my car splendidly.For my second accident it was no question which center I was going to take my car again-- Regency. Eddie and the team again took great care of my car and had open communication with me throughout the process. The car looked beautiful when I received it. They always go above and beyond!

Several years ago I brought in my Infiniti SUV after being involved in a car accident (not my fault) they fixed my car so good that it actually looked better than when I got it at the dealership. Recently, I purchased a honda odyssey, and again brought my car in for body work after being involved in another accident (again, not my fault) and Eddie did such an amazing job, the car looked brand new when I went to pick it up. Today they fixed my rear window, another little incident. Again, professional and on point. Courteous. Professional. On time. Thank you! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Definitely a 5 star place & treatment.

Very Professional staff. I mainly dealt with Phil who took the time to go over and give me options regarding my repair. I was paying out of pocket so he gave me the best options and cost effective suggestions and i saved money in the process. The shop did a great job on the repairs of my Mercedes. I would definitely use them again if need be.
My car was broken into recently and the damage far outweighed what was taken from my vehicle. I was fortunate that at regency, they not only worked quickly and efficiently to repair my car (14 days drop off to pick up), they also provided me with clear updates and smooth hand offs between their shop, my insurance company and the rental car agency. Furthermore it should be noted that unlike many repair shops i’ve been to, they stated only the facts about the car and repair and did not insinuate or recommend additional repairs if they were not necessary. It also should be noted the breadth of knowledge that their front end staff possess. Karina, the office manager was able to provide me with accurate and specific information in a timely fashion and was unafraid to seek answers if she did not have one to provide at that time. Additionally I have not met many office mangers in repair shops who can walk you through the claims process in a matter of minutes with the ease and knowledge displayed by this young woman, seemingly running front of house operations on her own. In terms of fair cost, turnaround time and professionalism, I would say that Regency is certain above the mark and if necessary (hopefully for less dramatic circumstances) I would happily return.
I’ve had my fair share of bad shops in Queens to Brooklyn from shops removing parts from my M3 to sell to shops doing cheap jobs to make a profit! This shop is the best shop in Queens hands down. I took my car in looking like it’ll never be the same again and when I got it back I forgot which side I got hit on because the work was so good. My paranoia got to the best of me and I started asking questions and making assumptions before the car was done however Eddie the manager was very patient and showed me everything I needed to see to have the confidence i need before I left with the car. Karina was insanely helpful and helped with all the things needed to be done for my insurance claim I sat in my rental for about 3 weeks didn’t deal with any of the stress and my claim came out as a no fault as it should be. If you have exotic cars old cars whatever cars you have any issue bring it to this shop for work to be done on it 100% satisfaction. I will be bringing all my boys to this shop because they deserve more recognition for their hard works so everyone must see how great this shop is.
I must admit I’m quite cynical when it comes to people who do any kind of auto repair but Regency Collision Center changed my mind. Eddie and his team of experts know exactly what they are doing and they do it with the utmost professionalism. He has gone above and beyond in terms of quality and is highly meticulous in his craft. The pricing is extremely reasonable when compared to the work done. My car arrived free of all damages, (there were plenty before) showroom ready and the blending of new paint with the existing paint is simply immaculate. I had my 2008 Range Rover serviced at this shop, and they were very helpful. I received updates every step of the way with a text or phone call.I picked up my car today and it looks amazing. I got into a bad accident and was highly refered by a close friend to regency auto . Eddie was a pleasure to deal with . He was able to repair my car in a timely manner and the result was more than I expected. He even gave me a loaner car while my car was being repaired . Regency helped me with my car back in December. My windows had gotten smashed in Corona and my insurance company sent me somewhere in the Bronx. A friend told me about Regency and they helped me right away. It still took a while for me to get my car back but they were a lot more helpful and they communicated with me every step of the way. An SUV backed into the rear of my mini-cooper. Bumper + needed replacement & i had to have the color of the new parts match exactly the originals otherwise re-sale value is negatively affected. The results were perfect: color--which is beautiful & expensive--was replicated. Parts were expertly replaced. Plus the staff is super fine: they did skillful work & were a pleasure to deal with. They also gave me back a car that was spotless & when i got in, it smelled like it was new. Dont kno how they did it.
Ed and his staff are truly amazing. Regency collision center is knowledgable, thorough and experienced in all types of damages to cars. my 2018 bmw m550 came in for a major rear end collision and got it back as good as new. communication was on point, his staff kept me updated when the adjuster came , the parts and how long it would take. I decided on this body shop because I saw so many cars in and out of this place. I took my car there and now I think I’m always gonna come back for any work I need. They have amazing customer service and they did a really good job on my car. They know what they’re doing at this shop. I recommended this shop to all my family and friends. 2022-04-10My car got hit badly a month ago, it took me a while to feel confident to drive a car again. I needed someone who I can trust, I called up a few places on google, none was as helpful until a conversation with Eddie from Regency Collision. He was very calm, thorough and patient with me granted that I was still shaken from the car accident. He was very honest and was willing to help out with my low budget. He was able to give me an estimate before I brought the car in which was a plus because I didnt want to waste time and money to find out a big surprise in pricing. Most places wont do that for you, but Eddie did it. The final price was not that much off from his original estimate and I was very happy with it. They did an amazing job, more than what I asked for, paid for! I can use my car again, feeling very safe on the road. Thank you Eddie, thank you all!

2022-06-07I Come to Regency for all my car needs. From the regular maintenance oil changes and inspections, to tires and most importantly body damages. Thats where they differ from all other locations, they make fixing your car after a collision and dealing w insurance such a breeze. They handle it all! They know the processes in and out. Eddie and his staff are a pleasure to work with. Eddie and Eli are great w the customer service aspect up front, they deal w inspectors, w insurance agents etc while Eddie and his mechanics are able to diagnose issues and handle the dirty work in the back. Its a lot of work and attention to detail involving a lot of parts but they make it appear seamless and easy.Always a pleasure!

2022-04-02My car was aparked hit and run my driver door was damaged I couldn’t open my door . My sister referred me to regency she said they’re really good they fixed her car 3 times and it was a trusted business. I went to meet with Phil and Eddie they helped me get my car fixed and once they finish with my car my car looked brand new when I picked it up I refer a few of my friends to go to regency and I will definitely go there if there’s any issue with my car thank you guys!!

2021-11-21Before I brought my Jeep to Regency, I searched online and saw awesome reviews for this shop, so I figured I’d give them a shot! Listen guys, NOWHERE will you find a place to take care of your vehicle like Regency! Eli at front desk is friendly, super helpful and organized the whole thing successfully. Eddie provided incredible customer service! He knows what he’s doing! The way they fixed my jeep? Looks like it has never been touched before. My Jeep came back spotless! The day I had to pick it up I actually got to see and witness such hard work put in! Not only did they fix all the damages and made it look BRAND NEW , they gave it in depth cleaning and that “show room shine”. These guys do exceptional work here.

2022-07-01I stopped by here with not much time till closing because my rocker panel was nearly falling off and I had spoken to Eddie and another very friendly worker who helped me. Being that I don’t have the newest car out there I wasn’t really looking for the most expensive and cleanest fix, still Eddie suggested me to wait and pass by the following day in regards to the options I would have and didn’t rush or push me for any decision. Didn’t have to switch out the whole piece but looks like nothing ever happened lol 😉. Thank you, I left VERRY happy not only with the service but with the kind people that work there.
