My time leasing with Regents Park Gardens property has been great. The management is professional, quick to respond to issues and communications, and they are very nice and understanding people.I really appreciated the landscaping and neighborhood as well and would definitely rent again.

Ive been living in the complex since 2001! So as an elder statesman I can say whole heartily this place is Amazing! Yes what place is perfect? And there are literally 6 reviews, so Im sure thier experience is accurate for them, but for me Ive experienced it all! Bad management companies, shady colluding board members, security that does nothing and bad neighbors, but Ive also experienced great security guards, competent board members and management companies and absolutely great neighbors! I honestly cant leave this place even if I wanted too. My family has grown too big for our little condo, but were willing to make it work just because no other neighborhood offers us what this does, and I would hate to part with our neighbors and friends. We have unused grounds that I wish would be used for communal spaces and rooms under the complex that could also be utilized better! With out parking we could dedicate 1 or 2 spots for electrical charging and that would a plus for residents and make money as well (charges for charging). Like I stated before, no place is perfect and you will have problem (welcome to NYC) but I would give up RPG for nothing in the world.

Stay away from this place... Do NOT buy property here or you will be very sorry. You will not be able to keep tenants here. The management is unresponsive. Psycho neighbors. Beware!
