It’s been my second time I was badly disappointed. First time when I bought a frozen shrimp which was smelling so bad . But I went back and change with different product. And today I bought watermelon that cost 5.99 each which looks ok . But after I cut it in half I straightly throw it to garbage. I really felt so bad about it. Waste of time and money. I understand it not a easy task to manage all . But at least please check the food quality before you sell .
This supermarket continues to disappoint me. 3 times Ive purchased rotten, spoiled, molded food. Its under new management now and the only nice thing about this supermarket is that its cleaner more organized and a few things has been moved around.. Please make sure your food is fresh before purchasing. The meat I bought today had a date for July 25 n it was rotten no steak should be brown when purchasing it should all be red
Store is very well stocked w a good variety of food merchandise. Every time I go there it has a great variety. People are very nice and helpful. This store is a Great asset to our community. Wonderful.
The staff is absolutely polite hospitable and I was very impressed. They are very respectful, the food is incredible and the prices and fair worth the food portions. Love this place.
Rego Fresh Marketplace, always has a huge variety of items to choose from, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Alexa and Eddie up front, store is very clean and organized. Always has quick checkout and free parking in the back.
This place is now owned by c town. Site needs to be revised. Prices have risen. Just like other reviewers: cashiers rude, or not knowledgeable, management rude, if they are in the way in the aisle then its the customer that has to move.
This supermarket has horrible food & horrible service! The Deli man was very rude & insulting me just because I complained about the sandwich he made is rotten! He Acted like a psycho & he shouldn’t be working there!
A wee bit more pricey than supermarkets in the area, but its very clean & organized. Sometimes food is more fresh. Sometimes.

Had the same experience just like other reviewers.. The older cashiers are very rude. Also very pricey compared to other grocery stores in rego.
Terrible place, no customer service. They sell old food e.g., Halloween 🍰 2 weeks afterwards. Food that expires one or two days ahead and daily department is very limited.
Pricey, cashiers are very nice. But if youre African American expect to get followed around the store by managers.

The quality here has improved greatly after they changed from Food Dynasty to Food Universe. Same deals youd get at Keyfood

2022-03-04This is one of the worst supermarkets I’ve ever walked into, it truly has no place in this beautiful neighborhood. The section where the meat is placed was unorganized iteams looking thrown around on top of that you can tell it has not been wiped down for some time. The Deli section was worse, the machine where they slice the cheese and meat had so much build up from meat, most clean Supermarkets wipe down after every order like the C Town in Howard Beach or the Stop and Shop 5 min away. And the worker wasn’t wearing a mask while handling the food as he talked on the phone with no apron just a semi clean black sweater.

2022-06-12They regularly pull bait and switch with prices. The item rings higher than the tags on the item or on the shelf. They purposely left 4 small cases of GLASS bottle beers at below knee level so when I turned the corner with the small cart they were knocked over. I was shocked and yelled for help as the beer bubbled and spilled out along with broken glass. The employee had the audacity to say a lot of rude things under this breath but since Im bilingual I exchanged words with him. Some of the staff is nice but thats definitely not a good enough reason to go back. I will never go back, Im done with this place. Ill drive to another market before I walk to this one again.

2022-04-04I walked out with $ 55 worth of groceries and needed 4 heavy bags to carry everything where as I would normally pay twice as much for much less elsewhere... parking is the only annoying factor

2022-04-10Prices are way overpriced. Meats suck and ALWAYS check expiration on items. Quite a few times they had expired stuff on the shelves.

2021-11-26This place is constantly selling EXPIRED food. Check dates before you purchase here. Manager and employees don’t care. They don’t even apologize when customers complain. Customer service is going down the toilet here.

2020-02-18The worst customer service imaginable as the cashier had a big chip on her shoulder, never met a cashier as rude as that lady. Never will I shop at that market again. I do not recommend this market. Go to Trader Joes were they have the best service as the cashiers are glad to assist you
