DO NOT LET YOURSELF GET SCAMMED BY THESE GUYS - STAY AWAY!! They will keep billing you after you leave and there is NO ONE that you can talk to.LOL that the reply that they post is “please use our online process to tell us about your issue”. Regus - WHAT DO YOU THINK I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT? I’m telling everyone that your online process is how you avoid customers and avoid doing what you know is right.

The staff seems nice enough but do not rent here if you expect to get your security deposit back in a timely fashion and without consistently following up. I was told it will be sent next week and take 4 or 5 days to get to me. If I do finally receive it in the next 2 weeks, it will be 4 months since I have left the building. According to all of my conversations with customer service, this long wait is the norm and not the exception. There were other issues with overpayments as well.

Dumpy facility. Billing issues and then impossible to resolve. Takes forever to get your deposit back. Fees for everything.

Its a scam. Theyre ajob agency. They lure you in with a offer, have you interview for a position already filled which they tell you when you interview just to get you to consider lesser positions. No integrity and no follow up

I have been using Regus for 15 years or so, they are professional, reliable and would recommend them highly. The staff of the Hauppauge center are especially highly trained.
