Called Reid’s Saturday morning, was told to come right in! Got the screw out of my tire so quickly and they were SO nice. I can’t say enough good things about my experience!
Surprise low tire pressure in two tire first thing this morning. Made a call to Reids. Was accommodated immediately. Plug fixed; screw removed. On the road super fast after having been cordially treated by a very friendly staff member and the owner. Highly recommended. They have my business.
My daughter who is a freshman in college in Buffalo, 145 miles from home, took her car in this morning to get a tire repaired that was loosing air daily. They immediately got her in and her tire repaired free of charge. Thank you very much from a very appreciative father!
Went here last year for tires on the old car, and today for damage to a tire on the new car.. Both time received particularly kind customer service, not to mention a good deal. I dont often leave reviews, but i like these guys!

I was a walk - in on a Saturday morning. Im a visiting nurse, but I desperately needed tires, so I went before work & got there before they opened. The manager was very nice, took me right away when they opened, & I was out of there in 45 minutes! I was so grateful. I thought I was going to be waiting all day, and be real late for work, but they were very understanding. Thanks guys!

Im not a frequent reviewer, by any means, but I have to say that these folks are wonderful to deal with. Pricing is great, and the service is beyond fantastic. Every employee Ive spoken with is extremely courteous. For instance, I picked up a nail, pulled in unannounced with a flat, and drove away a few minutes later, good as new. Anyway, Ill never get tires from anyone but them. I wish every business were this nice to deal with.
Did not like anything about the service at the west seneca location- but Jason fixed everything for me correctly and was so helpful and nice and took his time making things right and explaining everything along the way. I believe he is usually at the elma location, I wouldnt go to the west seneca location ever again unless Jason is there, but if you get to deal with Jason it will be a positive experience! wonderful guy!

2022-03-17Ive never had such amazing tire service. Staff was friendly and professional. Took them 30 minutes to install 4 new tires.....was like watching a Nascar pit crew. Im impressed, Im happy and I will return here for all future service.

2022-04-22Customer requesting a tire appointment at Reids Tire in Elma, NY over the phone early this morning on 4/22/22. Reids Tire employee confirmed my appointment before 10am. Needed to find a friend to drive me 35min to drop off the truck for my tire appointment. When we arrived around 1pm a gentleman, the owner, approached us in an aggressive manner in the parking lot asking what our business was doing here. Then we quickly explained I have an appointment. His response was, no you dont, we cant do it today, needs to be done another day, that he specifically didnt make the appointment so hes not doing it and it must have been the other shop. In my response, I said, I have the call record in my phone and he was FURIOUS and recommended that we drive to his other shop but told him no bc I have had terrible experience with them, and refused that option. His response is Ya, thats why I fired them allIn a nutshell--Owner running from responsibility-Lack of customer service etiquette-Does not deserve any business if you treat customers with absolutely no respect or professionalismWhen the owner starts using foul or abusive language this business fails to meet customers needs and expectations and shouldnt even be in business.Beware of this place! Save yourself the aggravation. Highly recommend going somewhere else - Anywhere else!

2021-08-30My wife brought my truck in today for a flat tire, and they plugged it without any charge. It would have been easy to say the tire is no good, and try to sell a replacement or four new tires. This is not the first time we have brought our vehicles here, and Reids has always exemplified this type of integrity and customer service. 2021-10-26Gotta give a shout out to Jason W. I popped my camper tire on the way home from a camping trip. I called Jason and explained what happened and to tell him we were leaving the following Thursday for another camping trip.. I like a certain brand of camper tire. Jason also runs this brand. Unfortunately my tire wasnt going to come in on time. Jason called me a said stop by the shop he actually gave me his spare tire off his personal camper so we could have a spare in case something happened. Thats what I call awesome customer service!!!
