Rented a car from Reliable for 5 days. Car delivered promptly. Car ran fine but all the warning lights on the dash were on all the time and there were trim pieces missing from the interior. Car returned on time with more gas than when it was picked up. Guy arrived on time and ran my credit card through his machine. When the credit card statement came the correct car rental price was charged but there was an additional charge of $100. I called the company and the same guy (must be the owner) who had delivered and picked up the car said Oh, I meant to refund your $100 deposit and I guess I charged it instead. Ill credit it back to you. I hadnt, in fact, paid any deposit. Called the guy 10 days later when no credit appeared and he asked me to text him my address which I promptly did. No check has arrived in the 2 months since the erroneous charge. Ive called several more times and get voice mail each time with no subsequent response. Ive now notified the credit card company. I believe the $100 charge was deliberate, with him hoping the customer wouldnt notice. The rental price was $30-40 less than the national companies, but learn from my experience and DONT rent from this crook. Id have awarded no stars but the minimum allowable is one.

Was very nice and helped me understand insurance claims are the ones that mess up! I rented a car for 3 weeks waiting on van to get fixed.he checked on often.was very concerned about my problems and even offered other auto shops to get my van fixed.my insurance company still havent paid their part and he still just has nice.far has deposits.he is returning mine without even being paid yet! So dont know what others are talking aboutThis was easy to rent and very reliable! Far as away from office and signed in car! Whats the problem with that! Saved me a trip!People give bad reviews when the dont qualify! Not fair to his business.this guy go over and beyond to help.even came to my house to get the car! Saved me another trip!Thanks reliable autoWill recommend to qualifing people!!!Thanks

Never had a better experience renting a car. Car was very clean and service was impeccable. Thanks for caring about my needs as a customer. Cheap price too. Will rent from you next time Im in Syracuse and recommend to others. Wish I could give you 10 stars.

Im only giving this company a 1 star and thats because he was available on July 4th when I had my accident. We met at the Kmart Plaza in Mattydale. Gave him a hundred dollars bill for my security deposit and all of the correct paperwork. I returned the vehicle that Friday was told I would get my deposit back in a check when geico had paid him. He said it could be up to 6 weeks. I waited 3 and called. Said he would look into it. I called my insurance company after not hearing back from him for another 3 weeks . He was paid august 2nd. I called him every two weeks. He kept telling me he sent my check. And everytime I called he wasnt in the office and neither was his secretary. Im still waiting on the check and havent heard from him. I just want the 100 Dollard bill I gave him. Should have waited the 1 day and got a rental through enterprise. Now I know this.

Total idots. I just called to check on a price for my daughter. The fool who answered saw my business cell number on his caller ID and thought I was calling from out of the city and hung up. Would never do business with such a rude and moronic person.

I highly dont recommend , what kind of car rental company has you sign paper work away from the car rental place and meets you way up the road to rent a vehicle ? Let alone my dad was checking out the car to make sure it was good to get me and my daughter around and he got upset and decided not to rent to me , it was skeptical from the start . I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ITS FRAUDULENT !!! He was VERY RUDE AND IT WAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

NEW OWNERS TOOK OVER ANDDDDD ARE VERY KIND,AND HELPFUL, CAME FROM OUT OF STATE FOR A FAMILY MEDICAL EMERGENCY AND ALL BIG COMPANIES WOULDNT HELP, BUT ,RELIABLE CAR RENTALS DID!!THEY HAVE A HEART & CARESOOOOO GRATEFUL AS WELL AS THANKFUL.TOOK THE STRESS AWAY FROM AN ALREADY STRESSFUL FAMILY SITUATION!!!SMALL business with huge heart!!
